Romantic academia:
Going on study dates to pretty libraries, fighting to find a seat next to each other.
On discord listening to them go through a powerpoint the night before their big presentation.
The Arts/Humanities one proof-reading the STEM one's motivation letters/long emails.
Reading through interesting research in bed together, sharing the one phone screen.
Alternating between who is the one making tea for the study session. (Bonus: matching study mugs)
Study breaks include marveling over some super niche knowledge acquired during the study session.
Emailing an article as a pdf, and titling the email "I thought you'd find this interesting :-)"
Setting a timer for a cuddle break when the assignment work gets too overwhelming. Celebrating together when the assignment gets done.
Sharing the excitement of finding a new productivity app / stationary shop / study hack.

If Noé has a million haters, I’m one of them. 🤭
If Noé has 5 critics, I’m one of them. 💖
If Noé has 1 detractor, that one is me. ✨
If Noé has no enemies, I am no longer alive. 😁
If the world is against Noé, I’m right there with ‘em. 💞
If Noé takes his last breath under questionable circumstances, assume it was me. 🔪

10-06-2024 | productive days perking up!
when your brain finally says, “ok maybe enough staring at walls” after a real bad shutdown for a frustratingly long time - and then you're buried in books for hours at a stretch, forgetting dinner. and you're quietly cursing at your brain for wasting so much of your time, keeping you away from all that fun.
currently studying real analysis and she's a real beauty. though her seduction is not quite helping with my majors-decision-anxiety. nonetheless, i'm having fun!

I love them, sweet dogs, and it makes me feel so happy whenever i see them, I would love to see an AU where they ran away together or one where they met when they were younger.
Thank you! ;_;

do you ever think about the absolute culture shock of edwin "book nerd" payne missing the most of modernism and post-modernism. cause i do. i think about that a lot.
just. think about edwin encountering The Waste Land for the first time and finding it very moving and reflects his own experiences very well, but also finding that very weird because like??? yes, the nihilism is great and all, he's never felt more Seen in his life, but he's also been to hell and what do you mean an entire generation of writers apparently just get what that feels like????

Yesterday's letters and my finished mushroom cardigan.
24|11|2023
Today I finally finished working on my power peactices and men theories lecture, so now the other thing left to do for that class is to read and annotate the book I will have to study for my exam. In the afternoon I continued reading Sade's Philosophy In The Boudoir, which I have to read for my philosophy class, and believe me eighteenth century smut was not on my tbr plie for the year and it will never be again. The only positive thing about that book so far is that the philosophical elements are explained in a quite easy to understand way.
Cozy hobbit autumn activities:
Read in the morning
Daily Irish paractice on duolingo
Did some adulting things (and I'll have more for next week and I really don't want to talk on the phone for this stuff uuuuugh I hate this)
Finished my recorded lectures
Read class materials
Crochet + tma relistening to make my brain shut up
I finally got Bookshops and Bonedust in the mail !! I cannot wait to finally read it (and now the only book I am waiting on is my copy of A Day Of Fallen Night and then I'll try to be more or less good and not buy other books before the end of the year)
Today's self care:
Took my meds
I will turn my phone off early tonight and read before bed
📖: Odyssey by Homer, The Philosophy In The Boudoir
