◇Your jobs sucks

◇You hate it more than enjoy it

◇It takes more energy out than it should

◇You bring your toxic coworker's toxic attitude/hurtful words home with you

◇You develop resent towards your job/coworkers

....Then you should get out. You don't need to feel stuck. Because you aren't. There are so many jobs out there. Applying might seem scary (especially if you have been at said job for a while). But you do not deserve any of the negative emotions that you carry with you because of your job or coworkers.

You deserve to uproot yourself and escape. After a certain point staying there will destroy you.
