[ID: A digital painting of Annabelle Cane from The Magnus Archives, done in tones of blue and orange. She's stepping out of a blue background while holding on the sides of the black black border framing her. She wears a poodle skirt, and she looks at the viewer with a smile, sevetal eyes opening on her face that aren't supposed to be there. In the background, two more shadowy arms curl behind her, stretching against another shadow of a web. End ID]

How do you think female wammy's boys and Light would be?
Hello there, sorry for the belated reply!
As I answer this I'll try to steer as clear as possible from my very convoluted gender-related headcanons but, anon, I want you to know that you've triggered them. SEVERELY.
Okay, so..
Little girl Mello would get called a tomboy a lot, at least by grownups. Not particularly because of her clothes or her interests, but because of her demeanor. Perhaps because of that she'd have a drive to prove herself stronger, smarter, faster and just about better than the boys in every way possible. Prove that she was the real deal (masculinity wise, at least on a subconscious level), not those stupid boys who are only good at calling her a dyke and falling down the stairs.
Of course, her being so socially attuned, misogyny, both societal and internalized, and gender expectations would cause her a lot of suffering, anger and resentment.
As an adult, she would be quite androgynous, just like canon Mello, only more on the masc side, and vain As Hell. Getting into and then being in the mafia, though, she'd have to be, uhm, idk how else to put this... absolutely fcking vicious. Unflinching, icy, callous, think canon Mello scary ×10. She would feel like no matter her intelligence, her men would never truly respect her or see her as an equal, so she'd much rather be feared and at least be shown respect because of that, than be mocked, patronized or objectified.
Even more than i already hc for boy Matt, I think f!Matt would be very well loved, thanks to her reserved but apparently agreeable personality and good looks. Both as a kid and as an adult. Like, everyone loves a shy and quirky pretty girl, right? Yeah, at least until they don't realize how uninterested in the world outside of her room, easily bored and forgetful she is and give up on her. Which honestly, being so introverted, she's always be so glad for.
She knows well that people get strange ideas about her just for being feminine (which she doesn't even really try to be, it's just how she is), push their idiotic expectations on her and don't take her talents and interests seriously, and it's made her extremely cynical and quite amoral, too. It's borderline impossible for anyone to mean a thing to her, so she hardly ever corrects any wrong assumptions people might have about her, and no one gets to know the real her.
So, you see, still a complete mess.
Girl Near... she's giving fairytale princess plunged into the dn universe, okay? But instead of a happy ending she'd still get the "golden cage" special. She'd have the same personality, same angelic beauty and the same destiny. Idk what to tell you, she makes my heart hurt just as much as canon Near :'(
Light... she'd probably be just as disturbed and disturbing as in canon. Except she'd be an official femme fatale and therefore probably one of my faves, lol

Really says something about the dire state of offerings for men interested in sewing their own clothes that even searching things like "interesting men's clothing patterns" brings up articles with links to four or five whole websites that primarily offer admittedly nice but practically identical patterns for making button-ups and work pants and maybe a varsity/bomber jacket if you're lucky.
(Branching out into historical costuming for everyday wear is like your one shot at variation, and even then, the ratio of men's to women's patterns on every website is frustrating to say the least.)
Patternmakers as a trans man I am begging you. Give me a little more to work with here.

why do i keep seeing whole videos on advice for artfight from “veterans” or whatever. here’s all the advice you need:
you don’t need to draw every day
you don’t need to fully render every drawing, sketches still count and the person receiving it will still love it
you don’t need a fully polished ref sheet for every single character, having a basic one or even just a colour palette along with whatever other art you’ve done works fine in most cases
you don’t need to draw a fully rendered piece every single day do not burn yourself out or injure yourself for funny little internet points good lord
boom done there’s your 15 minute video

One of my biggest nitpicks in fiction concerns the feeding of babies. Mothers dying during/shortly after childbirth or the baby being separated form the mother shortly after birth is pretty common in fiction. It is/was also common enough in real life, which is why I think a lot of writers/readers don't think too hard about this. however. Historically, the only reason the vast majority of babies survived being separated from their mother was because there was at least one other woman around to breastfeed them. Before modern formula, yes, people did use other substitutes, but they were rarely, if ever, nutritionally sufficient.
Newborns can't eat adult food. They can't really survive on animal milk. If your story takes place in a world before/without formula, a baby separated from its mother is going to either be nursed by someone else, or starve.
It doesn't have to be a huge plot point, but idk at least don't explicitly describe the situation as excluding the possibility of a wetnurse. "The father or the great grandmother or the neighbor man or the older sibling took and raised the baby completely alone in a cave for a year." Nope. That baby is dead I'm sorry. "The baby was kidnapped shortly after birth by a wizard and hidden away in a secret tower" um quick question was the wizard lactating? "The mother refused to see or touch her child after birth so the baby was left to the care of the ailing grandfather" the grandfather who made the necessary arrangements with women in the neighborhood, right? right? OR THAT GREAT OFFENDER "A newborn baby was left on the doorstep and they brought it in and took care of it no issues" What Are You Going to Feed That Baby. Hello?
Like. It's not impossible, but arrangements are going to have to be made. There are some logistics.
