There is honestly just this pervasive feeling of "this is all wrong this is all bad" blanketing almost everything in my life but it is actually probably just a manifestation of having to go every day through a life I have outgrown until the calendar lines up.cutely and I can really call it quits<3
#it's very very irresponsible to quit bc while I Could Survive it would be hard to get money for all my plans + save anything#however the prospect of doing this every day for the next two months is. insane.#i had a productive talk w my boss finally to outline a few things and was basically told my job is to cope better rn#but also like. what if I don't want to. what if I just quit.#I have a few things slowly going to try and build some income streams outside my retail job but like#it takes Years to build a photography following enough to get any tips/print requests#and well. my other options aren't things I would advertise here or on my usual platforms so I have to start from scratch#personal

Why reblog machine-generated art?
When I was ten years old I took a photography class where we developed black and white photos by projecting light on papers bathed in chemicals. If we wanted to change something in the image, we had to go through a gradual, arduous process called dodging and burning.
When I was fifteen years old I used photoshop for the first time, and I remember clicking on the clone tool or the blur tool and feeling like I was cheating.
When I was twenty eight I got my first smartphone. The phone could edit photos. A few taps with my thumb were enough to apply filters and change contrast and even spot correct. I was holding in my hand something more powerful than the huge light machines I'd first used to edit images.
When I was thirty six, just a few weeks ago, I took a photo class that used Lightroom Classic and again, it felt like cheating. It made me really understand how much the color profiles of popular web images I'd been seeing for years had been pumped and tweaked and layered with local edits to make something that, to my eyes, didn't much resemble photography. To me, photography is light on paper. It's what you capture in the lens. It's not automatic skin smoothing and a local filter to boost the sky. This reminded me a lot more of the photomanipulations my friend used to make on deviantart; layered things with unnatural colors that put wings on buildings or turned an eye into a swimming pool. It didn't remake the images to that extent, obviously, but it tipped into the uncanny valley. More real than real, more saturated more sharp and more present than the actual world my lens saw. And that was before I found the AI assisted filters and the tool that would identify the whole sky for you, picking pieces of it out from between leaves.
You know, it's funny, when people talk about artists who might lose their jobs to AI they don't talk about the people who have already had to move on from their photo editing work because of technology. You used to be able to get paid for basic photo manipulation, you know? If you were quick with a lasso or skilled with masks you could get a pretty decent chunk of change by pulling subjects out of backgrounds for family holiday cards or isolating the pies on the menu for a mom and pop. Not a lot, but enough to help. But, of course, you can just do that on your phone now. There's no need to pay a human for it, even if they might do a better job or be more considerate toward the aesthetic of an image.
And they certainly don't talk about all the development labs that went away, or the way that you could have trained to be a studio photographer if you wanted to take good photos of your family to hang on the walls and that digital photography allowed in a parade of amateurs who can make dozens of iterations of the same bad photo until they hit on a good one by sheer volume and luck; if you want to be a good photographer everyone can do that why didn't you train for it and spend a long time taking photos on film and being okay with bad photography don't you know that digital photography drove thousands of people out of their jobs.
My dad told me that he plays with AI the other day. He hosts a movie podcast and he puts up thumbnails for the downloads. In the past, he'd just take a screengrab from the film. Now he tells the Bing AI to make him little vignettes. A cowboy running away from a rhino, a dragon arm-wrestling a teddy bear. That kind of thing. Usually based on a joke that was made on the show, or about the subject of the film and an interest of the guest.
People talk about "well AI art doesn't allow people to create things, people were already able to create things, if they wanted to create things they should learn to create things." Not everyone wants to make good art that's creative. Even fewer people want to put the effort into making bad art for something that they aren't passionate about. Some people want filler to go on the cover of their youtube video. My dad isn't going to learn to draw, and as the person who he used to ask to photoshop him as Ant-Man because he certainly couldn't pay anyone for that kind of thing, I think this is a great use case for AI art. This senior citizen isn't going to start cartooning and at two recordings a week with a one-day editing turnaround he doesn't even really have the time for something like a Fiverr commission. This is a great use of AI art, actually.
I also know an artist who is going Hog Fucking Wild creating AI art of their blorbos. They're genuinely an incredibly talented artist who happens to want to see their niche interest represented visually without having to draw it all themself. They're posting the funny and good results to a small circle of mutuals on socials with clear information about the source of the images; they aren't trying to sell any of the images, they're basically using them as inserts for custom memes. Who is harmed by this person saying "i would like to see my blorbo lasciviously eating an ice cream cone in the is this a pigeon meme"?
The way I use machine-generated art, as an artist, is to proof things. Can I get an explosion to look like this. What would a wall of dead computer monitors look like. Would a ballerina leaping over the grand canyon look cool? Sometimes I use AI art to generate copyright free objects that I can snip for a collage. A lot of the time I use it to generate ideas. I start naming random things and seeing what it shows me and I start getting inspired. I can ask CrAIon for pose reference, I can ask it to show me the interior of spaces from a specific angle.
I profoundly dislike the antipathy that tumblr has for AI art. I understand if people don't want their art used in training pools. I understand if people don't want AI trained on their art to mimic their style. You should absolutely use those tools that poison datasets if you don't want your art included in AI training. I think that's an incredibly appropriate action to take as an artist who doesn't want AI learning from your work.
However I'm pretty fucking aggressively opposed to copyright and most of the "solid" arguments against AI art come down to "the AIs viewed and learned from people's copyrighted artwork and therefore AI is theft rather than fair use" and that's a losing argument for me. In. Like. A lot of ways. Primarily because it is saying that not only is copying someone's art theft, it is saying that looking at and learning from someone's art can be defined as theft rather than fair use.
Also because it's just patently untrue.
But that doesn't really answer your question. Why reblog machine-generated art? Because I liked that piece of art.
It was made by a machine that had looked at billions of images - some copyrighted, some not, some new, some old, some interesting, many boring - and guided by a human and I liked it. It was pretty. It communicated something to me. I looked at an image a machine made - an artificial picture, a total construct, something with no intrinsic meaning - and I felt a sense of quiet and loss and nostalgia. I looked at a collection of automatically arranged pixels and tasted salt and smelled the humidity in the air.
I liked it.
I don't think that all AI art is ugly. I don't think that AI art is all soulless (i actually think that 'having soul' is a bizarre descriptor for art and that lacking soul is an equally bizarre criticism). I don't think that AI art is bad for artists. I think the problem that people have with AI art is capitalism and I don't think that's a problem that can really be laid at the feet of people curating an aesthetic AI art blog on tumblr.
Machine learning isn't the fucking problem the problem is massive corporations have been trying hard not to pay artists for as long as massive corporations have existed (isn't that a b-plot in the shape of water? the neighbor who draws ads gets pushed out of his job by product photography? did you know that as recently as ten years ago NewEgg had in-house photographers who would take pictures of the products so users wouldn't have to rely on the manufacturer photos? I want you to guess what killed that job and I'll give you a hint: it wasn't AI)
Am I putting a human out of a job because I reblogged an AI-generated "photo" of curtains waving in the pale green waters of an imaginary beach? Who would have taken this photo of a place that doesn't exist? Who would have painted this hypersurrealistic image? What meaning would it have had if they had painted it or would it have just been for the aesthetic? Would someone have paid for it or would it be like so many of the things that artists on this site have spent dozens of hours on only to get no attention or value for their work?
My worst ratio of hours to notes is an 8-page hand-drawn detailed ink comic about getting assaulted at a concert and the complicated feelings that evoked that took me weeks of daily drawing after work with something like 54 notes after 8 years; should I be offended if something generated from a prompt has more notes than me? What does that actually get the blogger? Clout? I believe someone said that popularity on tumblr gets you one thing and that is yelled at.
What do you get out of this? Are you helping artists right now? You're helping me, and I'm an artist. I've wanted to unload this opinion for a while because I'm sick of the argument that all Real Artists think AI is bullshit. I'm a Real Artist. I've been paid for Real Art. I've been commissioned as an artist.
And I find a hell of a lot of AI art a lot more interesting than I find human-generated corporate art or Thomas Kincaid (but then, I repeat myself).
There are plenty of people who don't like AI art and don't want to interact with it. I am not one of those people. I thought the gay sex cats were funny and looked good and that shitposting is the ideal use of a machine image generation: to make uncopyrightable images to laugh at.
I think that tumblr has decided to take a principled stand against something that most people making the argument don't understand. I think tumblr's loathing for AI has, generally speaking, thrown weight behind a bunch of ideas that I think are going to be incredibly harmful *to artists specifically* in the long run.
Anyway. If you hate AI art and you don't want to interact with people who interact with it, block me.

FAYE
An ungodly yawn fell from my lips as I packed up the last box of merch and carried it outside towards the truck. Bad Omens finished their one night festival in Ohio a few hours ago and since I had nothing going on with Hollow Souls, Y/N and I both tagged along to help out.
And to spend more time with Matt; which really wasn’t much extra time because I’d barely seen him today since I decided to help out Steven with the merch side of everything. I thought about joining Bryan with the photography side but he had everything handled.
It was nearing eight in the evening, Bad Omens having an early set time for once, and exhaustion weighed heavy in my bones as I set down the box inside of the truck. Just as I was about to close up the back, I noticed something dark poking out of one of the boxes.
Suddenly, I was wide awake.
With a devilish smirk, I hid the extra Bad Omens ski mask behind my back as I quietly tip-toed over to Matt who was busy packing up his equipment. His back muscles constricted underneath his shirt as he lifted up the heavy crates, stacking them one by one, and I bit my lip as the sight made my insides burn.
Fuck, I didn’t think I would miss him this much even when we were in the same place.
For weeks, I'd been tossing this fantasy around in my head, especially after talking with Y/N during a girl's night where we spilled our darkest fantasies; hers being one none of us expected. I didn't even think Noah would expect it.
For me, I desperately wanted to see if Matt would be on board with my darkest fantasy. He'd always been a gentle lover when we had sex, which I never minded. Matt knew my body better than myself and it created a wonderful sex life. Yet, I craved something more and something different.
I needed total dominance.
Matt didn't hear me come up behind him as I pulled the mask out from behind my back and slipped it over his head.
"What the fuck?" He gasped beneath the fabric.
With a hand on his shoulder, I raised myself up closer to his covered ear and let my warm breath calm him.
"I want you to hunt me down with this mask on and fuck me when you catch me."
Sheer black pooled into his eyes as Matt slowly turned to face me, cocking his head to the side. The predatory gaze was enough to make me swallow my tongue as I peered up at him through my lashes. A deep, feral, noise emanated from the back of Matt's throat as his fingers tenderly wrapped around the base of my neck.
"Careful what you wish for, fairy."
We were the only ones around so he yanked me into his chest, devouring my mouth with his in a kiss so intense, I stumbled back into the foundation of the sound deck. His hands steadied me by my lower back and pressed his hard cock against my core, making me moan into the kiss. His hands were all over me as a way to paint my form into his memory and my fingers danced with the end of the mask, still on his head.
“Are you sure about this?” Matt asked after pulling away from the kiss, breathless as he rested his forehead against mine.
I nodded eagerly. “More than anything.”
He left another kiss upon my lips before ripping the mask off, his golden locks a mess.
“Head back to the hotel, I’ve got a few more things to finish here. I won’t text you when I’m on my way back but make sure you’re ready for me,” Matt breathed over my lips before roughly pushing away from me, slipping away into the sudden darkness of the venue.
There’s no turning back now.
FAYE
My breath was unsteady and echoed loud in the confined space I found myself in. Surely Matt had to be returning to the hotel room soon, it had been hours since I left him, now almost ten in the evening. As soon as I came back to our room, I went about showering off the long days filth and slipped into a new piece of lingerie I’d bought a while ago just never found the perfect time to wear it.
Until now.
The room was a bit larger than what we usually got while on the road with a living room area with a small sized kitchen, a bathroom with a tub big enough for four people, and a separate bedroom with a king sized bed and a roaring fireplace. Unfortunately even with the size of the room, there still wasn’t enough space for Matt to hunt me down so I had to settle with a simple game of hide and seek.
Or as I called it in the text I sent him: hide and fuck.
I managed to fit myself in a large wardrobe dresser that was provided with the hotel, ones that were tall enough where I could sit inside of it somewhat comfortably. The scent of my gardenia perfume, Matt’s favorite, clouded around me as I sat with my knees pulled to my chest. Just when I was about to give up, tired of waiting, I heard the insert of a key card into the slot and the door clicking open. I had left the light on in the main area of the hotel room so some of it could cast a light into where I was hiding but with a soft click, everything was blanketed in black.
Matt’s back.
Holding a hand over my mouth, I tried so hard to remain quiet even though I was beyond giddy with excitement that he had agreed to this. His footsteps were so light, almost nonexistent, as he moved around the room. I could feel his presence as it halted in front of the wardrobe and before I could register what was happening, Matt ripped open the doors and yanked me from it.
My body fell to the floor with little damage and I quickly scurried away from Matt only for his fingers to wrap around my ankle, dragging me back to him. His large body loomed over me, lust filled eyes hidden behind the mask. The bright white of the death of peace of mind logo stuck out like a sore thumb in the dark and Matt’s breathing was all I heard as I stared up at him. He wore nothing but the mask and gray boxers, hanging low on his hips. The light colored hairs of his happy trail brought a tender smile to my face.
Matt used to ramble on about how much he hated it because he felt like he couldn't grow enough body hair. Yet after I briefly mentioned one day how much I liked how it looked, he kept it.
“Found you,” Matt growled as his palms traced over the thin white lace of my lingerie, his eyes growing even darker.
“I-I guess you did,” I stammered while he climbed on top of me.
WIth his hips locking me in place, Matt reached over my head towards a bag I hadn’t noticed before and riffled through it. My breath caught in my throat when I saw the rope between his hands, him threading it between his fingers.
Bounding my hands to my ankles, Matt went about tying them together with the rope, checking how tight it was before letting the game slip away for a moment.
“Too tight?”
I shook my head, teal strands falling into my eyes. “I promise, it’s fine.”
He took off the hair tie around his wrist and gathered my hair away from my face and into a ponytail. His finger grazed over my cheek, forcing my eyes to meet his.
“If you ever want to stop, say red,” he said quietly.
“Okay,” I breathed, understanding the usage of our new safe word.
With my hands and feet bound together, I let out a squeal of laughter mixed with shock as Matt lifted me from the ground, carrying me like a tied animal over towards the bedroom of the hotel room and roughly tossing me onto the bed. My ass was up towards the ceiling, barely covered by the lace I wore, and his nostrils flared when he leaned over my lower half, still donning the mask.
“You smell so good,” he praised while kneeling on the bed.
“Gardenia,” I informed, reminding him of my perfume.
Matt hooked a finger into my panties, shifting it to the side so he could brush his nose along my wet folds.
“Oh,” I murmured when I realized what kind of smell he was referring to.
Due to how I was tied up, I wasn’t able to look down and see Matt between my legs, but I could feel the faint brush of his tongue over my clit and I pulled on my bindings.
“One more thing,” Matt said before slipping away from me to rummage around in my suitcase.
I turned my head towards him. “We don’t need a condom. I’m on the implant, remember?”
He ignored me, still rummaging around in my bag until he spun quickly on his heels towards me holding onto one of my camcorders.
“Sex tape?” I asked with a teasing edge to my voice.
Matt’s lips curled up underneath the mask. “A fucking sex tape.”
After making sure it was fully charged and set up on the dresser across the bed with the perfect angel, he was quick to be back at the foot of the bed, kneeling on the floor.
“I want to taste you so fucking bad, fairy. Will you let me?”
My head fell back to the mattress with fluttering eyes. “Please.”
Yanking my panties to the side again, Matt was quick to devour me, teeth and tongue all over my core. My body writhed against the bed as he took turns between my clit and folds with his tongue before ultimately wrapping his lips around my sensitive bud and forced two fingers inside of me.
“Shit,” I panted as the orgasm was quick to build.
I’d been on edge all night waiting for him and I knew it wouldn’t take me long to reach there. Matt momentarily removed his fingers from me to press the fullness of his tongue against my folds, licking me up from the bottom to the top.
"Fuck," I moaned when his tongue speared inside of me for a few strokes, before replacing it with his fingers again.
Matt’s lips wrapped around my clit to bite and suck at the bundle of nerves. He ate me like a man starved as was offered his final meal before death. The familiar burn at the base of my spine made me call out his name; in a praise and a warning.
“So close,” I keened.
Matt’s arm held up my legs that were still bound and since his mouth was a little preoccupied, he smacked my ass with the hand that was holding my panties to the side.
Let go, fairy.
I came with a shout, grinding myself against Matt’s face as he licked and finger fucked me through the aftershocks.
“Shit,” I choked on a breath when he pulled away only to rise to his feet, yanking down his boxers, now standing in front of me in nothing but the mask.
I pulled on my bindings, yearning to touch him, but let out an aggravated cry when I realized how tight he tied them.
“I need to be inside you, Faye,” Matt admitted while grabbing a hold of my ankles with one hand and guiding himself inside of me with the other.
Both of our groans of pleasure tangled sweetly together and Matt, who stood at the edge of the bed now, slammed into me with such force, it shook the headboard against the wall. The sound of skin on skin was heaven sent, along with the image of Matt’s head rolled back, mouth open as he let out pants of air in tangent with each of his thrust. They were brutal, nearly bruising, but I reveled in it. It awoken a fire deep inside of me that from now on needed to be set ablaze.
“So.”
Thrust.
“Fucking.”
Thrust.
“Tight,” Matt groaned as his hips stalled for a moment and I watched as the muscles in his stomach constricted.
He was close but was trying not to tumble over the edge so he slipped out from me. Before I could protest, he was climbing onto the bed towards me. He lifted my head up, wrapping my ponytails around his hand to force my mouth towards his cock slick with my arousal.
“Open that pretty little mouth,” he demanded, yanking on my scalp.
With glittering eyes gazing up at him in the mask, I parted my lips so he could force himself inside. He ignored my gagging as he hate fucked my throat with such a bruising grip on my hair, I was sure it would be sore for days. Drool pooled from my mouth and around his cock, dripping down to my chest.
“Such a good little slut,” Matt smacked my cheek with the hand that wasn't tangled in my hair. “You love the way you taste, huh?”
My yelp of shock was drowned out by his cock as he repeatedly hit the back of my throat. I could taste myself on it, the tangy arousal lingering on my tongue. But soon I was gasping for breath when Matt pulled himself from my mouth to grab a hold of my chin, bringing his masked face mere meters from mine.
“I asked you a question, Fairy. I expect you to answer it.”
I did the best I could to nod with his tight grip but it wasn’t enough for him so he tapped my cheek again.
“Words. You need to use your words, bub.”
“Yes,” I blurted. “Yes, I love the way I taste on your cock.”
Matt ripped off the mask, taking a deep breath of air as he shook out his hair.
“That’s my good girl,” he praised before forcing his cock deep inside my throat again.
This time, he didn’t hold himself back as he spilled himself inside of my mouth.
“Don’t you dare swallow,” he spat through gritted teeth as he held the back of my head, letting my tongue glide him through the aftershocks.
I held his seed in my mouth, long after he fell to the bed next to me, only to reach into the bag he brough, pulling out a knife. My eyes widened but unable to speak, I held my breath.
Matt brushed his lips over mine. “You can swallow now, pretty girl.”
Obeying him, I let out a breath and motioned towards the shiny blade. “I think this is a step too far.”
He let out a low chuckle before reaching for my bound legs and hands. “Relax, Faye. I’m just cutting you free.”
Tattered rope fell to the bed and Matt quickly brought the red, irritated skin to his lips, peppering it with kisses.
“Where did you even get rope and a knife?” I questioned.
Matt ran a hand through his messy hair as he fell deeper back into the bed. “From Bryan.”
All I did was hum, the revelation suddenly making a lot of sense, and as we laid there, Matt’s fingers grazed up and down the inside of my thigh, leaving goosebumps in his wake.
“I hope you know I’m not finished with you yet,” was all he said before he yanked me off of the bed.
As we passed by the camcorder, Matt turned it so it could face out towards the balcony of the hotel room.
“Matthew!” I nearly screeched when I noticed the somewhat busy street just a few floors beneath us.
He spun me around so my back was against the railing, the city lights painting us in a luminescent glow, and traced a finger down the front of my lingerie.
“This is new,” he noted.
I shivered with not only his touch, but the cool breeze that passed over us.
“Do-do you like it?” I asked, nervous.
“I love it so much, Faye, that I’m going to fuck you with it on,” Matt husked before holding out his hand, spitting on it.
He pumped his already hard cock a few times, dragging the extra skin over the head and let out a spew of curses. Gathering some of my arousal between my legs, he worked me open again with two fingers before replacing them with his cock. The rough metal of the balcony dug into my back as Matt dragged himself nearly all the way out, slowly fucking me with the head before thrusting all of him inside of me again. It went like this for a few moments, my bottom lip caught between my teeth because the feeling caused my skin to prick. I squeezed against him, swallowing his length in warmth and our hips began to move in sync.
“Shit,” Matt rasped while leaving dark, bruising teeth marks along my neck and shoulder. “You feel so good, Faye.”
His fingers wrapped around my neck while his thumb forced my jaw up towards him.I went to slip a finger between us but Matt slapped my hand away, a growl of arousal slipped through his lips.
“Mine,” he whispered.
The pad of his thumb pressed against my bundle of nerves and with the fast and relentless pace he had chosen now, I felt the coil deep in my stomach begin to tense, my second orgasm so close.
“Yours,” I breathed.
Our bodies slammed against each other, skin slapping against skin, and the wet noises that came from the place we were connected were so filthy that I was ready to let my body go, walls tensing around Matt’s cock. He lifted his forehead from my chest and forced our gazes to lock again, my arm wrapped around his shoulder to bring him closer, thumb rubbing circles on his bicep. His eyes took in every inch of my face, burning with the way I gasped silently when I felt the tip of his cock hit that spot.
“Matthew,” I pured. “I’m going to-.”
My orgasm ripped through me, causing the words to falter, and I shook in his tight embrace. The night air did nothing to cool my heated skin.
Matt removed his bottom lip from the tight grip between his teeth as he let out a deep but quiet moan as he painted my walls with his cum. Lifting me into his arms, I wrapped my tired legs around him as he carried me back into the bedroom and tossed me onto the bed yet again fixing the camera in a different position.
“I can’t,” I shook my head when he reached for the buttons of my lingerie.
Matt kissed a tender kiss on my shoulder. “I know you’ve got one more in you, fairy. Don’t you want to be a good girl for me?”
More than anything.
I was exhausted from my two orgasms, how was he not? Peering down to his cock, I noticed it was nearly hard yet again, the sight of it alone causing my gut to twinge with anticipation and I licked my lips.
“I thought you can't,” Matt mocked my voice from earlier, causing me to narrow my eyes at him.
“Shut up!”
The sound of fabric ripping echoed in the room, my lingerie falling away from my body and I screeched while smacking his chest.
“This was new, asshole!”
Matt shrugged, throwing me down to my stomach and lifting my ass in the air to lay a swift smack against it. I scrambled to get away from him which prompted him to force the top half of my body against the mattress with one of his hands while the other smacked my ass yet again.
“Fuck! Matthew!” I bit back the tears as he laid a third smack. “Pl-please.”
“I’ll stop when you apologize for what you called me,” Matt’s voice was dark, gone with the lust that consumed him.
For the briefest of moments, part of me feared the monster I had awoken in him but when the pain soon turned to pleaser, I let out a quiet moan afraid he would hear. His large hand rubbed at the red skin before pressing a kiss.
“Does the pain turn you on, Faye? Hm?” Matt spoke into the skin of my lower back.
I grasped at the pillow, pulling it close to my chest so I could muffle my answer into it. Which only seemed to displease him because he sunk his teeth into the extra flesh of my hip, making me cry out my answer.
“Yes! I need it to hurt!”
Wrapping an arm around my stomach, Matt lifted me up onto my knees and to face the large mirror in the room that was hung across the bed, right next to the camera; still blinking red. I gasped at my reflection of tattered pieces of lingerie hanging on to me still by a thread, mascara running down my face, purple bite marks littered all over my neck and shoulder, and lips faintly bruised from how hard Matt fucked my throat earlier.
He knelt behind me and brushed his nose along the shell of my ear while trailing the pad of his thumb over the pulse point of my throat.
“You look so pretty like this, Faye. Marked up as mine so everyone knows who you belong to,” he dragged his teeth along the crook of my neck, breathing me in.
“God, I fucking love the way you smell.”
His fingers pinched and pulled at my nipples, making my head falter back onto his shoulder.
“What do you want, baby?” Matt palmed both of my breasts now before trailing a hand down my stomach to spread my legs wide for the reflection and mostly the camera.
“You,” I breathed.
Matthew said nothing, instead he slipped two fingers past my slick folds where the head of his cock was slowly gliding up and down. Gathering up not only my arousal but the little bit of precum that beaded at the slit, he brought those fingers to my lips with one simple order.
“Lick.”
I took both fingers into my mouth without objection to lap up the tangy mixture of us and hummed greedily. I took them as far as I could without gagging and Matt showed me how proud he was of me by sinking himself deep inside my pussy. His strokes this time were languid, taking his time with me as he worked me up with his fingers down my throat and the others spreading me wide.
“That’s it. Take all of me. I can feel your pussy clenching around me, you’re so wet,” Matt’s pace began to intensify as his words were urging him on.
One hand wrapped around my throat while the other strumbed against my swollen nub, bringing me closer and close to the edge of destruction.
My own words were gone, forever lost in the bliss that overtook my body. My soul succumbed to Matt, allowing him to drag every part of my essence down with him to the darkness. This was a side of Matt I’d never expected to see and now that I had a taste of him, I wasn’t letting him go.
“I love you,” I moaned as I allowed the waves of pleasure to drown me as I soaked Matt’s cock with my orgasm.
He stilled his movements and sucked in a breath before forcing my face to look into our reflection of the mirror.
“What did you just say?”
I blinked a few times, trying to regain myself after the intensity of each after shock, and when Matt’s grip on my chin tightened, I winced.
Oh shit.
I had just blurted out that I loved Matt.
For the first time.
Shit. Fuck. God damn it.
We’d only been dating for a few months and I was suddenly very afraid of how Matt would react. It was clearly way too soon to be dropping the I love you bomb.
“Faye,” Matt’s voice was firm as he shook my face.
Staring at his reflection, I let the words fall from my lips again.
“I love you.”
The hard lines on his face softened as he let the proclamation settle for a few quiet beats and just before I could find myself questioning everything, Matt let out a guttural groan, wrapping an arm around my stomach to pull my back closer to his chest. We were pulled flush against each other as now Matt used the new angle to buck up into me, hitting the spot each and every time.
My body was drained and I could barely keep myself afloat in his embrace as the bed shook beneath us, creaking with every snap of his hips. Skin on skin bounced off the walls, overpowering the sounds of my quiet cries, and Matt bit down hard on my shoulder.
“Fuck, fairy. I love you too, so fucking much. You’re mine, you hear me? Your heart, your soul, this fucking pussy? All mine,” he snarled.
“Ah! Shit!” I cried out louder this time when I felt the teeniest prick of blood from Matt’s bite into my neck trail down between my breasts.
He still couldn’t hear my cries as he now held a tighter grip around my throat, cutting off my breathing, not enough to make me fall unconscious but enough to make my body buzz with another slow creeping orgasm. Although the slight pain I felt in my lower half was making me claw at Matt’s wrists, trying to get his attention.
In the reflection, his eyes were screwed shut and his cock was sliding in and out of my pussy, slick and shiny with my arousal. It was a brutal pace, one he had to hold on tight with me otherwise I would have fallen to the bed beneath us. The pain between my legs wasn’t one I was suddenly fond of.
“St-stop.” I choked out but yelped out in pain when he hit a spot a little too hard, even for my liking.
“Matthew. Stop, please!
Matt was so far gone, he couldn’t hear my pleas . I reached around to grab a hold of his hair, yanking it slightly so I could pull his face towards the mirror, forcing him to look at us.
“RED!”
Immediately, Matt slipped out and ever so gently laid me on the bed, stomach first. His large hands brushed away the strands of hair that had fallen out of the hair tie so he could look at my face.
“Fairy, I’m so fucking sorry. I don’t even know what happened,” Matt’s soft eyes searched mine desperately hoping to find something.
I tried to gain my breath, slow and steady, and when I didn’t say anything, he cursed while running a hand through his untamed hair.
“Shit, did I hurt you?” He glanced down between my legs, making sure there was no blood.
I reached for his face, cupping it tenderly. “I’m okay. Well, besides my neck. But I think I was already too sensitive from my previous orgasms that it became too much.”
Matt kissed the inside of my palm. “I’m so sorry, Faye.”
With a groan, I sat up in bed so I kissed his lips, one he barely returned.. “Matthew, I’m alright. Might be sore for a few days but I asked for this.”
“You said you loved me and all I could see was a future together,” he blew out a shaky breath, eyes wet with tears.
My heart sank when I realized how bad he was beating himself up internally for me having called the safe word so I brought him back down into the bed with me, making him lay his head on my chest. I ran my fingers through the countless knots in his hair as he gripped tight on my hip, throwing his tattooed leg over both of my legs.
“You saw a future with me?” I questioned after silence fell between us.
“Mhm,” he hummed into my chest. “Me, you, Boo, and Zeus. We’d live on 5 acres of land running a raccoon rehab.”
That brought out a genuine laugh from me and I brushed my lips across his forehead. “That doesn’t sound so bad, if I’m being honest.”
Matt glanced up at me, regret still lingering in his eyes just not as deep as before, and kissed me, steady and unrushed. He wanted to savor every part of me, physically and spiritually. His tongue glided over my bottom lip, asking for permission, and I granted it with the easiest of breaths.
“I love you, Faye,” he said while linking our fingers together, bringing them to his lips to sweep his lips over each knuckle.
“I love you even more, Matthew.”
As the moonlight broke through the open patio door, the wind covering our heated bodies with a blanket of chills, I allowed Matt to switch our positions so he could hold me in his embrace. The faintest of familiar lyrics lulled me to sleep as he sang, dragging his fingers up and down my back. The pain had long subsided, barely even a remembrance of it, and I truly was grateful for the night we shared together. Matt respected my boundaries, even if he did lose himself for a moment there, but his love for me was greater than his own desires.
Soon after, our bodies fell into the comfortable ease that was slumber. Matt’s arms encased around me and my face buried into his neck; soft snores falling from his lips. And the constant blinking red light of the camera.

these photos are such a contribution to me for my agenda of yeonjun as alex volkov from the twisted series and that's because it's radiating — model yeonjun. (I loved the photography scene what can I say)
the concurrence of your very sexual & romantic relationships with him all while him being one of your clients at your studio, you purposefully making sure no one was there to interfere or nudge in his session there — you struggling to even find a single bad photo of him because he's just the perfect amount of symmetry and wholly beautiful. sexy.
photos clicked, photos selected. with you at the edge of the table of hair and make-up, surely you won't be deleting any of the photos that didn't make it through either. perusing through each photo, looking at the intricate details of his body — why even look at the photos when now he's in front of you, hands beside you on the table, catching you practically drooling at his photos? you immediately shut the camera down, — but it's not like you and him haven't seen it all.
"why, are those photos bad?" he asked, with the intent of purposefully annoying you. you shook your head no, "they're great."
and soon behind the locked doors of the photoshoot room, the high bar chair that was only supposed to be for him to sit in for some magazine cover, was now being used for him to basically fall into — knees buckling back as he sat down, almost irritated your mouth wasn't already put to use.
you always did, you always always did end up on your knees in your own studio, your panties sticking to your core when your head would get pushed down onto his dick. yeonjun's eyes shut, head tilted back — biting his lips as he heard your gargles and noises you make just to make him shiver.
"h-hah. just like that.. just, — just like that." he would mumble under his breath, your eyes shut close and thanking your own self for not wearing any eyeliner, because god of you did — none of it would be able to handle the strain of your tears.
holding your hair up for you, gently, while you licked the underside of his tip — making him let out a shut-off whimper. rubbing his dick on your lips, looking up at him with big doe eyes as he stared right back, chuckling as he brushed the hair off your forehead, gently.
swallowing it, inch by inch, him desperately wanting to push your head down and use you but no. no, he can't do that. he just breathed out small fucks and holy shits when you'd taken him whole. he wished to keep you there, in place, for a minute.
a soft pop audible when you disengage your lips from his dick, leaning in to lick the base of his dick and place a series of pecks. a smile on your face when he mumbled "baby, please." like you weren't already giving him what he truly craved from your photoshoots.
getting your head pushed down after he finally gave in to what he craved — your eyes widening a bit but also moaning, approvingly. the way he was biting into his own, plump lips could draw blood.
pulling your head away, hands pumping his dick as it twisted at the cockhead, — you'd stare up at him, admiring his each and every detail because he's too hot too beautiful for his own good. and when he cums, it's going to end up on your face, and he'd soil his own pants.
"we have another session, next week, friday, I hope I'll be getting a good payback for this" you said, getting up as he just stared at the lines of white on your cheekbones. the perfect highlighter.

Hi possible prompt for your ask box celebration (congrats on 330 btw!!)
Eddie is one of those street poets w/ a typewriter that will write people on the street a poem abt anything they ask for, in exchange for tips or like $5
& Steve walks by & asks for a poem & Eddie is immediately like 😍😍😍
& then maybe Eddie flirts outrageously through the poem, or he tries so hard to keep it #professional but he’s so goo-goo over this (Adonis of a man) guy that he fails miserably, or whatever direction you would want to take it
anyway Steddie meetcute street poetry 🥰🥰🥰
This was such a fun prompt. And before we get anywhere with this, I did have to write a little poem here and it does sort of suck. Apologies in advance for it. Steve Harrington is usually not my main muse, lol. But I still enjoyed this <3

Also on AO3 (because this one got long)
📝————————📝 Eddie Munson doesn’t sell drugs anymore. Nope. He’s a refined, renewed, reorganized man. That being said, he still needed to make money somehow. It wasn’t enough to do just mechanic work on the weekdays; something had to happen over the weekends, else he wouldn’t make it for his bills.
So he picks up a few new hobbies. Cycling, because that was the cheapest way for him to get around—he’s not particularly good at that one, but he still tries anyway. Photography, because his neighbor was selling his older cameras and the opportunity just couldn’t pass by. Then, there was his new found little business/career/dilly-dally.
Poetry.
On weekends, Eddie Munson, the guy who can’t afford to go to jail because of some rat-faced little tell-all not liking his product, writes poetry for a bit of extra cash. He sets up in Central Park with a little collapsable table and a few stools, a heavy as shit typewriter that his uncle off-loaded onto him, and enough paper to whoever is buying. There’s a tip jar dutifully set up by his feet. And the pay rate is whatever people can afford or want to afford.
One time, he wrote poems for a group of six giggly, drunk girls coming back from brunch mimosas—they gave him $30 each. Another, a little old man who had just beat a group of preteens at basketball—he could only afford the $3.50 that was rattling around in his shorts. Sometimes kids would come up and ask about getting a poem about their mom or their puppy or the little daisy they had just picked—they got theirs for free (they need to save their money for ice cream. And, also, he’s not going to get in trouble for a kid choosing to spend their lunch money. No sir-ee).
The weekends could be dry, though. They could get boring. But the sun hits him nice. And he usually sees a few beautiful pooches. And, well, he gets to work on his craft. A passion of his that he held onto since being a little kid. And people appreciate him for it, which is…nice to put it in simple terms.
This Saturday, though, is a rather dry day for customers. It’s overcast. There are less people out, though Central Park is never completely empty. And his tip jar is basically just flies and dust.
Until, fortunately, a man approaches him. He seems timid, a bit shy, even if his smile is all charm. His hair is swooped over and curling at his shoulders, brunette with blonde highlights. The man’s skin is tanned from the most recent summer, not quite fading into this early fall. Dotted with moles, poking out from the collar of his polo and the sleeves, down to his wrists, a few on his face. He has a gorgeous nose: greatly geometric and centered between all his features, sun kissed on the tip, a little crooked on the bridge—aquiline. His lips are a soft pink, a bit pouty, stretching wonderfully around his straight, white teeth. And his eyes are a tad downturned, hooded, shiny with excitement; hazel, but leaning more towards a light shade of brown, fanned by long, dark eyelashes, and squinting with his smile. He’s tall—probably around Eddie’s height, 5’11”. Pretty fit—his arms are toned and his hands are large and he’s broad on the shoulders, but he’s not bean pole thin like Eddie is, just a little chunkier. And, Eddie’ll never admit this out loud, but the dude’s got a great ass, perfectly squeezed in by a pair of Levi’s—light wash, edging on skinny, but not entirely form-fitting. His polo is a darling yellow ochre; rich and warm and perfect to his skin tone.
He doesn’t know what kind of poem he’ll write for this guy, but fuck him, he just wants to wax on and on about this literal slice of heaven that’s standing over him. Smiling. Hands clasped together in front of him. His bright, sunshine eyes. And…yeah, that’s a word to describe this guy.
Sunshine.
“Um—hey, you’re the guy that does the little typewriter poems, right?” The guy asks, his knuckles turning white as he squeezes his hands tighter together. He shifts from one foot to the other, a quick nervous tic that you’d miss if you weren’t looking at him. And now that he’s stepped closer to the makeshift “booth”, Eddie can smell him. There’s a rich earthy undertone to him—the bark of freshly wet pine trees, a drop or two of eucalyptus, and there’s a touch of citrus to him, too; orange or vanilla-lemon, it’s hard to tell.
Eddie wants to stick his nose in the crook of this guy’s neck. Wants to suckle on his skin. Lick a stripe from the underside of his jaw, down to his ankles, and back up all over his face.
But he just smiles, soft and pulling, and blinks up at him. “Yeah, that’s me,” he states softly. “Want me to write you one? It costs however much you’d like to pay.”
“However much?” His face goes a little complicated. The biggest, Muppet-esque frown Eddie’s ever seen, the pinch of his eyebrows, and a tilt to his head. He’s gauging the near empty tip jar, from where his eyes seem to trail. “Isn’t that a bad rule for business?”
Eddie shrugs. “I dunno. I know nothing about business. But…It’s kept me afloat most of the time, so it’s not terrible.”
The guy makes a short grunt of assessment. “Hm, okay,” he murmurs, “do I pay you now or after?”
“After.”
“Okay,” he murmurs again. Even his voice is doing things to Eddie. It’s all deep at the base of his throat. A little raspy as if he smokes cigarettes; probably does based on the curl of stale smoke Eddie smells from him as he settles into a stool. “I know that you usually do whatever prompt the customer gives, but I’m sort of…I’m pea for brains, so I can’t really think of anything. Is it okay if…Can you just pick something?”
Eddie tilts his head and looks off of the guy’s shoulder. Miffed at how downtrodden this stranger is on himself. He gazes back and asks, “Can I write about you?”
His eyes widen and he jolts in his seat just a fracture. “I mean, sure. If that’s really the muse you want to go with.” And then he gives a self-deprecating chuckle. Eddie kind of wants to shake him by the shoulders and scream to the whole fucking galaxy about how beautiful he is. But he restrains. “Nothing about the scars on the backs of my arms, though, please,” guy adds a moment later, so quiet that Eddie almost misses it. “It’s from a bad car accident and I—I’m just now getting back into the swing of wearing short sleeves.”
Nodding, Eddie says, “You got it. And hey—“ He takes the sleeve of his t-shirt and rolls it up. The shirt’s from an old club in high school, the Hellfire Club. Quarter sleeves to his elbows. But right above the crease of his left elbow is a long, scraggly, winding scar that creeps from the base of his neck. He even points to the side of his face, at the large swatch of scarring on his jaw. How Mr. Beautiful Stranger didn’t notice it, Eddie’s unsure. “—I understand,” he states gently. “Also from a bad wreck. It happens to the best of us,” he tries to joke.
And even his laughter melts Eddie. High pitched and unrestrained, giggles coming straight from his heart. “Yeah, okay,” he sighs. “Sure, I’ll be your muse.”
Eddie sets up his typewriter, at the start of the paper, two fingers down, not indented. “Do you care if I use your name as the title?”
“Steve,” he softly says, “and yours?”
The corners of Eddie’s mouth curl upwards lightly, just a little thing. “I’m Eddie. Some people around here will call me Ed, but you call me whatever you want.”
Steve hums. “How about Eds? Actually…Unless that’s—That might be stupid, never mind.”
Barreling, Eddie just asks, “How ‘bout I call you Stevie?” He grins with it. “We can be Eds and Stevie, the unlikely duo.”
Another little fit of giggles, Eddie’s never felt so full. “Okay, Eds and Stevie, The Unlikely Duo. Thanks for not making me feel dumb.”
“You’re only dumb if you’re a bigot. And, I could be wrong, but every aspect of you does not spell bigot. You seem like a nice guy, all things considered.”
Instead of a verbal response, all Eddie receives is a slow lull of silence. But when he looks up, Steve is staring right back. A soft, pleased smile on his face. Cheeks flushed. It’s like he’s bursting at the seams with the approval. Maybe he is, Eddie considers, maybe nobody’s ever told him that. And that thought gets shut down almost as fast as it formed, makes Eddie’s chest hurt just a little too much to work through.
“So, Steve, what’s got you out here this morning?” He works better with conversation, so hopefully Steve will give him this.
“Oh,” Steve softly exclaims as if he wasn’t expecting Eddie to talk to him. Or to acknowledge him. Or to even exist with him past this poem. “I come out here and feed birds on Saturday mornings. Technically, I don’t think I’m supposed to, but nobody’s stopped me. Just ran out of seed and was sort of wandering around and remembered that you were here. I’ve never had interest in coming over here, but I’ve seen you, so it was just what my best friend told me that drew me over.”
“Mm, word from mouth. All good things, I can only hope.”
Steve snorts. “Yeah, amazing things, actually. She said you were really nice to her. She had come home from brunch with a few of her friends and they were tipsy.” He sighs, chuckling through it. “It was noon on a Saturday when she came back to our apartment. And I could smell the alcohol on her. Think I was…I had been sleeping—I’m a heavy sleeper and I’m chronically fatigued all the time, so I tend to sleep in late. But she came into my room, shook my shoulder, and was a crying mess when I finally saw her. Asked her what was wrong. She just blubbered on and on about how a really nice guy wrote something really nice for her about her little friendship. And I just…I don’t know. I wanna read something that makes me feel better about the world and maybe also reduces me to tears.”
Eddie stops where he’d been softly clacking away on his typewriter. He tends to type loud, but something about Steve makes him stop and appreciate even the air around him. Something about him just soothes Eddie. Also, the fact that he rambles is cute. He’s good at silences. And he’s good at just talking.
“Well, I can’t promise that it’ll be the best thing you’ve ever read,” Eddie slowly states. “I can try, though. I can try to write something beautiful.”
“You’re writing about me, so I’m not expecting it to be beautiful,” Steve quickly says. He backtracks though, stopped in his seat and wide-eyed. His mouth is agape and his cheeks are completely red now. “Forget I said that. That’s—I struggle a lot with that and I promised my best friend that I’d stop being so hard on myself, but it just is…automatic.”
As nonchalant as possible, Eddie begins to type again. He confesses more towards his paper, trying to avoid the eye contact, “You are beautiful, so this’ll come easy.” And then he’s met with that same slow lull of silence. The romantic kind of silence that Steve seems entirely attracted to. And, yeah actually, Eddie kind of appreciates it. The curve of the silence and the warmth of its face, the plushness of its lips in the ways it kisses the both of them. If Steve is so inclined to sit in this silence after admittances like that, maybe Eddie can learn to love them. If Steve wants more than just this poem.
He’s at the final stanza when Steve begins to speak again.
“Have you ever written about yourself?”
“Mmm, no,” Eddie murmurs, typing away, “no I don’t think I have.”
Steve takes a grand breath. “Y’know, if you like writing about the beauty in things, you should write about yourself, too.” He’s fiddling with his hands, focus elsewhere, when Eddie is openly staring at him again.
“Yeah?” Eddie asks. Steve nods carefully, eyes shiny with nerves now. He’s chewing on the inside of his right cheek. Eyes darting back and forth and back and forth. “You think I’m beautiful?” He meekly questions.
“Yeah, I think so. You’ve got these…huge brown eyes that pull me in and they’re sort of soft on your face, kind of like a deer, maybe a baby cow? I love those two, so don’t be insulted. And…You’re always sitting in the sun, but you’re still sort of pale and it makes it easier to see all the little freckles you’ve got. And—I, for one—love freckles. I think that your hair is just wonderful. And I—I don’t know, I’ve seen you around. Maybe I’ve thought about you a little too much.” His smile is sheepish and cute. Absolutely adorable.
Eddie grins. “If I didn’t know better, I’d say you’re hitting on me.” He works the paper out of the typewriter, smooths the fine wrinkles at the bottom of the sheet, and then looks his writing over.
Steve gains a manly kind of confidence to him now. He leans forward, just a hair away from seeing what Eddie wrote, and talks low and smooth. “And if I was?”
He glances up, warming on the face. “I’d say that I like it and…y’know, if my poem doesn’t suck, I know a good cafe around here. Only if this is good and only if you’re interested.”
“Show me what you got, Eds. I’ll probably take you up on that lunch offer after.”
In the short few years Eddie’s been doing this, he’s never been nervous to present his work. But he hands the paper over, hands shaking and palms sweating. And waits, with bated breath, as Steve reads it over:
————— There is a glow to him. A cast of light that brightens the world as I know it. From just one glance of his smile—all pearl and pink and new I could tell there was something special to him.
He’s sunshine, I believe. The very ball of light, the all encompassing warmth of a celestial body, the very thing that continues to sustain. There is love through him, within everything he does.
Just one look at him and I’m refreshed. Even with very little, even with just appearances alone. May he know the way I was drawn in—maybe that makes me Icarus. To want to know something so much, you’re ready for everything that comes with it; Even the chance to burn up, even the chance to merge with it, even the chance to only see it once.
May he know that before I knew his name, I knew his smile. Before I knew his name, I knew his trepidation. Before I knew his name, I knew his warmth.
It’s not enough, to say he’s gorgeous. That’s not a strong enough word. But he is. Oh, how he is.
He’s painted my world golden— I see sunlight with him.
May he know that I’ll carry his light in my chest, May he know that I selfishly want more. ————— Finally, Steve’s attention goes back to Eddie’s face directly.
“I tried,” Eddie says, “it got away from me, though. And I…I didn’t write exactly how you’re beautiful. But there’s something about you—Something so out of this world, beyond what anybody could ever possibly comprehend. You seem like somebody worth knowing, worth being around.” He swallows hefty when Steve continues to just stare. His face is completely unreadable. “You approached my table and I couldn’t keep my eyes off of you. Just sucked me right in, every part of you. Sorry if this…If this wasn’t what you were looking for.”
Though, when Eddie is only met with that silence from earlier, he takes the opportunity to stare a little longer. At the high flush of Steve’s cheeks. The fine sheen of his eyes. There’s a little pinch between his eyebrows and a twist to his mouth.
“My best friend,” Steve wetly murmurs, “she always tells me that I’m the light of her world. And I—“ He sighs, the sound a lot choked and stuttering. “—I don’t know. I’ve never been able to believe her. I always just thought she was biased or something.” He looks down at the paper again, his thumbs running along the margins reverently. Steve sniffles. “I used to not be a very good person. Used to say things just because I heard them, because I knew they were bad. And it took…God, it took so long to relearn everything. To find myself, to figure out who I was outside of my bigoted family. Even then, I always thought I was just…” He shrugs. “I thought that I was destined for a lifetime of loneliness or something because nobody wanted to be around me. Because they thought I was one way, when I was really the other. Or they could only see me as I was, not who I am.”
Steve looks up to Eddie again. There are tear streaks down his cheeks. Wet and glistening in the little bit of light breaking through the clouds. With the sunlight on him, he’s even brighter than Eddie anticipated. It’s sort of unfair, too, how beautiful he is even when he cries.
“Thank you for this, Eds,” Steve quietly says, “you have no idea how much this means to me.”
“You wanted to feel better about your world. I wanted to show you something that’s changed mine, I suppose.” Eddie sits slumped in his stool, hands between his knees, pulling and twisting at his rings. He chews on his bottom lip. “And I meant what I said earlier, Stevie. You seem like a really nice guy. A good guy.”
Slowly, and oh so gently, Steve places a tentative hand to Eddie’s left forearm. His gaze has softened, sweetened. He’s smiling this small, appreciative, pleased thing. And Eddie can already feel the sun burn developing. “You are, too. Really, Eds. You have no idea what your art does for the world, who you’re helping.” His thumb absentmindedly is stroking over Eddie’s skin. Hand heavy and warm and firm, comforting. Grounding. Sustaining Eddie. “If you meant the other thing you said earlier, I’d like to get something with you at that cafe. I’d like to get to know you.”
“Stevie, you’d be doing me an honor. Just let me pack up here, yeah?” He pulls away, hesitantly, unfortunately. And he begins to collapse all his equipment. Putting the typewriter in its case. The stools folded neatly under his arm.
“Oh, let me pay you first before you put—“
“Don’t worry about that. I’m getting a nice lunch date and a beautiful guy out of this, I don’t need the money.”
Steve grunts. He pops a hip out, crosses his arms over his chest with the poem still carefully held in his grip, and pouts. Eddie kind of likes that he’s a bit bitchy, too. Good guys can have fun, too. “Fine,” Steve huffs. “Let me pay for the lunch, though. My treat.”
Eddie gently rolls his eyes and smirks. “You’ve got a little spice to you, sunshine. I like that. Burn me up and maybe I’ll write more about you.”
“Keep it in your pants, Eds. We haven’t even left the park.”
“No promises.”

how did you guys transition to be cisplural? /nf
-(a transplural looking for advice)
Well, our first step was having other disorders with similar symptoms /hj
Okay now for my actual tips, subliminals. You can find links on tumblr which is how i found them, and you put them on as you do other things or sleep as background noise! It helps for if you have a set schedule of stuff to do.
“Fake it till you make it” is my main mind set! Basically make a fake alter and almost rp as them but only in very very specific situations! I did that and that’s how most of them came to be :3
Put specific interests to specific blogs and treat those blogs as if they’re not yours, make a blog for like, pokemon for an alter who would like pokemon, and a separate one for one who likes photography, if that’s too much you can just do separate tags.
Interact with different people when you feel a set way, have those people be your friends for specific alters!
Treat your emotions as different people, talk to yourself randomly, let yourself space out randomly or when you need to.
There’s probably more I’ve done but i am so tired but really wanted to answer this one!
#radqueer#rq 🌈🍓#pro transid#pro transx#transid#transx#transid safe#transid please interact#🌸🌈#transplural

I've seen a number of people on here proclaim that you should not, under no circumstances, take photos at a protest, but: Sharing photos of protests is a great way to amplify the impact of collective action, raise awareness on important issues, and encourage more people to participate.
But: We also have to keep in mind that surveillance is on the rise, including the use of facial recognition tech, which can put people at risk.
So here is a quick basic guide, courtesy of DigitalRightsWatchAU, to protecting people's biometric data when posting protest photos:
Conceal or obscure people’s faces in photos
Before you upload photos from protests to social media, remove biometric data by concealing or obscuring people’s faces and using proper communication channels.
Use Signal.
Signal is a great encrypted messaging app that protects your communications. It also has an in-built feature to blur out people’s faces.
We strongly recommend using Signal to communicate with people white protesting (and anytime, really!), and this added feature makes it easy to protect the identities of people in your photos.
Be selective – choose photos that don’t show people’s faces.
With some careful photography and curation, you can upload photos that capture the scale and energy of a protest without revealing sensitive information — no need to edit them!
Here are some ideas:
take photos at a distance, capturing the crowd rather than individual details of faces,
position yourself behind the march, showing only the backs of heads,
focus on signs, flags and other details to emphasise the protest vibe without showing people’s faces.
Remember it’s good practice to ask people before taking their photo whenever you can. You can also explain to them that you just want to get their sign or outfit but not their face – let them know you want to protect their privacy!
Extra tips:
Doing this does not remove the metadata from your image. Image metadata is generated automatically and usually includes details including the time, date, and GPS location, and information about the type of phone used – this can be used to pinpoint where you were and when. To easily remove metadata, take a screenshot on your device and delete the original.
For extra protection, delete the original photos that show people’s faces from your phone after you have made a version that obscures the faces. Even if you don’t intend to upload them online, if your device is compromised or unlocked and you have the originals sitting there, you’ve done all that work for nothing!
What about videos? Videos are trickier to edit to hide people’s faces and may require additional time, effort and software – this isn’t always possible while you’re on the go! We suggest focusing on minimising capturing faces in the first place when recording video footage.
Focus on harm minimisation rather than perfection. Taking protest photos without revealing people’s faces can be hard – there are a lot of people moving around which makes it difficult. The goal is to minimise sharing others’ biometric information as much as possible. Just try your best!
When you want to capture details: recording incidents
Recording incidents such as use of violence by law enforcement can be a powerful tool of accountability. It pays to be prepared.
Here are some tips from Melbourne Activist Legal Support on observing police at protests:
Record in landscape mode. It captures more of the scene.
Hold your device steady and move it slowly. Smooth, clear footage makes better evidence.
If taking your phone to an action, make sure you don’t take sensitive data with you.
Context is important. Recording moments before an arrest can be as important as the arrest itself.
Try to take clear steady images that capture the police officer’s badge name or ID number.
Don’t hinder an arrest when observing or you may end up arrested too.
Try not to narrate. Your recording may not capture key information if you’re speaking over it.
Police do not have the right to hinder you recording public interactions.
You can also check out the resources from Witness for in-depth guides to recording incidents to protect and uphold human rights. You can also get advice and tools from the National Justice Project’s CopWatch.

blender lighting tutorial + tips.
requested by @thecrimsonsimmer + recommended viewing: youtube video one, two, three, and four. this post will be dealing with newer versions of blender (2.8+) and cycles since that's what i'm more familiar with + commonly used for rendering. this is coming from me as an artist with some dabbling in photography and things i've learned in college!
references and setting the mood
are you basing your render on an existing photo? study the light source and what direction it's coming from: that's what's going to tell you your set up for a similar effect. if you're not basing it on an existing piece, a good start is knowing How you want to set your subject (your sim) up - do you want them to be in the spotlight? are they in a specific environment that has neon lights? are you going for moody or something fresh, bright? definitely look up colors and their meaning (color theory, movie screencaps, etc.) to create a stronger image!
using resources to start the set up
it's always a good thing to mix your tools with different communities, such as the art community! many have lighting tools to figure out how to color their subject, such as this free-to-use head figure that depicts where the lighting source should be placed.
there's also the photography community and teaching people how to set up their lights for certain setups. video three and four linked in the beginning are from photography viewpoints.
spot? area? point? sun?
let's think of the lighting types as objects - a spot is like a plain lightbulb, area is a reflective sheet, spot is a flashlight, and the sun... well is the sun!
a spot is similar to an area light, but triangular/a cone. think of a helicopter search light, it's focused on a small area with the most light concentration. these can be used for lamps with lampshades, car headlights, or a lighthouse.
an area light is great for lighting up technology. a phone screen, tv screen, tablet, anything that's an LED screen emitting from a surface. the light is not as concentrated as a spot and is meant to cover more flatly (hence the rectangular source)
a point is best used for small pops of colors such as candlelight, lamppost, lightning bug tail, etc. a small source that has nothing covering it.
a sun covers the entire area and can be used as the overall mood setter. it can create filter over the entire render by just shifting the color like you would see in a movie. you'll be given a line with a sun light that gives the direction of where the sun is coming from. basically a spot light just on a much larger scale LOL.
power + coloring
this screenshot is mostly what you'll only use to start off with. watts is the unit of measurement and the higher you go, the brighter the light will be. examples with a white colored point light 10W-20W: general portrait lighting 30W-50W: bright source, close flashlight for example 60W+: blinding
coloring is just like the system for in game lights for ts4. shift it to whatever you want it to be (click the white bar, that's the color preview) and mess around with the vibrancy. the darker, more intense color, the less it's going to appear on the sim.
closeness and intensity
similar to what's shown in the head lighting tool shown earlier, the closer the light is, the more that specific area is lit up. go too close and your sim could be completely washed out. it helps to change the size of the light (change with the radius slider) to better imitate what you're wanting. the larger the radius, the more diffused and softer the light source will be. close + small = very clear of the light source shape, can obviously tell where it is in relation to the subject far away + large = soft lighting, more of a hazy lighting of the color you choose.
to quickly adjust the light, press "G" and hold down your middle mouse button to adjust which axis you'd like to edit along. green is the x-axis, blue is the y-axis, and red is the z-axis. you can also press "G" and type the letter of the axis you want to use. drag the mouse to change the placement on that specific axis to however you want. if you want to freely edit the placement, just press "G" to move it out of the axis bounds.
world lighting
take this step as setting your canvas color before you start painting. in order for the values to look their best, change the world color to the same hue of the color you are mostly using. for example, this is set in a red-toned environment:
this is essentially changing the cast shadow onto the sim. the default is gray and will muddy up your undertones if not changed properly. for this instance, if you were to still use the same red point light in a gray world color it'd look like this:
of course, this will be based on if you have an environment image or not that can affect your lighting overall. this post is based on the fact there is no environment image and what not! if you need a visual demonstration on how to mess with the world lighting, check out this short video.
i hope that helped anyone beginning to render or wanting to light up your own scenes! i'm no rendering expert, but here's some of the helpful tricks i've learned and collected over the years<3 if you have any other questions feel free to send an ask!

DRAWING BACKGROUNDS: TIPS AND TRICKS
So many people are afraid of drawing backgrounds and I think it's a shame, so here's some tips and tricks, because I'm not perfect at it myself but I think the hardest part is really just knowing where to start.
First off: Perspective
Yeah, yeah, that's the scary word. But I promise you, once you're familiar with the basics, backgrounds are a LOT less intimidating. Don't get discouraged if WHEN you have trouble with it. Even professional artists struggle with it. I promise you, screwing it up is good and normal. That's how you learn after all!
Now I'm not going to go into detail on how to do it here, because honestly there are a thousand and one free resources online and in libraries that can explain it far better than I ever could in a singular broad-strokes tumblr post. But I AM at least telling you you should familiarize yourself with these basics:
Important Terms: Horizon Line: A horizontal line across your canvas, showing your viewer's eye level and providing a location for most of your vanishing points. Vanishing Point: Integral to drawing in perspective. The sides of a 3D object get smaller as they become farther away from the viewer in space. This point is where the parallel lines of a side eventually meet.
The Basic Types of Perspective: One Point Perspective: Good for drawing things that you're looking at straight on. Two Point Perspective: Good for drawing things at an angle. Three Point Perspective: Good for drawing things the viewer is looking up or down at, especially at an extreme angle.
And if you're comfortable with these and serious about improving your skills for use in storytelling, I also might suggest looking up:
4 Point Perspective: Great for extra wide or tall shots and for camera tilts if you're doing an animation or animatic. I think some other names for this in animation include "banana pan" and "warp pan."
5 Point Perspective: Fish-eye lens. Good for all your angsty anime boy slipping into madness needs!
Some perspective tips I wish someone had told me earlier:
Objects' relation to the horizon line is constant. A super helpful tip to remember when placing a character or object in space is that they will always (assuming they aren't changing in size or moving up or down) have the same relation to the horizon line no matter how far or close they are. If your horizon line is at shoulder height for your focus character in the foreground, any character of the same height in the background will still line up with the horizon line at the shoulders.
How to pick the distance between your vanishing points: 2 pt perspective uses 2 vanishing points, 3 pt uses 3, etc, etc, but how close should they be? Well, first of all, for anything that isn't one point perspective, one or more points will usually be off the canvas. Super annoying, I know, but the closer your vanishing points are, the more warped your drawing will become. Second, a helpful thing to know is that choosing the distance between your points is basically the illustration equivalent of picking your camera lens! Photography buffs will know that wider (shorter focal length) lenses show more space and make the distance between foreground and background more dramatic, while longer focal length/telephoto lenses are flatter, and more focused and intimate. The same is true of vanishing points that are closer (shorter focal length) or farther apart (longer focal length).
2 point/3 point/etc doesn't actually mean you're limited to that many points total on your page. this one confused me a lot when I was getting started, lol. A lot of examples will show you drawings of nice, neat cities or something, in which all the buildings are facing the same way in order to demonstrate perspective drawing. But in real life, buildings don't all face the same direction. They're at all sorts of different angles. So how do I do that??? Answer: Just because you're drawing in 2 point perspective or whatever doesn't mean you... have to actually keep your 2 points in the same spot. You can move them around, just keep them the same distance apart, so you're not screwing up your camera lens.
Other Tips:
Use reference! The instant you try to draw a house, you're going to forget every house you've ever seen. That's just how it goes. Buildings are complicated. Do yourself a favor and collect a few reference images first, buddy!
Consider details (like architectural style, amenities, and materials) Your building will look more like a building when you keep in mind that buildings have gutters and door knobs and light switches and paneling and stuff, and aren't just boxes with roofs on them. Again: reference! You will forget electrical sockets and baseboards exist immediately. Art brains are dumb.
Use details and texture to fill in negative space Giant stretches of blank space tend to be boring and distracting. Put a few suggestions of wood grain or something on that wall back there, bud, just don't overdo it.
Line weight Darker, thicker lines draw more attention, look heavier, and look closer to the viewer than lighter, thinner lines do. Take advantage of this to draw the viewer's attention to your focal points, de-emphasize less important details, and imply depth. It's up to you to decide how you want to use this and what your style is, especially once you start getting into combining or replacing it with shading, values, and color, but a helpful rule of thumb is to try reserving your thickest lines for focal foreground characters and use thinner lines on backgrounds, especially details in the far distance.
Perspective guides If you're drawing digitally, take full advantage of any perspective tools you have access to! A lot of art programs lately have begun adding perspective guide features that let you set up vanishing points and then literally guide your hand as you draw so you stay in perspective. Some of these include Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, and Adobe Fresco. (still sadly none in Photoshop as far as I'm aware, what the heck, Adobe!). Check through the settings of yours to see if it gives you any perspective guides or other similarly useful tools. They're 100% worth it! And for god's sake, if you've got any skew or perspective warp tools, draw your complicated shapes flat and then warp them instead of spending an hour on it! Don't make my mistakes!

Gorgeous -Pedri González
Guess who's back with more Vzlan! Reader fics?! Ajá, yo🤭😌 Also... Influencer!Reader
Warnings: High content of Venezuelan slang, curse words, some jokes (?) or mentions of them because I can't joke to save my life, lots of Spanish.
Please, feedback is highly appreciated!
Summary: The guys made him know you but your warm aura and way of being was the one to make him fall for you
You. Y/N Y/L/N. A pretty much famous Latina influencer. You kinda went all in, a lot of people followed you because, you liked sports and health, often gave outfit and makeup tips, travelled and the one you loved to do the most was photographic art, also you didn't had the need of being another persona in front of the cameras. You were exactly the same in and out.
And you guess the realistic side of you, the natural, humble but still strong and pretty girl you are, was the thing that attracted people the most to you.
Including, the football player Ansu Fati.
The young man had started following you back in 2020, when you moved to Barcelona and it was for a simple mistake he turned being your fan, he had bumped into one of your posts about this healthy recipe and asked his mom to try it out for him. When he grabbed a bite he fell in love with it and started following you for more recipes but at the end of the day, he fell into your "fandom" because of your natural personality.
You never tried, you were just you.
So when one day he was wheezing, laughing and crying when training was done, his teammates were a bit concerned about what had possesed him.
"Hostias, ¿Y a ti qué te pasa, tio?" Pedri had asked as Ansu kept on laughing, when Balde went behind him and saw his phone, the image of you in a podcast with your other three friends laughing your asses off, made sense to the other guy who nodded letting out a simple 'Ah!'
"What's up with him?" Ferran asked
"He's watching another video of Y/N Y/L/N" Balde joined him "When did she posted this one?" Balde, along with Pablo Torre, Eric and Ansu were big fans of yours thanks to the last one influence
"It's not hers" He managed to say "It's from these guys who she hangs around with always"
"You mean "Los Bichos"?" Pablo Torre asked getting behind them to see the content as well "I gotta go and see that one"
"What's the big thing about her?" Pedri suddenly asked. He had heard your name before and knew you were an influencer but never really saw one of your videos or really followed you on Instagram or any other social media. The guys looked at him as if he was crazy, not really believing what their friend had just said.
"She's amazing" Ansu answered "She gives good tips on health, fashion, she also does travelling and photography and she likes sports. Her carisma is what attracts people in"
"Not to mention the looks" Torre murmured "Hermosa" He blew a kiss towards Ansu's phone
"Aurora is basically in love with her, always having one of her lives, videos, podcasts or anything"
"Sira's the same" Ferran nodded "I have seen her, she's quite the jokester too"
Suddenly all of them were watching Ansu's phone
"Well, she indeed is really pretty" Gavi agreeded
"Sad that she may not be like we see her on real life tho" Pedri shrugged his shoulders
"No, she is" Torre nodded "One of my girl friends has met her and she says she's the sweetest"
Pedri could only see your smile and the way you threw your head back in laughter, amazed, you were beautiful. He wasn't going to deny it, he had eyes, big ones in fact, and he could see the beauty of women.
"How old is she?" Gavi asked
"She just turned twenty" Eric said
"What did you say her name was?"
"Y/N Y/L/N" He nodded pretending not to be interested
That very same night, Pedri was fighting himself to watch some of your content on Instagram and Youtube, he didn't know what was he afraid of, he was just going to see what's the fuss of the guys, nothing else.
But oh boy...
One video, turned into two, then three, four, five, six and by the time he realized it was 2:30 am, his battery that used to be on 87% was now in 4% and thirty videos he had watched
"Hostia, mae'mia" The Canarian murmured "It's really late" He considered plugging his phone and stop seeing your videos but the longer he kept thinking of it, the less he wanted to let go of his phone, he wanted to see your smile one more time, your laugh and your pretty big eyes, you indeed were really sweet in and out of cameras.
He had now seen the thing the guys had seen in you too. He decided to push the Follow button on your Instagram account and also decided to see the last Live you have done recently which was three days ago.
"¿Por qué no hablas español?" (Why don't you talk Spanish?) You had read confused "¿Y es que yo hablo chino?" (And do I speak Chinese?) You laughed lightly "I think I get what you mean, it's the accent, right?" You stopped for a second to drink some water "Well, déjame decirte chama que mi acento venezolano es demasiado bello pa' yo cambiarlo. I don't mean to say the Spanish accent isn't pretty, because it really is, I like it. It's just not my style because I'm obviously not a Spaniard" (let me tell you, girl, that my Venezuelan accent is too beautiful for me to change it) You paused a little
"Sí, que se me puede salir un poquillo el vosotros y algunas cosillas que hacéis" (Yes, I can get out a little about and some things that you guys do) You did a perfect Spanish accent laughing "Pero, no" You spoke naturally shaking your head (But no)
He smiled watching you and your Latina roots, defending and wearing them proudly.
That was only the start of Pedri crushing on you. The next following weeks, he had not missed a single Live, Vlog or post that you did. Soon the guys knew Pedri had developed a crush on you when Gavi spied on his phone and saw him looking a post about a photoshoot you had done for Vogue España
"You like her?" Eric asked
"She's really nice" He had nodded blushing
"But you like her?"
"She is nice" Pedri repeated "She probably doesn't know me"
"C'mon, the girl loves sports, she's actually a Barca fan!!" Ansu replied as Pedri smiled shaking his head
"It's just a mere crush, it'll go away in a while" He said and everyone dropped the subject.
"¡Hola mis amores lindos!" (Hello my beautiful loves!) You smiled at the camera "Yo estoy bien y espero que ustedes se encuentren muy bien también y si no pues espero que este mensaje les anime un poquito... Les hablo para notificarles que como cosa rara" (I'm fine and I hope you're feeling very well too and if not, then I hope this message encourages you a little... Take care!" (My boys from "Los Bichos" have invited me again to be part of one of their magnificent episodes of their podcast, the episode will be live, we will be able to answer some of your questions, send greetings, I will reveal a few things that are coming Big and good, the rest of the things that the boys do, you already know what the matter is, so without further ado, I'll wait for you this Thursday at 9:00 p.m. in Spain. I send you a big kiss and a very warm hug)
It was set. He cleared up his whole agenda, just to have Thursday night free all to himself... And well, to Fer as well.
"Why are you so suddenly obsessed with that girl?" Fer asked as Pedri got ready to watch your Live, he had connected his laptop to his TV and his phone besides him "You've been a month and something suddenly Y/N this and Y/N that"
"She's good" Pedri shrugged his shoulders
"You like her?"
"Puff, no" When Pedri turned around to see his brothers face he knew he couldn't lie "Maybe a little?" Fer raised his eyebrows
"I'm not gonna make fun of you" Pedri sighed
"Okay, she's gorgeous and I like her" Pedri admitted
"She seems really nice"
"Torre says he has a friend that has met her and that she's the sweetest" Pedri replied "I kinda want to meet her"
"Slide into her DM's and say: Hey, big fan. Wanna go out?" Pedri laughed
"Sure, she will say yes quickly" Both brothers laughed as the Podcast started.
"Welcome to another episode of Los Bichos, today we'll be talking a bit of everything but mostly about our love humiliations or just humiliating thing that has happened to us in general"
"And who's better to say that than Y/N Y/L/N?" Other guy said presenting you
"My life isn't that bad, Adrián" You replied smiling "Worse than Miguel's can't be, that's for sure" You point with your lips to the guy sitting in front of you as he shocked points at himself and laughs in disbelief
"Well, she's got a point" The first guy talked
"Nelson talks as if he has the greatest life ever" Miguel said pointing to the first guy with his head
"I don't actually but everyone's life is better than yours, pendejo" You all laughed out loud "Ve, ¿Y tú aquí haciendo algún tipo de propaganda?" (Look, are you here doing some kind of propaganda?) You shook your head
"¿Por qué dices eso?" (Why you say that?) You ask
"The big Barcelona jersey you have on" You look down and smile
"Mano, no; I'm not doing anything. Si supieras que el Barcelona me había enviado un email hace como tres semanas y yo nunca les respondí" (If you know, the Barcelona sent me an email three weeks ago and I never answered them)They laughed "Saben que yo soy fan del club y me hicieron una camisa con mi nombre y el número de mi jugador favorito" (They know I'm fan of the club and they made me this Jersey with my name and the number of my favorite player) You casually replied not thinking too much of it
"Which is?"
"Un jugador" You smirked playing with your golden bracelete, they started yelling a few "A"'s "B, C y D" They laughed "¿Tú creíste que yo iba a ser mongola para caer en esa vaina? No, señor" (Did you thought I was going to be a fool and fell into the trap? No, sir) You shook your head smiling "¡Maldición! I forgot this is live!" (Shit) You yelled "How are you guys doing?" You ask winning a round of laughter with the guys
"We're starting here... Y/N, care to tell us something humiliant that has happened to you?"
"My whole life" You replied as they laughed "No, kidding. Once I had something going on with this guy, it was December and..."
If Pedri liked you, by the end of that live he was most likely in love with you. You were simple and very funny, your sense of humour was the thing that ended up pulling him into you.
He honestly felt like a fan of his but with you. It was terrifying as hell.
"Ad, ¿Si vas a hacer por fin el stand up comedy show?" You asked
"Yes, I will be doing it" Adrián nodded "Why?"
"I wanna go" You pout a bit
"You're invited, don't worry"
"Remember everyone when is it" Nelson said
"This Sunday at 20hrs in the Batuar Hotel Cotton House, make sure to get the tickets as soon as possible they're almost sold out"
"We need those" Pedri said immediately grabbing his phone and getting on the app "¡Hostias, joder! It's too slow"
"Calm down, we'll get one"
After fifteen painful minutes when Pedri was about to finish the purchase, his screen filled out with the No Availabe words
"This event is sold out"
"¡Puta que le parió!" Pedri exclaimed feeling sad
"It's okay bro. She's here in Barcelona, we can see her any other day" Pedri sighed
"I really wanted to see her this Sunday"
"Maybe not this Sunday, but eventually you will" Pedri sighed in annoyance
"Anyway, let's finish watching this" He murmured his eyes on the screen.
His eyes fixated on the Barca home jersey you were wearing and the words my favorite player's number, he wondered... It could be his? Also... You looked incredibly good with the club of his dreams, he couldn't help but imagine you on the stands cheering on for him when suddenly he got himself out of that dreamland. He was really starting to seem like his fans who daydreamed about him.
His mood was down a bit Friday and Saturday when they were at training and Ansu came up to them
"I hope all of you are free tomorrow"
"Why?" Gavi asked as Ansu pulled out six tickets
"We're going to see Adrián Jiménez's live show were Y/N will be present"
Pedri quickly ran and grabbed a ticket, his mood lifted up completely, he grabbed Ansu's head and kissed him
"Thanks, amigo"
"Thanks, nothing. I will be your best man at the wedding"
...
Sunday rolled in and Pedri was nervous and excited, he would be in the same place as you, hopefully met you and make himself fall in love with you once again. You just had a thing that drew him into you and he liked it. Your Latina beauty keeping him on his feet everytime, you way of expressing yourself, your carisma, everything he saw from you, he liked it.
Thanks to Eric, they were a bit late, fifteen minutes late, the show had already started as they were looking for their table, thanfully everyone was into Adrián, they didn't recognized the six football players coming in, everyone but you.
You were surprised seeing them here, you didn't know they were fans of Adrián or the rest of the guys, but you were even more surprised when three of them sat in your table, you greeted them with a little "Buenas noches" and a warm smile, Pedri who was besides you smiled widely at hearing your voice
"Ferran Torres"
"Pablo Torre"
"Pedri"
You smile lightly "Y/N Y/L/N"
"Chica, deja de estar chanceando" (Girl, stop joking around) Pedri saw you lift your hands a bit surprised being scolded by your friend
"¡Pero no estoy chanceando!" (I'm not joking around!) You exclaimed a little
"¿Ah no?" He shook his head "What are you doing?"
"Greeting my tablemates" The place laughed at your face "¡Y si lo estuviese no es tú peo, mano!" (And if I were, it's not your deal, man!)
"Oye, mira tú-"
"¡'Tas en medio de un show, sigue hablando de como dejaste caer el telefono en el baño de la estación del metro!" (You're in the middle of a show, keep talking about how you dropped the phone in the subway station bathroom!)
"Verga y lo más arrecho es que lo tenía que usar urgente" (Fuck and the most awful thing is that I had to use it urgently) His words made the whole place laugh "You were with me that day"
"I definitely wasn't"
"¿Cómo que no estabas pero sabes lo que pasó?" (How come you weren't there but do you know what happened?)
"You texted it in the groupchat, tonto"
"Shit, I always do that, I eat and I pass pics, I shit and I pass pics, I walk and I pass pics, I play FIFA and I pass pics... I need to stop doing that"
"Please don't" You asked laughing "Me acuerdo aquel día que estabamos todos haciendo una videollamada, tú fuiste a hacerte una merienda y te ha salido una tarántula en uno de los empaques" (I remember that day we were all making a video call, you went to make yourself a snack and a tarantula came out in one of the packages)
"MOVING ON!" Laughter filled the room.
Besides your greeting and you apologising for your friend's craziness, you never spoke with any other of the guys just small smiles when the even was done you said your goodbyes to them and went to Adrián, Pedri sighed having lost his chance to talk to you
"C'mon, man. You let her go"
"I just couldn't do it... I don't know what happened"
"You'll have another chance, bro" Gavi patted Pedri's back smiling tightly at him "She was watching you too" The youngster smirked making Pedri shake his head
"I'm gonna go to the bathroom, guys. Ya vuelvo" (I'll be back) And with that Pedri left them.
He splashed water on his face and cleaned his hands, slightly disappointed in the fact he didn't do anything else to talk to you. He shook his head
"Quizás no es hora" (Maybe it's not time) He murmured looking at his mirror reflection before leaving the bathroom.
It was like a destiny thing.
You were in front of him and seemed a bit lost, looking around with a confused face.
"¿Todo bien?" (Everything alright?) A male's voice pulled you out of your thoughts, turning around to meet the owner's voice
"Sí, todo bien. Sólo que, no tengo ni la menor idea de dónde puede estar la salida de este lugar" (Yes, everything's good. It's just, I don't have a single clue on where the exit of this place can be) You admitted "El muy..." You moved your moth but no sound came out "puto de Adrián me dejó por un chance que le salió, se fue así sin decir nada y..." (The... fucker of Adrián left me for a date he got, he left without saying anything and...) You sighed "I'm kinda lost in this big place" You smiled shyly "What about you?"
"Bathroom" You nod letting out a little 'Oh!' "Want me to help you?" Your eyebrows went up for a bit "I'm not an incredibly knowner of the place, I've come here twice... Maybe walk you to your car?" You smile shaking your head
"I would take up on your offer but I also don't have anyone to take me home, my car broke down yesterday, Adrián offered me the ride and you are probably busy or just want to have the rest of the night off, so I wouldn't like for you to ditch your plans to spend it glued to me because I was left alone" You smiled as he shook his head
"It wouldn't be a problem for me" Pedri said "I would love to help you, I can give you a ride if you like" He smiled softly "Venga, vamos" He offered your his arm "Maybe you can tell me about more of those healthy recipes? Or talk to me in Venezuelan slang?" You both laughed
"There are too many recipes I can share with my Venezuelan accent but we would need more time for that than a single ride" You accepted his arm watching him smirk
You looked at him smiling lightly "Then how about we can go for a coffee next time?"
