Viktor and Jayce plotting against the Hexcore without it working out what they are doing. Hidden codes, snatched moments. Viktor manages to create a space just for him and starts to hoard energy against the Hexcore. It can use any face to trick him, and frequently tries to wear Jayce’s. They aren’t more powerful, so they just have to be smarter than their own creation. And together they can solve any equation.

In all honesty, I kind of predicted this outcome a few weeks ago, so it’s hard to really feel that disappointment and despair I felt in 2016.

they were going to get married. we were going to see them struggle with the inn, and grow together, and overcome new obstacles. we were going to see how the crew’s journey came to a close, where the revenge ended up, what happened with their plans for prince ricky. we were going to see them fight for each other one last time. we got a happy ending in case this very thing happened, but we didn’t get THE happy ending - the one david jenkins has had in mind the whole time. ed and stede weren’t finished, the crew weren’t finished, their stories hadn’t truly concluded and i am so sad.

PLEASE stop using “dbd”, “dbd memes”, “dbd fanart”, or anything of the sort for Dead Boy Detectives because it’s still taken up a large part of the dbd tag, which has historically been used for Dead by Daylight

The dbd tag has been used for Dead By Daylight for 8 YEARS without issue until the Dead Boy Detectives SHOW came along in late April

It is now mid August and despite the Dead by Daylight fandom’s constant asking of the fans to stop using the dbd tag, I still see it as frequently as Dead by Daylight posts

Dead by Daylight fans had to spend their 8th Anniversary SWAMPED with Dead Boy Detectives posts in the tag, making it hard to find their own posts

The amount of passive aggressiveness I’ve seen from certain fans of DBDA when people ask them to stop using the dbd tag is just insane.

Do you want to know where the source of the dbd tag becoming mixed with Dead by Daylight and Dead Boy Detectives came from? It was NETFLIX. Due to their marketing, they put their ads in the dbd tag, which (again) has been historically used by the Dead by Daylight fandom. It’s Netflix’s fault that this confusing and disorganized mess is happening

I have a lot of DBDA people blocked because I want to scroll the dbd tag without seeing DBDA posts (despite me having the Dead Boy Detectives tag blocked, I still see the “you have this tag blocked” notification), so if you could reblog this or give this situation more attention, I would be super grateful 🙏

we need to have the conversation of how charles fans treat his teammates without falling into the accusatory zone that we want to harm charles by having this conversation.

i mean charles no harm, but it is something that is getting extremely out of hand and it needs to be talked about. some charles fans have gotten too freely with being cruel to others drivers.

people used to call sebastian vettel a CORPSE. yes, scuderia ferrari screwed him. yes, everyone loves sebastian vettel again NOW (because he is far away from it and free from this hell) but back in 19/20? charles fans, mainly on twitter, made his life miserable. he couldn’t win. he couldn’t make anyone happy. if he won, he was taking something from charles that belonged to charles rightfully. it he lost, he was old and bad and should retire already and this sport wasn’t for him. he wasn’t a team player. he didn’t care about ferrari. he wanted to screw charles over.

if you just got here, if carlos is your first experience of how charles’ teammates are treated, let me tell you. everything that is being said about carlos has already been said about sebastian. and it is crazy for some people to understand that because everyone loves sebastian again, so you can’t even imagine what he went throught.

and i’m sorry for generalizing all of charles fans, im a charles fan, but it is something we need to stop and look at and talk about. how long will we let it go. how long until it starts to happen to lewis hamilton, of all people. how long until they dismiss his victories and say he is old and should give up of this sport so charles can win.

and you know one of the worst part? charles loves to race. every time he had to fight for it, he loved it. when he and carlos race in that track, he comes out with a big smile and talking about how he loves to race carlos. how this is real racing. he loves to fight for it. to prove himself. to have to sweat for it.

all while his fans try to make everyone just bow down their heads and give him things in a plate, already chewed and easy to get. as if he would like that. as if he can’t prove himself worth otherwise. as if he isn’t good enough to fight for it.

okay but like veryyyy interesting to have agatha as the wicked witch of the west and lilia as the good witch

they’ve both lived the longest out of everyone (discounting rio), they’ve both watched their covens die (with one predicting it but unable to stop the outcome, and one thinking they would die instead only to be unable to control the thing that saves their life/kills their coven), they’ve both had death as their constant companion (with one embracing it [for a time] in life but doing all possible to survive, and the other hating it and yet willingly choosing it in the end [also both running from it in different ways with agatha running from her own death and lilia running from everyone elses]), they both fell back into the roles assigned to them to survive (lilia as a [fake] fortune teller, agatha as the villain), and idk probably more.

They parallel each other so nicely, and I feel like those specific characters work so perfectly for them, both in regards to the wicked witch and good witch from wizard of oz and to elphaba and glinda from wicked. Like obvi one off the top of my head and goes with the last point I made is agatha, like elphaba, accepting the role as villain after being labeled as such and being ostracized their wholes lives including from their parental figures (“you were born evil”), and the truth of it being much more complicated then anyone is willing to acknowledge (aka Agatha’s possible lack of control/euphoria that takes over), and didn’t fully recognize the consequences of their actions (elphaba trying to save fiyero, the tiger, and boq/agatha supposedly “trading” nicholas for the darkhold). And on the flip side is lilia as glinda who chooses to keep living this lie, to keep her power buried to be what people see her as, who chose compliancy over struggle.

I need to like reread wicked and rewatch the play and the wizard of oz since it’s been so long for all them in order to fully organize my thoughts but basically I just love so many of the choices being made in this show (now if only they’d stop killing off my girls..)

First of all, Eddie wouldn’t have made comment then, bc he knows how hard it is for Buck to talk about his emotions, & is REALLY good at giving him the space to talk about them, even if he does make jokes, they’re not out of pocket (the coming out scene, anyone? Breaking the tension with a joke & still being supportive without making a joke of his feelings.)

Secondly, even if Eddie DID make that comment, I’d probably still roll my eyes, but I’d be more willing to accept it. Do you wanna know why???

Who was the person that knew the details of what Buck was talking to his therapist about during their emergency session before the Buckley’s visit? Who is the first one they show at Buck’s side when he gets stuck in the warehouse trying to pull Saleh out after learning about Daniel?? Who is the one who was pacing downstairs in the station & making sure Buck was okay after the warehouse, and the one who warned him about his visitors??

Who was the one praying at Bobby’s bedside, right next to Buck in the hospital?

(I’ll give you a hint, it’s not the dude that’s had 10 minutes of fucking screen time that everyone forgot about post s1.)

It wouldn’t have been the same bc TOMMY AND EDDIE ARE NOT THE SAME. They are not on the same level of knowing Buck & understanding when to make jokes & what jokes to make. Your best friend, partner & co-parent of 6 years and the man that you haven’t even called your boyfriend yet are not on the same level of familiarity.

ik and I already looked into it...... like I have no clue how to even begin to report or do anything abt it bc clearly the site is made specifically to bar actual artists from repremanding anyone. Looked through the whole TOS and help sections of the site months ago and there's nothing helpful in it at all...
