Neem Tulsi Face Wash: An Ayurvedic Solution for Clear and Healthy Skin
The market is flooded with various skincare products that claim to offer quick solutions for clear and healthy skin. However, these products often contain harsh chemicals that can harm the skin in the long run. Ayurveda, on the other hand, offers a natural and holistic approach to skincare. One such ayurvedic solution for clear and healthy skin is the Neem Tulsi face wash. In this article, we will explore the benefits of Neem and Tulsi, and how their combination in a face wash is useful in treating acne and pimples.
Benefits of Neem in Skincare
Neem, also known as the 'wonder herb,' has been used for centuries in Ayurveda for its medicinal properties. It is known for its antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties, making it an excellent ingredient for skincare. Neem helps in controlling the production of sebum, which is the main culprit behind acne and pimples. It is also useful in reducing the redness and inflammation associated with acne. Neem also reduces pigmentation, making the skin look brighter and more even-toned.
Benefits of Tulsi in Skincare
Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, is another popular herb in Ayurveda. It is known for its antibacterial and antifungal properties, making it an excellent ingredient for skincare. Tulsi reduces inflammation and redness, making it an ideal ingredient for those with sensitive skin. It also reduces acne scars and pigmentation, making the skin look brighter and more even-toned.
Combining Neem and Tulsi in a Face Wash
The combination of Neem and Tulsi in a face wash is an excellent way to reap the benefits of both these herbs. Neem Tulsi face wash is gentle on the skin and can be used daily to cleanse the skin thoroughly. The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of Neem and Tulsi prevent acne and pimples. It also reduces the redness and inflammation associated with acne.
Neem Tulsi face wash is also an excellent solution for those with oily skin. The combination of these two herbs controls the production of sebum, which is the main culprit behind oily skin. It also reduces the appearance of open pores, making the skin look smoother and more even-toned.
Using Neem Tulsi Face Wash for Acne
Acne is a common skin condition that affects people of all ages. It can be caused by various factors, including hormonal imbalances, genetics, and poor skincare habits. Neem Tulsi face wash is an excellent solution for those with acne-prone skin. The antibacterial properties of Neem and Tulsi are useful in preventing the growth of acne-causing bacteria. These herbs are also useful in controlling inflammation and redness associated with acne.
Using Ayurvedic Face Wash for Pimples
Pimples are another common skin concern that can be treated with Ayurvedic face wash. Pimples are caused by clogged pores, which can be due to excess oil, dirt, or dead skin cells. Neem Tulsi face wash is helpful in unclogging the pores, preventing the formation of pimples. It also reduces inflammation and redness associated with pimples.
Summing Up
Neem Tulsi face wash is an excellent Ayurvedic solution for clear and healthy skin. The combination of these two herbs prevents acne and pimples, reducing inflammation and redness, and controlling the production of sebum. Use Neem Tulsi face wash daily to achieve smoother, brighter, and more even-toned skin. So, if you're looking for a natural and effective way to combat acne and pimples, give Advik Ayurveda Neem Tulsi Face Wash a try and experience its numerous benefits for yourself. Say goodbye to blemishes and say hello to a clear and radiant complexion.

Real Skincare Guide
Level 1: breakouts, non-painful, a little scarring
Minimize your skincare routine, all you need is an oil cleanser (if you wear a lot of makeup) than a good foam cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Repeat the same routine before bed just without the sunscreen.
Wear sunscreen everyday!!!
Always apply more moisturizer than you think you need.
Drink a lot of water (2-3LT)
Get consistent sleep
Take a multi vitamins to balance your hormones. I recommend the One-A-Day Woman’s Vitamins (get a real pill cause the gummies don’t have enough iron)
Work on your stress (breathe work, meditate, journal, yoga, walks, going out with friends, therapy, etc)
Look at what body oils/shampoo/conditioner you are using. Could be your akin reacting poorly to something in there.
Level 2: consistant breakouts, acne, scarring
All the stuff for Level 1 apply.
Minimize your skincare routine and than slowly add back in stuff like hydrochloric acid and retinol. Having an elaborate skincare will just make your skin worse. First, focus on healing your skin barrier.
If you are a teenager, it just might be your hormones/growing pains. It will go away eventually.
Pimple Patches work and are especially good if you are trying to stop touching your face.
Wash your pillow cases every 1-2 weeks.
Try to sleep on your back.
If you pop a pimple than apply an antibiotic ointment.
No point in using anti-aging products if you are under the age of 25. It just won’t do anything for you.
Note that if you take in a lot of nicotine you will breakout. If you smoke and you have bad skin, it probably won’t improve unless you quit or lessen the dosage.
Level 3: painful consistent breakouts/acne/scars, redness, irritability, hurts,
Go see a dermatologist!
Acne is can be a real problem. If your acne is painful seek professional help.
If Accutane is recommended, than I would do it. Based only on the experiences of my friends, I have seen great results after a couple months. There are side effects and it is not for everyone but if a professional says you should than I might consider it.
No topical treatment is going to make those scars go away. You are going to need to laser resurfacing which is like this secret treatment rich people do to clear up their skin. It is expensive but really works. Beauty brands want you to think that the right cream can clear up your skin but if you have bad scarring you are only going to see real results with laser treatments
All of the above recommendations still apply
Your acne does not take away from your beauty or your worth as a human being. Remember that acne is normal and social media is fake.

skincare cheat sheet
✨acne prone skin✨
look for ingredients such as benzoyl peroxide, sulfur, retinoids. benzoyl peroxide & sulfur both have anti-bacterial properties that can help kill the bacteria as well as being anti-microbial which can help reduce the growth of bacteria and soothe the skin. my skin personally likes sulfur whenever i have a breakout.
*minimize your skin routine* this is super important because if you are prone to acne you may or may not know what is causing your breakouts!! it could be a product in your routine that is clogging your pores, it could be hormonal, it could even be that your skin barrier is so dry and it's prompting your body to over create more oil which is causing you to breakout more often. i recommend plugging in all of your current products into the skin safe website and checking out if any are comedogenic. try resetting your routine and start out with a non-comedogenic face wash, moisturizer & spf. stick with that for atleast 2-4 weeks and then start slowly introducing other things that will contribute to reaching your skin goals.
pimple patches <3 (not the star face ones) i'm a huge lover of pimple patches, i love using them because not only do they distract me from picking my blemishes but they also help in aiding my blemishes as well. i recommend panoxyl patches because they actually work. they don't slide off, they stay on even after i've applied my products and they are more affordable than others. i've tried the starface ones and while they are cute.. they're ineffective. they do not suck up anything and half the time they will fall off your face even without product. and they're expensive. if you do enjoy the star shaped patches but want some that are actually effective i recommend amazon! i purchases pink stars that work just as well as my panoxyl ones and are just as affordable!
hydrate & moisturize!!! drink your water and moisturize your face, this is said all the time but it truly does make a difference.
pay attention to your diet. what you may be putting into your body may be a sign of what it showing on the outside. fried foods, dairy, carbs, and sugar can all contribute to acne. i'm not saying you can't have these ever again but they should be enjoyed within in reason. it's all about *balance*
visit a derm. if you have the luxury of visiting a derm, please do so. a derm can help you figure out the root cause of what's causing your acne along with guiding you on what to do next.

Which one does a longer skincare routine, Buddy or Chase?
Chase regularly goes on Facebook to get shitty skincare tips from random Facebook mums. He has a 15 step skincare routine and washes his face with milk instead of water.
On the other hand,
Buddy uses an exfoliation glove and exfoliation wash and uses 13 anti-aging products in the night. He buys drunk elephant daily and when he sees a pimple he cries
So...I don't know

There really was no need for Marcia to do her old skincare routine anymore. She didn't get pimples anymore and the anti-aging cream she used to covert was rendered useless with her immortality.
But she did it still.
She followed the steps, opening bottles and jars while listening to Valentina fight with the bedsheets. She had to suppress a laugh listening to her lover curse at their bed, leg stuck inside the fitted sheet. Valentina was singing a song in Italian, one Marcia immediately recognised as an old love song. She hummed along, listening to Vale replace words with curses periodically.
God she had this life for eternity now.
There was still something else in her eyes, a sadness that wasn't hers. Her smile was still sharp, but she was choosing the sharpness now. Two men died but she now had forever with Valentina. The guilt ate at her in the beginning but now all she could think about was the future. The future she had with her Vale. She applied the last of her creams, walking out the bathroom to Valentina already in bed, watching her with adoration in her eyes. Marcia climbed into bed, turning the light off right before she did. She rested her head on Valentina chest, listening to her heart thump.
Da-dum da-dum da-dum.
She didn't know what she was anymore, but Marcia knew one thing, Valentina was there. She was unyielding and she was so very warm. Marcia could feel herself warming, ever so slightly. As if just being near Valentina could bring back her humanity.
She looked up at her lover who pulled her in closer, kissing her with a smile. The two stayed close, giggling to themselves in between kisses. She tugged at Valentina's shirt, stripping it off her while taking her own off. They spent what felt like forever pulling each other impossibility closer, moaning into each others mouth with each roll of their hips. They pulled apart, half asleep and so very in love.
"Don't forget to fix the fence." Marcia reminded Valentina while brushing the hair out of her face. Vale groaned, throwing her head back with mock anger. "I was going to eat you out but you want to talk about the stupid fence?" Marcia roller her eyes as Valentina pulled her down to lie down, the covers pulled over their heads. She buried her nose in Marcia's hair. "I'll fix it tomorrow morning. I love you amore mio." she mumbled into her neck. Marcia hummed contently, I love you." She said, closing her eyes to fall asleep, a strange heaviness in her chest blossoming.
No fences were fixed in the morning. No coffee was shared over a breakfast spread. There was no washing of dishes or any loud singing in the living room. There was no more living in the house. The two women, with forever in their future entered the eternal slumber intertwined under a blanket of their love.

So I’ve had severe hyperpigmentation around my mouth due to eczema for MONTHS and acne, acne scars for years.
I tried everything and it didn’t work.
Sooo here is some advice no one asked for:
For acne prone skin always check the ingredients in your products for pore cloggers. As pore cloggers lead to more breakouts, acne, pimples and irritates the skin. So copy paste the ingredients into a website which will show if the products has any pore cloggers. I use https://acneclinicnyc.com/pore-clogging-ingredients .
SUNSCREEN almost every day especially when the UV index is 3 and above.
You need to moisturize your skin, even if it is oily and acne-prone if you don't your skin will try to produce more oil to compensate for that which will lead to more pimples. ( use a water-based or oil-free moisturizer)
DONT use a salicylic acid cleanser everyday. Use it max thrice a week.
Double and oil cleanse at least twice a week and especially if you wear makeup up go in with an oil cleanser or a cleansing balm and then with your regular face wash.
BRUSH before doing your skincare as Saliva and toothpaste residue can remain all over your chin and your jawline which could be causing acne breakouts, sensitivities and irritation. So brush and then wash your face.
NATURAL FACE MASKS and remedies
Honey: has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and antioxidant properties.
Turmeric: contains anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antibacterial and antioxidant components. Some research shows that it helps with Atopic dermatitis which is a type of eczema.
Coffee: It is a natural vasoconstrictor, meaning it can reduce inflammation and swelling by constricting blood vessels but it only helps temporary.
Aztec clay or Bentonite clay: helps to remove dirt and oil from pores( use only once a week) . You can use it with water, apple cider vinegar or white vinegar too.
Green tea as a toner: it's an antioxidant and soothes the skin due to the vitamin E and amino acids which also hydrates the skin. ( I usually drink green tea at night so I use some of the leftover tea as a toner)
I've been using these makes for 3 weeks and I've noticed such a big difference, especially with the hyperpigmentation.
⚠️: if you have eczema go to the derm first like I did. I use what she gave with these. She gave me all eczema friendly products and an ointment. So please go to the dermatologist first.
The most important part is to eat healthy and the stuff that doesn’t trigger your acne. For some people it might be dairy, sugar or even oily food.
Always remember having acne and other skin concern doesn’t define your worth or how beautiful you are. You are so much more than just your skin💜💜
Hope this helps! Feel free to ask questions in the comments. You can also ask me to show the before and after pictures of the hyperpigmentation around my mouth. I’ll Dm

What skincare to use to help acne <3
First of all, keep in mind that acne is natural. It's nothing we should feel extremely insecure about. Everyone's beautiful in their own way 🙂.
Salicylic acid. Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid. It’s well-known for reducing acne by exfoliating the skin and keeping pores clear. When your pores get plugged with dead skin cells and oil, blackheads, whiteheads or pimples often appear. Salicylic acid penetrates your skin and works to dissolve the dead skin cells clogging your pores. Salicylic acid is consider safe for teens to use as well. If you use this make sure to follow with a very hydrating moisturiser as this acid can leave skin very dry as it removes oil from the skin.
Benzoyl peroxide. Benzoyl peroxide works as an antiseptic to reduce the number of germs and bacteria on the surface of your skin. Like Salicylic acid, it can also lead to dry skin so remember to use a moisturiser afterwards. This is also safe for teens to use.
Niacinamide acid. Niacinamide acid is a form of vitamin B3. Niacinamide is an anti-inflammatory that works to reduce the redness and swelling associated with acne. It also works to regulate the amount of acne-causing oil being produced by the glands in your skin. One cause of acne is to much sebum or oil being produced, so since niacinamide regulates the amount of sebum being produced it helps with acne. This product is also teen safe <3.
Diet. Sometimes your diet can lead to too much sebum production and affect your hormones causing an hormonal imbalance, which can also lead to acne and other skin concerns. Also remember to stay hydrated!
A lot of the time regularly washing your face might be enough. It honestly depends on you age and the amount of acne that you have. If you are considering using any of the product please research them and check with a doctor or dermatologist if you can use them. Remember that if you feel a burning sensation on your face your skin is getting irritated and you should stop using that product.
Lifestyle. How much excerise you do, the amount of stress you have can also impact acne as well.
I hope this helps some of you :D. Bye, and remember to stay postive.
