I like to think that when the batfamily inevitably runs out of money and jobless Bruce, Tim, and Dick* find themselves in financial need, Steph reveals that she's made thousands of dollars taking odd jobs around Gotham City that we just never saw bc Steph hasn't been in a comic for months. Nobody checked in on her and while they weren't looking she made 6 grand babysitting and playing piano at a local theatre. Bruce has to grovel for enough money to buff out a scratch on the batmobile and Steph is revelling in it. This is the closest she's ever going to get to being a supervillain

*(Cass and Jason don't need money to survive on account of being homeless as kids + Babs funds Cass' basic needs and Damian is on his mom's payroll, same w/ duke even if it's obvs not al ghul money)

I finally got some official photos (taken by Laura Johnston) of the costumes I made for the haunted house! It was hard to choose my favorite pics because there were so many good ones.

Missing the ghost because the room they were in was too dark for photos 😅 I think these costumes turned out pretty well considering this was my first show, and I had a budget of $200! This was only half the cast because each character was played by two different people depending on the night, so I may post more pics later of the alternate cast :)

Idk if anyone noticed, but I realized that the witch was wearing their dress inside out. I'll take it as a compliment though, because I guess the inside was finished so well they couldn't tell 😆

things essential to prime divide bruce wayne:

- chemistry nerd (has a scent specifically for batman for the sake of the robins; makes his own body & facial care products)

- gearhead (one of his greatest joys is owning a vehicle from a movie set)

- costuming nerd & clothing snob (had to make his own ballet clothes until 15, obsessed with tailoring — check out “dieworkwear” on twitter for how he would know how to dress impeccably)

- secret perfect baritone singing voice (thx to Kevin Conroy 🖤 )

- has been a handservant (for much of his 16th year, for Ra’s household, to instill humility)

- psychopomp

- mostly gay with some exceptions

- can rant about zoning laws that keep thwarting his building projects in Gotham (bc otherwise it would be Utopia) so much it’s basically a special interest at this point
