It may be beyond what you've currently decided, but for your atfhv and general casts what's the pet line up? Alternatively, I'd be interested in your thoughts on the Blacks in this regard but essentially the idea is to ascertain for your hogwarts-based cast who has a familiar/postal owl as animals are fun.
I remain already aware Regulus tragically lacks an owl or other pet (not-so-tragically in Lachrimae, no pets dying there phew). I think Barty just uses the Crouch family owl to write to his mother and for the life of me don't actually remember about Evan (shockingly, Regulus notes everything about him). But given there's no doubt a not inconsiderable list of people who interact exclusively through school owls (I think those are a thing?) there are lots of boring characters in this regard I'm sure.
I know of Priam's (+Heather's eventually?) cat Priscilla and that you have a post noting one of his younger siblings can have an aggressive owl as a treat but recall little else that stands out about any character.
So, if you have the time and the interest a list of individual pets/animal access for key characters could be fun and hopefully low effort (I'm happy to offer types of British owls and birds of prey as inspiration with information on them if you but ask to make it easier).
"Key characters" is ultimately yours to define as the muse takes you.
oh i have a LIST
teenage regulus never has pets. i think he deserves a cat. baby regulus also thought he deserved a cat. sadly his parents did not agree #justiceforbabyregulus
barty uses the crouch family owl yes, evan has a snowy owl named caspian, heather has a barn owl named thistle, priam has priscilla as we know (it's his sister pep with the bitey owl), charlotte has an owl (possibly an eagle owl) named acorn, lily no pets, the marauders all take turns borrowing james's owl robert, likewise the mckinnons have a Family Owl at hogwarts who is ostensibly marlene's but who will pass to miranda and/or miles when marlene graduates. lily borrows this owl sometimes to continue gaslighting marlene's younger cousins about lily being a mckinnon
also bellatrix has a screech owl! she also had a pet snake when she was little and was sufficiently brokenhearted when it died that she never got another snake. mother how DARE you think i could ever replace stella
orion and walburga have an owl (mercury) who regulus technically has access to, but a) mercury is pretty much always out and about between both orion and walburga's sheer volume of correspondence, and b) regulus would much rather get evan to handle the Owl Interaction for him
#anyone i haven't mentioned doesn't have a pet [at least i haven't come up with one]#dark lord wip#should i make an inbox tag#lachrimae regulus is very lucky to not have a pet

Gojo figuring out how arranged marriage works.
CW/TW: Fem! reader, Arranged Marriage, Heavy suggestive stuff, Mentions of virginity, Condoms?, Gojo typical flirting, Reader & Gojo ages implied to be very young (18-23), SFW (Lmk if I should add anything else!)
Characters: Gojo x Reader
AN: Part 2 of the arranged marriage fic. I will die on this bitchless Gojo hill.
• Part 1 Here • AO3 Link •
"You look as beautiful as the day I married you hon'." He says with his characteristic wide smile, proud of himself for that line. Even threw in a sweet pet-name, the kind girls like.
"You married me, like, two weeks ago." He should not be proud of himself for that line.
The silence is almost deafening after that, and Gojo hates the quiet. Can't stand it. He's not used to it, he's loud and obnoxious, he's self-aware of that though, part of his charm he says. Charm, he's got an endless bountiful of it, in his ego-ridden mind at least, and honestly, he's not wrong. There's absolutely nothing Gojo lacks.
Killing curses as though it's walking through a park, handing out checks like he's got an unlimited supply of them. A living breathing powerhouse, a god even, some could say. He's young, a very young man, but he's already hailed by Jujutsu society and about anyone with a semblance of knowledge of who he was, The Strongest.
Fresh into adulthood and he's already considered one, if not the most notorious man in Jujutsu society, the potency he holds is incomparable to any other. Handsome too. Fluffy pearl white hair, legs for days, a nice build, toned, keeps it all maintained effortlessly, genetics or the such he thanks for it. A flirt in nature, girls fawned over him, how could they not? An attractive dashing young man such as himself of course they do.
Never been with one before though. A woman.
He didn't date in his teens, school was grueling, he was the strongest and he was busy, always. He could get a girl all buttered up on words sure, he has one hell of a mouth on him... Couldn't actually ask one out though, or kiss one, or get laid by one. His experience with them is non-existent. Truthfully, Gojo is as virgin as a virgin could be, he seems like he lacks in nothing, but relationships? He's clueless.
Yet here he is, married. Weaved into a union with a woman. The papers signed, wedding ceremonies done, vows out and said. Sealed his whole self to another, to you. And as are you, sewn into this 'relationship' same as he is to each other. Orchestrated by the hands of Clan elders, arranged before either of you had met each other.
Fourteen nights of sharing the same bed since, living together as spouses. It's odd, confusing, Gojo who bathes himself in self-assured composure twenty-four-seven, hasn't the faintest idea how this works. But, he is Satoru Gojo, he's hot shit, and you haven't had any complaints yet. Even if you're only two weeks into marriage, he's got this.
Just like he's got everything else in his life, he's sure of himself. The two of you have slowly, but surely gotten more comfortable with each other. Gojo does well, friendly and welcoming by nature, albeit it can come off as cockiness, he brings energy into every dinner you two share so it doesn't feel jarring and off-putting eating with basically a stranger who you'd call your spouse.
The times you touch, comes off as natural. A smooth one he is, Gojo, craftically slipping his hand by your ear to tuck a strand hair, nudging you awake in the morning effortlessly so you don't get startled. The touch of your knees when you sit beside each other. It feels natural, he makes it feel natural.
To you.
But Gojo? His brain is working in overdrive, has been since the day he took you home from the wedding. He didn't realize it at first, still full of himself in ever-lasting confidence, but as quickly as the first two weeks of being newlyweds went by, so did the semblance of stability he held in his ego. Neither of you had even shared a kiss yet. That should've happened by now, right?
Fuck.
Wait, should you two have fucked by now? Lord knows he's thought about it, a lot, he's a young man stocked full of endless libido. And you are his wife, and you're pretty. Every feather-light touch he's managed to sneak in effortlessly you seemed at ease in, but he's been mentally reeling if it's too far. Too inappropriate, but then again you are his wife.
He's your husband, you two are literally married, living together, sleeping together. Sleeping together only, of course, sex feels like something in the distant future. He'd hate to pressure you, especially since you two are just starting out, technically already locked in, till death do us part, but truly just at the start of companionship with each other.
But Gojo, is impatient and a bit aloof. He's not gonna push for anything, but when he saw the condoms at the store and thought 'Hey I have a girl now!' what else was he supposed to do? Immaturity at its finest considering how he's now sat with you, and the condoms stuffed into his back pocket while you two sit on the bed and you'd just shot down his sad attempt at flirting. With his own wife.
"...Is there something you wanna tell me?" Your eyes are glued to your phone as you ask, but he notices they flicker onto him. He's staring, isn't he? You've gotten used to it, his eyes just have a mind of their own, he can't help it he always looks like he's glaring even when he's not, and after a week spent with you sharing a home with him, he can't help himself but look at you. You're beautiful. And you're his.
"Maybe." He'll settle for being a smug little shit instead, still staring at you as he speaks.
"Maybe?" You repeat, putting down your phone in interest as he clearly tries to lure you to talk.
He hums, shrugging innocently and crawling to your side of the bed, used to be his but the night of your wedding you unknowingly took that side and he's been letting you rest on it since. Seamlessly, he pulls his face to yours in a swift but not sudden motion, his nose almost budding with yours.
There's a shared glance, a look into his eyes as he looks into yours, and the density of the air in the bedroom suddenly shoots up straight to 100. Ticklish bouts of his breath fanning lightly against your cheek while he smiles at you, expression, as always, never faltering. But movements telling. He takes your chin by his narrow fingers. You hadn't even seen them move to grasp your face, too transfixed on the look in his palpitating eyes instead.
"Can I kiss you?" There's a second, a moment for you to think, drawn out by the way his voice glides through your ears as he asks. Two weeks together, vowed to one another and you've found yourself caught in his gaze alone. You're starting to feel it, the drum of your heart responding to him.
And so, you nod, his grasp on your chin so gentle you don't even notice it's there holding your face near his as you do. It happens quickly, but it feels like an eternity, a good kind, a soft sort of mere milliseconds between the nod of approval and him moving forward catching your lips against his. His lips are soft, lulling against you and though brief has you leaning into him for more, slouching into him like you're calling for him to caress, to feel more of him in the moment, and he does that, his hands moving to wrap around your waist, pulling you into him.
Once it's done and you two, in natural timing, pull away with a slight wet plop noise breaking the silence you can see it in his eyes. Desire, need, and maybe, just maybe, love. It's small but it's there.
He meant it when he said he liked you, then on that first night, purely by expectation, you're his wife. Of course, he likes you, you're supposed to like him, he's your husband. But two weeks in and he's understanding it more, what it means to like someone, to have them as yours. To have you as his. His dazed expression from a kiss alone tells you that, this is real. He's married and he just kissed a girl, the girl he's promised his life to.
"..Gojo-" You murmur as he reels from the kiss and gathers himself, a goofy grin plastered on his hazed expression.
"Mhm~" He purrs at you, starting to get giddy.
"Are those condoms?" He blinks at your question, stare breaking from your eyes and your lips he'd left wet with his saliva he'd been caught up looking into, to where your eyes had turned to look. He follows your eyes and looks to see the box out of his pocket, crumpled slightly from him sitting on it, spilled open over the bed.
The rubbers are all over the bed.
His hands don't pull off the sides of your waist, and his smile doesn't falter. Instead, his smirk grows, and he turns back to look at you in the eyes again. Giddy expression is written all over his face, his fingers pulling you closer with ease, because you lean into it and situate yourself closer as he does so, responding to him.
"Yup!" Gojo Satoru has no room for shame. Much less with the pretty woman he has as a wife. Marriage, the foundation of family, what makes a house a home, as his elders told him, he's getting it now. Having you here only two weeks it's already starting to feel properly shared with you, his house, your home, both of yours home.

Could you please go more on Harry and Sirius and their relationship? I love them so much.
Honestly, yes. Like I think I already wrote most of what I think about them, (here, here, here, and here) but I love their dynamic so much and one of my pet peeves in fic is when Sirius is villainized for no reason and treated as a bad influence in Harry's life.
Like, Harry's life is lacking in competent adults he trusts, and I wanna talk about how much Harry trusts Sirius since I haven't covered that yet, I think.
Dumbledore is extremely competent, but Harry doesn't trust him. Snape is also extremely competent, but Harry would rather deal with whatever himself than tell Snape about it (except in life-and-death situations like at the end of OotP).
Then you have characters like Hagrid, who Harry trusts, and is definitely good intentioned, but not very competent. Molly and Arthur kinda fall into this category for the majority of the books.
Remus in book 3 came close. He's competent, and Harry likes him, but that trust and seeking of a relationship is one-sided. It's always Harry seeking Remus out, Remus doesn't want to be involved in Harry's life and keeps running away like Remus does. (There's a reason Harry keeps calling him "Lupin" in his head)
Then you have Barty/Fake Moody who is competent and Harry trusts and grows close to only to later be revealed to be a Death Eater during book 4.
Basically, Harry has a shitty track record with mentor figures in his life. Then comes Sirius, who loves him, wants to have a relationship with him, who is intelligent and competent (Especially during GoF), and who Harry feels he can trust.
Throughout GoF and OotP, whenever Harry has a problem, be it strange dreams from Voldemort, his scar hurting, the Triwizard Tournament, him just having a bad day, Umbridge, anything, the first person he goes to (or wants to go to), even before Ron and Hermione — is Sirius. And that is so important to me.
Like, growing up the way he grew up, Harry isn't the most trusting of kids. He often goes and acts heroic because he doesn't trust adults to do what needs to be done and so he feels like it's his responsibility. Sirius is the only adult in the books that when he tells Harry: "Stay away from it and let me check out what I can find out first", Harry listens. In GoF Sirius tells Harry not to leave school, and to watch out for Karkaroff, and Harry does so. He actually believes Sirius has his best interests and he lets him be a responsible adult in his life.
At least, more than he lets anyone else.
I did mention it in the past, but Harry feels just as responsible for Sirius as Sirius feels for Harry. Harry never got to be a child, so he doesn't exactly act like one.
At the beginning of GoF he tries to lie to Sirius that his scar doesn't actually hurt so Sirius would stay safe and away from Britain. Sirius doesn't buy it and comes anyway because Harry's safety is always Sirius' number 1 priority.
Even when his mental/emotional state deteriorates in OotP, he is mostly talking about endangering himself, not Harry.
And with this behavior, it's easy to see why Harry comes to trust Sirius so fast. Sirius is a connection to Harry's parents (something Harry's always looking for), he says he loves Harry and would do a lot for him (including escaping Azkaban by swimming as a dog across the North Sea), and it's clear he's prioritizing Harry in a way no one else has before.
Is Sirius' fixation on Harry's well-being necessarily healthy? Not exactly, I mean, there is a reason in all the airplane safety instructions they tell you to put on your own oxygen mask before you help someone else, and Sirius would definitely put the mask on Harry first. But given both their circumstances, this is honestly what they both need to feel a semblance of family.
Like, their connection, for both of them, is a kind of lifeline.
Harry needs to be the most important person to someone after he has been treated like nothing for years. And Sirius, I think, needs to care for someone else, to feel he is helping and doing something good. If he's helping Harry, he feels his own life has a purpose.
It's so very visible with Harry just how much of a lifeline Sirius became to him after such a short time. Like, I reread books 5 and 6 recently, and at the end of OotP, after Sirius dies, there is a shift in Harry. He stops caring as much.
What I mean is, there is a reason Harry has his "there's no reason to call me sir, Professor" moment in HBP. After Sirius dies, Harry loses his last bits of self-preservation. At the end of OotP he starts sassing Snape:
Malfoy’s hand flew toward his wand, but Harry was too quick for him. He had drawn his own wand before Malfoy’s fingers had even entered the pocket of his robes. “Potter!” The voice rang across the entrance hall; Snape had emerged from the staircase leading down to his office, and at the sight of him Harry felt a great rush of hatred beyond anything he felt toward Malfoy. . . . Whatever Dumbledore said, he would never forgive Snape . . . never . . . “What are you doing, Potter?” said Snape coldly as ever, as he strode over to the four of them. “I’m trying to decide what curse to use on Malfoy, sir,” said Harry fiercely. Snape stared at him.
(OotP, 851)
Snape is shocked, he doesn't even know what to say to that because Harry doesn't speak to him like that before. Before, even during the Occlumancy lessons, Harry is mostly polite because he feels he has to be. After Sirius dies, there's none of that. He's sassier, snappier, and angrier, and he carries that with him through HBP and DH. Said anger isn't just towards Snape. He snaps at Ron and Hermione throughout DH even without the Horcrux, and he lifts up Mundungus by the throat in HBP. I think a lot of his focus on Malfoy is because of how lost he feels throughout HBP. He goes out at Remus with his worst in DH when he wants to join them in the Horcrux hunt. I mean, Remus needed someone to talk sense into him, but Harry didn't need to be that mean.
What I'm saying is that when Sirius died, one of Harry's major lifelines was cut and he's in a weird sort of lashing out throughout HBP and DH. Yes, he knew Sirius for a very short time, but he was the person Harry trusted most in his life — and then he was gone.
It's not to say he never got angry at Sirius, Harry did, and that's natural and healthy, honestly. But it doesn't change the fact that in GoF and OotP when Harry needs to rant, needs someone to talk to, wants advice, he first goes to Sirius, then to everyone else.
I just feel so much about these two.

SSO Theory: The Fridge Doors and the Secret of Underground Jorvik
I'm stating up front, some of this is fact, some is educated guesswork, do with that what you will! Now, onto the theorizing!
Underground Jorvik is a mysterious place; collapsed mines, fridge doors, volatile minerals, strange noises at night; something strange is happening beneath our feet, and I might know what…
The Nightmare Institute!
The faction of Dark Core run by Darko, responsible for the creation of dark horses and other monsters.
The Nightmare Institute is mentioned only in fleeting moments that don't give away its size or location.
Now, let's put a pin in that for a moment and move onto the strange things happing beneath Jorvik!
First off, every mining operation on Jorvik seems to end in disaster. The Demascus Mine? Collapsed! The Silverglade Mine? Collapsed! The old Deep Core Mine? Collapsed!
The most recent mining attempt we're aware of on the island is GED's attempt to mine Drakonium in Old Hillcrest, which resulted in the entire town being abandoned and half their workers mysteriously vanishing.
In addition to all of these catastrophic mining attempts we also have the fridge doors! Do these things even need an introduction at this point? Four (but probably five) hatches in the ground spread throughout our in-game map whose positions seem to align with the points of a star, which is also one of the two symbols depicted on the hatches? These doors are hecka weird on every level!/pos They're unexplained. We've never been able to interact with them. The second symbol on them doesn't match anything else in the game. Spooky music plays when we approach them. At night beams of light come out of their windows. And some kind of machinery can be heard coming from them. They're weird!
There's one more oddity about them I haven't seen anyone mention. This conversation with Emma during the Purple Pony's Halloween party in 2018.
Considering that there's a fridge door in Golden Hills, near the racetrack, I assume this is what Emma is referring to! The creature she's describing sounds like a capran, remember this!
So, now we have two mysteries. Where is the Nightmare Institute and what's going on underground? I think one line of dialogue could be the answer to both these mysteries: they're the same mystery!
When we speak with Valdemar Buttergood in the One of Our Witches questline he mentions his son Scott believing in "secret tunnels beneath Jorvik connecting to an institute of corrupt creatures."
While some of Scott's paranormal beliefs have come across as outlandish, this feels far more credible than the usual moth-horse and Bighoof. We already know an institute exists that seemingly deals with "corrupt creatures," we just didn't know where. Likewise, we knew something was going on underground thanks to the presence of the fridge doors, local reports of strange sounds from underground, and numerous mining operations being plagued by misfortune.
But there's still a question left unanswered; what makes underground Jorvik so special?
The Nightmare Institute explains the strange sounds and Emma's monster (capran?) sighting by the Golden Hills hatch, but what about the minerals and gasses?
This is where my theory turns into speculation.
We know Jorvik is a volcanic island thanks to Garnok's Fury, meaning the island could potentially be riddled with lava tubes. Garnok's Fury is implied to be magical (Pandorian?) in nature, so I feel safe in assuming that its lava probably is as well.
If this is true it could explain everything. Lava tubes forged by mystical energy would probably be imbued with the same energy, explaining the dangerous minerals and gasses and possibly the presence of so-called "corrupt creatures." From all of the magical horses and companion pets in-game we know that prolonged exposure to magical energy can corrupt, or at least alter, wildlife, meaning whatever creatures took up residence in the lava tubes could be very strange. And we know GED has at least one dangerous creature on their hands in Hillcrest!
In the days of Deep Core's early mining operations, they likely discovered not only the tubes and how extensive they are, but also the strange minerals and creatures. I imagine that if this theory is true these tubes are probably an invaluable resource that Dark Core has been exploiting for YEARS! Dark Core has so many weird serums and pieces of tech, they've likely been utilizing their discoveries in the lava tubes and taking advantage of no one else has had success mining under Jorvik. Heck, Dark Core might even be deliberately sabotaging other mining attempts to monopolize whatever might be down there! GED's efforts in Hillcrest might have just slid under their radar because of them being too busy with their preparations for the reverse light ceremony!
Have I gotten too carried away with idea?/lh
This theory just makes SO much sense to me! I hope someone else finds it interesting and thank you for reading!

Undertale Yellow AU/UT and DR based-Ideas Ramble Post
You know, I haven't posted on this account for anything in YEARS besides reblogs and one Paper Mario: Origami King rant...
Anyway, had random assorted Undertale yellow AU and post pacifist/wider Undertale/deltarune world--related ideas I felt like spouting for fun because I'm back into Undertale brainworms and Twitter would suck for this, especially since I keep updating this. Feel free to use these ideas if you somehow see this and get inspired. Credit would be nice (at least cause I would like to see anyone turning these rambles into ideas) but really isn't necessary. These can easily veer off from the canon/creators of yellow and various AUs referenced (I've been really bad at keeping up with generally accepted versions of aus and the story for official ones), and I do not in ANY way want to imply my ideas are good or "proper" add-ons, just fun what-ifs that might break the rules. Also, I'm bad at coming up with good endings or full casts descriptions for a lot of these concepts (sorry Dalv) so feel free to do them yourself
UNDERTALE YELLOW SPOILERS OBVIOUSLY
*Undertale background (and yellow lore ideas):
-Clover is the first human to fall after Flowey's "birth"
-if Berdly has an unseen Undertale counterpart (he's the only one who never has a reference or family member referenced unless you think the drunk bird in grillby's is related), martlet is like his way older cousin.
-martlet stole the serum from true lab while everyone was still fallen down, soon after alphys made the first injections, hence why alphys is willing enough to chance leaving the lab open and why martlet isn't as shocked/traumatized as she might have been if she saw amalgamates. She wasn't familiar enough to recognize kanako/a child resembling chujin (how she might have expected them), but she was also focused on sneaking in and out so she wouldn't have paid much attention until reflecting during pacifist.
-Kanako is part of the amalgam that tucks in frisk, since she remembers it being comforting when she was a kid. Also, this is just a story idea but I can imagine her being a bit special/unique when everyone started melting, perhaps the first to get up and last to melt or vice versa (I think the former cause her soul was probably holding on a bit longer since because of the boss monster and existing determination injection sustaining her longer)
-undertale yellow takes place just before the monsters who became amalgamates woke up (since alphys said she called everyone and probably wouldn't have been so chipper in the journal if one monster wasn't still getting up, and Ceroba says she hadn't heard anything and there's no mention of other monsters getting news of their relatives) and subsequently melted. In other words, amalgam kanako doesn't happen until after the events of pacifist (that said, I wrote some au ideas on the idea of her amalgamating before anyway)
-the snowdin attack took place in upper snowdin, which is why there's way more guards stationed there. Additionally, that was one of the last events of Undertale counterpart rudy's life, and he helped asgore restore trust and calmness in the days after the event. His girls were too young to remember. Lastly, sans and papyrus briefly drew suspicion for their human frames, but both pretty quickly disarmed residents of suspicion.
-The reason that Clover was the only one to ever travel through yellow locations (the other humans may have at least explored other parts of the underground and just died in Frisk-explored locations) is because they're some of the farthest possible places from the Castle. Even slightly more direct routes would have gotten them killed, hence Flowey pushing them on a roundabout path
-Undertale's Gaster (I have a seperate pet theory about how there's one from Undertale who fell into Deltarune, and another who originates there) made the core but fell into Deltarune before clover arrived, and there he has some major interaction with sans and papyrus that follows them back in Undertale where they get here after Clover
-The boss monster gene is normally inherent only in goat-esque monsters, so by default they're the only boss monsters, but it can be transferred from goat monsters to non-goat monster children (normally undetected), and it was in Chujin's family for years (this is mostly just me coping on my different definition of boss monster)
-Ceroba's family were naturally gifted towards magic and one of the more important families on the surface, to the point that a few remnants of their tradition remained aboveground where they eventually become (one of many) inspirations for Mew Mew Kissy Cutie (without the humans knowing the monster background), hence the bell motifs both share. Underground life has kind of quashed most boundaries that aren't "the royal family," but Chujin was marrying above his paygrade (both had a strong mutual love)
--As a combination of the above, Kanako would probably have been one of the most Naturally gifted/powerful monsters short of the Dreemurrs thanks to both her mother's magic and father's boss monster DNA. However, she probably wouldn't have had a need to significantly develop those powers (kind of like how Toriel is naturally powerful but not really a warrior).
-Ceroba has a slight Japanese accent (like someone who has both mastered English and speaks it commonly enough) that's usually burried underneath the underground's default (like every species had some dialect and accent pre-Ebott that's faded over time), but if she gets angry it FLARES up
-Likewise, Starlo has an exaggerated cowboy accent (I personally think of Mad Dog in the Live a Live dub with the southeastern-slant given his showmanship), but when the mask (and hat) drops, it turns into softspoken midwestern farmboy.
-Chara only bonds to Frisk because they share an affinity for determination and Frisk landing on their grave was close enough to hit something. Clover isn't attuned enough for that to happen.
-sans, alphys, and Asgore know about all the Yellow locations (though Alphys is too shut in to ever visit anywhere besides the mew mew arcade machine), Undyne has been to the dunes and mine and is old enough to know of the steamworks but never visit, while she respects the Wild East just enough to avoid visiting herself and causing trouble (personally, she probably thinks they're just a bunch of slackers who aren't helping out monsterkind given her views of mettaton, but she can at least respect their passion ). Papyrus doesn't know about the steamworks but has been out to the dunes once or twice. Toriel has been shut in and away too long to know of the steamworks and doesn't know the dunes dried out.
*Undertale yellow post-pacifist (and just Undertale post-pacifist):
-Flowey left his main save after Clover's death, after realizing both neutral and any pacifist didn't get anywhere, and due to a mix of pity/respect (though he wouldn't admit it, clover sacrificing their soul for monsterkind reminds him of Chara) and pragmatism, he keeps his ("main" if reular flowey has multiple) save file permanently after their death even if he CAN reset to his creation. (Of course, he's still toyed with the timline THOUSANDS of times before Clover fell--since they only fell after he already tried everything and just waited, he's not too torn up about never going back while he plays around with his new circumstances for a while)
-The only ones who know most of what happened to Clover are Martlet, Starlo, and Ceroba. They told Asgore that Clover was a good kid, but nothing about how they steered Ceroba off her path
--likewise, no one but Clover and Ceroba (and Flowey) knew that Ceroba is responsible for Kanako falling down. Starlo (and some of the rest of the Feisty Five) has suspicions Ceroba hid SOMETHING about the nature of Kanako falling down beyond what she reveals out loud in pacifist, but would never suspect what happened, and both he and Martlet were knocked out for the fight (plus, Clover was seeing a memory) so neither caught what happened. There is absolutely some angst potential of Ceroba admitting what happened and it temporarily straining her friendship with Starlo.
-Undertale is about 2 years after (I normally headcanon that it's decades apart for humans but for this game I'd let it slide). There's not much obvious aging or change outside whats apparent in the credits from character development (dalv is a little more outgoing, Ceroba starts to live a little, starlo goes back to the farm more often) but Martlet is probably marginally more organized and a tad more matured in terms of appearance.
- The cast is mostly uninvolved with UT, but at least one of them (probably martlet or Dalv--ceroba is still a little bitter about mettaton costing Chujin his job and Starlo might avoid the show out of respect to her) catch Frisk on Mettaton's show with clover's gun and hat. Your call whether they respect that Clover's tools protect another kid beyond the grave or see that moment as disrespecting their memory (Martlet is probably the most understanding, Starlo the least), but after the barrier is broken they at least appreciate that Frisk used Clover's belongings to achieve justice for monsterkind
-During the photoshop flowey fight, clover was kept on lock the longest since he knew more of what their soul was capable of.
-The Wild East/Dunes and steamworks aren't used as hiding spaces in genocide because even if clover was pacifist, monsters know humans have gotten there before, and Alphys isn't taking chances compared to how true lab can be locked down.
-the souls can briefly "sense" clover while everyone is absorbed by Asriel, and toward the end of the fight as monsters inside gain their memories back, they don't exactly "talk" again but at least gain a sense of closure and fulfillment from Clover. No one quite knows what happened after the fight, but the gang feels a little better about Clover for some reason.
-Ceroba meets amalgam Kanako in both the evacuation and post-pacifist. At first, she'd hold it against Alphys (after the initial despair at seeing her daughter transformed), enough to even attack alphys, but she comes to admit what happened is just as much her responsibility. On post-pacifist, Kanako is calm enough (thanks to Frisk) and sentient enough for it to be a real reunion, and like most amalgams doesn't hold it against alphys enough to lash out, which at least eases Ceroba.
-toriel gets some closure on what happened to clover when she wants to honor the fallen humans and asgore directs her to ceroba. She doesn't get the full story but enough to know they gave their soul up willingly. Even though the two in the past probably would have disliked each other (Ceroba disliking Toriel for giving up on her husband, and Toriel for what Ceroba did to both kanako and Clover), Ceroba would have mellowed out enough to respect toriel's decision. Toriel would be more standoffish but at least sees Ceroba as less of a coward than asgore who was motivated by love of her family.
-any monsters who befriended previous humans plus yellow's main cast and toriel hold a funeral for the humans who died (Asgore may attend out of penance, and other monsters out of guilt but not as the primary attendees), Toriel is probably the only one (besides family if any are left) that cares for integrity sadly...
-On the surface, Starlo becomes involved in those western town recreations, and Martlet still doesn't quite have a direction to take her life in and winds up in various odd-jobs for a while, but she appreciates the newfound freedom. Dalv isn't quite a pro yet, but his organ playing nets him the occasional music festival appearance, and in-between he works on his kid's books. Ceroba would mainly be occupied just trying to keep amalgam kanako happy (though if there's a connection between her background and Japan, she at least visits a few shrines together) and when she doesn't visit her friends, she's working together with other amalgam families on treatment.
-Honeydew inn becomes the main nature resort of the underground for surface visitors (comparatively snowed Inn is more of a rest stop for tourists travelling and not so much staying)
-The connection to the surface eventually results in the resources for reflowering portions of the dunes, and the mines remain a source of mineral wealth for monsterkind.
-The steamworks gets "restored" (cleaned out of important tools and research properly, and physically repaired but out of practical operation outside as a museum) post-pacifist. Most robots choose to stay in the only home they know (and could operate in) but any capable of moving at least have the freedom to leave, and it's now run as a historical location with Axis occasionally involved in tours (when he's not exploring the concept of freedom himself). Alphys contributes to the restoration work due to a combination of guilt for "faking" mettaton's nature and putting a lot of scientists out of a job, and Ceroba realizing she's still one of the best tech specialists left in the underground and asking for her help (and alphys naturally feels she owes it to her as a family member of an amalgamate).
*General AU Idea I had regarding Kanako as Flowey/an Equivalent
-Kanako takes on a similar role to Flowey after a combination of Ceroba's soul essence injection and alphys' determination injections (Ceroba never told Alphys that there's already some injected in her) overload her past the amalgam point and her body melts too much to even hold together, eventually dusting and settling into a white flower from the steamworks that Alphys had been loaned for an experiment. She grows the same lack of empathy and desire for thrill/power that drives flowey as lack of emotions and the ability to reset erodes her unwillingness to kill (as usually develops as a result of gaining reset power: see meta narrative on Frisk/Chara/the player). Eventually, this drives her to seek the souls and see what she could do with more power. her philosophy outside of those goals is that people only ever use each other as a means to an end, and trust or faith in others is a painful dead end (Chujin's plan and Ceroba's work hurt Kanako and she cynically sees it as an attempt at creating/clinging to legacy, she realized Alphys faked her credentials and was using the DT injections just for reputation, and she eventually realizes Asgore doesn't reaaaaally want to free his citizens the way he promised them but is too afraid to be honest and destroy their trust). There's an element of "kill or be killed" but based more in the belief that inherent selfishness means those who don't use others will be used. The integrity soul human themself isn't really present, but their LV, though filtered, made it easier for Kanako to start hurting others.
-outside her general philosophy being a bit different and putting down her parents and their friends a bit more (similar to Flowey holding more cynical views of his parents) her actions are like flowey for most of the game (so she largely masks her philosophy and her personal belief that she and Clover are trying to use each other). the only noticeable difference is that she's less reliant on pellets and more on energy infused attacks given the nature of the flower she's attached to. Part of her snapping in neutral in addition to just generally being angry clover won't open the way to killing asgore after years of trying to get them there is that she's PISSED clover would be so "stupid" as to throw their safety away by trusting Martlet. The inside of her head would have less of Flowey's self-harm elements and be marginally less twisted (it "helps" she isn't dealing with lingering remnants of Chara's mentality or death from humans like Asriel did) but instead there'd be a sense of loss of self from the amalgam experience she briefly felt manifesting as melty, goopy horror, and the fear she felt both then, and as a child when integrity attacked (and subconsciously, the fear Integrity held as Axis blew their head off).
-despite the Asriel comparisons I also really wanna try not making her mostly just "Asriel but UT yellow character." (which is also why I can't come up with an ending scenario since I feel it could rip off Asriel too much). I do think flowey's role in UTY works really work because it IS flowey and not someone like him (whether like his UT or UTY selves), I just also had the idea kanako might be flowey during my playthrough and I REALLY wanna explore that .
**variation of the above but placing the timeline further back.
-I have a less developed idea that sees this as part of a larger AU where yellow takes places before flowey or alphys. Chujin loses his job due to the core shutting down steamworks labs and the axis prototype incident ensuring he doesn't get to work as an individual researcher. The Integrity attack happens when kanako was just a baby, then a decade later is when chujin dies and Ceroba starts the serum plan. After kanako becomes fallen down, Ceroba does another injection since she's desperately clinging to the belief that chujin's idea HAS to work.
-That much human soul essence contains enough DT for it to partially melt Kanako and seemingly destroy her sentience, but her boss monster DNA (and the fact that it's not pure DT but filtered through human essence like its supposed to) keeps her soul and form resilient enough to survive as solo amalgamate. Ceroba keeps her locked in the Ketsukane house out of a mix of shame, fear of losing all her friends, and fear that Asgore would ask other scientist to poke at Kanako's soul (Ceroba herself would admit that she really isn't sure herself which one dominates her thinking, but it's probably more selfish than she would like). She tries her best to at least talk to her, feed her and comfort her while maintaining the facade of a normal life (she tells everyone Kanako got sick and passed away, and it was too much to bear to bring anyone to her funeral) Kanako slowly becomes less and less responsive. Months before Clover falls, Kanako's body comes into contact with a white flower from the steamworks, and the remnants of her soul jump into on after sensing a stable, "living" body, awakening as her time's version of flowey.
-I don't have too much of an idea for the ending of Clover's journey, but in this version Ceroba has at least given up on using Kanako for a monster soul and instead is aiming for Asgore's. Part of the shock of the Ketsukane household portion would not just be the tapes, but the fact that Kanako's now motionless, amalgamated body can be found right after. It's initially assumed to be from Chujin's research before the truth comes out.
-this probably breaks a TON of rules of both undertale and Yellow, so if anyone has a less stupid sounding version of this, it would be neat (and also how it would somehow end in such a way as to not interfere with Undertale)
*species swap/overtale yellow/monster clover:
- clover is a fox monster for a kanako parralel just as how Frisk and Chara are commonly goat monsters. Their aesthetic still leans on western cultural ideas about foxes as opposed to kitsune elements, with the hat over their ears plus scarf over their nose in populated areas hiding enough facial features to pass as human.
-martlet's wings are a carpentry invention she made to make her job easier. They aren't exactly the most reliable equipment...
-All the robots are largely the same (since they aren't monsters), though there's an implication that integrity's monster counterpart's dust has had some unnatural effect on Axis' personality (nowhere near asriel's rebirth). Chujin had BADDLY underestimated how fragile monsters can be.
-one of the uncomfortable facts that clover is confronted with towards the end of each route is that if the monsters who fell (or however your take goes) died, there would be no real way to know what dust is theirs or where they are.
-part of the reason clover stands a chance is because their gun, unlike the rest of clover, is not magic but instead physical with a bit of extra kick from magic infusion. And a murder-high/genocide route naturally gets a little bloody... (though most would at least be "clean" enough shots through the chest)
-in each route, clover undergoes their own "undying"-esque transformation based on overwhelming justice that feeds into determination, resulting in the equivalent of their big shot mode. In neutral, flowey reducing them to their soul in his mind means their magic is no longer tied to a body or the danger of the real world and can desperately concentrate on self defense, in pacifist, Ceroba lands a clean hit and clover's sense of betrayal and desire for a just end pushes them to take one last stand (regardless of pacifist outcome, they don't have a strong enough soul for it to last forever). In Geno, axis manages to land the same killing blow he did on integrity, and clover is strong enough to spend the remainder in their undying mode. Asgore manages to actually land his own fatal blow, but clover survived long enough to kill him and take his soul, leaving it ambiguous if it saves them.
*what-if: Ceroba succeeds in capturing Clover's soul
-basically what it says. Ceroba manages to get clover all the way to true lab (including pushing past alphys and mettaton) before Starlo warns them (or alternatively, if for some reason Flowey didn't reset the timeline when she takes Clover's soul in the pacifist fight). After the initial shock in true lab, Ceroba realizes one of the amalgams is Kanako. Even though part of her admits her plan won't work with the state her daughter's soul is in, she's too desperate to reverse her daughter's condition and after coming across Alphys' entry 17 (unused in-game, but her speech on how monsters can't handle DT), backstabs Clover in the hopes that their soul can act as a weight on the determination that overloaded the amalgam's body. Flowey's aversion to true lab plus the speed and chaos of events happening make him too slow to control the timeline since the amalgamate has enough determination to go beyond his file (a full human soul plus a DT injection plus a human essence injection plus boss monster DNA plus other monsters). The body stabilizes into a chimera, and all the monsters in the amalgam plus clover have their own sense of self and degree of control over their body (picture Asriel + Chara but way more chaotic, with kanako and clover as the ones most commonly in control). Everybody is confused and terrified, and Angst and tragedy ensue. Kanako isn't really happy that an innocent human had to die for her sake, and Clover is caught between anger at being betrayed, and their own recognition of the injustice Kanako and all the amalgamated monsters have endured.
*"Ketsukane Reborn"/Clover shares a soul with Kanako
-not my idea at all (there are quite a few cool takes on this), but yeah, clover shares their soul with Kanako similar to Dreemurr Reborn. Kanako has less angst about Clover giving up their soul (they're still sorry of course, but they didn't ever try to hurt Clover, and clover gave their soul up since it wouldn't be just to let them suffer so they're okay enough with what happened) and the two can be surprisingly in-sync with a mix of Kanako's enthusiasm (Kid was hopeful enough that her parent's serum would work) and Clover's desire for justice, compared to Asriel/Frisk being a bit more solemn and differing
-Since both of them keep their eyes open, the main way to tell who's more in control is the eye hue: Brown for Kanako, and Yellow for Clover.
-The monster side of the soul offers support in shooting sections with the same additions that ralsei and susie provide during spamton Neo (with the protection closer to Ceroba's diamond shields).
-Ceroba absolutely broke down SOBBING in a mix of joy and sadness to have her daughter back and for how much Clover gave. Clover assuring her it was okay was one of the first times they manifested.
-If they ever actually meet Dreemurr Reborn Asriel/Frisk, Asriel talks with Clover a lot apologizing for all he put them through, and Kanako talks with Frisk thanking them for not fearing her in True Lab.
-the human essence in kanako was the only reason why her body was even stable enough to absorb Clover's soul (clover confirmed this themselves before they gave it up), but even still, she does feel that it's unfair she got a second chance that no other amalgamates did. As they get older, the two search the world for the history of monster souls to see if there's any cure.
*Underswap yellow:
-I don't have ideas for most swaps since the cast mostly don't come in pairs, but in a role but not personality swap AU, Ceroba would swap with starlo and goes full weeaboo running the Far West. She's not anime weeb (though that's her equivalent to western movies as research material) but more like, glorious Nippon, edo-era, ken-sama shit. Starlo is a peaceful enough farmer who packs a gun after seeing its power in his interactions with human culture (if clover swaps, he got the gun they left behind). Ceroba is moreso putting on act of overblowing what is "tradition" while making it more "trendy" based on human trash in waterfall in order to appeal to other monsters even though she wants to honor her family's legacy (not just her immediate family but ancestors), and Starlo leans into it more than Ceroba does for him. The culmination of the arc would more be her frustration with a self-imposed obligation to put up an act that celebrates the human alterations and ignores how her family really was, compared to Starlo getting too caught up in the act
-If clover does swap with another human, it's either patience (a la their items appearing in the ruins in ts!underswap) or integrity (as the major human of yellow's backstory). Whoever swapped with clover is the one going through the journey with yellow's cast and theming is closer to their soul, while clover went through the events the original human they swapped with did.
-Asgore, Toriel, undyne, napstablook, and Temmie are mostly the same as however you view/prefer their underswap selves. Running with the doll idea, neutral ending Temmie's memories feature a lot of ripped apart and mutilated dolls and stuffing, and an "odd" focus on a lack of arms... On Geno route they get absolutely ripped to shreds as their plush's body parts come off.
--Alternatively, going with the Asriel and Chara swap (the other one I usually see), then Chara-as-Flowey would DETEST Clover the instant their mask slips in neutral/genocide. They still wouldn't reveal their backstory, but there would be hints at the fact that they're pretty familiar with humans and have a VERY low impression of humanity (Clover's counterpart not excluded), even if circumstances have lowered their empathy for monsters as well. During true pacifist, Clover's counterpart's act of selflessness for the sake of monsterkind earns their begrudging respect, while during Geno, Chara-flowey promises them that they aren't all powerful and will have consequences some day like all humans (I've never really seen a consistent elaborated form of this swap so I kind of just ran with my own ideas of it, without too much personality swapping)
*Underfell Yellow
-I forget the general plot/backstory people go with and I haven't seen the original version in YEARS so I don't have much for Undertale/fell cast members who appear, aside that flowey was genuinely siding with Clover most of the journey and sends them away from toriel for their safety (from Toriel or the rest of the underfell underground is your call). Clover gives him the okay to move on without them once they realize there's no route in which Clover escapes without massive amounts of dustshed, but he's still shaken by losing them and it affects his relationship with Frisk on top of Frisk's connection to Chara.
-Martlet is motivated by a desire to climb the royal guard's (or their underfell equivalent) promotion ladder by ANY means for the power and prestige it brings. she tries to fake being clover's ally but is really, really bad at hiding her intentions so they usually avoid any backstab easily enough. She really shouldn't be qualified for the job, but she managed to cheat the initial results and competition for a position.
-starlo I already saw a cool bandit concept for and there is no improving on that
-ceroba's life went on a downward spiral ever since she married chujin only for him to become a disgraced, laughingstock of a scientist and leave the family broke, and then went on to focus all his efforts on soul and robotics projects with no care for the family before he had the "decency" to pass away. Ceroba is baddly shaken, and without realizing it, starts emotionally manipulating Kanako with the idea that her mother works very hard, is very tired, and needs more help to care for her child (not untrue, but Kanako thinks it's her fault). After discovering Chujin's serum idea, Ceroba becomes borderline negligent trying to create the injection, with Kanako finding out and putting herself forward as a test subject in the belief that anything to help her mom is good. Ceroba at this point is too desperate to even question if she shouldn't do this, and we all know what happens next (though Kanako coming under the care of Underfell alphys is pretty bad...). All she has left is a degrading existence as a paid assistant to starlo's gang, having given up on her husband's plan or that Kanako might recover, but Clover's pure soul has given her a new plan that might salvage her family's dignity
-chujin has actively tuned up axis to be as much of a human murder machine as he can be after the first murder, partly to spite asgore and the royal guard by showing his creation is superior to anything they could ever hope to do, and partly out of a burning hatred of humanity. Axis has a sympathetic personality from his initial creation when chujin was less bitter and exploring the potential of artificial intelligence for good, but it's buried amongst data screaming at him to kill humans, and little is left for monsters or robots besides indifference (in a bit of blatant symbolism, his heart never lights up or flashes), In his more comical moments, think of abridged android 16 if he didn't have a bird interest.
*Outertale Yellow:
-Okay I really have nothing for this except the fact that at least one "star fox" joke with the Ketsukanes (and also Martlet, froggits, and any rabbit NPC) would be very funny to me.
*Storyshift Yellow:
-This one I don't have real ideas for at all (especially because I'm embarrassingly behind on the reboot and I don't wanna put lazy headcanons on it), but if Clover somehow fell before Chara (considering how neither of the skeletons are referenced in UTY), their fate would influence how the Dreemurrs attempt to keep Chara alive.
-Sans immediately pulls out his instant kill cage on clover in flawed pacifist unlike asgore having dodgeable attacks, and admits how blatantly unfair it is. On Geno, he would normally try to put up a fight during genocide even if recognized he would eventually lose, but he sees Clover's fight with Martlet's equivalent and admits he can't even hope to delay clover or make them reset enough as soon as he realizes they have counters for his tricks (laser during his turn which makes it much harder to dodge, attacking outside of battle, the natural advantages of resetting) after one or two reloads. He does manage to leave them with a comment asking whether the slaughter and chaos and hatred that will follow was worth it or just.
*Inverted Fate:
-I don't really have anything concrete for this either since I admittedly missed a lot of backstory, plus the creator already said Clover's journey would be incompatible with the the AU (and I'm not creative enough to imagine where/"when" most of the yellow cast would be in IF's world). That said, as a what-if, I do think It'd be neat if Flowey went through Yellow before the timeline reset and that a part of Asriel was still affected by that time with Clover (if only for how they weren't Chara, just as how he's dismissive of Frisk, as further evidence to himself of Chara's importance and specialness).
-I do think Martlet could also be interesting to examine due to anti-human sentiment becoming much more normalized thanks to both the backstory and Undyne's actions. Martlet would be a more dedicated member of the Royal Guard (and a little older than she is in UTY) who wouldn't be as friendly to frisk, but she can't help but have doubts.
*Poketale Yellow/pokemon themed AU where everyone is a Pokemon/Mystery Dungeon choices:
-Clover is a Jolteon
-flowey is a sunflora
-decibat is noibat,
-Dalv is crobat (I could find surprisingly few vampire-esque pokemon)
-martlet is quaxwell (she evolves in Geno route. and I know she's not a duck but I found surprsingly few good blue bird pokemon besides ducklett)
-bailador is Hawlucha,
-starlo is like a junior Solgaleo (mainly on account of his parents, and I just can't see cosmoem or staryu working well. Feel free to make them work or come up with a better fit like a special solrock or minior)
-Ceroba is Ninetales (she usually hides her tails outside of battle, and they only show in full for the pacifist final)
-chujin is thievul
-Kanako is a vulpix, but she has a few traits of a thievul
-axis is golett.
(Feel free to put any of your own ideas for them, i'm sure i missed some new pokemon that are better fits. I just like Jolteon clover to go with Eevee frisk)
*Dreemurr/Ketsukane Swap (including Chara with the Dreemurrs).
-The dreemurrs aren't royalty, but rather "just" the monster equivalent of nobility, while the ketsukanes sit on the throne. King Chujin has a much less trusting view of humanity, but the Dreemurrs pleaded to him that an exception be made so long they ensured Chara never hurt anyone. As there was less pressure to be the "future" of monsters, Chara never developed the same sense of responsibility or duty to destroy the barrier for monsterkind. Their hatred of humanity remained though, and combined with their exposure to more average monsters and the sense that they were a burden on monsterkind, they wanted to be part of a "weapon" for all of their family's fellow monsters. They convinced Asriel to go ahead with their plan hoping that their fused soul might contain the essence necessary to empower all monsters to take revenge with a source of near infinite determination. Asriel/Chara stayed hidden from society after convincing asgore and Toriel that Chara died of a natural illness and the fusion was an accident, and begging that no one find out what happened lest they become saddled as monsterkind's saviors (really because chara wants all monsterkind to be powerful enough for war first and doesn't want them to have false hope until the power is in their hands). They secretly worked together with Chujin to extract the essence of their soul after convincing him of the potential and banking on his general distrust of humanity and faith in science to free monsterkind. Chujin realizes it's risky but after Chara already sacrificed themselves for this plan, he can't refuse.
- As kids who didn't fully think things through and a king working in secret without other scientists, the plan did not work at all. The Raw energy of Chara and Asriel's determination basically went berserk in response to an extraction attempt, leaving the fusion as an amalgamate constantly melting and reforming from attempts to save and load. Chujin was too guilt-ridden to tell the truth of what happened to Asgore and Toriel, so he lied to them that Asriel/Chara broke into his personal lab and tried the experiment on themselves and died, begging the Dreemurrs to tell everyone else it was a disease so that no one questions the sudden disappearance of a human. The body is too well hidden for the Dreemurrs to question anything at first, and they leave to grieve.
-Asgore is the first to realize something is off and eventually finds the amalgamate. He comes close to killing Chujin in rage for hiding his children's survival and mutation, but is stopped at the last second by Asriel (just sentient enough to protect Chujin since it was partly his and Chara's fault, but unable to communicate that to Asgore) Chujin swears that he thought finding them like this would be worse than thinking they died, then promises that if Asgore keeps this a secret to everyone, then the two can work towards a cure. Asgore hates that he was lied to, but still believes that Chara and Asriel tried to extract the essence on their own, so he accepts the proposal as Chujin's form of apology. Asgore works himself ragged through tests on his soul seeing if the growth between boss monster parents and children or a stable boss monster soul might reform the children, far past the safety point that Chujin recommends, but nothing works. As his condition pushes past the point of no return, Chujin finally realizes that another human soul would be the only thing powerful enough to restore the children, and bitterly passes the information on to Asgore, believing it's hopeless one would appear like Chara.
-This whole time, Asgore kept everything a secret from Toriel even as she became worried about his health. On his deathbed, he admits the truth (as he knows it) to her and apologizes for lying about their children since he didn't want her to see them so disfigured, but with no hope for recovery they have been secretly transported home without chujin's knowledge (leaving him constantly afraid they may one day reappear). Asgore begs Toriel to keep the same promise of secrecy and tells her that a human soul is Asriel and Chara's only hope. Toriel is infuriated with Chujin but out of Asgore's wishes, she never tells anyone and keeps them hidden, while planning to take a human soul should the chance ever arise
-Toriel DESPISES herself for the killing she's planning to do even if it's for saving her kids (that it's for them is the only reason she even takes this path), and though she believes that Asgore and Chujin both lied to her (the later not receiving any sympathy), she still blames herself for everything that led to the transformation even though she really is innocent ("if only I paid more attention") and is caught between her protective urges and her mission. She fights with a cult-like animal mask based on a goat (like a stereotypical image of Pagan, fertility European religions), giving her longer horns and a generally demonic appearance.
*Deltarune / Deltarune Yellow (whether it's the Yellow Cast in regular Deltarune or in Hometown's past is your call, but most of these apply to the former):
-Martlet is stuck doing a bunch of odd jobs around hometown since she hasn't really decided on a careeer or college. She's related to Berdly as a way older cousin, and the age gap that puts her in higher end of asriel's age group means they don't really hang out much.
-Dalv is another shut-in, though he occasionally submits anonymous organ recordings and children's books to the library.
-Decibat is one of the workers at the library and can be most counted on to shush anyone, even anyone else trying to shush someone.
-Starlo runs a movie watching club focused on westerns. The rest of the feisty five put up with it but each has their own genres they prefer
-Bailador runs a really weird dance aerobics program at a local gym.
-the Ketsukanes would be one of the more notable families in town like the Dreemurrs and Holidays (like how Toriel runs the school, asgore ran the police, and Noelle's mom is the mayor) due to chujin being a capable inventor (in his case, less authority in town and more out of town fame that trickles back home) and his and ceroba's families both having lived there for decades, but he had a pretty big falling out incident with Dreemurrs regarding their choice to adopt Kris (he didn't trust having a human in the community, let alone the chief of police having one). After that public blowup with Asgore, Kris was mysteriously attacked in the woods while alone, and while there was no official evidence of who did it (Kris was too young and too hurt to remember) and no one was charged, rumors quickly singled out chujin and his reputation was destroyed, since no one wanted to be friendly to someone who hurt a Dreemurr (though most townsfolks are more worried about Toriel, asgore, and Asriel's feelings than kris'). The family moved away to a city where he works with the tech and robotics companies he already designed for. They generally dress more like a "modern" Japanese family (e.g. Kanako wears a school uniform), though chujin isn't quite a salaryman.
-Ceroba occasionally visits to talk with her old friend Starlo and pay respects to family buried in the town cemetery, but otherwise she's grown distant from most of the people living there and has awkward talks about her family's new life which are mostly done out of politeness obligations. She isn't distrusting of Kris like Chujin is, but given the nature of Chujin leaving, they're naturally not comfortable around each other (she wishes Kris could remember what happened that day and exonerate her husband, while Kris knows it wasn't chujin and feels guilty for being unable to absolve him, but they still dread thinking about that attack and being reminded of those who refuse to accept them as part of other monsters), and Toriel is very cold toward Ceroba since that's the closest person to chujin she can take out her anger on.
-Kanako was pretty young at the time (she's currently Asriel's age, and left when she was just 7 or 8 when Kris was a newly adopted younger sibling), so she's not too close to Asriel and Dess' school group and she never really knew Kris' school group (she's never met Susie before the events of Deltarune, and she only saw Kris once or twice due to her father's hostility--she mostly knows Noelle and catti thanks to her time with their older sisters). The rare times she visits with her mom during summer is her mostly just her seeing what's changed, telling her old class what city life is like and awkwardly trying to get to know the town's teens as an older teen/young adult (most of them are weirded out since they don't really know her except from their parents talking about chujin unfavorably, Kris is too quiet and too uncomfortable about what happened to get close, and Noelle's own problems with Dess make it hard to talk since the original in-between point for them is now gone). She might have ended up as Asriel and Dess' friend or at least someone they occasionally talk to online since they were too young to fully get what happened or blame her, but Dess' disappearance left just Asriel and kanako, and the ketsukane-dreemurr family history made it too awkward to talk as just the two of them, so they stopped keeping up around high school.
- Some of Chujin's old concept sketches on an automated police robot that can still be found in the station's files are basically axis without the steampunk pipes or heart design. If one file was part of the dark world it would resemble a sleeker axis insecure about being incomplete, with the spare requirement being to "finish" him (if you do so, he ends up falling in love with the machine to thrash your ass). Noelle's cool robot face is needed to briefly placate him since his facial recognition concept was never exactly well developed (blame chujin's biases for making him associate human faces with criminals, and not really working out a monster face)
-clover is a kid in asriel's age group who happens to both go to the same college as him, and was friends with kanako in high school (ironically, as much as chujin didn't want a human in hometown, he accepted that in a city would realistically be impossible to keep kanako away from any. Most what keeps him away from hometown is his pride + sunk cost fallacy at this point). However, clover doesn't realize Asriel and kanako knew each other for a while since they (clover) never saw a need to bring up one to the other, and the two of them didn't ever mention the past (and kanako herself goes to a different college). That connection would only come up as part of any storyline you do
*Deltatraveler yellow:
-note: I know that deltatraveler has a set plan of chapters, and I doubt this could freely drop in-between any of them with no trouble--this is just a what-if I can see happening towards the end of the journey, but at least before toontown. Also, I would not assume by default that Kris Susie or Noelle know any of the Deltarune counterparts I imagined above, since they're coming from a universe closer to the Deltarune we know.
-Neutral: Kris, susie, and Noelle all get dropped into the steamworks (at a point between its shutdown and Clover entering) and accidentally turn on Axis. Shenanigans ensue, including Noelle pulling out a cool robot face that manages to placate Axis multiple times as Kris sneaks away and Susie getting pissed off at the lab puzzles. She and Noelle get stuck in the factory and they come out with the guide robot screen stuck on susie's weapon. Kris gets stuck in the lab and deals with both Axis and Yellow's Flowey who's confused about how his Determination is being overridden and tries to kill Kris, though before a fight can happen Axis interferes. The rest of the gang doesn't entirely realize they're in a version of the underground (no monsters besides sans, and they aren't familiar enough with the references to other people/places) until Kris tells Susie they ran into Flowey again, and on cue he appears. Since he's a different flowey who doesn't know the rest of them vs the main one tailing them, Susie can instantly cut the bullshit with him and tries to take him out, but once again Axis interferes, and UTY flowey leaves. After the encounter, the main chapter 1 Flowey appears unbeknownst to anyone and plans to use the experience with his counterpart to get a better read on how to deal with Kris, Susie, and Noelle.
-sans takes the place of Mo and mentions he hasn't ever been here even though it feels familiar to him for some reason but also...not. (he's alluding to the underground as a whole, and that he's not from Yellow's universe/timeline).
-pacifist: Ceroba appears early on after noticing one of Chujin's objects in her home went off (it was linked to Axis activity) on upon realizing there's a pure human soul (she really sensed it before the gang sees her, and it's implied she avoids them on neutral as a result to leave the job of killing Kris to Asgore and the Guard since she doesn't need the soul or care much for the plan if it's 5 souls so far) and very cautiously approaches as an ally to get the gang to Hotland and the royal scientist (Susie is annoyed that she won't fight unlike the rest of them). She recognizes Kris' soul is odd, but she's confident enough in it being "pure" and keeps trying to pull them to the side to earn sympathy points while seperating them from Susie and Noelle and just generally being a bit of a control freak which puts Kris, Susie, and Noelle on edge. She accompanies Kris through the factory and "accidentally" gets cut off from Susie and Noelle, during which time she really tries to butter up Kris as an ally. Susie and Noelle catch up soon after the lab and accidentally trip an alarm that alerts the underground to the group's presence, causing Ceroba to panic, grab Kris, and run for it before getting separated from Susie and Noelle in Axis' arena. After repelling Axis, Ceroba tries to make a play for kris' soul, but they make it clear to her their soul cannot be trusted or controlled even if they were comfortable letting her use it. The gang is angry that she lied to them and tried to kill one of them, though at least Noelle can't help but feel sorry (without agreeing) after she admits her desire to uphold her family's legacy. In turn, once she hears the trio has their own family to get back to, she promises to grab the royal guard's attention and hold them off, stating the royal scientist might recognize kris' soul wouldn't work for the kingdom's needs.
-obliteration: Because the soul forces the group's way into the steamworks without turning it on, Ceroba isn't alerted at first and Axis is force booted in safe mode. The soul destruction scene includes Mo making a brief appearance (sans ain't gonna help you outside of key locations, so mo ends up running into the group none the wiser while attempting to scrounge around for stuff to sell), and for trying to kill someone that doesn't even pick a fight and still tries to help after the first threat, Kris slam dunks the soul into the pink goop. (Alternatively: during the lab portion Kris pours the acid on the soul if you attempt to make them drink it). The rest of the gang is a mix of desensitized and tired enough to let the Soul destroy Axis ("helps" he's just a robot to them) in the second encounter if Kris is forced to catch him in time--failing to do so drops obliteration. The final fight is with Ceroba after Axis' danger signal manages to trigger one of Chujin's devices, and she realizes you're not only destroying Chujin's work, but a threat to the whole underground (and kanako in particular since you're going in the same direction where Kanako currently is) while bitterly noting that of course the next human would be impure. She uses shields, red attacks, the steamworks itself, and a partner to put up a hard fight against kris, susie, and noelle given how powerful they are at this point. From there I can see two different partners
--If it's still pre-clover, Ceroba is accompanied by Starlo since he refused to let her explore alone and together they can put up a hell of a fight in sync (especially with starlo getting more serious, and providing more unpredictable attacks to counterbalance Ceroba's). If Ceroba dies first, the full weight of the situation hits him and he starts bringing out some magic based on both his farm background and his astral nature. If Starlo dies first, Ceroba curses that she sees yet another person close to her die and pulls out her mask, going into a lighter version of her pacifist phases (she's more righteously angry, but can't hold onto the same hope for chujin's legacy that pushed her in pacifist). I feel like Ceroba would go down first since she could shield any attacks plus starlo never gets a "hard" fight, but I could also see him trying to jump in front of a heavy attack meant for Ceroba that she wouldn't have time to shield up for.
--If it's closer to Yellow (perhaps because the grind takes so long that the events in steamworks go from corresponding with right before Clover to the Dunes and Wild East?), Ceroba is accompanied by a pacifist clover who tagged along despite her insistence not to (If they either die or somehow win, her plan is impossible to fulfill, plus she has enough basic decency to be uncomfortable putting a child up against killers). If clover goes down first, she naturally goes rage mode at losing both an innocent child and her plan (and the soul/Kris sense that "someone"/Flowey tried to reset but couldn't), and she goes diet pacifist like before. If Ceroba goes down first, clover's LV jumps to 8 in rage and they pull out big shots and dodges (they aren't high enough LV for the laser, but will spam big shots late in the fight) alongside attacks based on Undertale Yellow's attack system and the yellow soul portion of photoshop Flowey. Susie and Noelle flat out refuse any participation the second Clover gets involved, and when it falls to just clover they outright assist them against the soul (Susie and Noelle will force spare themselves but they can't spare clover since Clover is too enraged to back down from the fight). After landing the killing blow, clover's soul slowly starts charging the laser in a last ditch attack, but it shatters before it can fire, and they collapse. In this case, I think Ceroba would always die first thanks to protecting Clover, but I want to consider the possibility of her surviving as a what-if. The gang can't exactly fall much further than killing Ness and Paula (plus whatever happens in Ts!underswap with Chara), but being unable to stop the soul from forcing a kill on clover even with their assistance would be one of the second-to-last straws.
-the elevator to Hotland proper is a grey door. The gang is...a tad exasperated by this (Susie: "ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?") but accept that they have no real choice since the way before the arena is blocked and either the commotion from axis or the obliteration route has notified the guard to their presence.
Doubt anyone will read my ramblings or be seriously inspired, but I just love this game, and I love to imagine it together with all the other cool stuff in Undertale and fandom

saw your reply to the ask about black dog/rivals, so here's some questions! i'm not the person who sent the ask, but i have a bunch of questions anyways. sorry if you've answered them before
general:
what are their favorite forms of affection?
favorite plants, if any
who gets nightmares more (and how they help each other!!)
how do you think they'd react to the other betraying them
black dog:
(i haven't read that much of the stuff about your black dog au so sorry if some of this is just flat out wrong)
does anyone figure it out before techno
does punz know beforehand (assuming staged duo are still allies in this)
is...is there a grave for dream?? a pyre? a funeral? something of that nature??
do dream's former friends miss him at all. sapnap, george, anyone
does dream get any pets as laelaps
okay that's it
hope you are well! and good luck with nano!
(ps what does auhdh4auhdh mean? for a completely unrelated post. i know t4t is trans4trans but what does the acronym auhdh stand for. i have been wracking my brain to figure it out and....i just cant)
sorry this took so long for me to answer!! <3 <3
for general:
techno is pretty affectionate with his friends! he loves to hug them and sniff them and snorf them. he's a cuddle person. he loves to nap and hold onto his friends. he does try to play it cool sometimes but techno is a dork and he loves his friends. he loves to make grand gestures of gifts or declarations of friendship. dream isn't as obvious with affection. but he sometimes leans against techno or rests his head on techno's shoulder for a second. mostly though it's just the fact he's there and he'll always be there, y'know?
dandelions for techno, roses for dream!
dream. they're not very vivid, it's more like bits and pieces that makes it hard for him to sleep in the first place. he's a very light sleeper because of that. but the upside to having a large piglin friend is that he can basically act as a weighted blanket (phil also learned this, back in the day). having techno there helps.
this one is really hard for me because a main part of rivals duo is that they haven't betrayed each other. like, that is a key point. dream and techno both mention it, more than once. so if either of them ever did? i think it'd be a lot of complete denial. i think they'd try to come up with a reason as to why the other betrayed them. then techno would just. be sad. how did it end up like this? while dream would probably try to hide his sadness by saying he should've seen it coming.
okay, black dog questions!
techno is the first one to figure it out. he spends the most time around laelaps and he was also the one to spent the most time around dream out of all the people who are in consistent contact with laelaps.
punz doesn't know. that was kind of the whole point. no one knew dream wouldn't come back except dream. and dream wasn't planning on ever coming back. he wanted his death to be permanent but his limbo got to him after awhile.
there is! techno and punz bury him. only they know where it is. it's small. it doesn't have a name (they were afraid if anyone found it, they'd vandalize it). but it's there.
yeah, they do. but in the sense they've mourned him before this. to them, they've already lost him. they lost him before the prison, really. or at least during the prison arc.
he doesn't. or i'm not sure yet! but he's really focused on his job and he just doesn't have the time. i might give him something, though. i think he deserves to have a cat.
oh! and auhdh is just a shorthand way of saying that someone has both autism and adhd! both techno and dream canonically have adhd but i also headcanon them as being autistic. i just get that vibe from them!
#loyal answers things#long post#black dog au#the fic is very rough draft so i haven't ironed everything out yet

I love your writing and you’re one of the blogs is one of my favorites. That being said, I hope you don’t mind my request. I saw you were doing vampire stuff x demon slayer so I wanted to request a hunter Gyomei x half vampire reader. The reader is similar to Alucard from Castlevania in their abilities, but honestly they fell in love with Gyomei and follow him around trying to protect him. The reader is always trying to protect Gyomei from the shadows and is doing a very bad job at hiding. Eventually the others notice the reader and Gyomei defends them saying they are harmless towards humans and to ignore them. Eventually the reader jumps out of hiding during a fight to protect Gyomei and he thanks them for always having his back.
Summary: Gyomei knows your secret, yet he doesn't tell it to his fellow vampire hunters... Then you come and save him.
Warnings: Cursing, Brief Violence
A/N: Reader, Gender Neutral Reader, Gyomei Himejima, Sanemi Shinazugawa, Muichiro Tokito, Obanai Iguro, Shinobu Kocho, Mitsuri Kanroji, Tengen Uzui, Kyojuro Rengoku, Vampire, Dhampir, Vampire Hunter
"That thing must be taken in!" Sanemi snapped as he slammed his fist on the table. The Hashiras, a group of most skilled and strongest vampire hunters had gathered together to talk about something. You.
"Namu Amida Butsu…" Gyomei prayed as he cried and rubbed his palms together, "So far, they haven't done anything that would indicate that they are up to something that would harm another living being…"
"Hm!" Kyojuro nodded, "While I do side with Shinazugawa, Himejima has a point! They haven't done anything evil yet!"
"But how do they survive?" Mitsuri frowned, "Won't all vampires need some blood to survive?"
"These days and times, it's not so uncommon for vampires to have donors, willing or not." Shinobu nodded, "They could have their own supplier?"
"So, they haven't done or hurt anyone…" Muichiro sighed, and Giyu nodded, "I can arrest them if needed so you don't need to Himejima."
"I'm available also!" Tengen added quickly.
"Namu…" Gyomei nodded as he lowered his hands and raised his head in his companions' direction, "I appreciate your worries, my friends… But…"
"But what?" Sanemi scowled and the blind hunter sighed, "They are only after me… And I am more than able to take care of myself."
"But Himejima-!" Tengen was saying when his huge companion shook his head, "No, I am absolutely sure when I say that they are harmless to humans… If they hurt someone innocent then I shall suffer the consequences for my mistake."
The hunters shared worried glances with each other until finally, they gave in.
"Very well, Himejima," Kyorujo nodded, "The vampire and their actions are your responsibility."
"Thank you," Gyomei nodded.
"Speaking about dangerous vampires…" Shinobu started, "There have been reports of actually dangerous vampires making their way into the city. This goes without saying, but I want all of you to stay sharp and careful. We don't know who these vampires are or what their motive is."
"They could be Himejima's pet project…!" Sanemi grumbled but the blind hunter ignored his companion's remark.
And so the Hashiras' meeting ended. As Gyomei left the building, he could feel them, your sharp eyes on him. He could tell you were watching him from your hiding spot, where the sun wouldn't reach or burn you.
There was something the huge hunter hadn't mentioned to his fellow men and women. He had a reason to believe that you weren't actually a vampire… Not a pure one at least.
No, taken that he could feel your eyes on him around the clock, even during the daytime, he was pretty sure that you weren't a vampire. You were most likely a Dhampir, a being born from a human's and vampire's night spent together in bed.
Gyomei knew you were a vampire, even if only partly, and that his job was to hunt you, take you down, and arrest you… But so far, or as far he could tell, you hadn't tried anything that could be considered evil yet. The huge hunter may have been blind, but he wasn't stupid and he was even less vulnerable.
So why did you tailed on him and follow his every step? Wherever his job took him, you followed, day and night. Gyomei was curious, but he wasn't really aware of how to contact you. Should he go somewhere private and call you and tell you to come out from your hiding spot?
He could feel the cool night air caress his body as he walked down the city roads, patrolling in case he ran into the dangerous vampires that were brought up in the meeting…
"Hey!"
Speak of the Devil and he will come.
"Me?" Gyomei wondered out loud, feigning confusion as he turned around towards the sounds.
"Oh man, look at this guy!"
"He is blind!" Someone laughed, a male, no, 3 of them in total.
"Man, this will be easy!"
Gyomei frowned. He couldn't maybe see, but he could sense that these men were not vampires, but common human robbers, no doubt after his money and everything he had on him.
"Oi, big guy!" A man laughed, "If you don't want an extra hole in your stomach then you better give us our wallet and phone!"
"Namu Amida Butsu…" Gyomei chanted quietly as he started to pray, "Forgive them, for they don't know-!"
"Is this guy a monk or something!?" One snapped, followed by another one laughing, "I think he is just retarded!"
"Namu…" The huge hunter started crying and the men laughed, thinking that they had made Gyomei cry out of fear but-!
"You bastards!" Came a furious scream and the air shifted as something landed from the sky between the huge man and the armed robbers.
"V- Vampire!?" One of the robbers yelped and Gyomei's white eyes widened as he felt your presence, closer and stronger than ever before.
"T- This is bad, the blind guy is with a vampire!" A robber cried out but another one snapped, "Idiots, it's 3 of us against two of them, and the big guy is blind!"
"But what about the dangerous vampires from the news!?"
"Then we will just ditch the big guy and let the vampire have its way with him!"
"Never in my life have I witnessed such pusillanimity…!" You growled and Gyomei could imagine you baring your fangs at the robbers, "No honor, whatsoever…! I should just-!"
"You there!" Gyomei called out, serious as grave, "Whatever you do, don't kill these men!"
"K- Kill us?" The robbers laughed but Gyomei could tell that they were unsettled by the orders the hunter gave to you.
"D- Did you hear that you monster?" A robber laughed, "H- He said you can't kill us!"
"Y- Yeah!" Another added, "S- So take a hike, or else we will kill you!"
"Tch…!" You frowned as if you had just drunk a zombie's rotten blood, "Disgusting vile humans…!"
"Please…" Gyomei prayed, quietly begging you and you scowled… Before you finally sighed and turned your glare back on the three men with extremely poor life choices.
"Fine, but only because you asked…" You growled and the robbers flinched.
"I- It's you who are going die-!" They were yelling when you bolted at them, striking them down with shift and agile yet powerful kicks and punches.
Gyomei could feel your bloodlust, but on the contrary, he couldn't smell any blood. There were 3 hard thuds and he understood that they were the robbers who had fallen on the ground.
"Are they…?" The vampire hunter started, wanting to make sure you hadn't crossed that line between sparing life or taking it… For if you had killed the 3 men, then he would have to do the unthinkable…
"They are alive. Just unconscious," You scoffed as you spat on one of the robbers, "They are going to be sore as Hell and their pride even more wounded."
"I see…" Gyomei nodded as he took a couple of cautious steps towards you, stopping close to you, "Thank you."
"It's…" You grumbled as you blushed and averted your gaze from the huge vampire hunter. The man hummed as he prayed quietly, "Namy Amida Butsu… You saved me…"
"You were in danger…" You were pouting, "What else should I have done?"
"But why?"
"Why what?"
"Why have you-?" Gyomei was about to ask when he heard footsteps rushing toward your location.
"Oi!" It was Tengen who rushed to the scene, "What happened!?"
"I-!"
"Did you kill these people!?" The flashy hunter asked as he reached for his weapon. Gyomei heard you hiss, and he knew he had to defuse the situation before it would turn into a bloody battle.
So he set himself between you and his fellow hunter, much to both of your shock.
"Uzui, this vampire saved me from these robbers and they did it without killing them," Gyomei explained and he could feel you both stare at him in wonder.
"I see…" Tengen nodded as he relaxed notably and pulled out his phone, "Since these guys aren't vampires, we better call the police to come and pick them up."
"That is reasonable," The blind man nodded and as the police came, you hid yourself behind his back.
Of course, the police were suspicious of you, but Gyomei's and Tengen's, the respected vampire hunters' testimonies assured the official authority that you were the good guy there and not the bad guy.
They took all three of your testimonies and contact info in case they would need to call you guys to the police station later. But as the police took off with the robbers, you were left with Gyomei and Tengen.
"So…" Tengen looked at you and grinned, "You're Himejima's little secret admirer?"
"I- I-!" You blushed and Gyomei hummed as he had a question related to that for you.
"I have to ask… Why have you been following me?" He asked from you and despite being blind, he could almost see you sweating and panicking nervously, "I- I haven't been-!"
"Don't lie," Tengen chuckled, "Himejima might be blind but he can see more than normal unflashy people!"
"I…!" Gyomei listened closely as your face flushed, "I just… He was really nice to me…"
"I was…?" The huge man blinked and you nodded, "Yeah… When I was carrying my groceries home one day, my bag's handle broke and you carried my stuff for me to my apartment…"
"What were you buying…?" The flashy hunter was curious as he had never heard about vampires shopping.
"Spinach… Sweet potatoes, meat, eggs, and such… Things with a lot of iron in them…"
"Wait, what kind of a vampire can eat normal food and walk in broad daylight?" Tengen was honestly confused and for a good reason also.
"Ah, speaking of that…" Gyomei frowned as he pressed his palms together in prayer, "I might have withheld some crucial information about my observer…"
"Huh?"
And so Gyomei explained to Tengen how he had suspected that instead of being a purebred vampire, you were a Dhampir instead… And things started to make more and more sense to you all.
"Oh man, in that case!" The white-haired hunter nodded, "We better talk about it during our next Hashira meeting!"
"I understand and I'm willing to take any punishment for holding crucial information…" The blind hunter nodded also and suddenly you exclaimed, "N- No!"
"No?" Both hunters were a little confused and you frowned, "I… I don't want you to end up in trouble because of me…"
"Little one…" Gyomei frowned and you exclaimed, "I will leave him alone for good!"
"Can't do that," Tengen straight up stated, much to your shock, "W- What? W- Why not!?"
"You saved a vampire hunter's, your mortal enemy's life! That, and you are half-vampire, right? Things like these have to be discussed between vampire hunters and other officials."
"O- Oh…" You sounded both disappointed and anxious and it made Gyomei frown, but before any of you could say another word, Tengen grinned, "Besides, I heard that Dhampirs can sniff out vampires like bloodhounds, am I right?"
"T- That is correct…" You nodded and the blind hunter realized what his companion was after, "I see…"
"Yeah, even Himejima understood!" The flashy hunter laughed, "With a Dhampir as skilled as you on our side, we can protect more people and take down evil vampires!"
"Oh…?" You sounded a little confused and Gyomei turned to face you, "Based on your actions today, you are a noble Dhampir and pose no threat to humans."
You blinked, stunned as he reached forward and gently pet the top of your head. He smiled, "You are truly wonderful."
A second or two passed and your face turned as red as beet. It was honestly amusing Tengen a lot. Finally, Gyomei pulled his hand back and you seemed to snap out of your daze.
"A- Alright, I will help you guys!" You nodded, "B- But I want something in return!"
"Name it!" Tengen laughed.
"I- I want…" You blushed, "I want Mister Himejima to pet me more…"
"I-!" Gyomei was saying but Tengen beat him to it, "Deal!"
"Uzui-!"
"What, it's a good deal Himejima!" The white-haired hunter laughed in a good manner, "You both get to bond and we can use their vampire abilities to smoke out those dangerous vampires! It's a win-win!"
"I… I understand, "Gyomei nodded as he turned in your direction, "Are you alright with this?"
"I'm…" You nodded, "I'll follow your orders."
"Great!" Tengen grinned, "The sun rises soon so we better head home and rest! I will send everyone else invited to a new meeting so you don't have to! Just wait until I message you, okay Himejima?"
"Understood," Gyomei nodded and as the morning sun started to rise, the hunters parted ways, leaving the huge man with you.
"I…" You swallowed nervously and he turned to face you, "Yes?"
"When you have rested…" You nodded, "Would you let me take you out? Y- You don't have to, I've been a creep, I know, but I want to get to know you properly!"
Gyomei could feel how nervous you were just like he could feel the first sun rays hit his skin. The huge man smiled gently as he reached forward again and petted the top of your head.
"Actually… I'm quite hungry, so if you want, would you like to grab some breakfast with me?"
"I…" You swallowed as you blushed and smiled, "I'd love that."

Sissy Slaughter W/ an S/O Who Has Sleep Issues!
A/n- This feels like such a throwback?? I remember writing several sets like this at the start of the blog! <:O Like, all the way back to 2021 I think? Maybe earlier, actually! Hope you all enjoy! I love you all & please stay safe out there! 💗💗💗
Warning for: mentions of pot use, poisoning / knocking someone out??? but it's like. done for sweet nice purposes?, Drayton cameo at the end !!
taglist: @friedwormeater @0ddmia @royalsnowxoxo @lambofjudgement @lizve @urfavsuh @strawberry-moonpies (let me know if you want to be added or removed!! <3333)
I swear I've said this somewhere before- but sissy grows & smokes her own pot <333
I'm not saying she'll suggest that as an option but I'm saying she'll suggest it as an option
If your sleep is more than just cumbersome for you- if it's affecting you physically (beyond exhaustion), affecting your ability to complete chores, etc - she may need to bring out the big guns
She knows what plants are toxic, what plants can kill and torture She also knows ones for healing !! (side thought: she uses this mostly on herself & bubba. She acts like a pain when anyone sides her youngest brother wants her for her useful abilities) And most important in this case- ones that can knock folks out !! <333 with minimal to no damage done to them She only uses plants to knock you out when you're at your worst point. When you haven't slept for days, and your eyes are irritated and red. When you're in pain all over and can barely stand up. You might not always appreciate this method- but it can work wonders <333
On some nights, when it's particularly rough for you, she'll stay up with ya <333 keep you company.
You don't deserve to go through this, especially not by yourself. Despite her poisoned personality, she can be a real sweetie around her favorite folks <33 (you bein one of em :3) Do you get nightmares? Is that the root of your sleepy time troubles? She'll sit up in bed and pull you close to her. Let you lay down with your head in her lap as she touches your hair and quietly sings. Lulls you into a safe, cozy slumber- or at the very least, calms your mind. A few times she's taken you outside to walk along the property . . . She shows you critters that come out at night, takes you closer to where she has the makeshift greenhouse set up- tells you about all the plants she's been caring for, what their uses are, let's you engage on the topic too, even if you don't know as much as her. Anything outdoorsy that she can do to tire you out, in hopes if you're sleepier you might sleep better.
Sissy has far more experience and knowledge than her siblings do, in regards to life outside the farm that is- but even she can be at a loss of ideas.
If she's really worried she might go to Drayton, ask if he knows what's wrong with you. (he grumbles throughout the entire process, things like "never should have taken them in", and "more trouble than they're worth" he mostly doesn't mean that <33 you're part of the family now so :) ) It's almost like you're a strange pet that she's keeping, because of how alien your issues can feel to her and the rest of the family. In general though !!!! All of the youngest siblings will ask Drayton about the things they don't understand, even if he isn't very knowledgeable on it either. Even if they don't get along with him much (which . . . Who does get along with him lmao)
"They seem sick," Sissy muses. She's sitting at the dining table, your body lying limp on the floor, propped up against her legs. Your head held safely in her lap. She had knocked you out with a non-lethal poison, despite your protests against it.
The poison could be helpful in getting you unconscious, but Sissy hated using it so frequently on you, especially since it doesn't appear to solve the root problem.
You're still having trouble falling or even staying asleep, she's worried about you.
"Should've gotten rid of it when we had the chance."
"C'mon, you've got to know something about this, Drayton. Ya better haven't given my little darlin' something they can't have."
Your head lolls against her lap, your ears slowly perking up with the noise. Your chest tickles with a funny, loving feeling. Your heart beats slow, quicker as you wake. Your girlfriend was so sweet to you.
She talks to her oldest brother like he's given the dog chocolate. She's concerned and trying to be patient, despite her immense dislike of him.
She runs her hands, soothingly, down your back. Noticing her sweetheart is beginning to wake.
"Oh, why don't we look at that. All this is waking up my poor thing." She glares at him, unintrigued, upset with him. She looks back to you, your head following the noise and your eyes unlocking, staring back at her with such an intensity. Lids hardly-half open. She pets your hair, hoping you'll just pass out or be quiet or something.
Sissy huffs. "Fine! We'll just figure it out on our own. You hear that, darlin'?"
She smiles at you, so sweetly. Looks at you like you're the only thing in the room. Like you're precious and irreplaceable- which you are, to her. Your smile gleams and your eyes sparkle when you look at her.
She whispers to you, helping you off the floor. "We'll figure this out, don't you worry."
Hey, I didn't say he would actually be helpful. just that they would ask lol

Jack In, Monika.CHR, EXECUTE - 1: The Boys Are Back in Town
The year is 20X7. It has been six years since the capture of Dr. Albert Wily and his incarceration, and Net Crime has been on a slow decline ever since. With the WWW ceasing all operations and any remaining operatives going into hiding or joining more petty criminal organization, Net Society has been much more peaceful than usual.
In this new peace, one of the greatest Netbattle pairs on the planet have grown into young adults. Can they solve the dark mysteries behind a new set of friends?
"Comin' through, needed for an experiment!" A young man skates through the SciLab lobby, deftly dodging around the various visitors and scientists in his path. Lan Hikari is on his way upward into the Netbattle testing area.
"Elevator's on your right, Lan!" A voice comes from the blue device clipped to Lan's belt. MegaMan.EXE, Lan's NetNavi and battle brother, is as helpful as ever. "I'd say you'll find it in... About 10 more near collisions?" As helpful as ever, and as beleaguered as ever. Even after being partners for nearly Lan's entire life, the excitable young man in orange hasn't slowed down nearly as much as MegaMan would have hoped. "I know you're excited to see Dad, but it isn't like we're late for this."
"Aw, come on, Mega. I could never miss the chance to be a part of anything like this. Besides, I know you feel like we're getting rusty." Lan swiftly leaps across a railing to reach the elevator. He holds the blue PET up to the elevator's keypad. "Key's in your hands, MegaMan, get us in."
"Roger!" MegaMan tosses the ID data over to the keypad's data reader, and the elevator opens for the two of them. "And... I can't say you're wrong about me feeling rusty. But it's not like we're slacking on our NetBattle training."
Lan steps into the elevator. "It's the only class I'm acing, this year. But at least I'm not doing too bad at trig. The only class I'm really kinda bungling is-"
"Literature Analysis." MegaMan doesn't even hesitate. He may already have a file open showing Lan's grades.
Lan immediately twists the PET upward to see the screen. "MegaMan, come on, that class is awful."
"You should still put more effort into it. Interpreting art is part of being a more well-rounded human."
"I don't NEED to be a well-rounded human, I need to be a sharp, focused scientist." Lan nods down at his device's screen.
"Focused might still be a little far away..." MegaMan sighs.
"Wh- Hey, we're here to do an experiment with Dad, I can focus on that when we get up to the testing floor!" Lan grumbles. He folds his arms as he clips his PET back to his belt.
MegaMan rolls his eyes. "Once I'm jacked in and fighting, at least. Do you even remember what this test is supposed to be for?"
"Yeah. A new Navi type. Something about a test for easier synchro ratings between Navis and NetOps. Which makes us the perfect pair to test against!" Lan smirks proudly.
"I think it's more likely we're just on Dad's speed dial. Anyone else would probably say ProtoMan and-"
"Aaagh, don't even mention them. Somehow they're even more insufferable, ever since we got into high school."
"Protoman's the same as he's always been, and Jiyuu's not that bad. She's just more herself, now that she ditched her dad completely. Among the other obvious changes." MegaMan chuckles to himself. "I remember she started laughing about you calling her an 'egg' because of her old hairstyle, once she was out of the closet."
"...I used to be such a twerp with her. I'm mostly glad she forgave me for that. You think I've gotten better about... I dunno, social things, since then?" The elevator continues rising, leaving the brothers to their own devices for just a bit longer.
"You're better in some ways, but you'll always be yourself, Lan. Especially with your chronic impatience and addiction to rollerblading..."
"It's efficient."
"It's reckless, and you're lucky you haven't smashed me to pieces under your own power."
The elevator doors open, releasing Lan and MegaMan out into the Netbattle lab. "Yeah, yeah, you're in a bulletproof, elephant-proof case, you'll be fine. Hey, Dad, I'm here-?"
Well, that's a surprise. It seems that, today, the Netbattle lab...
...is full of incredibly cute girls!!

Yknow what'd be funnier? Starlo straight up forgetting to tell ANYONE he's dating lucifer.
OR!! He just mentions him by a nickname, like my sweet or my darling or something like that. And then one day it's like
[convo happens] "oh, go to hell, star." "sure I've been meaning to visit I'll just-"
AND EVERYONE DEADASS JUST SEES HIM CASUALLY DIP TO HELL WITH SOME SHORT GUY AND THEN (if someone like follows them in) LEARNS THATS THE KING OF HELL. AND THAT THEYRE DATING.
alternatively: starlo forgets to tell lots of things about him. And uses pet names so much people actually assumed he was dating a girl until: "So then my boyfriend and I-" "Uh. You have multiple partners?" "Nope! Just one, sweet darling boyfriend! Why"
so like that basically makes the news for a solid week. Imagine what happens when everything else is unveiled
PLEASE-
This man would just have so many people asking him about EVERYTHING. It would start out how you said it would and Lucifer would summon a portal gate for Starlo to just walk into. Like whenever Starlo just says anything pertaining to Lucifer and hanging out or going out on a date, Lucifer just summons the way to Hell so that he can go there. Or if it's way later into their relationship, Lucifer asks Asmodeus for one of those things that allow Succubi or Incubi to go from Hell to the surface, only Starlo's little gem, lets him go to Hell and back to where he was before or to a place in the Underground where he wants to be after leaving Hell. (Unfortunately, until the Barrier gets broken, Lucifer has forbidden Starlo from going anywhere outside the Underground. After the first time Starlo "accidentally" went to the surface, several humans that were still afraid of monsters almost attacked him, and Lucifer had to take care of him for a few days because they hurt him really badly.)
So if Starlo doesn't have the object that allows him to go from Hell to The Dunes, the conversation would start out with Starlo speaking to Ceroba, just playing or joking around. Then Ceroba would jokingly tell him to go to Hell, only for him to just go
"Well, I haven't been able to go there for a bit, but I think I'm free now today, since the five are havin' free time to themselves today, so thanks for remindin' me! Hey, Luciloo, can ya open up?"
*A portal to Hell opens up with Lucifer standing in front of it*
"Hi Lulu~!"
"Hello, my Starshine~!"
*Both of them hug each other*
*Ceroba standing in shock, confusion, concern, all kinds of emotions revolving around those emotions*
... What the...?
"I'll see ya later, Ceroba! I'm gonna go spend time with Luciloo~!"
If he HAS the gem, it'd go the same way. Starlo would never invade without warning him! (He only gives him five seconds before summoning the portal without warning and Lucifer has to rush to get to where the portal is spawning so he can see him.)
The Alternative, I could see that too.
Lucifer comes to the Wild East for a visit, and Starlo hangs around Lucifer, like 23/7 the whole time. He gives him some space, but only if Lucifer wants it. He's a respectful boyfriend.
But anyways, at first, Lucifer and Starlo would be holding hands, and Ceroba and the Four would be thinking that they are just really close friends. Besides, sometimes Starlo and Ceroba would hold hands when he was scared or nervous as kids, so maybe he was scared or nervous and that was still his way of comforting himself!
... At least, that's what they thought until suddenly Lucifer jumps up and presses a kiss on Starlo's cheek.
In public.
In front of everyone.
Before anyone can even speak, Lucifer just stares into his eyes, plays around, and tells Starlo how much he loves the fact that his face looks like the human world's sky when he blushes. How he loves absolutely everything about his personality. How he wishes he could just keep his Radient Starlight next to him at all times.
Everyone is just absolutely SHOCKED. Some are staring at Starlo and Lucifer with wide eyes, some are blushing themselves, some who have partners are just looking at their partner(s), and thinking that it's absolutely sweet or adorable, and some are thinking 'what the heck is this?' as they stare at them with confusion. Random townsfolk even walk up to him asking him about EVERYTHING.
Now, sorry to all of the Polyshippers of the UTY main four monsters, but unfortunately, the poly with Starlo, Martlet, Dalv, and Ceroba isn't canon in this universe. (I mean, it's not canon for a reason. This ship is literally just Starlo and Lucifer. I'm pretty sure if it was though, may we all have mercy on our souls, since that'd be an even bigger crackship.)
Some monsters would think since they (Martlet, Dalv, Starlo, and Ceroba) basically all seem like a good poly couple, some of the monsters would be asking,
"So you have a human/another monster in your relationship!?"
"I thought you were in a closed relationship with the other three..."
"Are you cheating on your other three partners!?"
Starlo has to explain EVERYTHING to the town. With some help from Ceroba, as she has to help explain that no, they were never in any sort of romantic relationship with Dalv and Martlet and that the only reason they all looked like a full polyamory relationship was because they are only doing it because they are the adoptive parents of Clover (If Clover is still alive) or because they are all just good friends who hang out with each other. Though after everyone is done asking questions, Ceroba asks her own questions, and The Four will also ask their own questions of why they never got wind of his relationship with Lucifer. He has so much to explain to them and only the Angel from the Deltarune will know how that goes.
The whole conversation process would go like this I think.
"So who is this, Star?"
"Oh, uhm, well, Ceroba, this is Lucifer. He's my boyfriend."
"Is he a human? He looks almost exactly like a human clown!"
"Well, Mooch, that ain't nice to say, but no he's not a human-"
"What kinda monster is he?"
"He's a demon, Moray-"
"Where did he even come from?"
"Well, Ed, he came from a place called Hell."
"... Star, is this a joke?"
"No, Ace, it's not a joke-"
After that, it's all over the Wild East, Oasis Valley, and even at his home in Sunnyside Farms. They are literally bombarded with questions everywhere they go and no matter what happens, these men are the front page of the post board in the Wild East. Everywhere they go, they're either bombarded with questions from some of the townsfolk or they're getting photos taken. The news even spread to his family and they were all shook by the news.
I kinda think his family would actually support him with his decision to date Lucifer, not because Lucifer is a king, but because they support his decisions. :)
Solomon, being the joyful and jolly dad of Starlo, would be just happy to have Lucifer in the family because Lucifer is a good man for his son. He does joke around with Lucifer when Starlo brings him to the barn for being really small and having twigs for bones. (Not really, but like just based on Lucifer's arms, legs, and body looking really skinny.) He tries not to be too aggressive with his jokes, but when/if he does, he'll apologize for it. Otherwise, despite Lucifer's age, he'll treat him like he would his own son.
Crestina absolutely adores the fact that her son picked such a sweet character to fall for! That's all she ever wanted for her son for him to be happy. (Though, she mostly expected him to fall for a girl, she's still happy for him to fall in love with someone that gives him pure happiness!) When she prepares dinner, Lucifer offers to help with preparing it and when he finishes eating before everyone else, he washes his own dishes! Such a gentleman! She has no doubt in saying that she is very proud of Starlo to choose someone like Lucifer to be his boyfriend.
Orion is mostly not really surprised, but at the same time, he is. He was expecting Starlo to actually be stuck on Ceroba for the rest of his life. Though he also has the thought process of Starlo doing anything you don't even think he's gonna do, so that didn't surprise him. What did surprise him is the actual fact that HE'S DATING A KING. Not just a king but a king from HELL. He was not expecting that to happen, nor did he expect that his brother would be with the literal BIG BOSS OF HELL HIMSELF. (Check out Daddy's glowing reviews on Yelp! 5 stars! Flawless! Greater than GREAT! I'm sorry, back to Orion-) Though he wasn't expecting the said "Big Boss of Hell" to actually be... Small. At first, Lucifer seemed to be polite and seemed fine... Keywords: "At First." As soon as Lucifer started opening up to the family, he immediately went, "Oh dear Asgore, there's two of him." Though, the only difference is that Lucifer doesn't play any jokes and is a little more tolerable of him as a brother-in-law because at least Lucifer apologizes and has small jokes instead. Even though his brother does get on his nerves, Orion is happy that Starlo found someone. (Even if that someone matches Starlo's exact same energy at times-)
After Lucifer leaves the Wild East and goes back to Hell, though, I'm pretty sure Starlo is gonna have a LOT of questions to answer.

TWO WHUMPERS?? Oh ho ho, I'm already choosing favorites. I think I like Blake more for now, because unlike someone, he appreciates beautiful blue wings
So, Blake what is a perfect pet for you? How do you imagine life with a pet? Do you believe you will be a responsible owner?
And, if you're still interested in doing cold cold eyes requests, maybe you consider some of these ideas, please?
1 Lawrence and Marshall go somewhere to eat in public and someone who knows Marshall before kidnapping sees them and tries to talk and Marshall knows he needs to act like "everything is fine, he is not kidnapped, please leave before Lawrence will get mad and kill you and punish me god know how". (I wonder if Marshall will succeed and Lawrence will be pleased or fail and Lawrence end up killing the guy and blame it on Marshall, adding more trauma for poor boy) +++++ kudos, if this person mentions some very dangerous themes like Marshall's parents looking for him. 2 Lawrence actually did broke Marshall's fingers as punishment for something really serious, and now he helps his son with basic stuff - feeds him, dresses him, brushes his hair etc. maybe even brushes Marshall's teeth. And Marshall knows what Lawrence is still angry with him and desperately tries to not irritate him more, but it's really hard to be treated like a baby, so how long will he be able to behave? 3 This one for times, then Marshall has stockholm syndrome and Lawrence's friends thinks Marshall is his real son. Maybe some of them start nagging Marshall for being childish and tell him to man up? And Lawrence hears it. I know it's a lot, feel free to ignore or change these ideas as you like. I enjoy everything you write anyway)
"To your first question, the perfect pet is someone obedient and loyal, without those things, what's even the point of having one? But like us humans, pets can be broken down just like anyone else. If you can't do that, you aren't a good pet owner."
"To your second question... I imagine my life with a pet very simple. I get home from work, they entertain me, and in return they get rewarded. I'm no monster, after all."
"And to your last question... of course I'd be a responsible pet owner. Sure, maybe I haven't done as much research as Liam, but unlike him, I treat my pets with dignity when it's deserved."
...
And yes, please continue to request Cold, Cold Eyes things!! I'll never get tired of them! I plan to post the other two requests soon, since I love all these ideas equally and it was impossible to choose one!
CW: Murder (implied), food, panic attack, crying, parental whumper, manipulation, French people /j
Marshall didn't know what to think when Lawrence mentioned going to a restaurant to eat. He'd been in Lawrence's house for just a little less than half a year now, even if it feels like a lot more
Lawrence notices the younger man's nervous frown. "Is something wrong?"
"Are you sure about me being out in public?" Marshall doesn't know if this is a test or something, but what ever it is, he doesn't like it. What if someone notices him? Surely not, he thinks he looks way different than what he looked like before he was taken, given the childish pastel blue clothes he's wearing.
Lawrence's expression softens, and he reaches out to tuck a few strands of hair behind Marshall's ear. "I'm sure. I can trust you, right, kiddo?"
Marshall nods. "Yeah, but--"
"Then there's nothing to worry about."
"If you're sure..." Marshall is still convinced this is some kind of test. There's no way he can just be this calm and nonchalant about it. He doesn't know if he should be more worried, or less.
Lawrence smiles at him, then turns around and starts walking towards the front door. "Come on, let's go!"
Marshall follows and awkwardly gets in the passenger seat of his car. At least he's not making him sit in the backseat with a booster seat. Now that'd be really humiliating. He doesn't even know where they're going to eat, Lawrence just mentioned a French restaurant. Marshall never cared much for French food, but Lawrence seems pretty hyped for it, so he chooses to not complain.
He doesn't know why he'd feel bad to ruin his kidnapper's happy mood. It used to be out of fear, but it doesn't feel like that anymore. He knows some part of him really doesn't mind some of Lawrence's affections, given his daddy issues, but he'd be pretty messed up in the head to actually love his captor back, right?
They park in a parking lot, and Lawrence takes his keys out of the ignition and then puts on sunglasses. "Now, you remember what we talked about, right?"
"Yeah." How could he forget. He's been thinking about it nonstop.
Lawrence walks around to the other side of the car, and opens the door for Marshall. "Good. Let's go."
Marshall steps out of the car and follows Lawrence into the restaurant. It looks pretty fancy, and he takes note of how the waiters and waitresses all look really professional. He wonders how much this place cost. It's like the French restaurant stereotype.
Most people around them don't look their way, luckily. Marshall wonders why Lawrence has sunglasses on inside, but doesn't say anything. Even if he wanted to, his anxiety would be too much.
The lady at the front desk smiles politely at him. "Bonjour, Lawrence. Comment allez-vous?"
"Plutôt bien! Et toi, comment ça va?"
Marshall stares at him in surprise. They continue to converse back and forth before he leads Marshall to the back of the room, where it's more isolated. There's one person eating alone, but he seems too enthralled with his food to care.
Lawrence points to a table and gestures for Marshall to sit down. He does so, Lawrence sitting across from him.
He picks up his menu and hums. "What are you getting, kiddo?"
"I don't really know most of the stuff on this menu," Marshall replies flatly. He's never been here before, and he doesn't really feel like looking through the whole thing. He just wants to eat so he can go home and go back to bed.
"Oh, that's okay. I'll order for you."
Marshall nods. Even if Lawrence annoys him, he admires he at least knows what food he likes and doesn't, so he trusts him in that regard.
Lawrence soon holds up a hand and tells the waitress that they'll both have croque monsieurs and potatoes au gratin. He understood the 'potatoes' part in his sentence, at least.
As Lawrence talks to Marshall about random stuff that he isn't really paying attention to, he notices the guy from across the room staring at him. They lock eyes briefly, the guy having ginger hair and blue eyes, and is in an expensive-looking suit. He doesn't know why anyone would want to eat alone here, unless maybe the poor guy had been stood up or something.
The stranger breaks the eye-contact first, looking back down at his food. Marshall thinks it's strange, but goes back to pretending to pay attention to Lawrence. Does the guy recognize him? He hopes not, or else a scene will definitely be caused.
A few minutes later, their food comes out. The waitress sets down what look like cheese and ham sandwiches for both of them, and a side of cheesy potatoes that look like they were mushed together. He's glad it looks actually pretty good.
He takes a bite of the sandwich and moans happily. "Mmm, this is delicious!"
"Good, huh?" Lawrence asks, smiling at him.
"Yeah, it's really good! I've never had anything like this before."
Lawrence chuckles. "I'm glad."
Marshall notices the guy staring at him again with his phone out this time, but tries to ignore it when Lawrence picks up his glances towards the stranger. After a while, Lawrence stands up and announces he's going to the restroom. Marshall nods and watches him walk away.
"Hey, kid."
Oh no. Marshall looks at the guy again, who's now staring directly at him. "Uh, y-yeah?"
"You're Marshall Jackson, aren't you?"
"Oh, umm... no. I don't know who that is." He hopes if he plays dumb, the guy will just leave him alone. He's not doing this for Lawrence, he just doesn't want the poor guy to get hurt. That's what he tells himself, anyway.
The guy frowns. "I saw you on TV."
Marshall freezes, unable to think of anything to say. "I really think you have the wrong person, sir."
"Look... I'm gonna call the police, okay? He's not going to hurt you anymore."
Oh fuck. Marshall's heart starts racing. "Please don't. I'm not kidnapped, okay? Please don't call anyone."
"Don't you want to get back to your parents? They're worried sick about you."
No. Marshall doesn't want to think about them. He feels like crying, what turned to be an innocent day out turned awful. He never wants to go outside again. His lip starts quivering as he stares at the man, trying to muster another reply.
When he thinks of his parents, he thinks of not wanting to go back. Tears start to roll down his eyes and he feels on the verge of a panic attack.
"Marshall!" Lawrence bolts over, kneeling down and cupping Marshall's pale cheeks in both his hands. "Hey, what happened? What did he say to you?"
He looks back at the man and grabs the phone out of his hand and throws it to the ground.
"What did you say to him?!" His sunglasses are no longer on his face, and an angry glare is showing in his eyes.
The man swallows thickly but glares back. "I told him I was going to call the cops because you're a kidnapper," he states matter-of-factly. Just as he tries standing, Lawrence clocks him in the face. The man falls to the ground with a grunt.
"Let me tell you something," Lawrence snarls, stomping his foot against his chest to pin him down. "You ever talk to my son like that again, and I'll kill you. Do you understand me?"
"He--" the man chokes on air, "he isn't your son."
Marshall panics more. He sees Lawrence get even more angry, clenching his fists, so he crawls forward to grab onto his pant leg tightly, shaking his head in desperation. "No, please don't-- don't hurt him. Let's just go home. Please."
Lawrence lets out a breath, and then nods. He breaks the man's phone by stomping on that, too. He grabs his sunglasses that fell on the floor, takes a deep breath, and puts them back on.
Marshall yelps when he gets lifted off the ground with surprising ease, and notices the same lady from before is standing at the entrance of the room. She doesn't even look slightly worried or alarmed.
In a monotone voice, Lawrence tells her, "On prend l'entrée arrière." He walks out the door and pauses. "Tuez-le. Je me fiche de savoir comment, mais faites-le."
Marshall wonders what he's saying. On second thought, he doesn't want to know, since she seems to be more than just an employee here. He tries to open his mouth to say something, but Lawrence shushes him and continues walking.
Once they're outside, he opens the back car door and puts Marshall in, getting in afterwards. "Are you okay, baby? Did he hurt you?"
"No, I'm fine," Marshall murmurs. He feels anything but, but he doesn't want Lawrence to go back in there and really kill the guy. He just feels so lucky he ended up not doing it.
If Lawrence ended up killing him, Marshall couldn't live with himself. He'd feel responsible for whatever happened. He knows he wouldn't be able to handle that.
Lawrence sighs. "I'm so sorry about that, Marshie. I really didn't think anyone would recognize you, but you were right. What did he say to you?"
Sniffling, Marshall says, "Nothing."
"Marshall, you can be honest with me."
His voice is so soft and genuine, and Marshall cries harder. "He said my parents were worried about me."
He doesn't know why he's telling Lawrence this, given Lawrence showed nothing but anger every time he brought up his biological, real parents, but with how sweet he's acting right now, it's impossible for him not to cave in.
Lawrence rubs Marshall's back gently. "Oh, bud..." He presses multiple kisses to Marshall's forehead and hair, rocking him back and forth. "Shh... shh, I've got you."
After, and only after Marshall's tears cease, does Lawrence pull away to thumb the last of his tears away. Marshall hates himself for leaning into his touch.
"And you know why that was stupid of him to say, right, sweetie?"
Marshall nods shakily.
He smiles. "Good. They left you. They don't care about you and... I've seen them on TV before. I can tell they're faking their sadness and tears when they talk about you. It's so obvious it hurts. They kicked you out, they couldn't care less what happened to you. I bet they wouldn't even care if you're dead."
Those words make Marshall start to cry again. Lawrence says these words so sweetly still and he hates it. He doesn't even doubt his words, either.
"But I care about you," Lawrence continues, voice more sweet than ever now. "I love you. You're my entire world, and I'm so proud of you for not listening to that... that man. You're my pride and joy. Never forget that."
Again, Marshall can only nod.
Lawrence presses one more kiss to his temple. "Let's go home now. I'll make whatever you want and we can stargaze tonight. Maybe even camp outside. Would you like that, kiddo?"
"Yeah," Marshall whispers, sniffling. "I'd like that."

I was wondering -
In the harpy Benny au, what the other chars?
Are they doctors like Champ or like Benny
Or are they just their normal selves?
lovely question, also love the new name! i'll talk about as many people as i can in order of appearance{multiverse tales wise}, sooo... line break.
also there's very few categories since i haven't quite figured out the stuff in between.
fun fact: the building is mainly for people with powers to be studied/helped with their powers. the entire building is tax exempt because improvements to the world have been made, and the alternative is not a pretty sight.
Mikayla Maciel is one of the more stable members in canon, but due to her overworking.. she basically comes in for regular appointments. she also qualifies for being apart of the therapy program since she can basically do what Charlie does in canon just without him. there was something given to her that seems to be helping and that is...
Charlie, or for a long while in this universe: CH41. this is a weird little box that can listen and give advice depending on the circumstance. it's actually a bit multipurpose, so basically imagine a lunch box with a screen. but this specific box is the last of the one's created, before the creator went poof. {insert spooky fnaf music}
the Sci-5 are all a bit like Kayla, just with trauma that haunts them every single time they close their eyes. woo! yeah they still follow canon pretty well.
Crash is one of the patients {as previously mentioned} and he has severe separation anxiety, so whenever Champagne has to talk to either of the duo privately he'll just casually give crash one of the companion pets.
Burn has an extreme hate for everything around her, she'll never admit it, but crash has kinda grown on her. she was the one that decided it was finally time for them to check out of this place.
Tayrun has the ability to slightly control wildlife, it's easier when they're in a state of calm. he also got to witness in person, the murder of his family! he's been a patient ever since he was 15.
Astra has the shapeshifting ability, but also can take someone's powers and give it to someone else. is likely there willingly as she can be commonly seen in the most not allowed spots possible, like faculty rooms while pouring gatorade into the coffee pot.
yeah, Ulitus still killed Tayrun's fam. he doesn't have as much plot importance, but his powers are like Tayrun's except it's easier for him to control them when they're fuckin pissed. also Astra knows it was him, just doesn't tell anyone cause they never ask.
Alexis and Sterling both follow canon nearly to a t, but they're both in therapy for basically the war that happened in their town that caused the death of numerous friends.
Heath... i don't really have anything planned for him. :/ he's doing pretty good in the mental health department, maybe he recommended Alexis and Sterling the place so they could get help? idk.
Benny! might as well throw him back in here. good quality bird boi, his family all have wings, at least as far as he's seen, and they moved up into the mountains about 25.5 miles away from the building, and far away from civilization.
Abigail is a scientist, one that Champagne absolutely despises for what she's been doing to any of the patients. she also regularly tries to get him to allow her to do these experiments, usually resulting in the sound of a bug trapped underneath an electric racket. course most of the others vouch for her cause their morals are also fucked.
Vasilia, like Heath, is on the more mentally stable side. probably drops in every month or so because of the were jaguar stuff.
Eloise is a supervillain that has never been caught or defeated, no one's been in a coherent enough state to explain what her powers are.
Champagne focuses more on the mental health side of things, and is probably the only therapist at his work. as mentioned prior he gets his own office because of the fact the higher ups can actually recognize he's apart of the improvements. he lost his arm to one of his patients, but continues to hold nothing against them. he'll also try his best to lose some of the serious tone so that way it's easier for the others to talk with him.
Unice is one of the higher ups, and i believe it was you that gave me the idea for her to basically have the goal of running a freakshow circus? i really liked that idea. Crash and Burn would probably be targeted for the starting cast to this as they were both abandoned by any family they had.
Mara!!!! dragged in by force after there were reports of a supervillain basically ripping cities in half, turns out she was just heavily mind controlled and had a whole lot of altercations to the point nobody actually knows who she used to be. the only piece of her past was a piece of jewelry that had a name, Coșmara Noroi.
Harold is a highly wanted man, on account for several cities just wiped off the map, multiple kidnappings, and the flat out dismemberment of heroes. the only reason his wanted poster says "wanted Alive" is because he's Eloise's favorite blorbo.
Archibald is still pretty much a gopher, benny's birdly instincts go brrrrrrrrr and first meeting it was the same encounter of a hawk vs mouse.
Jake and Anna were picked up off the streets post crash/burn break out. they only took a couple days before going "oh. this is actually pretty nice."
Kate followed close behind with high amounts of rage, she was literally knocked out and put in the most secure part of the building. Champagne still talks with her, and after figuring out she was searching for jake and anna, asks the two about her.

{I honestly feel like I talk about Hanekoma way too much already? XD I feel like I never shut up about him and that's going to get annoying eventually. But still, let me see what I can pull out for him.}
⚀ Hanekoma will occasionally put up special graffiti in places that are hard to reach or areas that aren't likely to be visited by anyone. It serves as a reward to some of his more dedicated fans, and the imprints on these can be particularly potent. It always makes him happy when one of these pieces are discovered.
⚀ Among everyone's brew that he's tasted, Hanekoma's favorite is still Abe's. There's a nostalgia in it that he just can't seem to shake, and even if he can agree that other people make higher quality coffee, he can't say that it's his favorite. Abe will always hold a special place in his heart, even after everything he's done.
⚀ Hanekoma sings in the shower.
⚀ He waffles back and forth about owning a pet. He really wants to, but he just doesn't want anything bad to happen to it in the case something happens to him. If he gets carted off back to the HP he wants to know there isn't a pet that will simply be abandoned.
⚀ In case it wasn't obvious, Hanekoma is a very family-oriented individual. He absolutely loves the idea of having a family, and most of his motivation for actions comes with those people he considers his family in mind.
⚀ Even though Hanekoma is terrified of the idea of having a romantic partner, he finds himself craving one even more after the loss of Abe. He doesn't want to attempt to reach out to that ever again, though, for a variety of reasons. One of those is because he knows he'll never get anything as good as Abe again, since he now knows all of that was built specifically to make him happy.
⚀ I've mentioned this in a few other places, but Hanekoma really wants to learn how to dance. Mostly social and ballroom dancing. He wants to be able to have that experience with another person.
⚀ I'm mostly waiting for whatever point in time J decides they've had their fun with him, but Hanekoma is slotted to eventually get over his feelings towards Eanas. I have this plan for him to fall even deeper into his narcasism and just fall in love with himself instead.
⚀ I haven't talked about it at all, but I like to think that Hanekoma learned at least enough from Api about tattooing that he can practice on his own now. He still isn't perfect, but he is still working to get good enough that he could open a shop (even if he ultimately decides not to).

Zhongli (Genshin Impact) - Yandere Profile
This man's voice has a POWER over me I SWEAR
tws: yandere, mentions of n/sfw
tws (under the cut): very ddlg-esque vibes, sorta? infantilization, noncon
I'm sorry I get such strong daddy vibes it unintentionally went in this direction, hope that isn't too bad lmao
I’m working on all the prompts I’ve gotten in! I’ve gotten a few so I’ll be working on those.
----------
What are they generally like? Lucid, aware? Obsessive? How do they behave?
He's one that might be likely to misunderstand his feelings at first, think that he sees himself as a mentor or maybe even an authority figure, someone to guide you and teach you and serve as a dependable partner to your travels. As time goes on, and he begins to recognize how utterly flustered he gets around you, he's forced to acknowledge the actual feelings he has.
While some yanderes with a slight aloofness or pride to them get worse when in love, such as Childe or Kaeya, his drops completely. You bring out a softer side of him, really, one that's protective and tender and loving, so very loving, wanting to be around you, with you. He's certainly an obsessive, protective type, ultimately allowing his protective nature to get the better of him as he demands to know everything you've done, account for your location at every moment, constantly keep track of your habits, inquire about very personal details of your life. If he realizes you're bothered by it, he might draw back a bit, but he's convinced that that's just your perception, that it's necessary, truly, and not at all unusual.
Pet names. Particularly fond of love, darling, and angel. Sweet things that represent what you mean to him -- something precious, something to represent his adoration and idolization.
The primary form of delusion comes from a perception of you. He's obsessive, and idolizes you to an extent. He perceives you as pure, innocent, angelic. The thing is, this applies regardless of whether or not you actually are. If you are, it will solidify the idea, but even if you're not, he will find a way to see you so, anyway. No matter how wise you are, no, you're naive. No matter how capable you are, no, you're weak and fragile. No matter how experienced you may be, no, you're pure. He can always keep this delusion running by bringing into account age and comparison - you'll never be as strong as him, so you might as well be frail and weak. You'll never have lived as long as him, so really, do you think there's that much difference between you and a child, when compared to someone like himself?
How likely are they to kidnap their darling? How quickly will they do so?
Actually highly likely, and pretty quickly. As he observes you, it becomes very clear to him how very fragile you are, how naive you are, you are quite literally too pure, too angelic, to be living in this world with such beings as humans. Fragile, beautiful little things have a place where they belong - protected. Where do we put fragile, beautiful things? We put them behind glass, behind ropes, in pretty cages, in secluded rooms. It's only natural that you, too, need a similar environment.
He's one of the ones that will... Elegantly kidnap you, as odd as it sounds. He's not a brute that would do something horrendous like knocking you out or drugging you, no, he'll find an excuse for you to come to his abode, invite you in, and you'll walk in none the wiser. Only after your in, and the doors close, does he guide you to your new room, calmly explaining that he's come to the realization that you're too fragile to continue your journey, and ought to simply give up on your travels. He knows you'll be upset at first. Like a child being denied, you'll get pouty, moody, you might cry, you might lash out at him. It's predictable. He'll dry your eyes and calm you down, brushing off any harsh words you may have, holding your wrists in his hands when you try to push him away, softly reassuring you that it will all be alright, that you're safe now, and you'll learn to accept this with time.
How difficult is it to escape from them? How do they keep you restrained? How do they deal with attempted escape?
He would want something... elaborate. He's a man with taste for the most beautiful of things, including yourself, and he won't settle for something as simple as a chain or ropes. No, that would be too simple and brutish, and you, one of the finest things in his life, deserve something equally beautiful and delicate.
He's one of the ones that would go to a great deal of preparation for your arrival. He'd have a room prepared just for you, very ornate, beautifully tailored to you -- the walls your favorite color, the bed made of the same material as your old one, and the whole room completely filled with things you're certain you never even told him you liked. Clothes that fit perfectly to your body. It's frightening how perfect it is, because you know he had to go out of his way to acquire the information to achieve such perfection, but you have no idea how.
Everything about it elegant and detailed, right down to the series of ornate locks on the door. They're some of the sturdiest available, made with essentially unbreakable metal alloys and the most intricate lock systems to date. The windows don't open, and he'd certainly find some way to ensure escape through them isn't an option -- perhaps metal bars, perhaps an unbreakable glass substitute, perhaps merely locating your new home right on the edge of one of Liyue's most beautiful mountains, so that if you were to go out the window you'd plummet to the earth below. He's a bit delusional, but he's not stupid, and he will think through every possibility. Every little detail he needs to keep you safe and confined.
He's certain that, perfect as it is, this room is all you will ever need to be happy. Should you desire anything else, he can bring it to you. You'll never have to leave.
So it goes without saying that it would be exceptionally difficult to escape him. You'd have to find a way through the locks, for which your best bet would be to get some hair pins or tiny writing utensils. Even if you managed it, though, which would frankly be a very difficult feat, you'll have to deal with staying free. Zhongli has ties to the people of Liyue as a whole, and needless to say, he has eyes everywhere. You can't risk appearing in the harbor area, there will be far too many people who would immediately report you, and you'd just be walking right to him anyhow. The surrounding areas also have ties to him, so you'd want to try and reach Mondstadt, as far as it is, which is a difficult travel by foot all alone. You won't get far. He's faster, he's wiser, and he will find you long before you could ever hope to make it there.
However, he's not quite as angry as some yanderes would be about it. He doesn't take your escape personally, no, he blames himself, only calculating his own mistakes as to how it happened. He sees you as something like... a little runaway pet, so naive and dull that you don't know any better than to go wandering off. Or perhaps like a child, just sheepishly curious and wanting to explore, not knowing the dangers of the world. Or, perhaps...
"I haven't been giving you enough attention, have I? That's why you pulled this little act of rebellion... you're hurt by my negligence and wanted to be reassured of my care for you. I'm so sorry... I understand now, love. This was my fault. I've been so caught up with work... I'll delegate some tasks to my workers, and I'll be able to spend more time with you from now on, alright? Don't worry, I'm not angry, I'll take full responsibility. I'll be sure to make it up to you... now, let's go home."
How easy are they to trick, deceive, or manipulate?
Much like Childe or Venti or anyone who has been around as long as he has, you really don't stand a chance. He's an incredibly perceptive man. There's not much to say on the matter, as any attempts will be quickly shut down.
He'd find it amusing, really. Like a child trying to lie, but the evidence is all over their face and hands - it's that obvious to him. It's cute enough that he almost hates having to discipline you for it, but, you have to learn.
How lenient are they? What privileges can you have, and what will you be denied?
He wants his little angel to be safe - and unfortunately, you, being so naive and empty headed, don't always know what's best for you. He knows rules can be hard to follow perfectly, but they're there to keep you safe.
Extremely strict, will want to monitor every moment of your life, every little movement you take, and will insist on watching over you in every task. He'll pick out everything you wear, everything you eat.
Occasionally, if you ask very sweetly, he may take you out for walks in Liyue. Honestly, he'd be lying if he said he didn't enjoy taking you to what he knows are the finest locations, shops with the highest level of craftsmanship, restaurants with a high price tag and reputable food. He enjoys showing off his refined tastes and discerning selective abilities. And honestly? There's a certain... Powerful feeling to knowing you're made aware of the costs when he makes high purchases in front of you... even if you don't realize he's not always actually the one paying for it, or that he forgot mora again but promises the owner to pay later - but he'll make sure you don't know that. You hear the numbers, and your eyebrows raise, your eyes widen. You'd nearly faint if that total was on your responsibility, and he knows that. Which is why he'll simply smile at you, and tell you you're worth every last Mora. He'll buy you nearly anything you may desire. It seems like leniency, but in reality, it's his subtle way of locking control and dependency over you, making you respect him, making you love him.
"Don't worry, love. It's not a lot... Not to me, at least. Even if it were, my angel only deserves the best, no?"
What kind of rules do they have? What kind of punishment would they use?
Oh dear. Again, he's very strict, and wants to monitor everything you do, every little aspect of your life. He decides what you eat, portioning your meals to make sure you're eating enough, he worries about you going hungry during your travels, but luckily you'll never have to worry about that again. If you have a sweet tooth, he'll sigh and worry about your teeth and health, but he'll make sure to account for a little bit of sugar in your day, and will even pick up little treats from some of the most reputable places in Liyue.
He picks out clothes for you with each day. They're not... Normal clothes, per se. Certainly not what you'd normally wear on your travels. And it's not like anyone will see you except him - which is exactly why you'll have clothes he would never want anyone else to see you in. Frilly, lacey things, somehow both highly sexualized but also incredibly infantile, soft pinks, baby blues, gentle off-whites. They accentuate the curves of your body so perfectly, while just barely letting him see the parts of you normally kept hidden.
You'll have a schedule - a bath time, a bedtime, a wake-up time. He's weak to your requests, though, and may let you stay up a little late every now and then, or sleep in just a bit, if you make that soft pouting face and beg. He'll insist on bathing you, dressing you, so that you don't have to - and can't even if you wanted to - lift a finger even to wash yourself or put your clothes on.
He has a set of rules for you, very simple ones he hopes you can easily follow. No trying to leave. No doing anything dangerous. No talking to strangers when you go out. You must hold his hand whenever you're walking together, don't go wandering off.
He'll feel ashamed of the thought for a while, but eventually he'll cave and give into the desire, no, the security precaution, of a nice little collar for you. It's not too embarrassing, no, he went out of his way to find one that was delicate, almost like a necklace, made with fine materials, the engraving only visible up close. If you look closely, though, it clearly bears his name.
Breaking the rules is expected, he anticipates it. You're not the brightest, he might even view it as a mistake. A benefit is that you can easily pass it off as simply forgotten, or an accident. Hence, he's not too harsh - normally. He'll sigh, forgive you, and pat your head, contemplating how to prevent your access in the future.
Perhaps you wriggled out of his hand and ran off while walking? You were just excited, distracted, like a child. He might be able to procure a small leash, one that wouldn't be immediately obvious or embarrassing, to attach to your collar. Perhaps some cuff-like links to latch your arm to his.
You forgot the rule about not handling the kitchen knives and cut yourself? He'll have to get some kind of lock and simply keep them safely away from you. No big deal. Any measures are worth your safety.
If you push the limits, or have a defiant attitude, he might reach the point of punishment. As for not-unwholesome things, this would usually include taking away privileges, such as walks or sweets, but overall, punishment will mostly come in more impure forms.
How do they deal with rivals, or perceived rivals? Will they get rid of them? Will they kill them themselves, or find another way?
Not too much to say here - he has connections. He doesn't need to dirty his own hands. For all his supposed humility, if he truly dislikes someone, they're no more significant than an insect to him. He has no reservations about ridding the world of people who, in his mind, are obviously trying to deceive you, abuse you, corrupt you.
Thankfully, he is very capable of keeping a neutral face, even when he feels laughter building up. It would probably look strange if he were smiling over the newest body to come into his parlor.
How easy is it to make them mad? What does their anger look like?
It's a slow buildup. He views restraint as a virtue, and looks down upon those who lack control over their own tempers. He's a man who strives to meet his own standards of character, and that very much applies to self control and ability to maintain a controlled demeanor, even when he feels a bit of frustration due to you being intentionally and deliberately defiant.
It's his responsibility to be a good role model for you and make sure you understand how to behave. However, in the end, he's very keen on properness and rules. If you have a tendency towards brattiness and pushing your limits, you may drive him to a boiling point.
However, even when expressing his anger, he's remarkably controlled. It's very mature, really. Nonetheless, he will have you shivering and tearful with his voice alone, booming with that depth that reverberates off the walls, that vibrates against your very core. His true anger is one that can strike fear even in the most courageous individuals - he's terrifying when he wants to be, fierce and intimidating, a sort of power just eminates from him.
Nonetheless, it's quick, he calms down very quickly, wipes the tears from your eyes, and sighs.
"I do hate having to be firm with you... but I can't have you thinking you can just act however you want. You understand that, don't you?"
So they see you as above them, beneath them, or equal to them?
Both? It's difficult to describe. You're an angel to him. You're the finest work of art, the most intricate creation, the kind of person whose body and likeness deserves to be preserved in art and tradition, one of those women who should be renowned for beauty even centuries long after you're gone from the earth. It's almost goddess-like. At the same time, there's a beautiful, tragic duality to your essence, he thinks. A fragility and a dependency that leaves you in need, but an inherent status of perfection that makes you deserve the utmost perfect of care. You need to be coddled, cared for, protected, but you deserve it. Like a deity incarnated into a mere fragile human form, a queen that needs support to retain her grace.
Unlike some, he doesn't view his care and protection as some kind of favor that should be repaid with your gratitude, no, really, he is grateful that he is the one who is even deserving of being your caretaker, your provider, your lover.
Even if he is the one who determined that he deserves that role.
How determined are they for you to love them? How hard will they try to make it happen? Or are they content just having you?
He's convinced that he can show you that he is your protector, your lover, that it's fate itself that has locked you together, not just his own will.
And he is, above all else, patient. One of the most patient you could encounter. You think a year is a long time? It's nothing to him. A century for you? More than a lifetime. For him? Nothing. He can and will wait, as long as it takes, and he will never falter in his continual care. He'll remind you frequently, he'll shower you in affection, but if you don't return it? It's not that bad. He has all the time in the world to fix you.
Bonus: Is there anything that makes them unique, in comparison to other yanderes?
Moraless Sugar daddy
But in all seriousness, he is definitely of the gift-giving love language. He sees beautiful things, and beautiful things make him think of you! It's sweet, he thinks. So many little things he sees throughout his day make him think of you, and he has to have all of them, see your face when he gives them to you. He likes making you happy, for one, but he'd be lying if he said there wasn't a sort of satisfactory pride he gets from the power dynamic of it all. He wants to be the sole source of provision in your life, he wants your dependency.
If we're talking prior to the events of the game, it will be even more extreme. He treats it like it's truly nothing, throwing around massive purchases, seemingly as if he's not thinking about it at all. But he is - rest assured, he's taking it into consideration, at least, that is, how it will affect your attitude and perception of him.
General perverseness: how sexual of a person are they? What’s their drive like? How touchy do they get? Do they have any reservations about sexuality?
On the reserved side. He'd never conduct himself improperly in public, of course. It's out of the question. He cares about proper behavior and public image, and he'd never behave in a vulgar manner.
Even in private, he's certainly one of the ones that struggles with a certain guilt. To some degree, he would feel like you're so innocent and pure that he doesn't want to corrupt you. He goes through stages. First, he'll lie to himself, telling himself that the feelings he has for you are simply protective, platonic, a natural sense of responsibility for you. That becomes more and more difficult to convince himself of, the more excited he becomes around you, the more he finds his eyes drawn to whatever bits of skin are exposed on your body, finding himself drifting off to impure thoughts, trying to push them away.
Second, once he's forced to acknowledge the true nature of these feelings, he'll simply practice restraint, something he's rather good at in this area. He tries, he really does. He tells himself he can't do something so impure, that it would violate you, that he should be ashamed of himself for it. It becomes more and more and more difficult to restrain himself with time, the feelings rising and the thoughts become more difficult to push away, eventually entertaining the fantasies in his head in an attempt to rid himself of the urge in real life. It doesn't work, no, it only makes the urges worse, and he can't be around you without his body nearly commanding him to do something. And finally, he'll take a different stance entirely, telling himself that, no, it's not going to corrupt you, rather, it's taking care of you. If he really wants to love you, really wants to care for all of your needs, then surely that would include your physical needs, and therefore, really, it would be wrong of him not to help you.
As that shift in viewpoints goes on, he'll become more and more bold, hands lingering just a little longer, face coming just a little closer. It's a slow build of tension, just waiting to boil over.
How forceful are they? Do they care about your willingness?
He understands you're nervous. Again, no matter how experienced you are, somehow in his head he makes it out to be insignificant. Even if you've had other relationships, he convinces himself - and tries to convince you - that they were inadequate, they didn't care about you, not like he does. And he'll treat it as that -- any resistance you put up is nervousness, nothing more, nothing less. He'll reassure you a million times that you won't feel pain, that he'll be gentle, that you'll feel good, even if his size and strength frankly is rather intimidating regardless of experience. He'll keep cooing in your ear, softly whispering reassurance, softly running hands over your skin, holding you in place as the last inch stretches you apart.
What sort of kinks or fetishes do they have, or would they fill?
Infantilization
Again, no matter how smart, experienced, and capable you may be, you're none of those things to him. You're a fragile, little thing. He has to take care of you at all times. It may not be evident at first, and he himself likely doesn't fully realize it, but there is something highly sexual to this for him. Caring for you puts him in a position of dominance, control. It gives him access to your privacy, dressing you up, fingers running over your skin, bathing you, watching your skin glisten. He'll talk to you in this way, too, often softly, remarking every little way in which you need him, and even condescendingly so. He wants you to be his, not only in a sense of love, but of possession.
Oral
Primarily giving. Even on its own, he loves the taste, but the effect it has on you makes it that much better. He loves anything that forces you to depend on him entirely for pleasure, that puts you at his mercy. And he'll be torturous about it too, restraining your arms and legs so you can't control anything, hold your hips down so you can't roll into him, so that only he can determine exactly how much pressure and speed you get. And he won't rush it, no, he'll go so slowly it's torturous, and telling you very simply that if you want any more, you'll have to beg.
Edging
For a variety of reasons. The power trip is as exhilarating as it is pleasurable, but he also loves watching your body writhe. Each little muscle that moves under the flesh when your arms strain against his hand holding your wrists together, the convulsing of your stomach muscles, the way your toes curl and legs spasm and the sweet little whimpers you make when he draws back just short of your high. He's mastered watching your reactions, knowing exactly when to stop, even if you try to mask it. He'll want you to tell him, though, nonetheless, tell him when you're close, if for nothing else but the sense of you obeying his commands.
Collaring
Similarly to infantilization, it gives him something of a sense of control, of possession. He loves seeing his name engraved on it, marking the whole of your being with his ownership. In his somewhat rare moments of roughness, he'll want to pull on it, use it to draw you towards him, in a moment of your defiance, in particular. If you're being mouthy, whiny, disobedient, and you finally make him snap, especially if you try to walk away from him, he'll yank you back with force, pulling you close to him, and when the force of it shuts you up, changes your demeanor, forces you to acknowledge your submission - the satisfaction he'll get from that is incomparable.
How do they feel about pregnancy or babies? Do they want them?
As much as he likes the idea, to him, you're already like a child, naive and fragile. Could your body even handle a pregnancy, a birth? He'd likely try to avoid it, but in the end, if it happened by accident anyway, rest assured you'd be getting the best care of any woman to ever be pregnant in Teyvat, and he'd do everything in his power to ensure you were always comfortable, taking his caretaking to another level, almost never even letting you get up, insisting you stay still and calm and needy.
What kind of (nsfw) punishments would they use?
He'd be one to pull the "it doesn't hurt you as much as it does me" line, but really, even if he refuses to admit it to his own self, having you bent over his lap is just as much for his own enjoyment as it is a disciplinary measure. It's more humiliating than it is painful -- he'd hold back, afraid of hurting you with his strength, but taking in every little flinch and whimper you make as he brings his hand down on your ass, keeping your head pressed down, kneading at the flesh. He'd insist it's the most effective punishment measure, but you can feel the hard-on digging into your stomach. The worse the behavior, the worse the beating, but every time, after it's over, he'll hold you upright, wiping the tears from your eyes and asking you if you learned you lesson, if you intend to do it again, and smiling when you insist you won't.
What body parts of their darling do they like the most?
Your skin. It's beautiful, and he loves the way that light from the moon and sun look on your naked form. He loves the way your skin feels, soft and delicate, smooth, so paper thin and fragile, and so, so deliciously prone to showing marks from the slightest of harm - a simple smack can make the plump flesh darkened and reddened, the lightest suckling will leave beautiful hickeys all down your neck and chest. There are so many ways to mark his property, to stake a visible claim all over you, it's irresistible.
He also will go out of his way, when picking out all the things he wants you to wear, to find colors that best go with your skin tone, in a contrasting sense - particularly lacey, sheer things that contrast very well, so he can see your soft flesh perfectly defined against the little lace patterns.

Dog | Stan Marsh + reader | South Park Plotanic oneshot
Everyone noticed how sad and down you looked recently, they didn't know exactly why. You've been away from some of the classes too, it made some people worry.
Desperate, everyone tried to contact you somehow, from trying to get your phone number, or knocking on your door, or literally anything to ask what was going on.
It's South Park elementary, no one in that school would ever leave anyone alone. That's just how the nature there is.
Your parents told the teachers that you've been feeling really worked up and down due to your dog passing away. It took affect of you mentally and physically, you loved your dog so much, and now he's/she's gone.
The adults were understanding enough to let you be, but not the other kids, until Mr. Mackey told them about it (with allowance).
"M'kay guys, there's something serious we have to talk about." The teacher said as the kids turned their head, facing him.
"What is it now?" Cartman rested his head on the palm of his hand, thinking it will be just a waste of time just like all times.
"See how you've all noticed how (y/n) has been feeling depressed lately? Well their dog recently died, and it's been really tough for them."
With that, everyone gasped in unison, feeling a slight feeling of pity.
"Now, now everyone. That doesn't mean you can go around and stalk them, mkay? They're coming to school tomorrow and I expect you guys to behave and respect their privacy, mkay?" Mr. Mackey exclaimed, Butters raising hand.
"Yes, Butters?"
"How did their dog exactly die?" The blond asked in curiosity.
"We don't know. Their parents haven't told us yet, only that it passed away. Just behave tomorrow and act normal, m’kay?"
Everyone nodded, and went with the day normally, only that everyone was talking about (y/n), saying "That must be tough losing a pet..." and "They used to love their dog so much and always talked about him/her!".
Even Stan's gang showed a bit of empathy.
"Look how much attention (y/n) is going to get tomorrow! I want attention, I'm going to act like my pet also died." Cartman said, thinking he sounded smart, but Kyle told him otherwise.
"No, fatass! Joking about death isn't cool, their literal dog they had for years just died!"
"Yeah dude, Kyle's right. When my dog died, I was depressed too, you know?" Stan agreed with the redhead as Kenny nodded his head. Cartman only glared at them and rolled his eyes.
"Ugh whatever, you guys are boring."
"Anyways... I kinda wanna talk to them at school tomorrow." Stan said.
"Who? (y/n)? Why?"
"I don't know, I understand them! My dog died too, remember? I know how they feel, I want them to know that I'm here to talk if they wanted to."
"Since when were you so generous and and nice to people, Stan?" Kenny teasingly asked, but muffled by the hood he was wearing.
"Do I maybe sense a crush?" Cartman teased as well, smirking.
"Wait what? No! I just... want them to feel safe."
"Well, you heard Mr. Mackey earlier. We have to act normal to not make them uncomfortable." Kyle exclaimed.
"Yeah I know but he doesn't have to know." The raven head said, only wanting the best for you. Never in his life has he ever been this nice before, at least that's what he thinks.
The next day, everyone was surrounding you with questions and it got overwhelming. You just wanted to be alone.
You knew this would happen.
You wanted to run, but couldn't. You tried your best to ignore all the questions and faces, but nope.
Stan noticed, and wanted to get up and help you. He turned his head to Kyle, who nodded as saying he should go now.
And so, Stan slowly walked to your desk as almost everyone in the classroom was surrounding you, you looked so stressed.
"Guys, can you fuck off?" That wasn't really a question, more like a demand as everyone looked at him.
"Why?" One of the kids asked, glaring the boy.
"They clearly looks uncomfortable, see?"
Still not saying anything, they all turned their head back to you, completely ignoring Stan's statement and starts asking you questions again.
Frustrated, Stan held his hand out for you to hold to go somewhere else from this chaos. Without thinking, you quickly put your hands on his and started running out of the classroom, to the janitors room.
Both of them out of breath, they sat down on the floor, calming down.
It was an awkward silence for a few seconds, until Stan decided to speak up.
"Hey... You okay?"
You said nothing, being too scared to even talk.
"Listen, you don't have to say anything, I just wanted to let you know that... I'm here if you wanna talk. I understand. Losing a loved one you've known for years and grown in touch with sucks. Trust me. I know, because my dog died too." He exclaimed and looked at you, who had your eyes on the floor the whole time as you were hiding your face on your knees.
"I'm sorry.. it's just that..... I can't bring myself to stop thinking about him/her, even though how much I try to move on. It hurts. It's silly, I know, it's a dog. But... yeah." You finally spoke, only leaving Stan in a little surprise as he didn't expect you to say a word, but soon sighed and moved closer to you.
"No, it's fine. It doesn't matter, you loved him/her. You have every right to grieve like this." He reassured, making you feel less bad, yet still sad. You let out a little 'thank you' but you were still a bit confused on why he just suddenly started talking to you, because he's always been hanging out with Cartman and the others. You started to overthink, but Stan quickly interrupted your thoughts.
"But hey.. care to maybe tell me more about your dog?"
"O-Oh! U-Uhm... Yeah sure!" A bit hesitant, you started talking about how much of a good dog it was, and all the fun memories you had with him/her. You and Stan laughed together at some silly jokes. It made you realize how much this actually helped, how much this actually did calm your nerves. You were so thankful for Stan to comfort you like this, it did help.
This went on for so long, you both just forgetting it was school.
"Oh and.. How about your dog?"
"Oh, mine? That's a long story... haha..."
You both eventually started talking about anything about both of your dogs, sharing similar memories and having fun, it relaxed both of you.
It felt like hours, even though it went on for only 15 minutes or something. The teachers might be worried.
But you then wrapped your arms around the boy, giving him a warm and big embrace, letting out a few light sobs here and there, catching him off guard.
"Thank you Stan... You really helped me, I'm so happy to have you as a friend." You said as you cried into his brown jacket, even though you tried to resist it, but you just had to let it out.
Not knowing what to say, Stan gently patted your back and hugged you back, not minding you tearing up. In fact, he let out a few tears as well.
"Me too, (y/n). I'm just happy to help."
Pulling away from each other and wiping off each other's tears, they realized what time it was.
"Crap!! We should've been in class by now!" Stan said only to grab your hand again and run out of the janitors room back to the classroom, where everyone was confused and shocked to see both of you together.
A/N: SORRY THE ENDING IS BAD, I WAS REALLY TIRED AND WANTED TO SLEEP
