as cliche and over-used as it is, you met bf!corpse in an among us lobby. but you two had heard of eachother before, seeing as youre in the same faceless community.

your followings seemed to have a lot of crossover, so when you met, it was a dream come true for your communites. and for you two, it was nice having someone understand what it was like to be faceless.

overtime, you two grew closer, hanging out outside of streams. and at some point, you got comfortable enough eachothers faces.

when your chat found out, it became the only thing they could talk about for a good two days on twitter.

"guys, corpse looks really cool," you said to your chat. you and corpse were streaming on your channel, just talking and catching up. his scoff made you giggle quietly. "im not joking, he's kinda... attractive."

"and yn looks nothing like how she described herself," he said, laughing at how much prettier he thought you were.

"and his hair is actually curly," you say.

then, you both went on anthony padilla's channel as a part of his 'I spent a day with...' series. and you revealed that you were doing the interview on the same day.

"i mean, corpse is the only other youtuber that knows what i look like," you state simply. "if im honest, the main reason im here is because this is the first time im meeting up with him in person."

thankfully, no one was suprised when they heard that in the video. but thats just because corpse posted a video of you two playing rock-paper-scissors.

it started off silent, you two doing the motions silently. corpse played scissors, you played rock. he sighed. another up and down motion. he played scissors, you played paper. you took a deep breath. another up and down. he played rock, you played rock. you scoffed and cracked your knuckles. one more time. he played paper, you played scissors.

"fuck!" he yelled loudly as you laughed manaically in the background.

during this meet up, you stayed at his apartment. and it just so happened you got to spend more time with him. slowly, you both started developing further feelings for eachother.

it showed itself in you two being cuddly, touchy with eachother. both of you tiptoeing round the topic of the weird dynamic. neither of you actually choosing to say anything or admit your feelings.

it really set in when he started unironically calling you "baby". it gave you butterflies and he felt his face heat up as the words left his mouth.

and when you had to leave, it was far more intense than you had expected.

"thank you for letting me stay here," you told him greatfully. he smiled softly at you, going in for a hug. you smiled and felt yourself melt into his arms.

you two pulled away briefly, looking into eachothers eyes. you dont know when it really happened, but the next moment, youre lips are on eachothers.

when you went back home, it was like you two know you were dating. but you never actually said it. it just felt right.

this is kinda like a prequel to this beautiful shit. i also know no one requested this (or at least i could find one when i went to check cause this was in my notes for way too long) -Nony

I finally drew my cowboy character for @drizzledrawings Cowbians contest. He's a pansexual I shot with the Australian beam.

He's a bit of a reference to actual bushrangers like the one who took hostages in a hotel and the hostages thought he was nice and he did it just to make the cops look stupid. and a bit of a reference to family members and just shit I like lmao. Enjoy, I finally drew him and it's an AU lol I chose Dingo because they are alone, only meeting to mate and are capable of travelling large distances. (They can also open doors because their wrists are capable of turning knobs but that's unrelated)

Jesse was born to Irish convicts who were sent to Australia, having served their time and living as free they had Jesse, a Shearer travels from station to station in the summer, following the work and sending money back to his folks. As a young man he was on his way to his next job he crossed through gold rush territory which typically was dangerous due to bushrangers and others keen to rob the newly rich but he was young and dumb and it was quicker to cut through the newly discovered gold area. Unfortunately he came upon some unfortunate individuals who beat him when he had nothing really worth stealing, causing him to shift for the first time. The problem was people heard the commotion and went to help, witnessing this shift and setting him up on a path outside the law as shifters were something to eradicate, especially since they would pose a threat to law since it's harder to imprison someone who can shift and flee.

He's pansexual and wears a feather of a red tailed black Cockatoo, a boyfriend he used to have until he was killed, just hunted for fun with no knowledge he was a shifter. He took one of his tail feathers when he couldn't carry him with him anymore so he always has a part of him and a reminder never to get that close to people again.

Now at 35 Jesse is a Bushranger, with skills of survival he was taught by his father who feared the English would revoke his new freedom and wanted to prepare his son for the it, He now lives alone, travelling across Australia with his horse: Bandit, a Blue Roan Australian Stock horse and weapons from coppers. His crimes are robbery and sometimes schemes designed to publicly humiliate police's failures since he hold anger for being forced to into this life and how his parents were treated for their crimes of petty theft.

one of my favorite things about flint's projections is that while we're never shown directly how the demon thomas voices are tormenting him like we do with miranda in s3, you can still clearly discern what they're saying to him in s4. the way his arguments with silver wrt madi do end up being insightful understanding of her motivations but also are just psychological projections of his own worst fears for himself

I don't really have time to play him more than like an hour every few days, but man, Marcus really is insufferably pretty. Half the time, I've got my finger glued to the screenshot button, lol.

His personality is slowly taking shape in my head too: so far, he's been a far kinder, more emotional person than the broody, analytical scholar I thought he was going to be (I'm leaning into the "arcane grief councilor, magic is not just engineering but also psychology/philosophy" angle a bit more, so he's approaching all from a place of emotion and analysis), and his softness is a choice that comes from a place of rigorous, painful self-awareness.

In his head, so far Marcus is kind of the king of compartmentalization: he's constantly picking through his own thoughts and feelings and slotting them away into neatly labeled boxes, while choosing which ones he'll let himself feel (and chastising himself for the rest), which then also translates to him being very cautious, guarded... maybe even somewhat cynical. He's keeping his distance in general (as one would probably expect from someone who has never much experienced a warm, emotionally fulfilling environment, and has not really been outside of an academic setting much).

I'm thinking that his personal arc is going to be based around his unspoken suspicions continuing to be confirmed over and over again in the worst ways, causing him to sort of recede more and more into himself, but it'll be the others daring to let their feelings be felt (with Neve forgiving him, and Bellara both relying on him in his field of expertise and dragging him out into the light with her exuberance) that's going to create some much-needed balance in the end.

I like to think that where Ver embodied the moniker of "Rook" from a place of strength and forthrightness (acting as Solas' foil in that way, as a leader), Marcus embodies it more from a literal sense: from being stuck, in the highest room of that (ivory) tower.

He's... probably more like Solas than either of them would like to admit, really.
