i can't believe "main character gets his hands on a timetravel device, later on finds out he can't play in a concert with his dad due to an accident, uses said timetravel device to prevent the accident (only for it to end up worse than it initially did), prevent himself from preventing the accident, decides to found his own band consisting of himself, himself, himself and himself with the help of the timetravel device, only to fall apart after performing exactly one (1) song, the others decide the kick the original out of the band, only for the original to become a megalomaniac and try to erase his past selves (the ones who kicked him out of the band) from existence, but they follow him, leading towith hundreds of versions of the main character brawling in an underwater shrine and only ending when the original, the one who started the band and was kicked out, comes to his senses after seeing the (child-friendly) carnage his choices have created and decides to destroy the timetravel device, resulting in every single one of himself to turn to dust in front of the current timelines' character, leaving him traumatized, the sands that used to be his future self literally running through his fingers as he stares at them, terrified of what he just witnessed and with water rushing at him, only to jump cut to the main character and his family performing a new version of the song that the former band played before everything went downhill, leaving the trauma he witnessed completely unadressed for literal years until a sequel series" is just one episode of Steven Universe
