So I love my job apart from one Co-worker who makes me dread having to go into work when I know I’m on with them. Yesterday was the final straw to the point I’ve told my boss I’m not working today because I had multiple panic attacks yesterday and if I have to keep doing so many shifts with this person after next week I will be leaving about a month before I planned to.

So I guess I’m just saying with some support I’m actually looking after my mental health and setting boundaries I should’ve set along time ago. And yes you can just tell your boss how it is because it will help you even if doesn’t help them.

....Then you should get out. You don't need to feel stuck. Because you aren't. There are so many jobs out there. Applying might seem scary (especially if you have been at said job for a while). But you do not deserve any of the negative emotions that you carry with you because of your job or coworkers.

You deserve to uproot yourself and escape. After a certain point staying there will destroy you.

I know the feeling all too well. Toxic leadership, colleagues, toxic landlords and HOA who make tenants or homeowners life hectic, stressful with thier made up rules and demands till it hits your breaking point where you want to get the fuck out, leave, cant take it anymore mental breakdown. Now that mr. orange is our president, hopully we can take a look into toxic leadership/landlords, HOAs ugh in companies all over..

Being in a toxic environment workplace is not fun, its like i check in with the old company I use to work for and see whose still there. Guess what NOBODY THERE LEFT, GOOD PRESIDENTS, DIRECTORS, SOME DVP, MANAGERS, SUPERVISORS, LEADS, SENIORS LEVEL 1 AND 2 , THEY ALL LEFT..why? because they let a corrupted president take over, who value money, power over people. The president who we once worked more, valued people. The leaders she hired has taught her management team the value of good leadership, to show care for your people, reward them, good merit system in place, people who took advantage of PTO traveling the crap eventually got terminated, its not good for buisness. and leaves the hard working people like us overloaded with work, tired, mentally drained, mentally exhausted to do anything else. Like doing 3 people job, plus your own plus being support system to other teams and leaders. Then how they throw work at you even though thats not your job or title because corporate politics always plays in the workplace, then you got two faced snakes everywhere...

Now we have landlords, HOAs, owners of all sorts mis treating thier tenants, owners of the house by applying thier own rule of law and saying its state law. There alot corruption in many companies, many apts landlords, many homeowners experiencing that bullshit from a secret HOA...its only day 1...lets see what changes unfold while orange is now our president. Keep it in your ear mr. prez that everybody in the united states is counting on you, your leadership team to make it better for us peasants lol..(need a laugh, sometimes it can be depressing thats why we excerise it out, the stress, the anxiety, the panic attacks, shit all real)

Celebrities will not give a shit about helping with this.

Lmao this is 💯 a personal post about work I just need to vent about it.

So we have this new manager well cal Jay. Jay is trash. He’s from MI and the only reason I know this is because I was talking to someone else about moving to MI with my fiancé at some point and this man had the audacity to tell me if my fiancé wasn’t the right kind of MI fan to dump him. Like ???? The fuck???

On top of that he literally calls ALL (except for me) the young ladies/women some variation of sweetie/hun. Which just is kind of ick. I had to tell him twice not to call me them and to call me by my name.

Also this main is easily in his 50s.

We also had complaints of how he talked to guests - calling them things like hun/cupcake/sweetie/etc.

He will willingly get into your body space WITHOUT SAYING EXCUSE ME

There is something about him that is making my senses scream for me to either fight him or run the fucking opposite way

He makes me so anxious that I want to dig out my bones and stab myself with said bones

A vast majority of us feel uncomfortable around him or straight up dislike him - even including the guys I work with.

He sent someone home once without talking to the runner or shift lead because they called him out on a very stupid move he pulled and put a position in a terrible spot that took 4 people to cover - one of which was himself and he didn’t even do it right.

He also threw a hissy fit because the shift lead told him no on going and getting stuff because that’s the runners job. Finally had to let him go because he wouldn’t fucking stop

He easily derails shifts

I just want to sob because I no longer want to work at a job that i enjoy doing.
