I am late and have only watched three episodes of the first season of Good Omens.

This might not be completely accurate seeing as I'm not that far, but I can't help noticing the repeated trying to portray the fact that they aren't that different. They are implied to both be able to do the same things. They are both capable of good and evil. They both are capable of caring. Then what's really interesting is that they seem to both be aware of this (at least in what I've watched), but neither of them can see it as them being like the other just the other being like them. Crowley tries to convince Aziraphale that he could kill the Anichrist. Aziraphale says that Crowley is actually nice deep down. Both of what angers the other because there's no way they could be like the other. Obviously, there is more to it than that, but that is definitely part of it. Or like how Aziraphale says to Crowley, "You were an angel once." Not "I could have just as easily been a demon."

And then, I'm starting to notice how Crowley can do something that could be considered "good" but Aziraphale can't seem to let himself do the opposite yet. (Or at least generally.) Similarly, Crowley is able to at the end of episode three admit that they are friends. Aziraphale can't, but then at the same time, Crowley can't seem to deal with the fact that he is actively being Aziraphale's friend being pointed out when he does things like save him. But then, they both do things that are very much them caring about each other and being friends, and Aziraphale gives Crowley the Holy Water which he did not want to do because it was not "good" but the fact that Crowley could hurt himself getting it himself won out. I just find it interesting. The relationship dynamic along with the philosophical undertones present.

ok so the movie starts with some lady in washington d.c. complaining about the traffic when she realizes all the people around her are demons so shes like o fuk gotta fucking dash so she commits several counts of hit and run before almost running over wonder woman, whos just like yo tf you doin and the crazy ladys just like yo theres fuckin demons and shit back there and they both loook back to see tons of people really miffed about being run over on a suddenly empty street in washington d.c. so they both look back and wonder womans just like fucking no youre the demon,  and then it cuts to some guy holding a blob of horrible disgusting demon at gunpoint until superman flies down and is just like yo tf you doin and he’s like its fuckin demons yo and superman looks over and it’s just his wife and kinds freakin the fuck out cause their dad was pointin a shotgun at them and supermans just like fucking no these are people so the crazy guy says no theyre demons just like the neighbors and takes superman and his swat team to his fucking murder shed full of mutilated dead bodies and supermans just like yo you fucked up mate, then it cuts to some religous chick and her baby on the roof of a church and the chick’s freakin out ‘cause she thinks she gave birth to the anichrist until batman swoops down and is just like yo don’t throw the baby off the roof and the chick says nah its a fuckin demon it goes off the roof so the chick just throws her goddamn baby of a 20 story high roof but batmans just like hell nah and saves the baby but turns around to see the crazy chick threw herself off the roof too. then it cuts to justice leauge hq where everyboys just like yo wtf is goin on and batmans just like yo this is some kinda magic shit im tappin out on this one so he goes home and gets fuckin possesed and the ghost writes constantine on all of his walls with fuckin lipstick or some shit and batmans just like woah wtf is this shit and then it all blends together into a hellscape and that’s the first fifteen minutes of Justice Leauge Dark
