You may say you want it, but if you're ready to quit as soon as you hop your butt on that scale after 3 days of "eating good" and don't see a change, your feelings are hurt, you're working out and you feel the burn, someone talks about you BAD behind your back, you're lied on and lied to, etc......you aren't REALLY ready for change. This doesn't make you a bad person...it just means that the pain of change is greater than the pain of staying the same. Here's what I presented to the world today...not bad for my 2nd round...my goal was to do better this time and I did! No top 5 this time....not sure of my standing right now but I'm so proud of myself for working hard and having the confidence to get on stage again. It stung like a quick mosquito bite...however, I still had an amazing day! I'm done with competitions for the year, so I'll be maintaining, building and tweaking lots of things in my off season! Back werq has really come a long way from February! Good progress but not there yet....I'm on target for #branchwarrenclassic2014 on July 12th though! My trainer is tough as heck but it's all because I asked him to help me obtain I goal that I didn't feel I could get to without some "external nudging!" Yes, I have an upcoming figure competition coming up soon, I run a internet marketing business part-time, work full time (for now), full time Mom, etc.....however, there's always more than God requires of us....so I'm excited about continuing my learning in something that I love....Nutrition!
