getting into angel work and archangels in general as a way to connect with my late grandmother,, i remember being a child and her telling me to ask certain angels to help me find toys i’ve lost and other things of that nature.

starting the research process alone has been such a relieving feeling in a way? i don’t know, i just feel like i’m making her happy even though i was never “religious” in the sense that she was . we get a two for one with ancestor veneration/devotion AND angel work!!

who would want prayers and devotion from a fallen angel? i clasp my cold hands together and the words spill from my lips- ancient words and hymns i remember from before the dark. can my siblings, brothers, and sisters still hear them up in heaven? does it do any good? what i would give to feel the warm sunlight once more. sometimes i still dream of it on my skin. what God would take pity on a broken creature such as this- take an offering from one angel without much to give. but oh God do i have this love with no where to go. i'd give you everything i have left

is it pitiful to cling to the last of my divinity; this ebbing light at the center of my chest?

Michael’s best friend. Maintaining a best friendship with Adam Milligan is as gratifying as it is humbling. Friendship is a human conception, an extension of Free Will. Father did not design angels with Free Will. He Blessed angels with Purpose. And yet, the Archangel Michael maintains a best friendship with Adam. It is awesome, and Michael likes it. Very much.

But what constitutes a friendship? As the centuries pass within Hell and Michael’s connection to Adam grows ever deeper, the Archangel begins to discern just how much he cares for the human. How much he will always care for the human. However, when Lucifer is removed from the Cage while still Michael remains, the Archangel must confront a devasting truth. The outcome of which jeopardizes the very foundation of Michael’s best friendship and threatens his relationship with the one being that Michael has grown more devoted to than even God.

Hey does anyone still think about the thematic differences between Supernatural and the Wayward Sisters and how self-isolating male hunters are compared to community-building female hunters and how this was shown from the Harvelles to even arguably Missouri Mosely and even Samuel Campbell who is his daughter's father almost more than a man himself (especially in Season 6) is not immune to this?

And how the Wayward Sisters could have been built not on sacrificing yourself to this singular all-consuming relationship with your brother and sacrificing yourself for the world second or in name only, but instead on what it takes to cut yourself into useful and digestible pieces for the sake of keeping your place in that community because you're almost certain that it's This Community or Solitude Forever (Alex you can never escape the life no matter how much you don't want it you've gotta pitch in do you want your family to die on this hunt Claire you know you'll never find anyone to love you unless you make yourself softer and then are they really loving you are you even worthy of love anymore Jody your husband and son would still be alive if you listened and learned you can't lose another child in every sense you can't quite let your children be defenseless children either and you know so well how sick this fear makes you and how you're dealing with it the wrong way your son got to be a child but your daughters can't be that vulnerable Even Donna you have Your Role to play here you're not good enough as a hunter but you're funny and happy and you don't take up that much space so that's exactly how much space you're given to exist in).

Hi I am starting to add angel work in my practice. Specifically Archangel Gabriel !

I am very excited and nervous. I tried to stray away from the Catholic religion for personal reasons, but I feel like now is a new time for me and I am opening up to new parts of my practice. If anyone who knows information about Archangel Gabriel feel free to info dump, link resources, or talk about your own experiences if you feel comfortable sharing. I am using other resources but I would like to hear other practitioners. I would like for you to not talk about God or Jesus to much I am not working with them ! Be careful, never allow yourself to be influenced by an entity. Whether it is angelic or demonic. If you want to work with several entities, do it, don't put up barriers because certain entities have told you, it's not good. Because once you get them used to it, there's no going back. If you enter the realm of polytheism, you will have much more knowledge because it will come from the various entities that will have presented themselves to you. The demons do not prohibit the work with other entities, some will prefer, perhaps, to have their own altar of devotion but that is all.
