How would it be if the Lovesick! Wally found out that the reader is immune to his disease? Bonus: what if the reader still spends more time with other friends of wally, like Howdy. Would that make Wally jealous? What would he do?
Thank you for the ask, Anon! Hm, if Reader was immune yet still spent a lot of their time with the other neighbors...
He would definitely be jealous. He loved you, neighbor. Did you not love him? He would do his best to keep you near him. Hugging you, holding your hand, he would even trap you inside if he had to!
However, in the moments you got away from him? That you wanted to talk to the other neighbors like Howdy? He would be livid. He would do his best to march over to you, and in turn Howdy would end up running. He didn't want to risk getting sick, and he knew you'd be okay. Lovesick!Wally wouldn't care about Howdy, all he saw...was...you.
He was so pleased when Howdy left! (He didn't realize how he looked, stumbling towards the two of you as fast as he was.) He couldn't bear to let you go! He loved you, why did you need the other neighbors? He would make sure to keep you inside with him.
If he couldn't find you one day? He would call the neighbors non-stop, yelling questions about your whereabouts. He would find you, he needed you neighbor.

ALRIGHT WAKE UP WELCOME HOME FANDOM I JUST REALISED SOMETHING
So Home, right? I think we’ve mostly collectively agreed that Home is evil, or at least is just very unstable and dangerous, and Wally’s kind of trapped with it since, y’know, it’s his house. And we’ve deduced from the “if you can see me then stay quiet” page and the So-Below page that Wally isn’t exactly happy about this.
Or that’s at least the theory I’m going with.
Anyway. I was poking around on the website and saw something… interesting in the description of the show.
(Image ID: A screenshot of some text from a page on the Welcome Home website. The following text is highlighted: Episodes usually began with Wally introducing the focus or theme for the day before coming across other characters who would join him on his escapades until the end of the day, which would signify the end of the show.” End ID.)
At first I didn’t think too hard about this. Seems pretty standard for the kind of show that Welcome Home was supposed to be, right?
But then I really thought about it.
The end of the day… signified the end of the episode. Presumably, at that point, they would say goodbye to the viewers and each character would go back to their respective home.
Now… bear with me here. Wally was the main character and introduced every episode. He’s very likely the character with the most screen time, and given the number of other characters and settings in town, he’d probably interact with a whole bunch of them during an episode. Even before the rest of the cast would get involved in an episode, he’d still be interacting with the viewers.
What I’m saying is… he’s never alone at any point during an episode.
More specifically… he’s never alone at HOME.
So the only time he is alone at home is when the episode ends, and everyone goes back to their houses.
Now put yourselves in his shoes for a minute. Your house is sentient. And unstable. Potentially evil. It may even be influencing you in ways you don’t understand. So you cherish every moment where you are not trapped inside this terrifying building, completely on your own. You longingly look forward to each sunrise, the beginning of each new episode, where you can step outside the door and see your neighbours again.
How would you feel - specifically, how desperate would you have become - had you been suddenly and unexpectedly trapped in this house for… oh, I don’t know…
…almost fifty years?
This. This right here. This is why Wally has this whole thing about SIGHT. This is why Wally wants to ‘see’ us so badly. Because of how long he’s gone without seeing a viewer. Without any reassurance that he isn’t trapped alone with Home forever.
#I’m proud of this one#I really think im onto something here#welcome home#welcome home arg#wally darling#welcome home theory

satellite → r. keating (b. skeetz)
pairings — robert keating x fem!reader
summary — what bobby skeetz would be like as your annoying boyfriend <3
spinning out, waiting for you to pull me in. i can see you're lonely down there. don't you know that i am right here?
i feel like you'd be a long-term relationship (like teenage years long term)
ik they went to some fancy all boys school so let's say you went to an all girls school near theirs that would often go on trips together (pls tell me that wasn't just my school that did that)
either that of you'd meet through extra curriculars or overlapping friend groups
EITHER WAY met when ye were young (13-14) and got together when ye were 16-17
tbh most people thought you'd only last a few months bcs it was a teenage relationship after all but you're so chill with each other that it became very clear very quick that ye were just different
major "my girlfriend's my best friend" vibes
because of that, every inhaler fan knows you
you're no longer referred to by your name
you're just "mother" now
it's low-key a problem
like in any of your instagram posts or cute little tiktoks, at least half of the comments have a silly little inhaler pfp and are calling you mother
anyways
he's so annoying
definitely a very playful relationship
mocking eachother and all that
telling anyone else (outside your friendgroup) to fuck off if they do the same
he himself wouldn't be very public with the relationship
like you wouldn't be the face of every instagram post but you'd be in a story every few weeks and you'd pop up in the middle of a photo dump here and there
the inhaler_on_tik account however....
fans play where's wally with you in the tiktoks
usually hiding in a window reflection or the hem of your jacket poking into frame
enough to know you're there
you'd be best friends with all the fans
gigs are your opportunity to make new friends
they all adore you
so many fan tiktoks from gigs just have you dancing away with them
they'd bring you flowers <3
but yeah even if bobby himself doesn't post you a lot, fans would get pictures of you two together and they'd be so cute 😭
most of them are taken before gigs when he's helping you out of the bus or ye're walking into the venue together
but someone got a picture of you two once at some silly little market in spain and you were looking at flowers and he was looking at you
they posted it to tiktok and you asked them to send it to you
it was your lockscreen for a bit x
BIRD BINGO!!!
if you're ever traveling without him, you'd take pictures of any birds you pass and send them onto him
i really need to make sure it's known that he'd be annoying
like imagine you're just lying in bed, reading or on your phone, and he just bellyflops on top of you
no warning
no escape
you're trapped
i said the same in my eli headcanons but i don't really get spooning vibes from him
no matter what way you fall asleep, at least some part of him will be touching you
whether he's full on wrapped around you or just got an arm thrown over your torso
it helps him sleep better
you're best friends with the band ofc
i mean, you practically grew up together
you and rob never have a moment of peace with them on tour
you could be curled up in bed, and all of a sudden, elijah's busting down your door and lying down beside ye to tell you about a new song idea
you finally think you're free for a moment having a smoke by the back of the bus? nope, ryan's there now purely because he wanted to annoy ye
josh is nice on ye though (not really) (he makes fun of ye all the time) (he's my little pookie bear angel) (he can do no wrong)
they love having you around
and even if you leave the tour bus to get some snacks and come back to them trying on your dresses and robert doing josh's eyeliner you love having them around too
you're starting to get the mother thing
they do feel like you're hyperactive little children
bobby skeetz, the man that you are, you'd be a great boyfriend

Hi, some time ago I made a request (before you went a little bit hitius on welcome home's requests) and I hink it got buried on other requests 😅
In my request I asked for 2 different scenarios for the wally x puppeteer reader fic (I loved it to be honest <3)
One in which the reader snaps at Wally infront of the rest of the cast telling him how they're unhappy in this place, how they are the one who's Wally made damage the most and such, this being located after Wally trapped the reader in hos world
The other one is located just when Wally is doing the trap, in which somehow it failed his plan on bringing the reader to his world and the reaction that the reader has against Wally for even trying to do that, possibly maybe also infront of the rest of the puppets?
So, yeah, obviously you can do just one, the both of them or not do any of them, I just wanted to resend this because I don't know if you didn't wanted to do my request or if it was buried under other requests 😅
Yippee! I do think that this got buried, so thank you for resending it. I will go with the second scenario, where the plan went wrong. If I find your original comment, I'll write the other scenario, too!
I don't know if this is exactly what you meant, but I hope it is still a good read.
Wally's Plan for the Puppeteer Reader Doesn't go as Intended:
TW: Obsessive Behaviors, Possessive Behaviors, Idol Worship
🎥 You fall to the floor, looking around the set in a daze, your head pounding from whatever just hit it. You hear Wally cry out "It didn't work, Barnaby! Do it again, but harder!" "I don't wanna hurt the poor thing, Bud! They're so small compared to me..." You shakily get up from the ground, your mind clearing, only to be face to face with Barnaby B. Beagle.
🎥 You take a few steps back, terrified after putting two and two together. Barnaby is working with Wally to do something. You already had a sneaking suspicion that if one puppet was alive, the others had to be... but you never expected them to work together to go against you. You cry out "What is going on here?!" "BARNABY DO SOMETHING THEY ARE GOING TO RUN AWAY!!!" "I-I'M ON IT, BUD!"
🎥 Next thing you know, a pair of strong, fluffy arms wrap around you and pick you up. It's a bit like an uncomfortable bear hug from behind, with you being held a few inches above the ground. You struggle, unable to move an inch. You see little Wally crawl up onto the big Home set piece, pointing to it as he says "That should do it. Calm down, my- I mean... OUR puppeteer! We shall be home soon!" "What do you mean?!" "The show, silly! Our home is Welcome Home!"
🎥 Your eyes widen with fright. You were tricked, as you expected. You thought that because you expected this to be a trick, you wouldn't be caught. THIS, however, is just absolutely insane to the highest degree! First, one puppet is alive and obsessed with you, now there is possibly a whole neighborhood of obsessed puppets, as well?! Not only that, but they are putting you inside of their show?!
🎥 "NO! Let me go NOW! I don't want to go into some... Some strange, puppet dimension! This is my home, Wally! Not your show!" Wally freezes. His face usually isn't that expressive, besides his eyes, due to his mouth being a permanent grin. However, you swear you can see him purse his lips - well, what would be his lips - bit from agitation, all while still smiling. He looks over to Home, then, he turns his head back over to you. "You will see, puppeteer. You will see. As a puppeteer, you are destined to work with me, Barnaby, and all our friends. A puppeteer controls puppets, after all! You bring our show to life!"
🎥 Barnaby begins walking over to Home, as you see Wally open the door, revealing what seems to be an endless dark void. Barnaby chuckles "It might look scary, but I promise, once you are through that darkness, it will be our lovely neighborhood! Well, more specifically, we'll be inside the Home of our world."
🎥 Wally takes one last look at you, before laughing a bit at your frightened expression and struggling. "Don't worry, puppeteer! You don't need a home outside of our show! In fact, I think it would be a lot better if you don't... No, no, you SHOULDN'T even have a life outside of it. All will better in just a few moments."
🎥 With that, the two of them bring you through the doorway and into the darkness, eventually appearing inside the living room of Home.
📽️ Everyone has already gathered to see you. They're all happy to meet you! Wally sees nothing wrong at all... so why do you still look so scared?

Wally, as he lay in bed beside Dick, couldn’t stop thinking.
Both of the boys had been unwilling to let the other sleep on the couch, so they had improvised by sharing the full-size bed in Dick’s small bedroom. Neither could sleep, but they chose to stay in silence for the time being.
Wally couldn’t stop the thoughts circling his brain.
Was he not good enough?
Yes, he knew he had been trapped for years, and that Artemis had probably not been able to wait for him, but… it still hurt.
Wally turned his back to Dick instead of when he had been laying out on his back across his half of the bed. Dick also rolled onto his side, but he faced Wally. Dick reached out a tentative hand, gently touching Wally’s bare and freckled arm to try and get his attention.
“Hey…”
Dick’s voice was low and raspy from his attempt at sleep, and he pulled Wally slightly to turn the other boy so they could look at each other. Dick’s cerulean eyes bore into Wally’s peridot-colored ones. Unspoken words passed between them as if they had a special connection. Which, in all fairness, they did, all before Wally had “died”. Nothing has seemed to change minus the time spent apart. A small smile crept across Wally’s face as a thought sparked.
“So…” he started, fully turning onto his side to face Dick. His little smile turned into a lopsided grin, and he reached out to run a hand through Dick’s raven locks in a joking manner as he spoke. “Barry’s told me there’s rumors about you and Zatanna-”
“No!” Dick squeaked, flushing slightly as he realized that with how quickly he had cut Wally off it might seem like he was just denying his feelings. He swallowed, sitting up slightly as he shook his head. “No, it’s not like that. We’re just…”
Both Dick and Wally paused. When Dick had sat up, Wally's hand had slipped from Dick’s hair and down to his bare chest, and neither boy had noticed up till now. Wally quickly pulled his hand back, smiling sheepishly.
“Oops.” Dick only chuckled, rolling his eyes at the speedster's antics. “As I was saying,” he sighed, shaking his head again which thus shook out his thick, dark hair, “we’re just friends. We’re close, sure, but it’s nothing more than that.”
Wally gave Dick a true smile, and this time he didn’t have his hand pressed against Dick’s chest. “I believe you, Rob.” Dick laughed, and it was barely a few seconds later that he pulled his little redhead close, snuggling up to him like a teddy bear.
“Of course, you’d believe me. I’d never lie to you unless it was for your own good.” The redhead huffed, grumbling and pretending to be annoyed, but he really just melted into the cuddles and enjoyed the warmth of his best friend.
Dick snorted upon seeing this, burying his face into Wally’s fluffy hair, but he sighed and squeezed Wally close. “I’m so sorry…”
“Sorry about what?” Wally could feel his heart sinking slightly at Dick’s apology. Whatever it was, Wally doubted it was Dick’s fault. Dick was perfect to him. The speedster clung to Dick, his chin resting on Dick’s chest as he tried to look at the younger boy. “What’s wrong?”
“I should’ve made you stop running. Barry and Bart would’ve had enough speed to stop it themselves. I should’ve done something.” Dick buried his face further into Wally’s hair, his body trembling softly as Wally could hear the slight cries coming from Dick. Wally pressed his face into Dick, the boys enveloping each other in a bout of platonic cuddles.
“Don’t blame yourself…” Wally mumbled into the taller boy’s chest, clinging almost for dear life to the other. “I could’ve stopped whenever I wanted. It’s my fault…” He hated how much Dick blamed himself for Wally’s death. It made him wonder if Dick had been thinking that way for the past seven years. It weighed down on his consciousness even more, now the guilt of losing Artemis and the pain of torturing Dick pressing down on him from all directions. Wally felt a few of his own tears slip down his face, some falling against Dick’s chest and others sliding along paths on his facial features before plopping down onto the sheets below them.
The boys cuddled close to each other for warmth, both ending up silently crying themselves to sleep in the other’s embrace. Wally fell into a light and fitful sleep quite a bit of time after Dick had passed out. He was too anxious and guilty to properly sleep. God, he needed a way to get this out.
“I would love to stay and get you further caught up with everything that’s happened, but I have a meeting that I can’t cancel.” Dick was pulling on his clothes as he and Wally sat in the kitchen, Wally crunching on some cereal as he watched and listened to Dick. He nodded, moving his gaze to his bowl and played with the cereal in the milk.
“…stay safe, okay?” Wally mumbled under his breath, but with the silence in the home, Dick could hear his words perfectly. Dick grinned, and he walked up to Wally to envelop the boy in a tight hug, burying his face into the red curls. He breathed in Wally’s smell, relaxing slightly as he nuzzled his cheek against the top of Wally’s head.
“We promised each other that we would never leave the other alone again. I won’t leave you.” Wally leaned into the taller boy’s embrace as he closed his eyes.
After a moment, Dick pulled back, smiling softly down at Wally. “I gotta go. I’ll be back, at the latest, for dinner. Make sure to take care of yourself and eat lunch; I don’t know if you ate anything when you were in wherever you were.” Dick ruffled Wally’s hair before grabbing his bag and ran out his apartment door. Wally’s gaze followed after Dick, and after hearing the door slam shut he sighed and got up to throw his cereal away. It had gotten soggy with how long it had sat. He then plopped back down into his seat at the kitchen table, sighing to himself as he buried his face into his folded arms that were crossed on the table. He was alone, and would be alone, for hours. He was stuck with only his thoughts, and his thoughts now weren’t happy and pleasant ones. Dark self-loathing thoughts swirled deep in the depths of his mind, and it all began to overwhelm him as he shrunk down on himself in his despair and guilt.
Suddenly, a voice Wally vaguely recognized called out.
“Big Bird! Didja get a new medkit that I could use?” Wally looked up, confusion on his face and slight tears in his eyes from his thoughts, right as two people came wandering into the kitchen in search of Dick. His green eyes widened as he was met with the sight of Roy, mechanical arm and all, practically carrying another man under his good arm. Roy practically dropped the man, and the man himself gasped loudly upon seeing Wally. Both males nearly screamed.
“WALLY?!!” They both launched themselves at Wally, who screeched and nearly fell out of his seat. Wally could barely breathe as he was being squeezed, and he squeaked slightly as the two surrounded him. Roy laughed, and the man he had recognized was hugging Wally while staring at him in awe.
“My God, Dick talked to me about you when I came back and was no longer killer, but fuck you’re different in person.” Wally squinted, and then he gasped.
“Jason?!”
Jason grinned, the really, really tall man nearly cradling Wally in his arms. “Guess I’m still as recognizable as I used to be.” He pretended to do a little hair flip, which made Wally giggle a little.
“Well, we came here to find Dick for a medkit, but we found something better instead,” Roy said, now sitting on the floor in front of Wally as Jason stood behind the speedster with his arms wrapped around him. “Where is Dick, by the way?”
“Oh, some meeting he wouldn’t tell me about,” Wally grumbled with a mock-annoyed look, but he couldn’t help but laugh and shove Jason’s face away as Jason was jokingly trying to smother Wally. Roy smirked as he watched Wally and Jason playing, rolling his eyes at the dorky behavior.
“I’ll be right back.” Roy got up and walked out of the kitchen, off on a search for the medkit. Wally leaned back and played with the white strands of Jason’s hair, Jason in turn laughing. “Big baby.”
“Tall child.”
“Speed demon.”
“Gun violence.”
Jason gasped, feigning hurt, before pushing Wally off of his chair and onto the floor. Wally grunted, sprawling out on the floor, and looked up at Jason with a scowl.
“Meanie.”
“I'm not mean. You’re just sensitive.”
Wally’s breath caught in his throat at that, and his heart squeezed with guilt and sadness, but he didn’t let it show. He didn’t want to prove that he was sensitive. He was about to say something when Roy came back, medkit in robotic hand, and placed his free hand on Jason’s shoulder.
“C’mon, Jay, we gotta go.” Roy then looked at Wally, giving him a sympathetic smile. “Sorry to leave you, but we have missions to do.” Wally shrugged and tried to look unbothered.
“I’ll be fine.”
Jason smirked, and he followed after Roy as they both left from where they had come into the apartment. Wally sighed, his mask of an expression falling. He was lying. He wouldn’t be fine. He didn’t want to be alone. Was he really that sensitive? His brain began to think faster than he could fully process, leaving him feeling overwhelmed and in need of an output. His gaze flicked toward the knife board that was near the refrigerator. His eyes narrowed, sucking in a sharp breath. Should he? He wasn’t sensitive. He could prove it. He would prove it…
Dick came home, hours later, only to find Wally on his couch. He was desperately trying to rebandage his legs while panicking, and the bandages weren't going on properly with how fast he was trying to bandage them.
“Whoa whoa whoa!” Dick dropped his bags and rushed over, pressing his hands over the spots that were slightly bandaged and trying to help stem the bleeding, ignoring the blood that dripped into his hands. “I thought I told you that you had to stay here!”
Wally sobbed, trembling as he sat and kept trying to bandage himself up. “I-I didn’t go anywhere…”
“Then what did you-?!”Dick cut himself up, and his eyes widened as he looked up at Wally’s face from where he was sitting on the floor. His blue eyes began pooling up with tears once the realization hit him. “Wally…”
“I didn’t realize the knife wasn’t serrated,” Wally choked out, his sobs catching in his throat as he panicked. “I didn't want this. I don’t want to die for real.”
Without further hesitation, Dick scooped Wally up into his arms, bolting out of his apartment and out to his car. “I’m getting you to the hospital! I’m not losing you again!” He strapped Wally’s pale and bleeding form into the front seat, and he got into the driver’s seat himself. He then began speeding off, trying not to go too much over the speed limit but was definitely crossing some boundaries in how fast he could go. The pair reached the hospital only a few minutes later, Dick scooping Wally back into his arms again and rushed to the emergency room. They checked Wally in, took him from Dick’s arms, and they wheeled him off into a different room. Dick was forced to sit in the waiting room, the man sitting impatiently in fear for his friend.
God, Wally, be okay… Dick had lost track of time, but some time later, a doctor came back with Wally, with Wally curling up into Dick’s lap as the doctor spoke quietly with Dick. They got to go home, and Dick made the ultimate decision to just carry Wally around the whole time. Wally didn’t speak, just staying curled against Dick in silence.
They didn’t even eat dinner. Both were too stressed with everything that had happened for food.
Dick held Wally against him as they lay in bed again, Wally having changed out of his blood-stained clothing. The younger male squeezed Wally, face pressed into the red hair as he took shaky breaths. He kept muttering under his breath, words of comfort and reassurance that Wally was okay.
He wasn’t dead.
He wasn’t losing Wally.
Wally felt guilty for scaring Dick, and Dick could tell, because he spoke to Wally instead of himself this time. “
You’re okay. Everyone gets overwhelmed sometimes,” Dick cooed, running his fingers through the back of Wally’s hair as Wally snuggled closer to him. He then sighed. “I'm bringing you to Dinah, though. In the morning.”
“But-” Wally started, but was cut off.
“No. It’s not just because of this you’re talking to her. It’s about everything.” Dick then grinned, tilting Wally’s head up to look into Wally’s eyes as he spoke. “We could get ice cream afterward.”
Wally gasped, acting dramatically as he tried to hide his small giggles, and was thankful for the topic change. “Ice cream? The frozen delicacy? My word!” Dick laughed and hugged Wally tight. Wally could feel the rumbles of Dick’s laughter through Dick’s chest.
“Go to sleep, Wally. I’ll be here.” And Wally did just that, falling asleep with a smile at the prospect of the childish prospect of ice cream. Being a child never hurts anybody though, right?
“One mint chocolate chip, and one vanilla chocolate swirl, please.” Dick tried not to break out laughing as he ordered, watching Wally bounce on the balls of his feet with his hands holding the rim of the serving counter, looking just like a little kid. He took the two cones as they were handed to him and handed Wally the vanilla and chocolate one.
They began a walk, their hands brushing as they strode along the tree-shaded path, enjoying the other’s company and their ice cream.
“You know, I’m proud of you for talking to Dinah,” Dick said, glancing at Wally as they walked. Wally looked up and smiled.
“Really?”
“Of course. I mean, I know Dinah’s pretty persuasive, but I don’t know if I could’ve talked to her.”
“Oh, I doubt that. You’re perfect,” Wally blurted, and then quickly shoved half of his cone into his mouth to shut himself up. Dick laughed softly, his hand brushing against Wally’s again as they walked along, a few leaves falling from the trees above and blowing around them.
“Eh, I wouldn’t call myself perfect. I mean, look, I just spent money for us to get ice cream,” he joked, playfully shoving Wally’s shoulder. Wally scoffed and shoved Dick back.
They both started play-fighting as they walked, ice cream finished, until they heard a voice behind them.
“Hey, Dick! Who’s your new friend?”
Wally paled. He knew that voice. He turned around to face the person, and they gasped loudly, a hand going up to their chest as their eyes widened.
“Wally…?”

As they grow, each gifted with unique powers, they stumble upon the hidden diaries of their mother, where the heartbreaking truth unfolds: the family they know is not what Clark envisioned for them. Now, the heirs of the House of El — Kal, Kara, Lizzie, Mark, Suzie, Wally, Jonathan, Artemis, Luna, Martha, Damian, Alicia, Austin, James, and Laura — carry the weight of this truth. With pain and determination, they resolve to honor Clark’s legacy by reclaiming justice.
Inspired by their mother’s resilience, they unite as a formidable force, vowing to hold accountable those who subjected Clark to such suffering. This story delves into the resilience and strength of Clark Kent’s children as they seek to redeem the name of the House of El, pursuing justice in a world where even heroes must answer for their actions.

She hadn't known that about Annie, thought that the girl had just been friendly to everyone. To know that somehow she had chosen to be friendly with her made that Easter week seem a bit more special now. As for the vibes, she could only chalk that up to having Orion with her. She always seemed to be happier with him around. She liked seeing the world through his eyes not having much of childhood herself.
❝ I know you don't. ❞ The words were uttered softly as she made no move to remove her hand from his. Instead enjoyed the warmth of the touch. He had been patient with her when most others would have just moved on. It was something she would never understand, why he didn't, but at this moment couldn't be happier that he hadn't.
Laughing she added. ❝ Well, we'll see. I do think that maybe seeing you might entice her. You are the one who brought her over to begin with. I wouldn't dream of not spoiling Dolly rotten with pets or treats. I couldn't bear it if she was mad at me. ❞ Which was true, she loved the pup.
A small contended sigh escaped her as his fingers ran through her hair. Something so simple was so calming and she wanted nothing more than to lay like that for as long as they could. His heart in her ear, his fingers in her hair, peaceful, safe. There was still a deep rooted fear in her that this was a trap or rouse but drowned it for now. ❝ Nothing, ❞ she laughed, not wanting to admit her blindness to what this was. ❝ What's so funny to you? ❞ At the mention of the game, they came up with she scoffed. ❝ That was a joint creation. I wouldn't have been able to make it without them. If they weren't lending me their creativity I wouldn't be able to make things like that. ❞ It was true, she didn't care to create things, she had spent most of her life finding a way to destroy things, not build. Being around his nieces made her realize that the same imagination could be used in reverse, making things instead of tearing them apart.
❝ See! ❞ She laughed, glad he wasn't drawing attention to the seriousness of adopting a pet to look after. ❝ You act like you don't know but you know! And I am honest! I just want her inside is all. I've grown a bit too attached to the girl. I'm worried about her. ❞ That was true. Was she overfeeding her? Was she expecting? Was she sick? Since the night that Wally brought her over, she just seemed to bond with the furry thing. Making a small move to wrap an arm around his waist, she tilted her head up without moving it from where it currently lay on him to ask. ❝ Did you have a cat or any pets growing up ? ... I'm not apologizing at all😆
Recently, I've been checking back in with Welcome Home and have had my fancy caught buy an AU called Greyscale Wally AU by the superbly talented @sweetest-honeybee (I highly recommend it, it's AWESOME) and got this idea after seeing some spoilery endgame stuff that was posted
This will contain some spoilers for the AU, so you might want to check that out first before reading this, and this is purely speculation based off of what I've seen
This doesn't really have a title, but Trigger warnings/content warnings for abuse, manipulation, swearing, and humanoid Home being mean and scary
With that out of the way, ENJOY!
Sleeping was steadily becoming something that Wally was familiar with, along with the feeling of nearly unbearable discomfort in his entire body that rarely faded. The only real time it left was when he slept, thanfully.
But he also dreamed when he slept, and he resented it with every fiber of his being.
Each night, he would be haunted by a horrible visage of one of his friends shouting at him, hurting him, turning on him as if he had caused the desaturating plague that slowly, seemingly spread to the neighbors.
It had gotten to Barnaby, at least.
And Home won't tell me why.
Wally burrowed deeper into his blankets, letting sleep overtake him.
And he saw Barnaby and Sally, their colors muted and their demeanors drained and skittish.
Barnaby seemed more agitated than fearful, but kept his eyes averted.
A hand clapped onto Wally's shoulder, covering it entirely as a shadow loomed over him.
"What's the matter, Darling?" Home asked, speaking clearly rather than using the creaks and clatters Wally was used to. "Aren't you happy to see your friends?"
Words failed Wally in that moment, even when he craned his head up and saw Home.
Or, at least, some twisted visage of Home that had a face, one that was... rubbery as it moved, being stuff and movable all at once with enough edges and shapes making up his face to make Wally's head spin.
It would have been better to see Home as a body with Home The House on its shoulders.
But Home doesn't love you. He hurt you, remember?
"You're not," Home surmised, his tone light, but disappointed. "Well, I shouldn’t be surprised, should I? Ungrateful as you are, you're never satisfied with anything I do for you."
Wally stumbled back as his eyes locked on Home's, Home towering over him.
He also managed to find his voice.
"I.. I'm not," he quivered. "Why should I be? You hurt them."
Home followed him, easily keeping up with long legs and an even stride. "I wouldn't have had to, if it weren't for you."
Wally cringed and flattened his hands against the sides of his head; foolish as it was, he couldn't stand hearing the careless tone Home used to say horrible things. "I didn't do anything!"
"But you did."
Home held Wally's hands on one of his own and caught Wally by the jaw, forcing the smaller of the two to meet his now dark eyes.
Wally pulled and twisted to try and break free, but Home shook him, adjusting his grip to grab Wally just under his cheekbones, nearly crushing Wally's face.
"And you just can't learn your lesson."
Wally whimpered when Home pulled him close and snarled loud enough to make Wally kick at the ground to get away.
"You have all of this because of me, you miserable mound of cotton!"
Home all but threw Wally into a turn, wrapping his arms around him, one trapping Wally's arms at his sides as he grabbed a fistful of blue hair.
Wally yelped at the sharp tug at his head, but it quickly numbed when he saw Barnaby and Sally, both with their mouths stitched shut as they gazed brokenly back at him.
Black fluid-like tendrils crept up and around their bodies, and both of them withered the further it climbed.
It wasn't like the discomfort he'd grown used to.
Instead, it hurt.
"Stop it," Wally begged, his voice quiet.
"I didn't want to do this, Darling," Home said ruefully, too close for Wally to bear. "But you left me with no other choice."
The inky black covered both Barnaby and Sally completely and shrank into the ground, then flattened against it.
He killed them.
A burning grew in Wally's eyes, one followed by a trailing dampness that ran down his face.
He killed them. They're my friends! He killed them, but they didn't do anything!
"I can always remake them," Home remarked, "it'd be easy."
He moved closer, forcing his poisonous words to drown out Wally's rampaging thoughts.
"But that means it would all happen again, if you keep being disobedient."
"Please," Wally sobbed, grasping onto Home's arm in order to stay standing. "Please, Home, stop it."
The harsh grasp on his hair turned gentle, long fingers with sharp nails combing through blue threads.
"Have you learned your lesson?"
Wally only cried harder, burying his face into Home's upper arm. "What did I do, Home!? Just tell me!"
The hand in his hair lowered to his back, rubbing circles and occasionally patting Wally's shoulder.
"None of this would have happened, if you'd just listened to me," Home mused. "All of this can go away, Darling, and all you have to do is accept that what you did was wrong."
A tugging at his ankles caught his attention, and a scream ripped through Wally as the black tendrils climbed up his legs.
"Home, stop! Please, Home, make it stop!"
The corner of Home's mouth curled upward before falling once more, his arms loosening as he stood and stepped away from Wally.
"I want you to apologize," Home said sternly. "And I want you to accept that you wronged me. If you can do that, I'll let you come back, I'll take all the pain away, from you and anyone else I gave it to, and everything will be the way it was before."
The tendrils continued to rise, trapping Wally's hands and dragging him into the ground.
"But I don't know what I did!" Wally shouted as he thrashed and clawed to keep himself above the ground. "What did I do to make you do this!?"
Home smirked and crouched down as Wally was dragged further down, cupping his face with one large, clawed hand.
"Think about it, Darling."
The tendrils wrapped around Wally's mouth and eyes, silencing his screams, but also intensifying them.
He only knew how intense they were when he opened his eyes and saw Frank and Eddie over him, both shaken and wide eyed, but overly relieved to see he'd awoken.
Even if they'd done it in the dead of the night.
"Easy, bud," Eddie murmured as Wally shakily sat up. "Just us. Just came to check on you."
Wally hugged his knees to his chest, eyes brimming with tears.
Frank lightly placed a hand on Wally's forearm. "You wanna talk about it?"
Wally only lunged and threw his arms around Frank's torso, and Frank carefully hugged him back.
"It's okay," Frank soothed him. "You're gonna be okay."
Wally barely heard him, not with two raging and terrifying thoughts tearing through his mind.
I hate this.
I hate Home.

i am 👀👀👀 at your f!Surana/Unnamed Female Hermit Character so please, from yuor own prompts, “The mere thought sets my blood in a whirl, not with horror, but with… I know not what to call it. The feeling terrifies me, but it is delicious.”
Hi Rosella -- thank you for this! I wanted to write about her >:] And I am physically incapable of sticking to a prompt, but you know what, I think that's all right.
Under the cut, please find ~1200 words of f!Surana/Edis (OFC) for @dadrunkwriting. This is set sometime after Dragon Age: Inquisition.
-
A bereskarn has been sighted on the mountain. Godiva Wallis, grocer, tells Edis about it with unveiled relish on the day she comes into town for provisions. It's been over a month since last she saw Edis, Godiva Wallis reminds her, and waxes a while on how unwise it is, a woman of her vulnerabilities living on her own.
There are so many dangers on the mountain. Wolves, bandits, blood mages, and now the bereskarn. If Edis would condescend to move into town—but Edis won't be moved, will she. (Edis might be moved, but not into town. Not for a few more years. Not till her hair’s more ash than yellow, and the scars on her chest pale and fade.)
As large as two houses, is the bereskarn, and rippled over with blight-spikes sharp as arrowheads, oozing black blood. As fierce and mindless as a great finned fish it is, and its teeth like daggers, its claws like great curved swords.
It blighted one of the Dalish out in the foothills, says Godiva. They packed him up and sent him walking into the caves. Pitiless people, the elves, but you can’t say it’s too hard of them, not with the Wardens so scarce in the south. Otherwise he’d doom the whole clan.
Edis would like Godiva Wallis, but for how she dwells on certain things—the terror of the blighted Dalish elf, the imagined indignities of his end—and for how she always cheats Edis a little, and asks her for a favor after she’s paid, and doubtlessly gossips about her to everyone she sees for the rest of the week. Edis’ favor today is taking a rug back to Keyne the blacksmith. Why a rug, Godiva does not supply.
The rug is large and heavy; Edis is small and already burdened. Three different people she passes try to take the rug and carry it for her. If she lets them, the news will get back to Godiva, who Edis had repeatedly assured that it was no trouble. So she tramps on, back and arms straining, knowing that she’s done a stupid thing.
Edis does a lot of stupid things. It’s for the best that she doesn’t come into town that often.
Keyne the blacksmith is surprised to receive the rug. He is also busy. Ah, but his son Wilkin has returned from business in Gwaren and can take the rug from Edis. Wilkin—the young widower, handsome and aloof. He looks Edis up and down in a way she’s not sure she likes.
She doesn’t realize until she’s left that Godiva Wallis set her up. How lucky that she has more errands to run, and that the rain is coming later this afternoon. Otherwise Keyne and Wilkin might have invited her for lunch.
Edis finishes the rest of her errands. No letters have come for her. She makes her way back up the mountain, gritting her teeth against the strain in her muscles, trudging onward—up the winding paths buttressed by steep, sharp roots, under trees that mutter restlessly to each other, to the crumbling cottage whose loneliness is both comfort and curse.
The rain comes. She lights the stove and makes herself a pot of strong, spiced tea to drink with honey-cake, her favorite treat after going into town.
Edis sits wrapped in cold blankets and shivers herself to warmth.
And then she hears a bear.
-
At first she thinks that it’s the wind came with the rain. Howling, roaring wind. It mocks the cries of wolves and people alike. It’s fooled her before.
Wolves, the mountain’s covered by. Some are blight wolves, some just ordinary. She sets traps for them, buys charms in the village, cleans up after herself; and all that’s kept them away. She’s learned how to keep dangerous things away, finally.
Then comes a scream. The trees near her cottage shake and crash. A deep low moan rolls over the mountain. Edis feels the hairs all over her body stand up. The moan rises and dies and rises again. Something is in pain.
Edis—she’s had her pot of tea, half of her honey-cake, and she’s still thinking about the Dalish elf. Maybe she’s had a little whiskey for her sore back. Maybe she’s remembering Aurialde, though tonight is nothing like the night when Aurialde showed up choking and lost behind the Chantry back home, with her red nails and red teeth and the reds of her eyes.
The little sliver of red crystal at her hairline, poking up out of her scalp. How she hardly recognized Edis, wouldn’t let her touch her, but stayed put when she asked.
“Aurialde,” whispers Edis, though she knows she’s dead.
The bear moans once more, sounding almost human. Edis is up before she knows it, her heart racing, her clumsy hands grabbing a lantern and unlatching the door.
-
Neither bear nor bereskarn lies fallen on the mountain’s wooded slope. No great bulk has cracked the branches; no great claws have rent the earth. The figure that Edis’ rain-spotted lantern reveals is that of a naked elf-woman, collapsed among wet leaves.
The elf-woman is gaunt and dirty. Limp tangles of dark hair cross a sharp-featured face, which might be pretty if it were better fed. The lantern light catches on a chain hanging between her shriveled breasts, securing a dark little vial and a small loop of wood.
Her scarred, knotted hands have long nails, stained as if she’s been digging with them. Her narrow hips are also marked with scars. There is an oozing cut on her leg—oozing black blood…
Edis jumps back just as quickly as she’d rushed over, feeling a cold sweat break out. This elf-woman has the Blight.
But Edis isn’t like the Dalish clan or Godiva Wallis. She can’t just leave the elf to die. There’s nothing hard in her, and it will kill her someday.
More cautiously than before, she approaches the elf-woman. She sets the lantern on a rock and crouches down.
The elf-woman doesn’t stir when she reaches under her clammy arms. Edis isn’t strong to begin with, and what strength she has is sapped from her day and her whiskey, but the woman is light. Too light. She must be skin and bones.
Lift and drag. A little ways up the mountain is Edis’ woodshed, which isn’t comfortable, but—she’s panicking. She can clear out some of the wood, and at least then the woman will be under a roof.
She works under a drizzle that thickens into rain, stirred by the wind and the muttering trees. By the time it’s whipped itself into a downpour, the woman is safely in the shed, propped to rest on a pallet of straw and clean rags, with Edis’ spare quilt tucked around her.
Edis stands, holding the lantern, and watches her breathe. Nothing labored about it. Not like it was with Aurialde towards the end, the wheezing and the red crystals growing under her tongue.
Cold water on the back of her neck. If she wants to sleep before dawn, she’d better start scrubbing her hands.
-
Edis dreams, and someone is there: a little elven maid with milk-white eyes.

I think both Home and Wally Darling are the victims of whatever has happened to them.
These are just speculations, so feel free to take these with a grain of salt.
Let’s start with one of the secret images. The famous “So Below.”
“So Below” references to how a witch would end their spell: As above, so below. It’s a means of binding what you intend to make real.
(deleted the image for partcoffin)
I’ve already explained this in one of my reblogs, but I will repeat it here.
My first speculation is, whatever happened to Wally and Home, someone had done a spell.
Something or Someone is Trapped as Home
The eye of Home in “So Below” is twitching or looking around. Fidgety. This is just my interpretation, but it seems panicked. Unstable, confused, or scared.
It reminds me of someone who wakes up disoriented and bewildered because they don’t know where they are.
In the audio recording of Wally singing “Beautiful Dreamer,” Home responds to him with the sound of banging walls. It makes me think that something or someone is trapped behind its walls.
Wally is Trapped inside Home
In “beautiful dreamer” and the phone recordings of Wally, there is always that sound in the background, like you’re listening inside a shell. Maybe it’s not important, but it does confirm that Wally is inside an enclosed area, which is Home.
There is also something the website has mentioned about Wally:
“Love is clear in the messages of Wally Darling...his eagerness to understand the world around him ”
It speaks true of Wally trying to understand Home and communicate with them.
In the “So Below” image, Wally can be seen kneeling before Home’s eye window and reaching out. In the audio where he sang “Beautiful Dreamer,” he sang for Home and even asked them if they liked it.
The song is calming, and I think Wally is trying to comfort Home because he knows Home is distressed.
What messed me up more is that the song is about someone asleep -in a state of consciousness where they are unaware. Someone who is Home.
Theory Time of What Happened: Someone tried to transfer themself as Wally and someone else’s soul as Home.
It sounds crazy, but hear me out.
Let’s call the person who tried to transfer themself as Wally as Person A.
Then let’s call the person who tried to transfer someone else’s soul into Home as Person B.
Here’s my theory: Person B died or was dying or was leaving Person A’s life in some manner.
Person A cannot let go.
Person A strongly connects with the Welcome Home show and identifies themself and Person B as Wally and Home.
So Person A tried to use a spell where they and Person B could live forever... together.
But two things went wrong. First, Person B never agreed to the soul transfer (similar to what happened to Caroline becoming Glados in Portal 2). Second, Person A failed to fully become Wally.
It either wiped his memories, or Wally became self-aware.
And we know that Wally is self-aware: no_apuppet_.png on page 5 of the Guestbook.
And the strangest thing is that he has no memory with the other characters even if he knows them: nomemory_.png on page 6.
Whoever was Person A, they see Person B as home that they could not bear for them to leave. To the point that they literally made them as a house.
I think the theme of life, death and rebirth is also strong in the show, which is what spirals symbolize in many cultures. (from left to right, page 1-2-5)
But then again, it’s probably hypnosis. The smallest one has filename “helloneighbor.png,” the second one is “soyouwillknowiamlookingatyouneighbor_iamtalkingtoyou.png” and the last one is scribbled over a guest log expressing sadness that the show ended abruptly.
Bonus: If Wally’s “eagerness to understand the world around him” comes into play...
How does Wally make sense of his situation?
1. He’s knows isolated with Home: “icantreachthem_imsorry_.png” on page 6 (despite other filenames saying that he would tell others what the guests have written about them)
2. And he’s well-aware that he’s alone. Wherever he is, he gets upset when someone implies they are trapped in the same situation: whyareyoufibbing_youarenothere_idontseeyou_pleasedonotlietome_.png on page 6
3. He doesn’t like that his show has ended and covers it with crayon spirals: page 5 of guestbook (doodle is covering the words, “This site has reawakened so many childhood memories! Thank you for starting this restoration project. It’s a true shame what happened to the show.”
4. Even when he tries to talk to Home, he cannot fully understand them because Home only talks by sounds a house can make. Back in the audio of “Beautiful Dreamer,” Wally asked Home if they liked his song. The response was banging on the walls. Wally then said, “That’s good... I think.”
So what can we get from these?
Wally is trapped inside Home, isolated from his puppet friends and anyone else who knows about the show. He tries to reach out to Home but cannot fully understand them, or Home is too unstable to talk to them.
So what do trapped, isolated people do in their situation?
Wally is Trying to Reach Out... or Get Out
Because he’s isolated, he’s trying to reach out. The Welcome Home world and our world are still connected by the existence of the artifacts left of the Welcome Home show.
Another theory again he was able to extend his will to the people that opened the envelopes and thus started the restoration project. Not enough to control, but enough to influence.
If we base it on the spell theory, what is will but intent that can be used as magic?
And Wally’s desire to connect is apparent. He interacts with the undercurrent of the website, and the filenames can get a little intense whenever he responds:
thenanswerme_.png of page 5
Scratchharder_.png from page 6
Whatever outcome Wally wants, he’s biding his time: Itsnottimeyet_imlooking_.png of page 6
Checking the filename for the clock doodle, what is he looking for?
The answer? I think it’s you: youwill_.png of page 5
Conclusion:
For whatever reason, Wally wants you in the Welcome Home world. But you already know that.

Young Justice is thrown headfirst into a world where the Justice League doesn't exist, the only heroes being those known as the Avengers. While investigating the strange portal that brought them there, they come across the Avengers who are not always so friendly. Will the heroes get over their animosity and work together to get Young Justice home? Or will they block the way of the young heroes, dooming them to forever be trapped in an unfamiliar world?
Chapter 1: Collisions and Conversations
"10 minutes till we arrive at the cave." M'gann's cheerful voice sounded through the mind link. "You know it, beautiful." Wally fiddled with his newest souvenir as he replied, his comment earning him a fond smack on the arm from Artemis and an amused look from Conner. Dick and Kaldur simply huffed in amusement. Zatanna enjoyed the sight of her relaxed teammates, laughing under her breath at their antics.
"So… the mission went well, didn't it? We killed it out there!" Wally said, placing his crossed legs atop the raised platform as he put his hands behind his head.
"If by 'killed it' you mean we caused millions of dollars worth of property damage while apprehending our target? Then yes, we killed it." Kaldur answered calmly, his eyes shining in good humor. Wally pouted at the laughter that received before letting out a chuckle himself.
"True, we did cause a lot of damage because of a certain someone." Artemis added while leaning on her armchair, looking at Wally not so discreetly.
"It's not my fault! If you hadn't iced the floor, I wouldn't have bumped into the detonator and none of the bombs would have exploded!"
"Keep telling yourself that, Wally." Artemis said lightly, feigning interest in her nails.
"Let's be grateful no civilians were injured. Plus, we caught our target, so mission success!" Dick stated with a crooked grin, satisfaction pouring off him.
"I doubt you would be saying that if you had to report it to Batman." Conner said bluntly, a faint smile on his lips. Dick gave him a sheepish laugh. M'gann quietly agreed. There were reasons she wasn't the leader, and that could be counted as one of them.
"I certainly wouldn't want to be on the other side of Batman while reporting this mission. The others? Not so much." Zatanna folded her legs, leaning back on her seat as she turned to look out the bio-ship. Her expression dropped in surprise, "M'gann! Look out!"
M'gann's focus snapped back to flying the bio-ship, jerking her to the side and dislodging her teammates from their seats. Confusion and alarm permeated the area, her teammates gathering their bearings as they prepared for battle.
"M'gann, what happened?" Kaldur asked, his tone becoming harder. She could feel his worry in the back of her mind but dismissed it, her attention focused on steering the bio-ship away from the sparking blue portal that suddenly appeared in their path.
"I cant—" M'gann grunted, urging the bio-ship to reverse. The bio-ship rumbled, conveying the fact that she couldn't turn around, the suction was too great. They were slowly being sucked into the portal, M'gann realized with dawning horror.
"I am so not feeling the aster." Dick stated, staring at the ever closer portal. Connor and Wally eyed the portal, their brains racing with ideas, some slipping unconsciously into the mindlink.
"Now is not the time for that! And you two, keep it quiet up there." Artemis shouted, clutching her extended bow tightly with one hand as she pointed at Wally and Conner. "We need to find a way to— Ack!"
Kaldur tried to grab Artemis when she fell forward, but he clutched his head in pain and fell alongside her. A disorienting feeling passed through their linked minds, thoughts and feelings melded together as a strange sensation clawed its way through them. The passage into the strange portal was rough, the bio-ship lurching at random didn't help.
M'gann's eyes widened in alarm as her teammates dropped in front of her, the pain between her brows growing steadily. She blinked rapidly trying to stay conscious, absentmindedly noting the bio-ship having the same reaction as the rest of them.
She snapped the mindlink, easing the painful feedback from her friends' minds and shielding them from the portal's assault. M'gann groaned from the focused psychic blast she siphoned from her teammates but she persevered, determined to stay conscious long enough to land the bio-ship relatively safely.
The bio-ship was spat out, hurtling through the sky at an alarming speed. M'gann coaxed the disoriented bio-ship to slow down, blinking dark spots from her eyes. The bio-ship shuddered, shaking off her dazed state to descend carefully at the beckoning of her bonded. The bio-ship skidded against the soft earth, uprooting trees and dirt. She finally slowed to a stop, surrounded by a destroyed field.
M'gann laid her head on the headrest, taking a moment to rest, her headache easing up from the departure of the portal. Thankfully, the bio-ship wasn't very hurt, just a few scrapes and scratches here and there.
Her teammates roused with groans, Kaldur waking first. He shook his head as he stood up unsteadily. M'gann rushed over, helping him up, "How are you feeling?"
"I just need a moment, I'll be fine." Kaldur said, giving M'gann a faint smile of reassurance. M'gann nodded, moving on to Zatanna and Artemis who awoke soon after. Zatanna muttered a simple spell that straightened out her clothes while Artemis collected her fallen arrows. She was thanked when she helped with the arrows before being pointed to the three unconscious boys.
M'gann put her hands to her temples, gently coaxing her last three teammates to consciousness. Zatanna and Kaldur spoke quietly, concern wafting off them in waves when Wally sprung upright, his eyes wide open. "What was that?!" He asked, turning to M'gann.
She shook her head, grabbing Conner's arm and steadying him. Dick sat crossed legged, tapping away at his gauntlet's holo computer. He frowned, curling over his wrist as he typed harder in agitation. Artemis laid a gentle hand on his shoulder and gave him a look. A chastened expression crossed Dick's face at the unworded admonishment. He straightened his back and restarted his search, "I've got bad news guys."
He captured everyone's attention, M'gann intervening to quickly state, "I'll link us up."
She gently grasped at their minds, engulfing them with her own as she'd done many times before. "Everyone online?" She asked. A chorus of affirmation sounded.
"I couldn't connect to any familiar satellites. And any search for the Justice League shows no results. Same for most major cities." Dick said. The bond was silent before it erupted into noise, a cacophony of questions assaulted the mindlink.
"Quiet! One at a time." Kaldur practically shouted. The mindlink quieted down, M'gann and her teammates sharing glances. Kaldur doesn't casually raise his voice unless they are in battle, but even then it was rare. Clearly, he was also grappling with the unpleasant news.
"Do we know where we are?" Zatanna asked, tugging on the loose threads of her vest. Dick quickly drew up a hologram globe, zooming in at his prompting.
"Long Island, New York." He answered.
"That's not too far off from the base." Conner stated, crossing his arms. M'gann glanced worriedly at him. Frustration oozed off of him alongside unease.
"True. Should we drop by? Check if the base is still standing in this world?" Artemis questioned. She shifted on her feet, resting her weight on either foot. Wally mimicked her unconsciously, paying rapt attention to the conversation. "In this world?"
"We clearly passed through a portal to another world, duh. Why else would some cities be wiped off the map? Or the Justice League not exist?"
"It is a good theory, however we need more evidence to be sure. We will check on the base, but we must be careful. There could be unseen enemies lying in wait." Kaldur said, "For now, we assess our surroundings and check to see if we landed in a secure location. Then, we will figure out how to return to our original world, if this isn't our world to begin with."
He relayed his instructions through the link. Wally zoomed away the moment the bio-ship opened, tossing "On it!" over his shoulder as he did.
"Well, there he goes." Artemis sighed, shoulding her quiver and re-extending her bow, stalking out after him. M'gann floated out of the bio-ship, instructing her to go into camouflage mode once everyone disembarked. They split ways, notifying each other whenever they found something interesting, which was rarely. It was usually a report of a startled animal or an unusual looking natural formation. They just landed in a regular forest, there was nothing special about it.
Just after Kaldur ordered them to return to the bio-ship, Conner chimed in tersely, "Aircraft approaching from the East. They don't sound very friendly." M'gann frowned and urged the others to regroup quickly. She would rather deal with the threat with her teammates than alone.
"ETA?" Dick asked. M'gann could imagine him pursing his lips like he always did when he asked that.
"10 minutes out. They'll be here soon." Conner replied. Suspicion colored his side of the link, Zatanna sending him a mental nudge to calm down in response.
M'gann arrived at the bio-ship first, flying there at top speed. Zatanna materialized with a burst of golden sparks as Wally blinked into existence beside her, a soft wind ruffling her hair. Artemis and Dick walked out the forestline while she fixed her hair. Artemis grabbed hold of Dick's cape and guided him over while he smirked at his holo computer. "These guys are good, but not good enough! I hacked into their mainframe and downloading their files now."
"Any trouble?" Zatanna questioned teasingly.
"Who do you think you're talking to? Of course I didn't!" Dick boasted, tacking on as an afterthought, "There was an attempt to counter hack but I shut that down quickly."
"Good work, Robin." Kaldur said, jogging over from behind them, Conner just a few steps behind him. "Be ready to engage, and stick to the shadows. They'll be here any minute."
"Got it." M'gann donned her hood, camouflaging herself as she flew into the trees. She felt her teammates do the same, each darting into a hiding spot.
Not even a minute later, the loud whirring of an aircraft sounded, rippling into existence. Five figures walked out of the aircraft, surveying their surroundings. M'gann examined them, one woman and four men. One was obviously an archer, similar to Artemis. He was fit and walked in step with the red-headed woman in a tight fitting suit. M'gann narrowed her eyes, that woman was dangerous, she could tell. Perhaps even on the same level as Sportsmaster.
The man in a simple suit and sunglasses exuded charisma, but her eyes were drawn to the large man with a strange hammer in his hand. He was dressed in unique armor, one she had never seen before. She sent the image to her teammates, questioning if any of them had seen clothing like that.
Wally did the equivalent of a wolf whistle in their mindlink at the sight of the red-headed woman, a barrage of annoyance from everyone but him permeated the bond before he hastily answered her inquiry. The answer was the same from all of them, that type of armor being unfamiliar to them.
"Any idea of who they are, Robin?" M'gann asked, keeping a close eye on the threats. She was too far away to hear anything but it was obvious they were looking for her team.
"And what they're saying? I can't hear anything from where I'm hiding." Wally interjected.
"Cross referencing the files I've downloaded with information on the web, it's safe to say that these are the so-called Avengers, a hero group." Dick answered.
"Avengers? What kind of name is that?" Artemis asked, bafflement coloring her tone.
"Who knows why they chose that name, but apparently, they're so far the only hero group in the world." Dick said, "They've done small missions here and there, but their introduction to the public was during an alien invasion."
"Any names?" Artemis asked.
"The red-head's Natasha Romanoff, codename Black Widow. Clint Barton, the one next to her, is Hawkeye. Both used to be assassins but were drafted into SHIELD, a shadow government agency. The one that looks like an American flag threw up all over him is Steve Rogers, Captain America. He was frozen in ice for decades and was recently defrosted. The one M'gann asked about is called Thor. The only information they have of him is that he is part of a long lived extraterrestrial race that call themselves Asgaridians."
"A shadow government." Conner remarked, unimpressed.
"Like, the gods vikings worshiped?" Wally said, confused sparking in the bond.
"As far as I can tell, yeah. The last one is called Tony Stark, billionaire named Iron Man. He controls armored suits he creates. There's one more Avenger but it doesn't seem like he came. Bruce Banner, turns into a giant green monster whenever he's angry. Huh, no wonder he didn't come. And… All their identities are public?! That's… unwise." Dick finished lamely.
"Thank you, Robin. Superboy, what do you hear?" Kaldur questioned. The strange group spread out to search the area, carrying small devices that they waved around occasionally. M'gann trained her senses on them, making sure not to lose them.
Conner replied after a couple of seconds, "They were talking about an energy spike earlier, in the ship. Said it was similar to the alien invasion Robin told us they faced." Agitation ran through him. "They were ordered to bring in whatever came through—uswith prejudice."
"Well that's not good." Zatanna shifted when an Avenger neared her area. She doubled down on her concealment spell, not willing to risk her teammates' safety.
"Would it be wise to try establishing contact?" M'gann wondered.
"I believe it would be if we at least attempted to do so. However, if it comes down to it, I believe we could best them in a fight." Kaldur projected, the confidence in his tone settled his teammates.
"Then we should do it soon, they're getting close to the bio-ship!" Artemis interjected urgently.
"Intercept them at the bio-ship, and make sure not to be seen. We don't want to tip our hand too soon." Kaldur announced, "Be on your best behavior. Making enemies out of this world's heroes is not the plan."
They quickly made their way to the bio-ship, avoiding this world's heroes along the way. M'gann paused when she flew over the one she asked about, Thor, thinking for a moment he saw her. She dismissed it when he looked around curiously, finally arriving at the bio-ship a moment later.
Her teammates organized themselves besides Kaldur, Zatanna giving her a quick nod before an Avenger appeared. The archer blinked at the sight of them, before he tapped the comm in his ear, signaling to his friends his findings.
"So, I'm presuming you're not from around here?" Artemis narrowed her eyes at Hawkeye's subtle attempt to grab an arrow from his quiver.
Kaldur stepped forward, "We are not. You are a hero of this world?"
"You could say that." Hawkeye replied, his grip deceptively loose on his bow. His eyes lingered on M'gann and Kaldur, the more obviously inhuman members. "Any chance you'll tell me why you're here?"
"Other heroes approaching." Conner stated, shifting his weight on his side.
"Stay sharp everyone. They're getting ready for a confrontation." M'gann announced, feeling her teammates subtly shift into battle positions. She transmitted the positions of the remaining Avengers.
"It wasn't willingly, I can tell you that." Wally said casually, crossing his arms. Zatanna and Conner nodded in agreement.
"So you wouldn't mind coming back with me, would you? Just a couple tests and you're good." Conner twitched. "We have regulations on this world that need to be followed."
"That's a definite no." Dick voiced, getting a chorus of agreements. None of them were willing to be taken in by the shady government that these heroes worked for. They had enough bad experiences with shady organizations as is. If it were an alternate version of the Justice League, however, that would be another story.
"I am sorry, but we don't have a guarantee that you would be true to your word." Kaldur said, a frown gracing his face.
"Well, I guess I'm sorry too." Hawkeye shot three arrows in quick succession, his teammates launching themselves from the treeline. M'gann threw two of the Avengers away from them and into the surrounding forest while Artemis and Conner dealt with the arrows. The man in the red and gold suit flew back quickly, forcing her to dodge an energy blast. She aimed, tearing the armor on his back and feet off, effectively grounding him.
Artemis' hands flew, arrows being shot in the span of a second. She forced the man with the shield back as he was focused on not being shot. In an unlucky strike for Captain America, Artemis managed to embed his foot into the ground with the arrow containing hardened foam.
Wally ran circles around Hawkeye, catching the arrows without difficulty and occasionally striking back. Whenever there was a chance, Dick threw his birdarangs, disrupting any shots that could land.
Kaldur fought with the former assassin, their blades clashing at every strike. It was clear that while Black Widow had more experience, Kaldur was more versatile in his attacks. He was slowly but steadily beating her back towards the forest line.
Conner, however, fought against the hammer wielding alien in a battle of strength. They wrestled, throwing each other into trees or pounding the other into the ground. Their fight was messy, and many of his teammates had to avoid being hit by the debris.
Zatanna assisted wherever she could, interfering in fights with handy spells, many of which gave her teammates an advantage.
Seeing that her teammates were handling themselves, M'gann focused back on her fight, redirecting any of the shots that were aimed at her. Surprisingly, he had miniature missiles stored in his armor. She easily changed their course, throwing it right back at him. He dodged with a shout, though uninjured from the explosion. His thick armor shielded him.
M'gann's eyes glowed bright green, her hands outstretched as her telekinesis held Iron Man in place. She was prepared to forcefully lull him to sleep when she felt a sharp pain in her back. She fell from the sky, her grasp on Iron Man fading.
"M'gann!" "Miss Martian!"
Strong arms held her gently before she hit the ground. A white shirt tucked into a yellow vest let her know Zatanna had saved her. She let out a groan as she tried to sit up, pain assaulting her at the sudden movement.
"M'gann, are you alright?" Dick asked worriedly, covering Wally's inattention by throwing a birdarang at the archer. Concern flooded the bond, her teammates distraught.
"I'm… fine." She gritted out. "What hit me?"
"Captain America's shield." Artemis answered coldly. Now, there was anger coursing through her end of the bond. She cocked an arrow, letting it fly towards the target of her wrath. He barely managed to dodge, breaking through the hardened foam in a hurry. A purple bruise colored the side of his temple, her intended target being his face.
Conner let out a roar, throwing Thor across the clearing. He landed hard on Captain America, rolling a couple times from the force of Conner's strength.
"We need to finish this. Now." Kaldur grunted, a kick from Black Widow knocking him back a step. He recovered quickly, whipping his water hammer against her side and sending her flying into her teammates. She landed in the pile with a gasp. Only two more left.
"On it, boss." Dick smirked, throwing an explosive birdarang to disorient Hawkeye. Wally quickly knocked Hawkeye out with a hand chop to the neck while he was distracted looking for Dick. He grabbed an arrow from the unconscious archer's quiver, chirping "Souvenir!"
"Dnib meht ot eht dnuorg." Zatanna chanted, shadows clinging to a struggling Iron Man and the rest of his teammates. The shadows forced them to kneel, and eventually secured the team to the earth. Despite their struggles and curses, they couldn't break free from the mass of shadows binding them.
"Good going, Zee." M'gann complimented. Her teammates echoed her sentiments.
"He's trussed up like a pig!" Wally laughed, zipping closer to tease the older man. Tony Stark glared at him but couldn't say anything, his mouth bound shut tightly.
M'gann stood up slightly unsteadily but straightened herself. She needed to make sure the Avengers wouldn't follow them, at least for the time being. She lifted her arms towards them and grasped at their minds. Gently, she sifted through them, plucking information her teammates would be interested in and letting it flow into her mindlink.
Once she was finished, she lulled them to sleep. The humans easily dropped, though Thor fought valiantly, thrashing against his bonds. She poured more energy into her persuasion and eventually, his movements slowed as his eyes drooped, finally falling asleep.
"You did good, but don't strain yourself, M'gann." Kaldur placed a hand on her shoulder, squeezing gently. M'gann nodded, sending her gratitude to him through their link.
"Now that they're dealt with, we should go. There's likely more people that were sent to capture us. I doubt it would be only them." Dick said, picking up stray birdarangs and placing them in his utility belt.
"If it was, I would be worried about this world's defenses." Conner spoke up, picking at the new tears in his shirt.
Artemis nodded, "Call the bio-ship and let's check Happy Harbor, if it even exists."
M'gann closed her eyes, reaching out with her mind. The bio-ship was not too far away, still in camouflage mode. She nudged the bio-ship, grabbing her attention with their signature call. The bio-ship knew how to differentiate her calls and answered in kind, taking off the cloaking as she approached them. Her scarlet hull opened, stairs forming before them.
They quickly entered the bio-ship, M'gann assuming the seat she was previously in. She set course for Happy Harbor, Rhode Island. The team took the flight as time to recuperate from the fight and eat some snacks stored in the camouflaged bio-ship.
The bio-ship circled above Rhode Island before landing behind the mountain, out of sight from civilians. They disembarked, and walked along the side of the mountain. Dick tapped furiously on his holo computer, occasionally looking up and frowning at the mountain.
"Nothing." He said, his hand clenching into a fist. "No servers. No systems. Not even the Watchtower's signal! This is just a regular mountain!"
"This really is another world." Zatanna wrapped her hands around herself. Artemis placed a hand on her shoulder, her expression determined. "We'll find a way home. We always do, right guys?"
"Right." Kaldur straightened himself, a driven edge in his voice. "We need to find a place to use as a base. Then, we figure out how to track the portals and who's behind them."
His team nodded, invigorated by their leader's confidence.
"We can try a nearby city. There should be enough abandoned buildings compared to the nearby town." Wally shared.
"Plus, we would be more anonymous in a crowded city compared to a small town, no?" M'gann stated, floating slightly.
Conner tilted his head, his eyes unfocused. "The closest city should be that way, not too far." He pointed north.
They filed into the bio-ship, shielding it from view once they were in the air, and sped off to the nearest city. The flight was fast, they arrived only 15 minutes later. Dick flew through satellite images of the city and noted the different boroughs. He steered them towards the outskirts of the city, near a warehouse district.
"We should probably change first." Wally said suddenly, turning into a blur before he appeared in his civilian clothes.
M'gann knocked herself on the temple, morphing herself to look like an average human girl. "Hello Megan! I knew we were forgetting something."
"Right, we don't want them tracking us through cameras and such." Zatanna quickly uttered a spell, changing her and Artemis' clothes.
Conner simply turned his shirt inside out, earning a few looks of appreciation in the process. Kaldur and Dick, however, had to grab their spare civilian clothing from the storage room of the bio-ship. They swiftly changed and rejoined their team.
Kaldur zipped up his sweater as he reentered the room, "Have you found a suitable building?"
M'gann nodded, "I've searched the area for any signs of life and there are no humans in the area. We should be safe here."
"For now. Who knows when those heroes will try to find us again." Artemis muttered, a scowl on her face.
"We will just have to ensure they will not." Kaldur said, "Dick, make sure to scrub any trace of us off their databases and any cameras. Zatanna, use your magic to make us and our base untrackable. Artemis, Wally, set up the perimeter of our base. Conner, alert us if you hear anything. And M'gann, redirect anybody who wanders close."
The team got to work, choosing an unoccupied warehouse and constructing a defense system as quickly as they could. M'gann moved the bio-ship inside the large warehouse, she couldn't risk anyone coming across her.
Soon, they finished their tasks, Zatanna warding the warehouse to be properly concealed. They piled into their current base. Wally zipped around, pausing to cough from the dust.
Besides how dust-filled the warehouse was, it was surprisingly well maintained. It held boxes of furniture and many types of supplies they could use. It was simple to create a small set up for Dick to connect to the internet, him and M'gann working together to scrap together a computer from random parts and connect it to a local network.
Artemis and Kaldur helped clean up the dust and dispose of it outside the building while Wally and Conner unloaded the supplies from the bio-ship. They cornered off a part of the warehouse to become the sleeping quarters and another as a makeshift kitchen. Zatanna meanwhile worked on small charms she was carving out on some wood she found, making one for each of her team members.
Dick called for the team to gather, holding a cobbled together device. It connected to his gauntlet through a wire extension.
"What is that?" Zatanna asks, tilting her head.
"I haven't come up with a name for it yet but it records the energy signature from the portal and scans for any matching ones that appear around the world." Dick pointed the device at Artemis, a blue light moving over her body once before disappearing. The device dinged, a green pop up emerged on Dick's holo computer. It read 'SCAN COMPLETE'.
"Neat!" Wally exclaimed, the girls humming in agreement.
Kaldur questioned, "How will we know if another portal appears?"
"Oh, that's simple. It will—" The device letting out a shrill, vibrating ring as it turned an alarming red, "—do that."
I did not mean to make this so dialogue heavy, i was struggling (╥﹏╥)

'The wonderful Games of Welcome Home!'
The first game launched was 'The Messy Misadventure', in 1988, for NES, and in 1982 for Master System. The game won a remake for SNES in 1992, and in 1994, for the Mega Drive. The game plot was:
'Wally and his pals were on a trip on the woods to see birds and camping, but after days passed, everybody was gonna go home, when suddenly a mean polar bear named Polar-Sonar kidnapped everyone, except for Wally, who escaped! Could you help him?'
The game was simple, only dodge traps and some wild animals who tried to hurt Wally. The apples were what recovered his life. Every level, you rescued a character, then you could play as them.
A PC game was launched in 1997 called 'Fest-tastic helper', and the main task was helping everyone for the festival of the town, and Sally's teather play. You played as Wally (which in this game, his eyelids were colored blue)
The site launched some flash games in 2008 on a site called 'Fun Games of Welcome Home!'
The first game was 'Sally's Skater Delivery' which you played as Sally Starlet in a skateboard, and holding a bag of newspapers. The game was launched in May 16.
The second game was 'Apple Catcher Julie' which you had to catch the apples that Wally threw from a tree. You controlled Julie, who was holding a basket.
The third game was 'Frank's flowers' which you used the mouse to play it, and all you had to do was to plant flowers. The game teached about flowers species to kids.
The fourth game was a Halloween special called ' Scarer the Fun', which you played as Sally and Wally, who were pranking everyone by scaring them after hearing a scary story about a Monster named "Scarier the Fun'. You lost points if you scared Howdy, Ms. Beagle or Eddie.
The fifth game was '???'. A glitch was discovered, were when you clicked in 'Show', a black screen appeared, and sounds of screams were heard, with a photo of the prop representing Home, Surrounded with the human counter-parts of the characters in puddles of crimson. A lot of parents reported about this glitch, and the Playfellow Company replied:
'We did not put this here on purpose, we have noticed it when we were testing it. It was someone who put this on the game as a bad joke, and we are truly sorry for this.
'The Playfellow Company'
It ain't a lost media if it doesn't have lost games amiright?

ok so the Original levels are just at max heat meter, and Stick (and the gang) are kinda Sonic Advancing it? Nevermind that, what's Pillar John replaced by?
Peppino: “Funny you should mention that.”
The group were standing in front of John’s replacement in Gummy Gutter, Gummy Harry, who despite how immobile he was, was letting out a low and rumbling growl.
Meanwhile in Moneyscape, Waluigi and co stood in front of a large inflatable bear.
Waluigi: “Aerodent? But Wario popped him long ago! Though… the necklace is missing, so it might just be a replica.”
He noticed the small ghost mouse peeking over the bear’s shoulder, eyeing him with a smirk on his face
Over in Ancient Booze, the girls stood in front of a wall of Breakout style blocks, encasing a large gargoyle
Annie: “Ha! One of Satan’s minions, trapped in a wall of blocks!”
Lastly, in Bloodsauce Colosseum, Mr Stick’s team came across a large furry pillar with ears and a pink tail. It sniffed as they came close
Mr Stick: “A-a giant Brick?”
He shuddered, noticing how certain parts of this Brick were off
Mr Stick: “Oh, it’s Fake Brick.”
This didn’t calm him down, but it definitely helped him understand the situation.
With that, Peppino, Waluigi, Annie, and Mr Stick attacked Harry, Aerodent, Wally the Gargoyle and Fake Brick

Moments of Stupidity 5
Well, I did a little looking at the calendar and planned it. I mean, when Moments of Stupidity, as far as the amount of Helluva Boss episodes go as of now, would end. The days throughout this month will be scattered. Some in a row, some with days apart, but it should still be done by Halloween. And the newest episode, since it should be out on Halloween, I'll do a post on that sometime early November. But onto the next episode where everyone's a fucking moron!
Harvest Moon Festival -
The first instance of stupidity is probably when Blitzo had the bright idea for a pep talk to Moxxie when Moxxie was gonna take on the hell hog. Seriously, unless Blitzo was intentionally a jerkass there, which is definitely a possibility with him, then you have to be spectacularly stupid to say all that Blitzo said and not expect someone's self-confidence to take a nose dive upon hearing it
There's also probably Millie when her parents treat her husband the way they do. It's not like they really hide how they feel about Moxxie. I doubt they're even trying to. So Millie should have noticed her mother rather roughly elbowing Moxxie or notice that her father being clearly enough mocking when Moxxie brought up entering the Pain Games himself. There's also Joe and Lin's faces at first seeing Moxxie that episode. Then Millie still says the 'they'll accept you eventually' crap. It's like, 'do you notice anything about how your husband is treated?'. Even if Millie is holding onto hope for all her family to get along with each other, there's a damn limit to how they can act towards each other
There's definitely Millie just charging in and attacking Striker when catching him hurting Moxxie. It's crazy that Striker could still move around with little to no problem after getting fucking stabbed, repeatedly, in his back but Millie would have increased chances of winning if she just kept her cool like in, funny enough, Exes and Oohs. Yeah, she was weirdly overpowered there and didn't even make a damn dent here but I still feel the coolheadedness made some difference
There's also Millie treating Moxxie like he's the dumb one for not using a gun and even forgetting all about it. Maybe Moxxie should have used his gun when he tried escaping but, given how fast and competent Striker was in his debut episode, there's a real chance that Striker could have smacked it away or even use it against Moxxie. Besides, Millie wasn't even there until she just happened to hear some noise and went to investigate. How does she get to judge how well her husband did before she showed up? All without even asking how it went, no less
Oh, and I forgot this one, but there's the fact that Millie got her leg caught in a wide open bear trap when she was thrown down into the cellar, basement, whatever. This particular stupid moment goes to Millie's family, cause they're the ones who just carelessly left freaking bear traps laying around! Maybe if we saw some hellish vermin or whatever that only a bear trap can catch them, that'd be some explanation but no! We just have an active, ready-to-trap bear trap that anyone can just carelessly brush their foot or their tail against it and make it go off on them. Even if everyone in the family was told about the traps and they knew to be careful, there's still the fact that Millie fell into the damn thing. That means everyone is still vulnerable to falling on it by accident. So why the fuck would anyone just get that freaking careless with leaving around bear traps like this?
There's Stolas's behavior throughout the episode but I'll mention that, along with his flirtation with Blitzo in Loo Loo Land, will come up later. Because really, this kind of stupidity spans over multiple episodes that adds extra layers of stupid. Might as well just mention it all in its most prominent episode. This also applies to Wally Wackford, even if it's not to the same extent as Stolas
Striker, for several instances. 1, having a holy rifle in his possession out in the open where just anyone could come across it, especially if Striker's really gonna get in trouble for having it. 2, not covering the damn gun whatsoever. It was strange that Moxxie thought a glow from under the door was what's strange but it's what got his damn attention. Besides, instance one is definitely a reason why the gun should have been covered up at least. 3, throwing Millie and Moxxie in the damn basement. Fuck seriously, even if you thought of just hightailing it out of there right after you finish your hit, there was a very real chance someone could have found them before then or the couple could have escaped themselves. Which they did. Because you apparently didn't even check Millie and Moxxie for any weapons they could use, let alone any gun that can blast a hole in the locked door. In fact, instance 4 is no checking for weapons on your captives. And going back to the likelihood of someone finding Millie and Moxxie in the basement, most likely any of Millie's family, then that's gonna be a bunch of pissed off demons after Striker's ass, including Blitz since the writers like saying that he cares about his employees. Then Striker will probably have to kill more than he has to just to live for his next paycheck so that's instance 5 now
If there's any stupid moment of Moxxie's, it's not shooting Striker when he had the fucking chance. Especially when he was at the damn door that could have whacked him should someone come in. Actually, Moxxie should have shoot him before the fight even started. Considering that the show establishes that he's the best sharpshooter, then Moxxie definitely should have been able to get Striker without getting his boss. (And seeing how Striker's character got butchered big time in his second and third appearances, then yeah. I'd prefer Striker in his debut appearance shot dead)
Joe and Lin for taking pride in being meatheads. Seriously, if they're treating Moxxie as not worthy of respect because he researched about war and strategies and is physically weak (at least in this episode), then they take pride in the fact they themselves have little to no intelligence in their heads and have only muscle to back themselves up in life. Probably good thing if they just plan to stay in Wrath their whole lives, since every native there is bound to have the same line of thinking. For whatever worth that thinking could possibly have to the average Wrath citizen
Oh, and Joe and Lin apparently decide to care more about how Millie lost a fight than whether or not she could have been killed by the farmhand the parents themselves have hired and even lecture their daughter like she's wrong for getting hurt. Seriously, they're only the second best parents because the other parents - whether it's ones of main characters or that the main characters are parents themselves - are even worse! (And who is the best parent in Helluva Boss, at least in my my opinion, you may ask? Blitzo. Because yeah, if there's anything Blitzo doesn't screw up in, it's being a father to his daughter and never stop loving her no matter what. As far as I remember, the only thing Blitzo doesn't do right concerning parenthood is disciplining Loona when she seriously needs to be disciplined)
I guess Stella, too, since she had the bright idea to just yell at Stolas that she's talking to an assassin that she's hired to kill him. She's probably just lucky that Stolas is so stupid as to not take it seriously and that Octavia was wearing earbuds (Because I'm hoping that Octavia wouldn't be so stupid to still think her parents still like each other after hearing that her freaking mother legit hired an assassin to kill her father. Horrible, selfish, and incompetent father he maybe, Octavia still loves Stolas and would be devastated at just hearing it. And yeah, I don't know if I said it before, but I agree with some well-put posts on how Stolas isn't anywhere near a good dad as a good chunk of the fanbase believes so I can't agree with 'good dad Stolas' anymore)
