Boab Prison Tree, Derby, Western Australia: The Baobab Prison Tree, Derby is a 1,500-year-old, large hollow Adansonia gregorii (Baobab) tree 6 kilometres south of Derby, Western Australia with a girth of 14.7 metres. It had been reputed to have been used in the 1890s as a lockup for indigenous Australian prisoners on their way to Derby for sentencing, but there is no evidence that it was ever used to house prisoners. Lovable Monsters To Command Your Every Prank! They Swing 'N Sway, Rock 'N Roll, Wiggle 'N Bounce, Bend, Lean, And Fill In Every Direction! I haven't been able to find any actual photos of these Big Monsters From Outer Space -- it seems that they were four foot-tall latex balloons -- but I still want them all to come and live with me because it's the perfect premise for a Saturday Morning Cartoon in which I become their keeper and we all have zany misadventures and help people with their personal problems. They even have their own names: Llewodcam, Rebreg, Scincus, Baluchor, Nosauros, Dimetron, and Etteloc. This would air in the fall of '87, Nelvana would animate the series, and Playmates would release the tie-in toy line.

Brown Derby !

2 oz. bourbon

1 oz. grapefruit juice

0.25 oz. lemon juice

0.5 oz. honey syrup

1 half-dollar sized section of grapefruit peel, with as little of the pith as possible

Add all ingredients, including grapefruit peel, to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake good and hard for eight to 10 seconds. Strain off the ice into a rocks glass over fresh ice or up in a coupe (your choice), and garnish with grapefruit peel.
