Hate hate hate when I'm too stressed or upset to sleep and in desperation at the end of my mental faculties I google a solution to this problem and all the results are like "do something active, like go for a jog!" Like sorry I don't think most people reach the point of googling "how to go to sleep when you're too mad" at an acceptable hour for a nice jog. Don't tell me google doesn't know where I live, it's the middle of the night and there's not a streetlight in any direction for miles. Going to go out there trip on a gopher tunnel and die falling into a sinkhole.

Also the ai overview is spouting something incoherent that seems to be describing rage-induced narcolepsy which is kind of the opposite of what I am experiencing.
