#6:15 am #and I still haven’t slept #even though I��ve been tired for what feels like a month and immediately after dinner I had to lie down #but my brain is just.#overworking itself running voer everything and contemplating everything and reading didn’t help #trying to sleep didn’t help #distracting myself didn’t help #I’m exhausted #and so fucking SAD I HATE IT #I have been a shell of a person since October I think and I HATE IT #I hate the kind of friend that I am right now #I hate the kind of employee I am right now #I hate the kind of daughter I am right now #I’m not the standard people are used to me being right now at all I’m just floating through life as it comes #I really get a monster into my brain and I hate it #in the winter months #and I love winter I love snow I love the coziness but my fucking faulty brain just wilts without enough sunlight #and THEN my goddamn father decides to just.#blackmail me.#and I stood up to him and was clear to him about him not respecting my boundaries for the first time in my life #(I usually don’t use my words I just rebel or disappear)#but it made the situation explode naturally and now I’m just .#so aware of every mechanism this man has instilled in me #so aware of everything I have grown into and I wonder how much of me is me and how much is a trauma response #and will I ever be free from it #will i ever allow anyone close enough to love me as more than a friend #will I ever heal from this #because right now it feels inescapable and because of it I just CANT FUCKING SLEEP MAN #I’m just overthinking my ENTIRE fucking personality and life in general and right now I just #and I don’t like any of it. I worked so hard for it and I’ve come so far but rn it doesn’t feel like it and I hate all of it (and myself)

i will forget, in the time it takes me to pick up my phone, that i picked it up intending to send a text
