So lately I have become (re)obsessed with University Challenge which is a UK trivia show and I can't stop imagining what it would be like to watch it with Matty.

He's outraged at first because 'what the fuck are these questions???' but then he slowly comes around to the idea and it turns from just background noise to serious business. He starts keeping scores and has a whole victory dance prepared when he scores more than you/the contestant.

Eventually, it turns into a whole Friday night activity (nerd gathering) where it's all of them together. This means war, it's absolutely serious business. There are multiple attempts at cheating and ridiculous arguments that break out. Each tries to get the other drunk so they wouldn't get more answers correct.

And yeah...my little trivia-loving, nerd heart has a whole scenario planned.

can I say something? Dallas gets coralled into going to one of Pony's track races n he bitches n moans about it SO hard (if I wanted to see kids running around in circles making a fool of themselves I'd pay attention to whatever the hell Steve n Soda have going on, man) but Darry strong arms his ass into it n he spends about five minutes being like FUCK this shit is lame as HELL n then the SECOND Pony gets out there he accidentally locks in so hard he's the loudest one in the stands. Reading those other 14 year olds for FILTH (PONY GO THIS GUYS A FUCKING LOSER STOMP HIS ASS INTO THE GROUND) Pony is equally embarrassed n like omggg so true Dallas I am an unstoppable force. When he loses someone has to escort Dallas outta there bc he has NO problem beating tf out of some kid

now likewise Pony goes to one of the races Dallas jockeys for with Soda, Steve, n Two (Darry REFUSES to let any of them go alone) n Pony locks in harder then any man has ever locked in. he's clenching his hands so hard n clenching his jaw n is leaning so far forward Soda has to grab him by the shoulders so he doesn't fall on his head. Dallas loses n Pony stands up SO fast like THATS BULLSHIT THAT GUY WAS CHEATING (pony does not know the rules of horse racing even a little he's just very passionate) Soda n Steve actually have to snatch him to keep him from going straight over the wall

Let’s just say I have a lot on my plate at the moment but I’m so grateful for all the support you guys have shown me through these past busy months. Thank you as always for your patience with my slow updates and maybe I’ll find some time to sketch something for the TMNT AU Competition later on @tmntaucompetition Hopefully some of these projects will be finally wrapped up in the next few months and I can return to Replica 100%

Also fun fact about me. Sometimes I get a little carried away with world building. Normally my friends and collaborators keep me on a tight leash, but now I’m completely unsupervised and reaping what I’ve deeply sewn. For better or for worse.

NOTE: Don't be scared, my question shouldn't have much impact on the actual story of Replica... I just like to know all the little details.

Bat is a tricky one because I imagine him as a kid who, when asked what he wants to be when he grows up, changes his answer constantly.

I don't think healing is something he's interested in, and not just because I don't want all the disabled people being shoved in the doctor dungeon, (Lilac is plenty, and he chose it more just because of nessessity for the Kindred's survival)

Scouting is what he's thinking of currently, because it mostly involves being observant and remembering details, which Bat thinks he'd be good at c:

Tragically the Kindred doesn't have a "Bug Observer" or "Cool Rock Finder" role because Bat and Dart would be On It
