do you ever spend so much time writing something but it's shit so you keep writing it in hope to fix it and it's good but you still feel it's ugly and stupid but you don't care because it's just a piece of the story and the fic is long enough so readers can focus on other parts but you know the shit you wrote and it will haunt you even if others don't notice?
