yeah, i just came back here because surprise, i gain weight again. so... i definitely don't want to go back to my eating disorder's life, but i also don't want to stay like this.
this quarantine affect me a lot, specially because i stopped doing exercises everyday. even if i ate health, it's basically impossible to lose weight while i just exist in the couch. i'm feeling very weak, so i'm going to start doing exercises every day, maybe walk around, whatever.
I'm also going to eat less food. I usually do healthy recipes, but I always put a lot more than I need, so yeah, time to stop doing that shit and start getting more control about what i put in my stomach.
I don't know my current weight, but last time it was 109,79lbs. My goal weight 97lbs, or a little bit less. But I don't want to look weak, so I think 97lbs will be a good and healthy weight to maintain.

Get a new journal, a new health book, a new wallpaper for your phone, a hair cut ... do something to motivate you to start over.
Today i cleaned my room, did hw, cleaned my phone and computer, had a pamper afternoon and wrote my goals!
It was a good day today, even though im craving chocolate ehehe :(

This is why starving is better than bingeing. At least when you’re starving, you feel like you’re accomplishing something. When you binge, despite being so fucking full, you just feel so damn empty.
It isn’t worth it. Cry, be in pain, and get skinny. Don’t cry, be in pain, and get fat. This ain’t it chief.

Day 5 of reaching my first goal weight:
Today wasn’t the best day compared to the past ones. I managed to keep my calories a little under my 700cal diet but nearly passed it over some 300 calorie binge I didn’t even enjoy that much cause of the guilt.
On the positive side, I worked out (the one thing that saved me from not over taking my calories), I meditated a little, I even napped, my collar bones also popped out as well as my chest bones!! And now that I’ve eaten dinner I’ve began an 18 hour fast, ending tomorrow at 2pm.
I am just ready for a new day to begin already.
