‘PARADISE’ is the latest album from @closedtear & it finds the Los Angeles-based project of Christian Morales bringing us the proper bummed out goods across an even 6 tracks (or 14.5 minutes) of melancholically murk’d, deliciously dark_waved & propulsively potent PostPunk as heard on the jumped-up, charmingly churned & beautifully brooding “As the World Burns.” 

‘TELL ME SECERTS’ (@abandoneverythingrecords) is the latest LP from @flatwavesphl & it finds the Philadelphia-based quartet of Allie Lannutti (vocals/guitar), Tara Sullivan (vocals/guitar), Stephen Edwards (bass) & Greg Foran (drums) bringing all that ambitiously amplified bravado across 10 Alt_rawking, grunge_gazing & gloom garaging tracks as heard on the longingly tender “Lorraine.”
