DotS Fun Facts Vol.1 (Long post)

In early 2018 concepts, Twyla’s earliest designs featured more draconic wings as a Relic ability, rather than the cute bird-like wings she has today! Some abilities shown here have yet to make an appearance in the comic, if not have been revised modernly! (These sketches are nearly 5 years old SHEEEEESH)

Ethonians are relatively D’nno-like, though they share a handful of differences from their shorter-lived counterparts. Ethonians share similarities with D’nnos hailing from Planet Techstar, the Snowfoot (credit: FayeleneFyre). Perhaps the Dream Makers’ way of honoring their tenacity or ingenuity. As Dreams of Spirit, they’re unanimously strong-willed in their own individual ways, passionate and occasionally stubborn. They are usually a warm and hospitable people, however, and enjoy visitors from across the stars! Ethonians are the most common Dream race across the Galaxy.

The fella I have up here as an example is a man who goes by many names, though currently he lets folks call him “Guy”! He’s bonded with a distinct spear Relic. Guy is enigmatic, so not much is known about him personally, nevertheless what Ability he may have, but it’s rumored that he once had a family of his own. What may have occurred to that potential family, however, remains as mysterious as his real name. (2022 design)

Meta Knight is a skilled chef of at least 3 varying cuisines, and is exceptional at baking— the latter of which being among his indulgent favorites when nobody’s around to see him. He’ll also take any opportunity to wear a different hat or switch around his outfit. Always gotta look fresh! Though the hats he wears tend to be his own brand of merchandise. (2019 sketches)

Slinx (the giant purple cat-thing) is the average size for your traditional 4-legged Dappermau! They come in a bipedal variety as well, but tend to be smaller than their more beastly brothers and sisters. Slinx himself is about 1/4 pure Dappermau, inheriting his grandfather’s colors. Over the centuries, Dappermau have evolved from a mouse-like appearance to a strong variation of animal-like shapes and sizes!

Squire (pink Kibble-looking gal with the orange ponytail), although quite small, is about average size as well for her race, the militant Faelynx. Twyla (purple Puff) well below average size for an 11-year-old Fintan (yellow Waddle Dee) is about normal for a 12-year-old (he has yet to hit a growth spurt, which in comparison to everyone else, won’t do him much good, but he’ll sure feel proud of himself) (2021 designs)

There’s story reasons behind his full-body armor, but he also makes use of it to walk about in public unrecognized. He also likes to dye his hair various colors, but lately he’s been enjoying the color green! C:

Finally played and finished Red Dead 2, my heart is now broken so I drew some lads

thinking about. how merlin brings out the best in arthur and on the other hand arthur brings out the darkest parts of merlin. how arthur always tries to be better and do the right thing because merlin believes in him and he wouldn't want to disappoint him. because he believes merlin is good and he wants to be good for him. how merlin always ends up making the worst decision in his desire to protect arthur, doing things he never thought he'd do. how from saving arthur's life because that's a right thing to do, he goes to putting his life above any of his own morals.

Twenty-six and the only father he’s got left stands idly by while he gets arrested. Twenty-six and the only father he’s got is disappointed to see him out of jail. Twenty-six and the only father he’s got leaves him to die on the side of a railroad track. Twenty-six and he’s on a snowy mountain again, this time saying goodbye to his only brother. Little John needs saving again. Take my hat this time, too. I know, I know. Twenty-six and starting a life. Twenty-six and utterly, completely, absolutely alone.
