I read Layers of White today because I saw a youtube video on it and thought "well, it's a hentai manga series so I'll be done in like, half an hour tops" and hm. Yeah. That certainly is some horror.

Anyway it proves that I was indeed correct on how terrifying it is to be the object of a yandere's obsessions when said yandere has control over time itself.

scar headcanon i can't put into a fic but is still Important To Me:

After getting taken out of secret life by Grian/ after Grian practically tells him the wildcard for the random spawning session, Scar knows that Grian's a watcher.

Scar returns to the sunflower field because it's safe, and it's home. Grian made the sunflower field for him so that he couldn't Stop Existing- he's still bound to protect him, and has been ever since 3rd life.

Which means that Scar doesn't feel afraid, or alone, stuck in secret life. Because he knows Grian's Watching him. And he makes little offerings to Grian and grows sunflowers for him and tells him how his day's been. And Grian can't really respond, per se, but the sun shines brighter some days and the wind whistles through the trees in a way that almost sounds like words...

(the jason one is in reference to the fanon headcanon/au that Jason and Damian potentially knew each other and interacted while jason was in the league. I've thought about it before in context of this au, but haven't thought about it enough to feel inspired or motivated to make a post exploring the idea)

(diablito means, as you can guess, 'little devil'. while i'm neutral to latino jason, i think the nickname is cute as fuck and was danny's main nickname from Jason. i don't wanna touch that timeline so im not gonna decide how old they were when Jason was there.)
