Oh nooo hotd season 2 season finale was bad. It was so boring like nothing happened or made sense AS A SEASON FINALE. We needed at least 2 episodes to make it work. Now we have to wait for 2 years for something to happen. I feel like got s8 all over again. I hate it here.

If one more person misconstrues Arthur's journal entry about how he should have married Abigail as genuine romantic attraction I will actually lose it. OBVIOUSLY IT WAS TO SUPPORT HER AND JACK AND FILL THE ROLE JOHN RAN FROM!!! Marriage for the sake of convenience and support is nothing new folks. It was not lust nor love. I personally don't even think Arthur had anything with Abigail at any point. They were just two troubled souls that had leant on each other in a desperate situation. Y'all are stirring a hollow pot talking about how John would've felt reading that entry. He probably didn't even give a damn because he knew well Arthur's insistence on giving Abby and her boy at least some semblance of stability.

9-1-1 has really reached that Intractably Up Their Own Ass point of procedurals where they've amassed their following and the goal becomes longevity over quality and to be clear, I'm not exactly angry about this per se bc procedurals will do what procedurals does, but it's still a bummer nonetheless. like they used to seem invested in fostering a specific identity and just have reneged on that wholly in favor of. whatever slapped together bizarrity we've been getting week to week the last few years.
