Season Change, Scalp change? Know What To Do - Aaranyaa
Tumblr media
Are you aware that fluctuations in temperature, humidity, and the environment can alter the state of your scalp? During the seasonal "transition periods," you may notice more hair loss, itching, and other hair/scalp difficulties. Majority of people don't even "know" their own scalps’ condition! The condition of our scalp is greatly affected by changes in the climate throughout the year.
SUMMER
UV rays are at their most powerful this time of year. Did you realize that our scalp is exposed to these damaging rays 23 times more than our face? It is necessary to protect your head by wearing hats; nevertheless, hats suffocate the scalp/hair, which is another reason for thinning of hair and causes sweating on the scalp. In this season, appropriate "air circulation" is essential. Sweat can contain bacteria, extra oil, dirt, and pollutants. These can easily accumulate on your scalp and erode its protective layer. This is also the reason why you could get dandruff during the hot, humid months.
MONSOON
Summers are more about refreshing drinks and eatables that keep your body cool while monsoons are more about warm liquids and eatables that regulate the body temperature to balance with the cooler temperatures outside. As there is a change from summer to monsoon season, there is a considerable change in the food intake that affects the scalp condition too. The consequences of dryness and UV light damage from the summer months are evident in the scalp and hair at this time. According to hair experts, rainwater contains pollutants and chemicals from the air which damage the hair bulb and clog the hair follicles, leaving your hair dull, thin, itchy, dry, and brittle. Rainwater also increases the risk of fungal infections, which can result in hair loss, dandruff, and itchiness on the scalp. The fungus that causes dandruff thrives in humid climates, thus it gets worse during the rainy season.
WINTER
The cooler environment slows blood circulation in the scalp, preventing oxygen and nutrients from reaching the scalp. As a result, the scalp and hair becomes dry and flaky. People stay indoors more often and turn up the heater in the winter. This results in heated, dry air accumulation on the scalp. Dandruff is related to oil secretion on the scalp. When the scalp produces too much oil to battle dryness, dandruff develops.
TIPS TO CARE FOR YOUR SCALP
We hope you've realized that your scalp requires ongoing TLC as the seasons and events in your life change. Hair loss isn't something that just appears out of nowhere. It's always possible to prevent it. So, here are some suggestions for avoiding scalp and hair problems:
Avoid taking very hot showers. It frequently dries out the scalp and harms the skin on the head.
Keep your hair away from alcohol-based products. Such products might dry out your scalp in the cold and eventually cause dandruff.
Wet hair should not be tied up because this can foster the growth of bacteria and fungus.
Use shampoos with moisturizing properties to routinely wash your hair. This can cure dry hair and eliminate the bacteria that cause dandruff.
Use a natural hardwood brush or a natural boar bristle brush to comb your hair.
Get a hair spa once a month or every six weeks to keep your scalp in good shape.
Ensure that your hair care regimen is in sync with the natural global earth clock!
Have you tried our product?
Try to keep dandruff at bay which is likely to accumulate as the seasons' change. Aaranyaa’s Anti-dandruff Shampoo with Neem Extract and Neem Oil has hair strengthening and conditioning properties. Why Hair Conditioner is Important for Dry Hair?
Tumblr media
Dry hair can be challenging to manage. It tends to be brittle, prone to breakage, and often lacks shine and softness. One essential product that can make a significant difference in the health and appearance of dry hair is a good hair conditioner. A high-quality hair conditioner, like Best Hair Conditioner, is designed to provide much-needed moisture, restore shine, and improve the overall texture of your hair. By using the best hair conditioner, you can help to reduce breakage, enhance manageability, and keep your hair looking healthy and vibrant.
Moisturizes and Hydrates: Hair conditioner provides the much-needed moisture to dry hair. It contains ingredients that penetrate the hair shaft and replenish moisture, making your hair softer and more manageable.
Reduces Frizz: Dry hair is more prone to frizz and fly aways. Conditioner helps to smooth the hair cuticle, reducing frizz and giving your hair a sleeker appearance.
Enhances Shine: Dry hair often looks dull and lifeless. A good conditioner can add shine by smoothing the cuticle and reflecting light better.
Prevents Breakage: When hair is dry, it's more likely to break. Conditioners strengthen the hair shaft, making it less prone to breakage and split ends.
Improves Elasticity: Healthy hair has good elasticity, meaning it can stretch without breaking. Conditioners improve the elasticity of dry hair, reducing the risk of breakage when styling or brushing.
Rice Water Hair Conditioner: Tradition Meets Korean Beauty Care
Rice water has been a beauty secret in many cultures, particularly in Asia, for centuries. Korean beauty care has recently popularized this age-old tradition, highlighting its benefits for hair health. Rice water conditioner is a fantastic addition to your hair care routine, especially for dry hair.
Benefits of Rice Water for Hair
Rice water is rich in vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that are beneficial for hair. Here are some key benefits:
Inositol: This carbohydrate helps to repair and protect damaged hair, reducing friction and improving hair elasticity.
Amino Acids: These help to strengthen the hair shaft and promote hair growth.
Vitamins B and E: These vitamins are essential for hair health. They nourish the hair, improve texture, and add shine.
Minerals: Magnesium, zinc, and iron found in rice water contribute to overall hair health and strength.
Conclusion
A good hair conditioner is vital for anyone with dry hair. It hydrates, reduces frizz, enhances shine, prevents breakage, and improves elasticity. While there are many excellent conditioners on the market, incorporating traditional and natural solutions like rice water can provide additional benefits. Rich in inositol, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, rice water is a powerful ingredient in both traditional and modern hair care routines. Embrace the best of both worlds by adding a rice water hair conditioner to your regimen, and enjoy healthier, more vibrant hair.

౨ৎ ⋆。• vogue beauty secrets 🐰 ๋࣭ ⭑
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ hair
don't wash your hair every day! i think everybody knows this but i know a couple people who still dont wash their hair only 2-3 times a week. obviously it depends on ur hair type but only wash your hair when it needs it!
don't wash your hair with scalding hot water either. its not only bad for your body and face but its also bad for your hair as it ruins the natural oils and damages cells etc
if you have frizzy or easily knotted hair i recommend keeping a comb on hand in the shower and using it to detangle before putting in any products
i've been emulsifying my shampoo for only a couple of weeks but my hair is sooo much fluffier afterwards so i definitely recommend that!!
now i'm torn on this one but apparently shampooing twice is better for your hair than doing it once? i tried it one time and it did not end well for my hair type but i know it works for a lot of people so if you wanna give it a try then go for it ♡
i squeeze excess water out of my hair before i put in my conditioner so i can completely get it in there without
also change your pillow case often! this is for your face too, as the oils will build up and thats not good for ur hair or face. i change it once a week but 2x a week is good too if you're able 💓
don't go to bed with wet hair. stop doing that. its super bad for your hair and keeping it pretty & fluffy & cute
airdrying is my holy grail, been doing it since i was little and dont regret a thing. its a billion times better than blow drying & makes ur hair so fluffy too ♡
Tumblr media
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ body
DO NOT. HAVE. THE WATER. BOILING HOT. i am guilty of this and have been for years but it has such a bad impact and you shouldnt do it! cold showers are better but i prefer warm showers so theres a middle ground (& its always cold in england, so id freeze to death.)
using body lotion after the shower has been such a game changer for me its incredible. makes you smell nice, feel nice, look nice, and its so relaxing and i feel like a princess after i do it <3
exfoliating is really important if your aim is for soft skin 💓 i have been doing it for months and as somebody with super rough skin its SO soft now
partake in some form of exercise. i hated hated hated sports and exercise when i was younger but i did do dance up until i was eleven and have been doing pilates consistently for months now, and my mindset towards it has changed drastically over the years to finally a healthy one. it can be a difficult thing to get into but make it something you enjoy. it doesn't have to be sports. ill make a post on this soon but it can be pilates, kpop dances, running, hot girl walks, anything! and most importantly, do it for mental health and physical health, not losing weight.
make sure you're eating properly. remember that 2000 - 2500 calories a day is the MINIMUM. please do not stress over things like that. your body is so important & is there to be nourished and not neglected
change your bedsheets every week if you wanna smell good, this is so important bc sweat and odour will build up if u dont and thats icky and wont make u smell good & probably isnt the best for your skin either!
i also put two similar body washes on in the shower that i get SO many compliments on & its really helpful if one of your priorities is smelling good
dont just wash body wash straight off, let it sit for a few moments so the scent can actually sink into ur skin
Tumblr media
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ face
skincare every morning & every night. if ur tired or just not feeling it today then simplify it, just make sure you never leave it out because its super important! no. skipping. no work = no reward.
on this note, try not to have a too complicated skincare routine, as this can backfire and make ur skin worse than before. your skin isnt meant for 18 different products and 200 chemicals every morning!
never wash your face with hot water... this is also a given but just in case... it strips your skin of its natural oils and does more harm than good
stop touching ur face... just for those who need a little reminder
make sure ur sleeping enough. seriously disney princess movies meant it when they talked ab beauty sleep; it seriously makes a difference, so please try make this a priority, especially if you already have dark circles like myself! (like girl did you see aurora's face? my girl's skin was so clear i could see my reflection)
pay attention to what makes ur face puffy or irritated or makes you get break outs. i keep a little break out log in my skincare page in my journal (little teaser for an upcoming post 🤭) and this has helped me go over what helps or hurts my skin! i recommend this especially if ur prone to acne or breakouts 💖
cold spoons in the morning to depuff your eyes; ive only been doing this a handful of times but im making it a habit seeing as it really helps! (as someone who can get vv puffy eyes 😭)
hydration is so important, for everything in this list, but most of all (from my experience) your face! i drink A Lot of water every day. probably a bit too much. but its so worth it, my skin has been absolutely amazing ever since i started actually making hydration a priority. (and this is coming from a girl who didnt touch a drop of water when she was younger & had to go hospital for dehydration several times.)
i'd recommend scrubbing ur lips too in the morning when you brush your teeth, i saw this on pinterest aaages ago bc i had super dry lips and i do it every morning & every night RELIGIOUSLY. its so so good and i definitely recommend
i have super dry lips in the morning so lip balm in the mornings w my skincare is absolutely essential for me
i also put perfume behind my ears & on my neck so its the first thing people smell when they hug me! im a very touchy person and i love hugs and i love showing love to people so this is essential for me but its optional, just makes you smell good ♡

i’m definitely projecting BUT i genuinely feel like shy!reader would have wavy hair and be so insecure about it (even tho it’s so pretty) so it’s always straightened but i just know if rafe saw it he’d fall even deeper in love with the girl!
oh 100%. lets project together angel why not. if you dont have wavy hair pls look away im sorry. but i do have wavy hair that i straighten all the time so ! you sent this to the right bitch
Tumblr media
your hair, though you've been told so many times was pretty either way, is usually straightened several times a week, if not daily. it's easy to fall into the trap of preferring it sleek and shiny than the waves that were pretty for the first day, frizzy the next, and somehow constantly clashing with the outfit you selected for the day.
you thought straight hair was easier, looked better, went with everything. even if it wasn't true, you had bought into it for long enough, your blowdryer and flat iron your two best friends.
the first time rafe met you, your hair had been straight. it was that way on your first date, as well as your second and third, as well as every sleepover at tannyhill or early morning drive to watch the sunrise at the beach. he'd never seen your hair any other way, not realizing there was, in fact, another way for it to be seen, until today.
you and rafe had spent the first hour of the morning rolling around in his bed at tannyhill, working up a sweat, which then was washed off in the shower together. rafe gets out first, listening to his phone ring repeatedly in the distance. you finish up, washing your hair and turning the water to the hottest setting now that rafe wasn't there to complain.
when you walk back to rafe's room, he's on the bed, still on the phone. you try to dry yourself off and get dressed without giving him too much of a show, settling for one of rafe's old frat shirts and using another shirt of his to start drying your hair. he looks at confused, but you don't say anything, knowing he's still on the phone. you need at least a minute to explain cotton t-shirts and scrunching to him.
rafe finally hangs up the call with barry while you rummage through your overnight bag, realizing your flat iron and blow dryer were left behind on your bathroom counter, a result of finishing up your hair for your date yesterday.
"is sarah home?" you ask, looking up at rafe.
"don't think so. and didn't i give you a towel? why's my shirt on your head right now?"
"i forgot my hair stuff at home."
"oh," he says, walking back to his dresser and returning with something in his hand. "here." he hands you a hairbrush.
"what am i supposed to do with this?"
"you said you needed hair stuff. uh, you're welcome."
"i have a brush, rafe. i meant my dryer and my iron. do you think sarah would be mad if i used hers? is that weird, though?"
he didn't think it was that serious, but you look more upset by the second.
"what'd you need that shit for? we're not going anywhere until lunch. it'll dry by then." you stand up, taking the hair out of his shirt and trying to salvage whatever waves remained.
"i wanted to wear it straight for the club, though. my outfit, it looks better with straight hair-"
"huh?"
"and i didn't even detangle or use that conditioner, it's all at home. ugh." you keep scrunching, going to the mirror and taking a look. rafe follows behind you, eyebrows knitted in confusion while he takes a piece of curly hair between his fingers. it's pretty, the way it falls around your face and certain pieces are curlier than others. you look pretty like this, though he's sure you look pretty any which way.
"how come i didn't know your hair's like this?"
"um, i like it flat. do i have to go to the club like this?"
"i like it. s'pretty. c'mon, leave it."
you turn to face your boyfriend. like everyone else, he's just saying it to be nice.
"will you take me home to grab my stuff? please?"
"if you really want it, kid, but i think you should leave it," rafe says, bringing his hand up to your hair, stroking the pieces by your face, twirling a wave around his finger. "c'mon, for me?"
you hesitate, looking up at your boyfriend.
"but i wanna look nice for the club."
"the fuck are you talkin' about? you always look nice."
"but it's not as nice. it's messy. i like it-" rafe interrupts you, bringing his hand to your jaw the way he always does, squeezing tight but not too tight.
"stop. it looks nice. stop overthinkin' it. got it?" you nod. "s'nice. you should wear it like this more often."
"sure. whatever you say."
"that's right."

Ways of loving
Finally second part 🥂 (it took way longer than I meant for it to do)
Bofurin second and third years:
Hajime Umemiya, Toma Hiiragi, Ren Kaji, Takeshi Enomoto, Yuto Kusumi, Tasuku Tsubakino, Uryu Sakaki, Seiryu Sakaki
Tumblr media Tumblr media
1. Words of Affirmation
Yuto Kusumi - being fond of his frizzy hair
You came into your boyfriend's room like usual on the weekends, ready to spend your free time together. You were so happy and waited for Yuto as he got ready in the bathroom, yet when he came out of the bathroom with his hair still in disarray you could see the disappointment and slight irritation present on his face.
After using yet another shampoo he was annoyed to see the frizzy locks on his head. Even with all the time and money he spent on buying and testing all the different shampoo brands he didn't find one that could get rid of his problem with hair.
"Is it yet another shampoo that doesn't work?" You asked the rhetorical question and he nodded sadly. He went towards you and sat on the bed making your legs touch. Yuto leaned his head on your shoulder and your hand immediately went behind him and moved along his back to bring him some comfort.
When he moved away, you grabbed your bag from the floor and searched through it. Finding the conditioner you took it out and moved back on the bed making a place for your boyfriend. "Well then, I can't make it disappear but I can help with the issue a little bit." You shook the tube showing it to him and then patted the sheets in front of you. "Come on."
Yuto reluctantly shifted closer to you, and you got started. Kneeling you squirted some of the conditioner on your hands and moved towards his hair. You massaged his head, combing through his strands and making his unruly hair a little better.
"You know I actually really like your hair." You said trying to pick him up. He responded with a hum that meant something along the lines of "Why would you like the mess on my head?" while scrolling through his phone. "It's so soft to touch and you look really handsome." Your voice was teasing but you really meant what you said. "And it's pretty easy to tell you apart from everyone else because your hairstyle is pretty unique."
Yuto chuckled at your words and put away the phone before turning to you over his shoulder. And as you finished you leaned to the side and kissed his temple.
While the conditioner didn't help getting rid of the frizz, your words certainly made him feel better.
Seiryu Sakaki - adoring his fashion style
Seiryu was one of the, if not the best-dressed person you knew. It was not only because his clothes were stylish but also the fact that despite looking so fashionable they also felt good. They were so comfortable you took any chance you had to wear his shirts or jackets. Because of that you always couldn't wait for June, because it meant rain and rain meant whenever you got soaked while walking with your boyfriend you had a chance to wear his clothes.
During one such day after completing getting drenched, he pulled you as you ran back toward his home. He let you in first and moved deeper into his house to get you some towels. He placed one on top of your head as you entered his room and you started drying your hair. "Do you want some clothes to change into?" Seiryu asked taking off his shirt and moving towards his wardrobe to pick some clothing for him and you. "I thought you'd never ask." You said putting the towel over your shoulders and came closer to him.
He put on a fresh shirt first and then thought deeply, moving some shirts trying to decide which one would be the best for you before finally deciding on one. "You're a true fashionista, Sei." You said absentmindedly watching all the outfits he owned. You knew some of it was his brother's but still the ones that were his.. He had so many, it was easily twice or even thrice as many as you had.
"Well, that's true." He said matter-of-factly. You furrowed your brows at him trying to hide the smile from appearing on your face, he was so confident it made you adore him even more. "I like it when you wear my things. They match you." He added as you took the shirt he picked for you.
You ran your hands through it noticing it was one of the softer shirts he had. He knew you liked it and chose that one specifically. "I like them too, they are so comfortable. Not to mention you look great in them." You replied joyfully and switched your soaked shirt for the dry. "But I look better." You joked.
"As long as I get them back later on." He teased you back poking his tongue at you. "Of course, can't steal the amazing wardrobe of my fashionista diva boyfriend. Who do you think I am?" You played along and did the same in return before turning away from the couch.
Seiryu snorted before plopping on you smashing you against the couch and you giggled at him patting his head.
2. Acts of Service
Toma Hiiragi - taking care when ill
Dating Toma, you knew all about his issue with stomach aches and about his addiction to Gasukun 10. You appreciated that despite his health problems he still tried to take care of everyone and tried to solve their issues, putting them before himself.
Yet whenever he didn't depend on someone when he was sick you would get concerned but annoyed. You rapped at his door waiting for him to open it. You tried to call him but he didn't pick up so you sent him a message you were coming. Finally, he opened the door and he looked shocked as he saw you with a shopping bag tightly held in your hand. "What are you doing here?" He asked his voice raspy and before you could answer he sneezed loudly. "Umemiya told me you got sick." You replied pushing him back to his apartment and closing the door behind you. "Of course he did."
You took off your shoes before picking the bag a little higher so he could clearly see it. "Why? You don't want me taking care of you?" "No, just don't want you to catch a cold." He answered honestly. "Don't worry about me." You stepped into his kitchen and noticed the package of his "favourite" medicament. "Wait, please don't tell me you took the Gasukun."
"Not yet, I was about t-" Toma took the package but you immediately stole it from his hands and put it behind you. "No, you won't take it. How many times do I need to remind you it won't help you with everything?" You scolded him and he tried to reason with you. "Huh? But-" You cut him off again before picking up the shopping bag you brought and pulling out a bottle.
"No buts, you have a fever, not stomach ache. Here." You handed him a vitamin water. "Drink this and I'll make you some porridge." You unpacked the rest of your bag and as you started preparing things for the dish he still stood beside you. You turned to him raising your eyebrow in question. "Do you need help?" He asked but you weren't about to use him when he was sick. "No thank you, I'm taking care of you today. You go get some blankets and lay in bed."
After finishing the porridge you brought it to him. Toma sat up with fluffy blankets around him and turned to you to reach for the bowl. "Open up." You said suddenly and his hands froze, his eyes widened as he looked at you holding the spoon for him to eat. "You know you don't need to feed me." He said tiredly his hands falling down on his lap. "But I want to, you don't mind right?" Your eyes were so soft as you stared at him. He knew he couldn't resist you.
Toma was weak for you even when he was healthy and you knew he wouldn't say no to you.
Uryu Sakaki - packing bento
While you were at school your phone vibrated signaling a new message. You unlocked it to see your boyfriend texting you. Uryu: "I'm dying.." You snorted to yourself at his dramatics. Y/n: "??" You waited for his reply and it came soon enough. Uryu: "I left my lunch at home, I'm dying... Need food.."
That did explain his dramatics. Food was something Uryu couldn't live without even for some hours and you were very much aware of that. Y/n: "Why not go to the market near your school?" Uryu: "Can't. Busy"
A thought about going to the supermarket yourself, after your classes, and bringing him food did cross your mind but the bell soon rang for your next class. You left him on read then as you moved to the classroom. It was home economics and how lucky was it that you were to cook during the lesson.
As you finished cooking and got it graded your friends ate the dishes while you packed the ones made by you in two containers. Home econ was your last lesson for the day, and so you quickly changed your shoes in the locker and made your way towards Bofurin school. Y/n: "You at school?" Uryu: "Yes - rooftop, are you coming?" Y/n: "Yes" He liked your response and waited for you while doing the tasks he got from Tsubakino for the day.
The moment you entered the school and climbed the stairs up to the rooftop, you saw the twins moving some fertilizer and soil bags around. "Working hard?" You asked and your boyfriend quickly ran up to you. "Hi, (Y/n), you came to help?" He asked softly and leaned closer trying to kiss your cheek.
You, however, seeing that he was wearing the dirty apron stepped away from him with a grin, for which he pouted at you. Not wanting him to be sad and hungry you took off your bag and then took out the two containers. "If you mean helping as bringing you food then yes." Your boyfriend's eyes shimmered in excitement and he quickly started taking off his apron and gloves. "You're the best."
His eagerness was noticed by his brother who looked at you curiously. "I got some food for you too Seiryu." You called to him and he smiled before joining the two of you for a lunch break. "You're lucky I had cooking at today's home econ class." You told them as the brothers stuffed their faces with food. "I'm lucky to have you." Uryu said sneaking a cheek kiss and you nodded at him. You were also lucky to have such a good boyfriend as him.
3. Gift-Giving
Hajime Umemiya - buying books for each other
Gardening was Hajime's greatest passion, right after keeping the town safe. With him being your boyfriend, you knew that all too well, as his passions came with a lot of shopping for daily work so that the plants grow properly. "Is it heavy?" He asked in concern moving towards you, ready to take the bag you were carrying. "No, it's fine." You waved him off observing the shops along the streets.
Your gaze stopped at the bookstore and you slowed down making him match your peace as he observed what caught your attention. "Do you want to go in?" He asked motioning towards the shop. "If you don't mind." He smiled at you and moved quickly to the doors opening them for you. "Go on." He let you in following after you. You asked the cashier if you could leave your bags near the cash and she happily let you.
Hajime looked around all the shelves before gasping as an idea came to him. "Let me pick a book for you." He proposed. He was curious if he could find something you'd like. "Fine, but I'll pick one for you then." You replied almost instantly and he nodded with a big grin on his face. "Okay, see you in 15." He said and turned left moving deeper in the shop looking at the different genres and thinking about the best one for you.
Fifteen minutes passed just like that and when you walked back to the counter Hajime already paid for the book. "What did you pick?" He asked as soon as you stood in front of him tasking the bag of gardening tools you previously carried. "I saw the new volume of the series that you like!" He added in excitement before you could respond to his question. You smiled at him, happy he listened to your rant from a few days ago about the new volume. Seeing your smile his grew even more, if it was possible.
"Thank you, Hajime. And I bought you something about gardening." You thanked him sincerely before showing him the book you had in the bag. "Oh my! Thank you so much, babe. You're the best." He bounced onto you and you almost fell down because of all his weight being put on you. He left a soft peck on your nose before pulling away. "Let's go bring the tools back to Bofurin and then we can go back home to read." He said opening the doors for you. "Mhm." You hummed in approval and walked with him in the direction of the school.
After leaving the gardening tools in the shed in his high school you spent the evening together sitting on the couch, with Hajime gasping and highlighting things in his new book every few minutes. He was sure to use the newly acquired knowledge for his rooftop garden and grow the best plants possible for you.
4. Quality Time
Ren Kaji - sharing music together
Ren Kaji - sharing music, creating playlists with new songs You and Ren sat together by the corner shop on the bench waiting for Hiiragi who went to buy some stuff before their patrol with the rest of Bofurin members. You were joining them this time and Hiiragi decided to put you with Ren just so he can watch over you, if you have any trouble.
As the third year went to buy some more Gasukun10, you talked with your boyfriend about the new songs you found. "You know I got a nice song recommended recently." You mentioned and he turned to you a lollipop in his mouth. "Huh?" By the sound you knew he wanted to learn more so you grabbed your phone before searching through the tracks you recently listened to. "Wait, let me search for it, I saved it some- oh I got it. Here." You turned the phone to him with a song titled 'Uncontainable' shown on the screen. "I can play it if you want." You added. "Sure, go on." He nodded and put his headphones down from his ears.
You were used to him having them on even if no music was playing, but you always appreciated whenever he put them down when you wanted to show him something or wanted to talk about some concerns you could have.
Turning the sound up a little you held the phone speaker up so you could hear the music better. As the first sounds came out you noticed Ren moving his head slightly to the rhythm and you smiled knowing the song was in one of his music types. "Hmm.. it's nice, what was the title again?" He said when the chorus finished and you moved the phone back down and showed him the title and band name. "Thank you." He said taking out his own phone and writing the names in his notes. "No problem. By the way, did you perhaps finish putting the playlist you mentioned last week?" You questioned remembering that he promised that and you wanted to listen to it.
You loved getting to know new kinds of songs and music that Ren deemed good enough to listen to. You also showed him some new songs or playlists you put up and because of that your playlists constantly changed in volume. "Yes, you can come over later on and I can show it to you." He responded and smiled softly when he saw the joy on your face, a small blush appearing on his. "That'd be great, thanks." At that moment Hiiragi came back putting the medicine in his pockets before standing near you. "You going together after the meeting?" He asked and you quickly answered. "Yes." "Gonna have another heated conversation about music?" Hiiragi said.
He knew well enough that some of your meetings ended up in friendly arguments about the different types of music, he was a witness to some of them and he was still surprised how one second you could argue but another you were in agreement. Music was truly something that both connected you and Ren and at the same time divided you, as your opinions would clash, fortunately rather rarely.
"Oh, shush it Hiiragi. It's a deep discussion about music." You argued back as the boys stood up ready to start the patrol. "I think Hiiragi is right." Your boyfriend muttered and you looked at him in shock. "Reeen, how can you betray me like that?" You whined following after them. "Sorry, but it's true." He patted your shoulder trying to apologize to you that way. Still, you pouted at his words and he sighed. "Either way I like them." He said quietly, barely audible to you, before speaking louder. "Do you want to listen to the playlist or not?" "Fine, let's go." You run up to them walking side by side with your boyfriend.
Tasuku Tsubakino - doing skincare together
You had a deal with Tasuku, namely one weekend you spent however they liked while the other was prepared by you. That way you could become closer and get to know more interests of each other. This week your partner was the one to pick an activity and it was having a day off and doing some skincare. It wasn't the first time for you, as Tasuku was very fond of taking care of themselves.
Previously they taught you all things about haircare like the different conditioners, oils, and herbs that could be used to make the hair more silky and well cared for. You weren't sure about it at first, but when your hair turned softer and looked even better, you started following some of the advice that was given to you.
This time, however they decided for the said skincare day. As you waited patiently for Tasuku to come back with all their products you patted the towel over your face just like they taught you. "I tried to pick the best one for your skin." They brought a box full of products and showed you the mask.
A smile appeared on your face when you saw it was one of those animal masks. "Okay, put it on." You said lying down on the bed while they opened the package and took out the mask. As soon as the sticky substance on the mask touched your cheeks you flinched back, a shiver running down your back. "Hey, hey don't move now." They said trying to put it on your face but you squirmed away as soon as it touched your skin. "But it's cold." You whined and they chuckled before putting it on you and moving their fingers over your face straightening and correcting the mask.
The warmth of their fingers helped a little and you stayed still enjoying the activity more and more as the time passed. The whole day was very relaxing overall and helped you ease up.
You were slowly getting used to Tasuku pampering you up with makeovers and skincare routines. You didn't like it as much as they did, not yet, but you did like spending time together, so it was an easy choice every time they proposed it.
5. Physical Touch
Takeshi Enomoto - cuddling while watching yakuza movies together
The movie collection of Takeshi was enormous, and you were quite sure it grew with each time you visited him. Most of the DVDs were action movies about yakuza or mafia but if you looked closely you could find other genres as well. Well, it didn't really matter as your boyfriend loved watching his favourite movies once more with you, letting you on the "fascinating", at least surely for him, and "well-written", in most cases, story plots.
After deciding on one of the movies he put it on and sat down next to you, who was already snuggled in the blanket, lying on the couch. He moved you before lying next to you and then placed you on top of him like usual. It was your favourite position to watch the movies whenever you were tired and Takeshi actually liked how close you were together. Being able to hold you was his go-to point during your movie night and it was either you lying on him or you sitting next to him with your legs over his.
"You want some?" He asked mentioning the snack in his hand he previously placed on the table. You only nodded and opened your mouth not wanting to take your arms out of your blanket. He sighed seeing your antics and moved his hand around you trying not to disturb you lying on him as he picked some crisps (chips) from the package he held in his other hand and then moved his hand back and towards your mouth. "You're so lazy." He said with a smile and you reciprocated it to him before pushing a little up and kissing his jaw and moving back to your comfortable position.
"You're just too comfy and it's difficult to leave this cozy position." You teased him grinning at the look he sent you. He sighed before placing his hand on your blanket-covered back and moving it up and down before he moved his head down and placed a peck on the top of yours. "You're lucky I love you." He uttered before focusing on the rest of the movie.
Easy to say you didn't make it through the whole movie as you fell asleep several minutes before the end. Sleeping on Takeshi was very comfortable, he made for a perfect pillow while embracing you and playing with your hair making it impossible to stay awake.

TAKING CARE OF BLACK HAIR
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This post is dedicated to all of my black beauties, who may be struggling in haircare. No way am I an expert, but these are tips that worked for me.
DAILY
Spray water on your hair + drink a lot of water to keep it hydrated. It helps with detangling and promotes softer hair.
Use a daily hair moisturizer. This can be hair food, oil, or a leave-in conditioner, but something that can moisturise your hair every day.
Sleep on a silk bonnet or a silk pillow to prevent tangles and knots in your hair.
Apply styling products in layers. Too many products can cause grease or ‘crunchy’ hair.
WASH DAY
Wash your hair once a week. You want to avoid product buildup, as that is drying your hair. If possible, apply thick oils or gels every other day instead of every day (most spray or thinner oils/gels are fine for daily use).
Detangle before you wash your hair. I like to completely wet my hair before detangling, so it’s much easier and avoids breakage. Or, you can buy a detangling spray that aids you. Try to use your fingers instead of a comb, as it is much gentler.
When shampooing, avoid foaming shampoos as they can dry out your hair. Look for shampoos that don’t have any harsh chemicals as well.
Deep condition your hair instead of just rinsing it. You can buy one or you can make your own. What I do is, I separate my hair into sections and then put conditioner onto each one. Then I put on a shower cap and let it stay for 15-30 minutes. Extensive deep conditioning can weaken your hair.
Use an old shirt or a microfiber towel to squeeze excess moisture and water from your hair. Using a towel can cause frizziness and breakage + avoid drying your hair using a blow dryer.
PROTECTIVE HAIRSTYLES
Try not to leave in protective hairstyles for too long. A month is the best time frame, but 3 months is the absolute maximum!
When taking out protective hairstyles, let your hair breathe. A minimum of two weeks of natural hair is ideal. This allows you to take care of your strands as well.
During protective hairstyles, remember to shampoo weekly to avoid dandruff buildup + use moistures!
If needed after a hairstyle, trim your hair. Some ends cannot be saved.

Been seeing a lot of posts where Steve is disgusted by Eddie’s hair care process and I fully agree.
Now, let me preface this by saying, I think Eddie would think he’s doing a good job, at-least when he’s not throwing random shit into his locks to make them puffy, but his hair is like, chronically greasy, and not in the outsiders look way, he’s just washes his hair everyday so the grease builds up FAST. He doesn’t dry his hair with a towel or anything, he’ll just pile it atop his head and allow it to get mildew-y.
And Steve is absolutely disgusted when he takes his hair down five hours after showering and it’s still wet. He forces him at his house for about a week to force reset his hair.
I.E, he uses his own shampoo and conditioner the first day along with some oil, and forces him to use a shower cap in the shower for another two.
Eddie’s groaning because his hair feels gross during those first couple days and the shower cap is stupid, but Steve chastises him like, “ You can use whatever method to do your hair after, but I swear to God Munson, if you ruin probably the best natural curls I’ve ever seen, I will kill you.”
He takes him to the store, looks through ever conditioner and shampoo set because he needs one that isn’t just for straight hair, and the man can’t continue with 3-in-1.
He finds one, does the whole washing, drying, and hair oil thing again, and when he deems the hair is properly okay again, he gives him a slap on the back.
Steve still lets him use egg, mayo, and teasing methods on his hair to his heart’s content because get the want for a certain look, but he’s absolutely making sure his calendar is marked for hair wash days so he doesn’t forget.
And his hair is still disastrously frizzy, but he can at-least run his hands through it now. He runs his hands through it during movie nights, when they hug,
He runs his hands through it during their first kiss.

Femme Fatale Beauty Playbook: Tips & Tricks To Feel Clean, Confident & Seductive Daily
Some beauty tips and tricks to feel your best daily.
Starting off with some miscellaneous advice: Coconut oil is the most versatile ingredient – for your hair, skin, nails, and even down there. Find your signature scent (apply it to your clothes instead of your skin whenever possible). Sugar scrubs are the answer to most flakiness or bumps on your skin. B vitamins, vitamin D, and omega-3s are essential to healthy hair, skin, and nails.
Hope this helps xx
Hair:
Shampoo your skull, condition the rest: Focus shampoo on your roots and work it through your scalp; concentrate conditioner on the ends and work your way up until you reach the base of your skull - around your upper ear lobe.
Always comb, never brush, your hair when wet: Gently use a wide-tooth comb, from root to tip, on wet hair to prevent breakage.
Use a special towel to dry your hair: My favorite is from Crown Affair (pricey for what it is but worthwhile in the long-term), but a Turbie Twist from the drugstore works infinitely better than a regular towel that weighs down and causes frizzy, damaged hair
Always use a heat protection spray before blow drying or straightening/curling your hair: (Briogeo and Oribe products are my love for all haircare products, including their blowdry creams – also love R +Co. for a heat protection styling mist).
Choose your hair ties wisely: Use seamless or silk hair ties exclusively to prevent breakage or awkward creases on your hair. Wear a silk scrunchie if you prefer. These hair ties from Amazon are my holy grail (only $7 for 100 hair ties!), and they come in a portable ziplock bag.
Skin:
Always use a disposable cloth when washing your face: Regular towels store bacteria and can cause breakouts too easily. These facial wipes from Amazon are my holy grail.
Wear sunscreen daily: Yes, even when you spend all day indoors. UV rays can interact with your skin through windows, too.
Niacinamide, Vitamin C Hyaluronic Acid, & Tea Tree Oil are among the few skincare ingredients almost everyone should consider incorporating into their skincare routine.
Learn the correct order to apply the products in your skincare routine: Cleanser, Toner, Serum, Eye Cream, Spot Treatment, Moisturizer, Sunscreen (or Retinol/Skin Oil at night).
Remember: From a dermatologist's perspective, your face starts (or ends) at your nipples. So, ensure you're cleansing, exfoliating, and applying sunscreen daily to your neck, chest, and décolletage to keep your skin smooth, youthful, and well-hydrated.
Vaseline is a great (affordable) alternative to traditional eye creams.
Sugar scrub your facial hair for a more gentle alternative to waxing (Combine sugar, lemon, and water). Laser hair removal, especially under your arms and your arms/legs is life-changing.
Follow up a warm shower with a dry brush and coconut oil for smoother, firmer skin.
Always apply a hydrating lip balm, mask, or Vaseline, hand cream, and moisturizer to your feet before going to sleep.
Layer complementary scents. Ensure the scents of body wash, lotion, and perfume work well together and don't clash.
Makeup:
Learn your skin undertones and educate yourself on color theory (I can share a post on this on the Post+ feed if you want some more educational content on these types of topics – I write about them for a living!).
Test any foundation, concealer, or face powder on your wrists, too.
Don't forget to color-match your bronze and blush: They can appear orange or muddy if you don't find a product with the correct shade or undertones for your skin type.
Invest in products that go on your face, brow products, and eyeliners. Great mascaras and lip products are easy to find at a drugstore or relatively cheap (I suggest Covergirl and d NYX, respectively).
Apply concealer in a triangle; don't dot it around your eyes for better coverage.
If you have oily skin (or it's humid outside), apply powder before your liquid/cream products. Set them again with a light powder to lock the color in.
Apply mascara from tip to base for the best lashes of your life: One coat on the tip, another from middle to tip, and the last coat from base to tip.
In a pinch, use a fragrance-free moisturizer and a q-tip to remove excess makeup (no more raccoon eyes).
Use a light nude or white eyeshadow underneath your brow to make them appear more defined.
Apply face powder under your eyes to help the eyeliner on your waterline last longer.
Create a simple daily makeup routine formula: 1 skin coverage (foundation/concealer), 1 skin color (a favorite blush or bronzer), brows, mascara, an eye-definer (eyeliner or shadow), and a signature "your lips but better" lip shade (1-2 shades deeper or lighter than your natural lip color): This formula provides you the basics, so you never have an excuse not to put yourself together for the day (5-10 minute routine here).
Discover your day-to-night hero product: Always keep a slightly deeper lipstick, a smoky eyeshadow, or liquid liner in your bag to transition your day look into the evening with one portable product.

free da curls
vinnie hacker x curly haired reader
You help Vinnie do his hair
Tumblr media
———————————————
You walked in the bathroom to find Vinnie standing in front the mirror.
He let out a sigh. Tugging at the dry pieces that seemed to be in more of a wave pattern.
I need a new curl cream, he thought.
“What’s up with you?” You asked with an raised eyebrow.
“I need help with my hair.”
“Help with what exactly?”
“Like…trying to make the curls more defined I guess.”
He’d seen you do your own curls before. He watched the way you would rake the products through your hair with ease and you looked so confident doing it. And your hair came out great every time.
Vinnie became frustrated with his hair because he couldn’t figure out why his curls flattened out in a day and got dry easily.
Because you had just recently perfected your routine, of course you'd help.
You excitedly said yes and wasted no time telling him to get on his knees so he can lean over the bathtub so you could wash his hair.
As you do it, you use lukewarm water first and wet his hair thoroughly because that's what opens up the cuticle. You keep it soaking wet while you shampoo. And before you condition, you squeeze most of the water out so the product can better adhere to the hair.
You also had to deal with Vinnie complaining about things.
"My back hurts."
"There's shampoo in my eye."
"Water's too cold."
But you were done in ten minutes.
You wrap a towel around his neck before he stands up but he's about to use that towel to dry his hair.
"Don't do that!" you exclaim.
"Why?"
"The material of the towel is too rough for your hair. It results in dry or frizzy hair. I have an old t-shirt you can use. That's better because it's softer material.”
He stood there with water dripping down his back while you took the shirt from your drawer. Upon coming back to him, you take the shirt and gently dry his hair with it.
You catch him staring at you with a smile in the mirror and ask, “What?”
He shrugs. “Nothing.”
You told him that he could sit next to the bed, so he walks out while you grabbed your styling products.
Clutching them in your arms, you sat down on the edge of the bed while Vinnie sat on the floor, so his head was between your legs.
You first took a wide tooth comb to run through his hair then followed up with a fine tooth comb to get any smaller tangles out. Now going in with a leave-in-conditioner, you told him that it was better to put the products in when the hair isn’t super saturated with water, because this way, the products bond to the hair better, like the conditioner in the shower.
He put on Jojo’s Bizzare Adventure to watch while you styled his hair. You meticulously applied the products to his hair, all while explaining why you were using them and what they did.
If someone else was there watching, it would’ve looked like a mother doing her son’s hair. He was also doing a good job at being patient.
You then put moisturizer and sectioned off his hair, twirling the pieces around your fingers to form the best ringlets you could. He didn’t have curls like his dad but they still looked good.
Finishing off with an oil to seal in moisture and a gel for hold, Vinnie admired your work by being the pieces of hair that fell in his face.
You got up from behind him and for some reason, he laid his head down on the bed.
“You’re literally gonna mess them up!” You told him and dramatically wiped the bed to get any excess product that may have gone from his hair to the blanket.
“Sorry.” He replied before standing up to stretch and following you into the bathroom where you put the items back and he looked in the mirror.
“This is probably the best it’s ever looked. Thanks.”
“Your wel-“ you couldn’t even get the whole word out because he picked you up and spun you around.

An overview of Rachel Elizabeth Dare’s hair, and her hairbrush (and why the hairbrush should be appreciated more)
I’ve seen lots of people saying that Rachel bringing a hairbrush is unrealistic, and people with WAVY hair (which is way different from curly hair) saying it's unrealistic too, so this post is telling them why they’re wrong. So I LOVE Rachel, not just because she looks like me (same pasty, easily sunburned skin, and plethora of freckles; her poor bank account, spending so much on sunscreen), but also because I relate to her so much! One reason I relate to her is that HER HAIR LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE MINE, HER OFFICIAL ART HAIR LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE MY HAIR, way too curly, way too frizzy, and easily tangled. So, for all the straight-haired people reading this (also I will be showing this to all my friends, all of whom have straight or wavy hair, except one of them has two waves down the back of her hair and is delusional because she thinks her hair is curly) this is my hair brushing routine and other things about my hair so you understand what I mean when I say that taking care of hair like that is HARD:
I take a shower and use curly hair-specific shampoo (which is expensive)
I also do a wash-out untangle thing to make it easier to brush
I use curly hair-specific conditioner, a detangling spray, and two hair mask things to make the brushing easier
I use either a WET brush or a detangling brush, but usually the WET brush
I keep a spray bottle on hand to keep it wet the whole time
It takes at least 30-45 minutes for me to brush my hair
I wash my hair out again to get the conditioner and hair masks out
I use a wide tooth comb after that because water makes it a little tangled
Sometimes after that, I use a leave-in conditioner, but not often
If I brushed it for a fancy event or something then I use my diffuser to dry it, if not I braid it and go to bed because I take night showers unless it's a fancy event or sometimes a weekend
I sleep in a silk bonnet and use only a silk pillowcase
I can only brush my hair wet
I can’t run my fingers through it a lot
I have to go to a haircut place that specializes in curly hair
I can't brush it in the morning or casually
I brush it every three days because I can’t get it wet lots because that's bad for it
To get the Frizz™ that’s on the top of my head every morning to calm down when I put it up I wet it with my sink water
The only hair ties I can use in my hair on a normal basis are scrunchies
I only wear my hair down the day after or after I brush my hair
I wear it up every day
My friends can't do my hair a lot of the time unless I instruct them or find a tutorial video of a style of curly hair like mine, and they call me controlling when I do that
My friends with wavy hair say that wavy hair is harder to take care of than curly hair and I hate it because they don’t know what they’re talking about
If I don’t brush my hair it all becomes one giant matt on the back of my head and if that goes on too long it becomes painful and I get a scalp rash
Buying products is an expensive necessity
One I hadn’t brushed my hair for a week and when I took it down to redo my bun my friend looked at me in Horror™
Only one of my friends actually puts in the work to do my hair and helps me with it because she enjoys styling it and understands it’s hard to take care of after helping me brush it a few times, surprise surprise she’s my best friend
No hair clips, they get stuck in my hair
Once I was brushing it and my hairbrush just broke in half
I have an undercut that you can’t see with my hair down, just to make it easier to deal with; it’s an inch-or-half-an-inch-idk-which-one-thick, inch tall stripe that’s right above the back of my neck, at the base of my skull
I shed like a fucking dog
My hair also becomes so frizzy it looks like I brushed it dry when it's humid, and I live in a humid and hot place
Ginger hair makes you sunburn easier (and unable to tan)
I got bullied in school for being ginger because there’s something wrong with that in the minds of middle schoolers (I was also bullied for being gay and not ashamed of being queer but that’s not the point)
I would be called a leprechaun a lot as a kid, Saint Patrick's Day was and still is hell
Every time someone with straight hair complains about their hair being frizzy, I die a little more inside
Being pale an ginger, doing makeup, dying hair, and literally buying clothes is hard
especially makeup
I use the palest concealer they have at Target (it's called porcelain)
That’s all I can think of right now but I know there’s more. It’s entirely realistic that Rachel would bring a hairbrush because she has experienced all of this, and all of this started to happen to me when I was years younger than her. I said that I couldn’t brush my hair dry and Rachel could have had to, or maybe she would have waited for a part of the labyrinth with water to wet it and then brushed it, or had Percy use his water powers to wet it (Platonic Perachel is amazing, and I need more of it, they’re one of my fav brotps). So anyways guys, respect Rachel and stop questioning her hairbrush, they were in the labyrinth for a while, she needed that thing and it had done its fair share of service. That hairbrush has done more than being thrown at Kronos' eye.

Curly hair care routine tips?
My biggest tip is to genuinely know what your hair characteristics are before trying techniques out. Is your hair low porosity or high porosity? What’s your curl type? Is it damaged from years of excessive heat or dye? Is it too long? A lot of popular methods didn’t work for me bc they were built for high porosity curls, but mine were low porosity. I think just knowing these basics saves you so much time in terms of what would be helpful to start experimenting with.
Once you know what you’re working with, follow people whose curls are similar to yours. Start with very basic products (leave-in conditioner and gel/mousse) and work your way up if need be. For low porosity hair, less is generally more. Deep-condition your hair. Do hair masks that complement your hair needs (does it need more protein? More moisture?). Get a heat cap so your curls can absorb the product better. Trim your hair every 3 months. If you wrap your hair in a towel after a shower, don’t do it w a standard towel—do it w either a microfiber towel or a t-shirt. Do not touch your hair while it’s airdrying. Getting a diffuser has been a game changer for me; my curls look so much bouncier whenever I diffuse. Learn different gel (or mousse) techniques to achieve different looks (gel placement matters). Get a Denman brush for extra definition & learn how to use it. Don’t forget to scrunch the crunch to break the gel cast once your hair is mostly dry. Get a silk pillowcase (this is also good for keeping your pm skincare products on btw).
A spray bottle is so necessary. Never style without a spray bottle on hand. If your curls are dry while you’re defining them w the Denman brush, for example, chances are they will come out frizzy. You want your hair soaking wet while you’re scrunching/defining.
Check the hardness of water in your city !! A lot of frizz could be owed to that. If possible, filter your bathroom water. If not, buy a hardness of water shampoo/conditioner (I like the Malibu C brand). You’ll hear a lot of advice saying that sulfate-free shampoos are the way to go—which is mostly accurate, but every now and then you’ll need to clean product buildup. For that it’s good to have a clarifying shampoo on hand.
Figure out what wash times are best for you. For me, I wash my hair every 2-3 days max. For others it’s best to do it weekly. It really depends on your curl type.
Experiment always !! I’m always trying out new things to see what’ll work best for my curls. I made a lot of progress, but there’s def more to go and I’m determined to reach the ultimate definition. Good luck <3

VIVI GLOW UP GUIDE: HAIR
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
“Invest in your hair, it's the crown you never take off.”
STEP ONE : THE NECESSITIES
- Wet Brush
- Gentle Hair Ties / Claw Clips / Scrunches
- Wide Tooth Comb
- Regular Shampoo
- Clarifying Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Leave in Conditioner
- Hair Mask
- Hair Oil
- Microfiber Towel or Cotton T-Shirt
- Silk Bonnet or Silk Pillow Cases
STEP TWO : HAIR ASSESSMENT
- What type of hair do you have? Oily, dry, or normal
- What is your hair texture ? ( 1a through 4c )
- What state is your hair currently in? Is it breaking, stretching or frizzy?
- Do you have split ends?
- Do you have colored hair?
- Do you use heating tools, take hot showers ?
Use these answers to these for helping picking products, use labels that target your complaints
STEP THREE : CUT THOSE ENDS
You want pretty hair? Cut. Those. Split. Ends. As much as people want to think you can 100% repair split ends with bonding products, you can’t. Split ends will find a way to creep up, and soon your split ends can become split miss and now your hair will not grow. Do this one time in the start of your hair care journey, and then from there on out you can learn how to cut your own split ends with the “no length lost method”.
STEP FOUR : WASH DAY
Find you wash days, it is okay to wash everyday or less with more days in between, as long as your scalp stays clean.
Your wash day should look like this, a coconut based pre-oil treatment to the ends of your hair for 30 minutes prior to getting into the shower. Weekly, take the oil up to the roots and massage in before doing the next steps. When you get in the shower star with a double shampoo cleanse if you skip days in between washes. If you wash your hair everyday only wash it one time (unless you did full hair oil) Lather the shampoo in your hands and start at the nape of your neck working your way up, only focuses on the scalp. Wash thoroughly then add conditioner after squeezing out all access water. Apply onlyto the ends and let it sit, pinning it up with a claw clip to keep the conditioner of your skin to avoid body acne. Rinse out.
Once you get out the shower, gently squeeze hair with microfiber towel and apply your leave in conditioner or oil. Let dry, the best way is mainly air dry with some help from a hair dryer on a cool setting at least 11 inches away from your head. Only after your hair is dry should you brush it.
Before Bed put your hair into a protective lose hair style or silk bonnet.
Once a week, swap your conditioner and pre-oil for a hair mask. I recommend getting your hair wet outside the shower, squeeze the water out, apply the hair mask and then let it sit for 20 minutes prior to getting into the shower.
STEP FIVE : IN BETWEEN WASH CARE
- only brush your hair what you need, don’t do the 100 strokes.
- always use detangler (you can use conditioner in a spray bottle mixed with water)
- Damp the ends of your hair and adds tiny bit of oil, before putting in a protect style.
STEP SIX : STAY INFORMED
- Ingredients are listed from highest concentration to lower, if all the helpful ingredients are the last on this list it’s not the best.
- Don’t fall for gimmicks not approved by dermatologists, such as hair training, keep your scalp clean.
