How it feels like for an entire season 1 of Sisterhood reduced and wasted to this:

It's like Jinx and Vi are completely 2 different people. Even before S2 got released the fact that Linke kept calling Jinx a "monster" (his scripts for s1 were rejected, btw; but this seeped into s2ep1 when Vi just reduced her sis to a "monster she created" without finding out more about her sister's condition. Like after 7 years.) when the real talented writers spent all that effort to create characters that are truly beloved for their contradictory nature (in which Jinx is clearly not just a surface level understanding of a "monster"), his off description of their relationship ("in s2 Vi has always been telling Powder what to do, blabla).. just shows his misunderstanding. Christian, have you even understood S1??? It's like S2 is a sad fan fic..

I watched arcane for the sisters,their relationship was the heart of the show to me. I was beyond excited to see what would happen to them in season 2, and what did I get?

Hi! The artstyle is a bit different from what I usually draw but I liked to experiment this more cartoony style with Arcane x3 my goal was also to draw cartoon characters quickly

Everyone jokes about how the girls were named but I present to you, my softest and most heartbreaking headcanon for arcane:

Violet named Powder.

Possibilities: Jinx going back to that family dinner table scene, Silco haunting the narrative, Jinx's mental illness -- which so should've happened in season 2.

Jinx protecting Vi. Vi realising her sister has grown up in that way, not by having a child, which apparently also solves 90% of mental issues.

On hindsight Arcane S105, besides the gay chemistry, plotwise wasn't one of my fav. I honestly adored E103, The Base Violence Necessary for Change. Should've just followed the writers that left, cuz those are the people that understand Jinx & Vi. Sometimes I wonder how much pity someone from Fortiche would've felt with the knowledge of all those amazing concepts cut out.
