went to see the aces yesterday which first of all they were amazing it was my first time going to a concert w lesbian music and it was very special to me (also the lead singer was so sexy btw js 😩) but ANYWAY. i asked my friend if she wanted to go w me & she had never listened to them before but she said she would and i sent her some of their music to listen to etc etc. so like we went to the concert it was great and afterwards she told me she thought it was boring and she didn’t like the music. which was kind of crazy to me bc it’s like indie pop/rock music and like as someone who does not enjoy the majority of indie music bc i find it boring their music is not boring 😭 so first of all i find that offensive. second of all she was like well if you find a concert from x artists then i would enjoy that and she listed like three artists to me one of which was taylor swift and i was like. yeah where am i gonna get taylor swift tickets lmfao. but the other artist she listed (i don’t remember the third one she said lol) i just looked up his music and i’m legit like 😭😭😭 first of all this man looks like he just finished hibernating for the winter and crawled out of the cave into the sun for the first time in months. second of all. that’s also what his music sounded like. my point being that going to this man’s concert while he strums a single guitar in a flannel shirt and jeans would be a million times more boring than watching women having fun on stage and singing abt lesbianism idk call me crazy………it’s like i would find it more understandable if it was at LEAST interesting music………

minute rant:

genuinely don’t understand the hold taylor swift has on a lot of ppl, esp after that whole concert ticket debacle. don’t get me wrong - while her music isn’t for me you’d have to be stupid not to realize that she’s an amazing songwriter and singer. i’ll always be amazed by her skills. but the way everyone was acting, like she was innocent and was played in that whole situation seriously rubbed me the wrong way. esp bc i don’t recall her really gunning for and condemning live nation when she has the power and ability to go after the monopoly that ticketmaster/livenation has in america. maybe a small insta post but nothing that really left a lasting impact.

to an outsider like me, it really seems like she doesn’t care about anything other than making profit - and absolutely no hate or blame for that bc that’s just the world we live in. but didn’t she also have problems with selling merch at a really inflated price a while ago and tried to justify high prices for mediocre items? it’s shit like that is what makes me really critical of ppl acting like she’s for us, for the regular common people. seeing people praise her and act like she’s the best thing ever really just rubs in the wrong way bc at the end of the day, she’s a business woman at heart. the last thing on her mind is the well being of fans like how many swifties swear she thinks like. believe me, as sad and heart breaking as it is, fans are just wallets to empty regardless of the singer or artist - but i guess this is just the horror that is parasocial relationships today, yeah?

this can def relate to a lot of other famous artists and singers and actors/actresses as well.

I am baking cake at midnight and it is going to kill me <3

#it’s just gone in the oven which means at least 25 minutes and probably more like 45 bc I made a Lot #am also kiiiinda winging the recipe so my expectations are on the floor #this is. for a bake sale. pray for me #I’m gonna make the icing tonight and leave it in the fridge overnight I think for tomorrow morning #this has gone wrong at every available opportunity it was 100% not worth it #however! given the prices my friend wants to sell this at i May have turned this into like over £100 which isn’t bad #TWO CAKES. WHY AM I MAKING TWO CAKES #I’m procrastinating washing up the stuff I used to make the batter (hell) bc itssosososo messy and I just wanna shout abt stuff #primarily that I am once again so upset that I only get one more week of ice hockey before summer #there are two parts to this feeling: 1. I love ice hockey I’ve been having such a good time this past week while I’ve not had to stress #abt anything else. 2. gay. gay gay homosexual gay #like okay I’ve been worried abt whether this is an actual crush or I just convinced myself I like him bc pretty+queer #(because of course I can worry abt that). Me when they are the sisters ever: 😭😭😭 They came out soooo freaking well. I won’t lie, they took me a thousand years to finish but through the constant support from all of my buds (and my latent bisexuality), we made it 😤

Hopefully you guys know the deal by now: design choices, easter eggs, and (NEW!) closeup shots below the read more. ⬇️

I wanted Ace to have a very down-to-earth vibe and looked at Aussie beach-girls, coastal cowgirls, and vaqueras for reference. (IDK, I’ve just always envisioned Ace as part-Australian🌺 and Mexican 🏴‍☠️) Her clothing choices are mostly natural or utilitarian materials like the painted wooden beads on her top, her woven fabric and leather belts, and her denim jumpsuit. I gave her bikini top a zen-garden kind of feel because I read the first Ace’s Story Novel and I loved how idyllic and peaceful they made Sixis Island sound so I wanted to invoke that in some way.

Speaking of her painted wooden beads, they hang off the back of her top and represent her connection to Sabo and Luffy. They watch her back once she sets sail. She only wears one red glass bead earring because the other one got ripped out of her ear when a child, leaving her earlobe torn (don’t think about it too much 😢). Also, YES! she does wear a hibiscus flower just like Rouge (because I hate you and I want to make you cry, muhwahahahaha).

Also, I really wanted her to have super textured curly hair that licks behind her like flames. I am always considering whether or not a character should have long hair or not because I don’t want it to be a hindrance if they’re in a fight (or if they ARE a fighter with long hair, how to they avoid an enemy making use of that?). Ace is, of course, a Logia-type Devil Fruit User so I think she wouldn’t have trouble with people grabbing it LOL I get the feeling that she doesn’t take very good care of it even though it looks amazing. Like you’d think it would be soft and bouncy just by looking at it but if you ever get the chance to run your fingers through it, it’s a total rat’s nest and there’s sand and food all up in it. She still falls asleep while eating 😂 but she tries her best to only do it around people she can trust (woman moment 😔).

Honestly, her design is not that different from Ace’s canon look. It feels really vital to Ace’s character to have a lot of skin showing. And he’s always hanging all over himself with his hips all cocked like the weight of the world is too much to stand up straight. It is certainly not my OWN preference to make her an absolute smoke show. That’s just the character, okay? (I’m partially lying and the proof is that I turned the emblem on Ace’s hat strap into a sternum tattoo for no other reason than that it is sexy af.)

Now for Sabo, I’ve made her very girly. I tried putting her in pants or something more militant but she told me that she’d wear the big poofy sleeves and hiked-up ruffled skirt. I think Sabo has always had a strong grasp on his fashion sense and individual flair and I truly believe that his personal style is one of the major influences for the rest of the Revolutionary Army resulting in the very flashy, queer, steampunk aesthetic (aside from Dragon’s plain-ass cloak). So of course I had to implement her nonconformist look when reimagining her as a woman and dress her up to the nines.

I’ve given her very ornate jewelry that is there to tell a story, even if she herself doesn’t know it. I like to think she picks up stuff from her travels that resonate with her, such as a damaged set of earrings with one stone missing or red cup-shaped shells featuring three nestled pearls. Another accessory that cannot go unmentioned is her dragon claw hat pin that keeps her top hat resting on top of her hair (and is definitely used as a weapon when the situation simply doesn’t call for trusty metal pipe). She also has a veil that obscures her prominent facial scar. I imagine she’s not very keen on the reminder of the incident from her childhood that took away her memories. I also kept her chipped toothed because 1) it’s fucking adorable and 2) is a visual reminder that she no longer aligns herself with the nobility who would have gotten such a thing fixed. She is so poised in almost every outward facet of her life from her dignified role as the Chief of Staff to the elegant materials in her clothing that it can be easy to forget she was also a rough and tumble forest dweller. Every time Koala remembers this, he lets out the biggest sigh.

Her hair is inspired by Gibson Girls and Elizabeth Swann from the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie. I wanted it to be fussy and tidy but fall apart when she’s in moments of distress. For example, when she remembers her sisters, her hair starts to look like Ace’s flaming mane. I’m so in love with her, I think she looks like an adorable little porcelain doll that would fuck you up. I made an effort to keep her eyes a little bit manic. I get lost in her steely black orbs (and also Ace’s warm brown ones, but we’re talking about Sabo rn).

Plot notes for this AU:

For this series of character designs, I wanted the expressions and outfits to be aligned with the canon plot but I don’t know if I have the heart to kill fem!Ace in my AU. I’m too attached and ASL has suffered enough!!!!! But Ace’s death is also a major defining moment for Luffy so it feels disingenuous to completely avoid it. Also a huge aspect of Sabo’s character is carrying on Ace’s will and I have so many thoughts about how the Dressrosa Colosseum scene would play out if they were all women. Oh well, I’ll cross that tragic bridge when I get to it. I’m definitely going to draw some Modern AU Girl Piece ASL though. They deserve to hang out with no stakes 😭 They are sisters!!!

Tom wasn’t a jealous guy, at least, he didn’t think so. He was very secure in your relationship, always making sure he didn’t let his emotions get the best of him.

Like when you told him you had gotten the role of Conrad and Jeremiah Fisher’s sister in The Summer I Turned Pretty, and how you were Steven Conklin’s love interest, he congratulated you with a big hug.

He knew who was playing Steven—Sean Kaufman. There was no doubt that Steven was a very charming guy.

��You’re here!” You say giddily, engulfing your boyfriend in a hug when he approached you. “Daisy was just patching up the last of my concealer. Did you get any food?”

Daisy was your makeup artist—and one of the sweetest girls you’ve ever met in your life. She knew the cast pretty well, so when you first got here, she helped break the ice between you and them.

“You know I did,” Tom says, placing the paper bag down on your table. He opened it up, retrieving an iced matcha latte and a poke bowl. You squealed in delight, excited to eat after filming for so long.

“So how was your day?” You say, cheekily grinning at him as you ate your bowl.

“Tiring? I did a photo shoot, it was fun. Then I went home and took a nap, and then I drove to buy you food.”

“Well thank you babe,” you say. “Today was such an exhausting day, so much retakes cause of all the sand. But God do I love this show to death. It’s so much all at once but in a good way, you know?”

“Well I’m just excited to see my girl on the big screen,” Tom smiles, leaning in to give you a kiss on your forehead.

“YN! Time to film again!” The voice of your director calls out, making you shove your bowl into Tom’s hands and rushing over to the cameramen.

Tom carefully places your bowl down, walking over quietly behind the cameras to watch your scene up close.

He watches as you talk to Lola, who plays Belly, about your plans after high school, and how you wanted to apply for Princeton just like Steven. She rolls her eyes, saying how she doesn’t get how you and Steven get along so well.

Later in the scene, you and Sean sit close together in front of a campfire. Tom remembers vividly of you telling him there was a scene between your character and Steven where the two of you would get extremely close. Tom feels his breath hitch when he sees Sean make you laugh. He knows that it’s just acting—that your character and Sean’s character are love interests in the show, and that it means nothing in real life.

But he just feels so weird. His stomach is in knots, and it feels like his mouth is dry.

“You know,” Sean begins, leaning in close to your face. “I know Belly doesn’t want me liking any of her friends, and your brothers would totally kill me if they knew; but you’re making it so hard.”

“Really Steven?” You fake giggle, leaning closer to his touch. “Well they don’t have to know.”

Sean laughs at your comment, his head falling against your shoulder, something that Tom had always done with you.

And then he sees the director cue the cameramen to zoom in, and then there it is. — You and Sean kiss, and Tom feels his feet move away from the scene without even realizing.

“And… cut!” The director says, clapping. “Good job Sean and Y/N! You really captured the tension between Steven and Ella. That’s a wrap!”

You hug Sean afterwards, the two of you laughing about how stupid the kiss must’ve looked but you knew the viewers would eat it up once the episodes aired.

“Where’s that boyfriend of yours?” Gavin asks, suddenly showing up behind you and Sean.

“Gavin!” You say, putting your hand to your chest. “Way to scare a girl to death!”

Gavin laughs, poking at your sides teasingly. “Just kidding, I know where he is. Stormed off where Lola and Christopher are standing.”

“Storm off?” You say, confused.

“Seems like lover boy wasn’t too keen on you kissing our Sean over here.”

You quickly make your way towards where Lola and Christopher were standing, and just like Gavin had said, Tom was standing behind them. He didn’t look too happy.

“What’s wrong?” You ask, pulling the boy away for some privacy.

“It’s nothing.”

“Oh c’mon,” you scoff. “It can’t be nothing. Gavin said you stormed off earlier.”

Tom sighs, clearly wanting to drop the topic. But one look into your genuine concerned eyes makes him crack.

“I was jealous.” He admits, biting his lip back in embarrassment. “I’m sorry.”

You bite back a smile, arms linking with his. “Awe babe, it’s okay. Just acting. Just like how you kissed Rachel in the Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. It doesn’t mean anything.”

“Yeah,” Tom sighs, bringing your body close to his. “You’re right, I shouldn’t have felt that way.”

“It’s okay,” you reassure him, smiling brightly. “Feeling jealous is bound to happen with our job, as long as we communicate about it, everything will be fine.” You hug his side, snuggling your face into his coat. “Plus, you know Sean has a girlfriend, right?”

“What?” Tom seems baffled, but he quickly covers it up. “No, yeah, I knew that.”

“Uh huh,” you tease, “don’t worry Tom, I love you the most.”

He leans down, making eye contact with you. “Well I sure hope so, because I love you the most as well.”

And everything was perfect until Gavin lets out a fake barf, telling the two of you to “get a room”.

“Oh get out of here Gav!” You say, shooing him away.

“Yeah Gavin, let the couple have their moment!”

That makes everyone laugh, and you swore you never felt happier than you did right now.

a/n: a drabble by me that is actual drabble length? 😱 yeah i can't believe it either lmaoo. also, i'm still on my period and i miss yoongi so that's why this was born. enjoy besties, i miss him so much 🖤

Yoongi knows that you aren’t feeling well today. He has a sense for it. When you are having a bad day, Yoongi gets a heavy lump in his stomach. Not because of fear that you would snap at him, but because he can sense your unease. And when he senses it, he has to do everything in his power to at least lessen it a little bit.

You are locked up in one of the windowless sitting rooms because the summer sun can’t enter and therefore heat up the room.

Yoongi knocks, listening for your very grumbly “come in” before entering.

You are on the sofa in nothing but shorts, not bothering to cover your naked chest when he enters.

“Are you that hot?” he asks, brushing his eyes over your chest briefly.

You nod your head and groan.

“I hate having my period in summer. It feels like actual torture.”

“I hear you, princess”, Yoongi says, hurrying to you to sit next to you.

“I already feel like I’m boiling on normal period days, but summer period days feel like literal hell. If I could peel off my skin to cool off, I would.”

“This sucks a lot, my love.”

“Yeah and I sweat like a waterfall. I don’t know if my soaked pants are sweat or my pad leaking. Do you even know how nasty I smell?”

“No, you don’t. You smell good.”

“Thanks but also urgh. I have a cramp to make it even worse. And I want to eat six tons of sugar, I’m going insane.”

Yoongi hums in acknowledgement and lifts his hand to hover it over your stomach.

“Can I?”

“Yeah, I guess.”

Yoongi places his hand down as flat as possible, giving your cramping stomach warmth this way. He rubs the smallest circles, applying the perfect amount of pressure.

“Wow, so warm”, you sigh happily, shivering from the touch.

“Does this help?”

“Yes, so much”, you gush, sounding a lot happier than before. You even speak in a softer voice.

“Then I’ll do that for a while.”

“Yes, thankies. Wow Boongie, you have the perfect hands. They’re like warm water bottles but better.”

He smiles at you. He doesn’t mind when you complain and therefore use a harsher voice, but he has to admit that he prefers your happy voice. You get a sort of soft-spokeness about it and only really use it when he pampers you just right. It makes Yoongi feel really soft and cozy as well because the atmosphere, you and he create in these moments, is always very calming. Maybe that is why he loves pampering you so much. Or maybe he loves it because he loves to see you happy.

You huff out air.

“Sorry for ranting.”

“Don’t apologise, princess. That’s what I’m here for. That and tummy rubs”, he says, giving your stomach a little rub.

You giggle. Yoongi soaks up the sound until it is burned into his memories.

“I love your tummy rubs so much”, you say and shift a little, “I think they’re working too well though. I literally just felt it come out of me.”

“Wonderful”, Yoongi says, pulling a face of comradery disgust.

“I think I need to go change.”

“Alright. Do you still have enough? I can pop down to the store if you need more.”

You stop in the doorway, “really?”

“Of course, princess.”

“And you…could get snacks too?”

“Anything you need.”

“Even everything sweet ever?”

“Of course.”

You lower your eyes shyly, “then maybe I need more. The strongest ones and the ones for sleep. The really thick ones.”

Yoongi gets up, closing the distance to you.

“Understood”, he pecks your cheek, rubbing your tummy one last time, “text me if you think of anything else.”

“I will. Thank you so much, Boongie.”

“Anytime, love.”

Yoongi manages to go as far as one step out of the room before you pull him back by his hand. He turns with a fond and curious look in his pretty eyes.

“Yes, princess?”

You lean in for a kiss to his lips, eliciting a purr from him. He smiles, rubbing your lower back.

“That was nice”, he whispers.

“It’s a kiss full of love.”

“Mhm.” He pecks you. “I love you too, my princess.”

You step back, “okay, you can leave now. Sorry for keeping you.”

“Don’t apologise. You can always keep me if that’s how you do it”, he flirts, giving you a playful little grin before he turns to really leave.

And while Yoongi leaves to fulfill your wishes, you waddle to the toilet to change. Seriously, if you didn’t have such an amazing boyfriend by your side, this period would suck. With him, it only sucks when he isn’t here. Once he is back from the store, you will give him the biggest smooch ever.

the sun was high in the sky, casting a warm glow over the beach as you and rafe strolled along the shore. it was a perfect day for the ocean—warm, inviting, and with just enough of a breeze to keep you cool. rafe had surprised you with a tiny bikini for your birthday, and today was the day you’d finally wear it. you could still remember the look on his face when he handed you the gift, a mix of excitement and nervousness.

“you really think i can pull this off?” you’d teased, holding up the bikini, a delicate fabric in shades of teal that seemed to shimmer in the light.

“you’ll look amazing,” he’d replied, his voice confident, but you noticed the slight flush creeping up his cheeks. “trust me.”

now, standing on the sand, you felt a rush of exhilaration mixed with a hint of nerves. rafe was watching as you adjusted the straps of the bikini, the fabric hugging your body perfectly. you could see the admiration in his eyes, but there was something else—an undercurrent of tension that made your stomach flutter.

“you look incredible,” he said, the sincerity in his voice causing your heart to race. you smiled, feeling a swell of confidence as you sauntered over to your towel, ready to soak up the sun.

you settled down on your beach towel, stretching out comfortably. the sun warmed your skin as you closed your eyes, reveling in the moment. you could hear the gentle crash of the waves and feel the soft breeze tousling your hair.

rafe, meanwhile, was nearby, laying back on his towel but keeping an eye on you. you could sense his gaze on your skin, and it made you feel both flattered and a little self-conscious. you knew he was proud of you, but as time passed, you could also feel his tension building.

you sensed a shift when a group of guys strolled past. they were loud, laughing, and clearly enjoying the day, but as they caught sight of you, their laughter faded into awed silence. you felt their eyes on you, and a rush of warmth crept up your cheeks. it was flattering, but you also noticed rafe’s demeanor change instantly.

“can you believe these guys?” he muttered under his breath, his jaw tightening. “it’s like they’ve never seen a girl in a bikini before.”

you turned your head slightly to glance at the group, catching their wandering gazes. they were whispering among themselves, pointing in your direction. a knot formed in your stomach, unsure of how to react. you laughed lightly, trying to brush it off. “it’s just the beach, babe. it’s not a big deal.”

“not a big deal?” rafe shot back, his tone sharper than you expected. he sat up, his eyes narrowing at the guys as they continued to gawk. “they’re practically drooling over you.”

“rafe, come on. it’s just a few guys having fun,” you said, trying to ease his frustration. “you know I’m with you.”

“i know that,” he snapped, his fingers digging into the sand beside him. “but it doesn’t mean i have to like it.”

you could see the jealousy radiating off him, a heat that contrasted with the sun’s warmth. it was an emotion you’d seen before, but this time, it felt amplified. “are you jealous?” you teased lightly, hoping to lighten the mood.

“of course not,” he replied too quickly, a hint of defensiveness creeping into his voice. “i just…don’t like seeing other guys looking at you like that.”

you propped yourself up on your elbows, studying his expression. there was something adorable about his possessiveness, but it was also a little concerning. “rafe, you know you don’t have to worry. i’m yours.”

“yeah, well, it doesn’t make it any easier to see,” he grumbled, glancing back at the group, who were now openly whispering and laughing again. one of them, a tall guy with dark hair, even made a show of flexing his muscles, clearly trying to impress you.

you couldn’t help but chuckle. “oh please, they’re just being goofy. it’s not like i’m going to go running off with them.”

rafe’s eyes darkened. “you’re right, you won’t. because they don’t know you like i do.” his tone softened slightly, but you could still feel the tension simmering beneath the surface.

deciding to change the subject, you stretched out again, putting on your sunglasses. “how about we take a dip in the water? it’ll cool us off.”

“you mean me cool off while you’re out there looking that sexy?” he replied with a smirk, his eyes still following the group of guys. “not a chance. you’re staying right here.”

you laughed, enjoying the playful banter. “come on, rafe! don’t be such a baby. just because i’m in a bikini doesn’t mean anything.”

“no, but it’s just the principle of the thing,” he muttered, his gaze finally breaking away from the guys to settle on you again. “besides, you’ll just attract more attention.”

“i’ll take my chances,” you said, sitting up fully. “or are you afraid someone will try to sweep me off my feet?”

“as if,” he scoffed, finally relenting. “just remember, they’re all losers compared to me.”

“that’s the spirit!” you exclaimed, standing up and brushing off your towel. you grabbed his hand, pulling him toward the water, your laughter infectious.

the moment you stepped into the ocean, the cool water enveloped you, refreshing against your sun-warmed skin. rafe followed closely behind, still slightly on edge but unable to resist your enthusiasm. as the waves lapped at your legs, you turned to him, splashing some water playfully in his direction.

“you’re going to pay for that,” he warned, a grin breaking through his earlier tension.

“oh, is that a challenge?” you replied, a mischievous glint in your eye.

“absolutely,” he shot back, lunging toward you and catching you off guard. you squealed as he pulled you under the water, laughing as you surfaced, shaking the droplets from your hair.

“you’re going to regret that!” you said, trying to keep your breath steady from laughing so hard.

but as you turned to face him, you caught a glimpse of the guys from earlier still watching, their heads turning as they pointed in your direction again. you felt a twinge of discomfort but brushed it off. rafe, however, was not as easily distracted.

“look at them,” he muttered darkly, his smile fading. “they can’t take a hint.”

“it’s fine, rafe!” you insisted, trying to reassure him as you waded closer to him. “they’re just jealous of you.”

“jealous of me?” he repeated, incredulous. “that’s a stretch.”

“why wouldn’t they be? you’re hot, and you have a gorgeous girlfriend in a tiny bikini. it’s a win-win for you,” you teased, reaching up to ruffle his hair.

“you really think so?” he asked, a hint of vulnerability creeping into his voice.

“absolutely,” you said with conviction. “but you need to relax. they’re not going to steal me away from you. you’re the one i want.”

rafe looked at you for a moment, the tension in his shoulders easing just a fraction. “yeah, but… it’s hard, you know? i just want to keep you safe.”

“i get it. but you’re not going to lose me. i promise,” you said softly, taking his hand and squeezing it. “i’m all yours.”

he seemed to contemplate your words, the jealousy simmering down as he relaxed into your touch. “okay, fine. let’s enjoy the beach, then.”

you spent the next hour splashing around in the waves, laughter echoing through the air. rafe finally loosened up, playfully chasing you through the water, his earlier jealousy fading into the background. you both ducked under waves, surfed the gentle swells, and lost track of time. everything felt perfect.

eventually, you decided to take a break and sunbathe again. as you laid back on the towel, you noticed a couple of the guys from earlier still glancing your way, whispering amongst themselves. rafe must have noticed too because you felt his body tense beside you.

“there they go again,” he grumbled, crossing his arms over his chest, a protective stance you found endearing.

“rafe, come on. let it go,” you said, trying to suppress a laugh. “it’s not like they’re going to come over here and ask me out or something.”

“no, but they’re looking at you like you’re some kind of prize,” he snapped, his frustration bubbling back to the surface.

“maybe i am,” you teased, but you could see the seriousness in his eyes. you turned to him, your expression softening. “i’m not going anywhere, rafe. you’re the one i want to be with. no one else can change that.”

he shifted closer, finally meeting your gaze. “you really mean that?”

“of course. besides, they don’t know what you’re really like,” you said, reaching out to stroke his arm. “they can look all they want, but they’ll never understand what we have.”

“i guess you’re right,” he admitted, his voice quieter now. “i just… don’t want anyone thinking they have a chance.”

“they don’t. i’m yours, remember?” you reminded him, leaning in for a soft kiss. it was tender and lingering, filled with the warmth and promise of your bond. when you pulled back, you saw a flicker of relief in his eyes.

“yeah, i like the sound of that,” he said, a small smile breaking through. “yours.”

“wouldn’t leave you for too long,” he hums. “are you okay? need me to get anything for you?”

“a magical cure for migraines?” you huff as press the palms of your hands into your eyes. “i’m so fucking tired with dealing with them. i want them gone.”

“i know sweetheart,” he rubs his hand over your exposed legs. you decided to wear shorts this morning, it was way too hot to wear anything else. you debated just walking around in your underwear but you were terrified your neighbour would see. you loved the smiths but you’d give the old couple a heart attack if they saw you like that. hence the shorts. “i do know of one thing that might help.”

“and what could that possibly be? i’ve tried everything.”
