Out in supermarkets just in time for Halloween, lol. (I guess this is an instance of an "anti-keto" food, lol.)

As someone who at one point was low-key fixated on the concept of Buck’s relationship with his body I find it interesting they mention he’s in ketosis when the last time we really saw mentions of anything like that from buck was in the early seasons namely season 1 (at several points like the convo with the gay couple with the guy with the worm) and legit one ep into s2 with the talk of body fat
Actually it contrasts later seasons where you have him talking about his love for carbs (keto is all about low carb intake and training your body to burn fat rather than carbs for energy - I love the internet cos I didn’t know that)
Idk what it means but it’s interesting especially with that being the Abby era
Idk thinking thoughts and none of them are coherent
Should I wait and post this when I can actually descramble the thoughts? Probably but you know what y’all get me so I’m telepathically transferring what I mean

How I accidentally discovered the secret of youth and beauty…
Hi, I'm Max, I'm 35 years old.
I have a job in an office, so I don't move much. Recently my colleague Jeannine jokingly noticed that I got a tummy, and when I looked in the mirror I noticed the first wrinkles on my face, and the most unpleasant thing since recently - my potency has decreased! This made me very sad.
I decided to make a revolution in my life and transform my body. I had dreamed of having developed muscles and an athletic body like at 20 years old. However, when I came to the gym, I realized that to achieve these goals I should have started in my youth, when the growth hormone in my body was at its maximum, and as I grew older, it took a lot of effort and time.
Tumblr media
It was then that my trainer advised me Gen F20 Plus, a product that promised to stimulate my body to produce more growth hormone and help me develop my muscles quickly.
Tumblr media
Turns out is an all-natural growth hormone releasing formula made up of 16 ingredients.
Celebrities and supermodels use GenF20 Plus to fight the aging process to look younger than their true age.
Doubts and uncertainty accompanied me at first, but I decided to give Gen F20 Plus a chance. I started taking the product as recommended by the manufacturer and continued with my workouts and proper nutrition.
After a few weeks of using, I started to notice results. My muscles got noticeably bigger and stronger. I noticed that my recovery from my workouts was faster and I was able to train with more intensity. My endurance increased and I felt full of energy and vitality.
Gen F20 Plus helped not only improve my physical performance, but also my potency. This was an unexpected but pleasant bonus. I noticed an improvement in my sex life and an increase in my self-esteem.
Moreover, I noticed that my skin was healthier and more youthful. This unexpected effect of really impressed me. It became clear to me that the product works not only at the muscle level, but also at the level of the body as a whole.
My experience with Gen F20 Plus was spectacular. It helped me achieve fast and noticeable results in muscle development, improved physical fitness, and increased energy. I am grateful for this drug for its effectiveness and the opportunity to transform my body.
However, it is important to note that results may vary depending on each individual's personality. Before you start using Gen F20 Plus or any other product, it is important to consult your doctor and follow the manufacturer's recommendations.
This is the story of how I was able to get my body in shape quickly with Gen F20 Plus. This product turned out to be a real help for me in achieving my physical goals.
And for those who want to know more about the product, I suggest visiting this site.

CW: brief mention of eating disorder communities
Not a registered dietitian, but I majored in food science so I know BASIC nutrition. (empashis on basic, nutritional science is a whole separate degree)
Yes the replies are funny, and I know we all need a laugh right now, & most of us recognize this as being ridiculous. I'm chuckling too.
But we as a culture also encourage people (especially women, but also men) to starve themselves to be thin. I remember pro-ana being a common tag in weight loss circles, & thinspo. I also know several people who struggled with eating disorders (including men- not a bash on women, but men do get overlooked in this topic).
This type of thinking is dumb because we ARE meant to eat everyday. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN PUBERTY. The mechanisms we have evolved, such as ketosis (the state people strive to be for keto) are there for times of famine. Maintaining homeostasis, generating all the thousands of chemical reactions in your body, fighting foreign bacteria, replenishing cells/ blood/ tissue/ etc - that all uses up energy. Energy you need to replenish. If you've grown up impoverished or had a few bad months where you're living on Ramen, you can FEEL it. Inability to focus, tiring easily, just wanting to sleep. Your body doesn't WANT to be in that state. It WANTS calories, it wants nutrients. It wants to live. (I'm separating body & mind here.) We need fat to live. The past 100 years is the FIRST time in human history where a decent chunk of the population isn't constantly worrying about starvation, those primal instincts about needing to put on weight just in case aren't going anywhere. Societal beauty trends can fuck themselves.
So please remember to do your best to eat & take care of yourself. And I mean YOUR best; if that means eating a slice of 80 cent white bread, or beans, or pasta, then so be it. If you have an eating disorder, I know several people who have overcome multiple disorders. It is possible to enjoy life, be healthy & attractive, and eat what you want. You deserve to be happy & have access to health.

Anti-Keto Cookies, 😂 Peanut butter cookies topped with a milk chocolate Hershey's Kiss. Beloved wife makes these cookies for the students at the fancy private boys' school where she teaches. The boys, being boys, call them "nipple cookies," lol.
These are great cookies 🍪, but you could almost say they are the "anti-keto cookie." But after 3 or 4 years on this diet, my cravings for sugar have subsided pretty much.

[VD: A Tiktok by @/itsnikki.g featuring two fat women walking down a street and speaking to the camera. One is wearing a cropped blue hoodie, here dubbed 1, and one is wearing a pink floral sweater, here dubbed 2. Both of them smile as they speak cheerily and sarcastically.
1: We're fat. Of course we're wearing bike shorts underneath skirts and dresses. (waggles finger) No chub rub here.
2. We're fat. Of course the only medical advice we've ever received is to lose weight. (laughs) No matter the ailment!
1: We're fat. Of course we grew up wearing a T-shirt over our bathing suits.
2: We're fat. Of course we're gonna pull our shirts down over our knees to stretch them out a little bit, that's normal.
1: We're fat. Of course men are rude to us in public but slide into those DMs. (rolls eyes)
2: We're fat. Of course I've done the Weight Watchers diet.
1: Slimfast. 2: Jenny Craig. 1: Nutrisystem. 2: South Beach. 1: Kellog's Red Berries. 2: Atkins Diet. 1: Whole 30.
2. We're fat. Of course we endured a childhood of internalized fatphobia only to find fatphobia later in life and discover that antifatness is rooted in misogyny, racism, colonialism, and has evolved to be a major tool of patriarchal capitalism. And we've discovered that the way to truly make everyone better and happier is to love ourselves in a way that is rebellious and authentic.

I haaaaaate hate hate googling health information so much I feel like it’s this black hole of quackery and nonsense like even googling simple shit like what are foods to avoid if my cholesterol is high you immediately get hit with a wall of bone broth gut cleansing juice fast superfood wheat belly keto diet hacks. it’s like anti-vaxx levels of misinformation combined with fatphobia and orientalism. I guess I’ll just stick to “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” as my guiding light because everything else is a multi-level marketing scam
