I cannot begin to explain the existential crisis I had during THAT scene in Barbie…I could go on and on about how going from girlhood to womanhood makes you fear that you will never experience the same joy you once did as a kid and is replaced by the self-conscious thoughts and feelings of never being enough.

Also, I smiled and laughed so damn hard and felt a little empowered when Barbie told the older lady she was beautiful and the lady responded with, “I know I am.”

THAT is the attitude I’m going to have. :)

I just got threatened by a customer because I take multiple breaks during a 12 hour shift and I didn’t let it slide that he physically threatened me a few days ago at 6 fucking am. I literally didn’t do shit, I was starting my shift so we were closed until we did our usual tasks. Bro just got mad because he didn’t get special treatment. Of course he chooses a small petite woman to play his little power games. So pathetic.
