Now that Enigma do Medo has been out for a bit, I wanted to remind folks that some of the dev team at Dumativa did a stream with Unity about a year ago and talked about some behind-the-scenes details! A lot of it is pretty heavy into the technical details of the engine, but it's still pretty accessible even if you don't have that kind of dev knowledge, and it's all super interesting! Lots of talk about the inspirations for the game, the programming needs, and the technical elements of achieving the investigation needs (i.e. how to include so many documents, how to include different fonts and textures, the issues of displaying text in different languages). If you're at all interested in game development or just really love Enigma do Medo, it's a really great inside look at it!

Sigzai vs skk discourse is insane for number of reasons actually. listen i think sigzai is really cute and shit and i dont mind it at all but you have to have something wrong with you to think both of these actually compete in any way. Skk is literally ingrained as part of bsd lore whereas sigzai started as a borderline crack ship. Thats just my opinion tho. Peace and love
