Currently in the process of reading Catastrophe manga and I really like it! Something that bothers me a lot though is how the female characters are treated…they get stripped down to their lingerie at best, stark naked at worst.😒 And not to mention the horrific scenes of attempted rape.😖 It’s all so unnecessary and adds nothing to the story.😢 The past few days…it got me thinking about fanfiction based on this manga where the story is mostly the same but what if Guren, Sayuri, and Shigure all came from civilian backgrounds instead? What would it be like if Sayuri and Shigure weren’t attendants for Guren but simply his friends he met in high school? I’m also thinking about this from the perspective that, Sayuri, Shigure, and Mito aren’t in love with him but have solid identities outside of Guren. I’m trying to imagine and write about that. Would anyone be interested in reading such a story?

A lot of the time in Armenian traditional cloths, sharvals are tragically ignored. Men and women widely wore them especially in western Armenia. Also lighter fabrics should def be represented, silk, veils etc. we wore all the same clothes Kurds and Turks wore and I think it makes a lot of Armenians uncomfortable. Embrace it. Make it a look. about a year ago i had changed shifts at work and soon noticed i was feeling like shit, i had no energy, i was scatterbrained and forgetful (more so than my adhd ass normally is, literally the days bled together and i was barely forming memories), i was depressed, and i had no idea what was going on besides the fact that i hated my very high-stress job and so guessed that i just wasn’t coping well

but then i developed a split in the skin at the corner of my mouth. it wasn’t dry skin, it wouldn’t go away no matter how much i moisturized, never bled but it was painful and refused to heal even a little bit for two weeks. did a little bit of research and determined that altogether i was experiencing symptoms of what is clinically called a “failure to thrive”

a little bit more digging led me to a chronic zinc deficiency. turned out that my schedule change led to me not eating enough (that place was hella abusive) and once i started taking supplements everything cleared up and i was back to normal in like 2-3 days

My deepest darkest fantasy is that I collapse on the street and I am rushed to the hospital. They perform a bunch of tests and find out I am severely deficient in some kind of vitamin. Then I start taking the vitamin and I become the happiest cleverest person alive because all my problems were caused by this one deficiency

Just got back into woso after like 7 year hiatus and was genuinely shocked to see h*ran on the field and as a captain no less. Genuinely wondering why you dislike her?
