Season four of the boys is hitting my brain like a crowbar so I’ve got a couple more thoughts about the new episode

There’s gonna be spoilers for the episode, a bit of talk about the comics, and some only slightly bloody images, so be wary, be warned!

These are my thoughts during the first watch:

- When Butcher hit his head I actively gasped. My poor babygirl.

- I do like how they’ve made Becca meaner but essentially still her

- Frenchie. Break up with him.

- I’m glad Annie has more plot and scenes this season. I’m also glad that Firecracker is actually fucking with her. Their foundation is messy but the actual rivalry is coming together quite nicely

- “I had nightmares about that exact moment, and you can’t even remember it. It’s funny, isn’t it, how people can have such different memory of the exact same thing.” Oh my god this is such a good line. Like obviously not to the extremes of Homelander but kids can and will retain things that their parents won’t even remember. They make some parts of his character easy to understand because you can see that his actions are always impulsive and unhealthy and created by the ways he was raised and the environment he’s been surrounded by

- Okay that death was so so well done. It’s so emotional for Homelander because he’s seeing how people aren’t honest or caring until he’s threatening them. I can’t even try and decipher the “I forgive you” line because it’s so full of apathy

- Hughie and Kimiko teaming up is so special to me. I need more of them.

- HUGHIE GETTING V FOR HIS DAD??? CONFRONTING A TRAIN??? Discuss??? (There’s more thoughts later)

- Hughie saying that him and A-Train would be “good” if A-Train got the v for him is so heavy. It felt like Hughie trading Robin’s life for his dads. Or for his future? Like in order to move on he has to let go of Robin and that feels so awful

- I wanna state how easily and quickly they made me uncomfortable with Firecracker and The Deep singing. How is that so unreasonably uncomfortable?

- So uh. Yeah I’m not sure I wanna touch that scene…

- THEY PUT HUGHIE IN A SCREAM CHASE SCENE

- I literally screamed when Hughie killed him omg. This is what I’m here for omg omg my babygirl

- Tala is so fair for that but when is she gonna become apart of the boys family?

- I think Annie is going to blow up. Like I think she will do something really bad.

- YEA BEAT HER UP ANNIE… okay maybe not the best decision but…

- WHAT THE FUCK

- Fun fact Homelander’s birth that Barbara describes is how Becca dies in the comics

- UM UM UM UM UM so uhhhhhh I suspected that Sage needed to give herself lobotomies for that reason (wish I said smt goddamnit) but I was not ready for a scene depicting a lobotomy that also implied it was like sex to her?

- Kimiko and Annie hug <333

- Hughie forgave him… now kiss

- “I don’t want to spend the rest of my life hating anybody” YESS that’s what this is about!!! How fucking contrasting Hughie and Butchers views are on the subject of revenge and superheroes. Their situations are so very different from the comics and I like that both of them are (somewhat) healing. Hughie’s forgiven A-Train and Butcher is just trying to get Ryan safe. It’s less about killing for both of them in the show which I love

- I paused to write that before the “there’s enough here to save you too” OH MY GOD NO. No no. Nonononono. No.

- Hughie’s face when getting coffee? Mwah! Give him little kiss

- HIS MOM. KNOWS. ABOUT. V!!?? I mean. They couldn’t kill off Simon Pegg. He’s Simon Pegg! Just kidding I totally thought he was going to die. I wonder if they’ll give him the same kind of quandary Hughie originally got in the comics when Butcher forcefully injected him with V

- Perfect ending for Homelander’s visit home.

Interlude:

So I haven’t started the rewatch yet but two things about some characters of the last three episodes that actually didn’t make an appearance in this one.

First off I don’t think I mentioned this in my last post but I really like what they’ve done with Noir. It’s an interesting and corporate way to bring back the character that makes a lot of sense in universe

Secondly there’s a theory I wanted to bring to people’s attention. This video on instagram has the theory that Kessler is like Becca and isn’t actually real. Which I think is really neat. I’ll take it either way but it would make a lot of sense if he wasn’t since he seems to hold a lot of negative traits that Butcher used to have and is trying to grow from

Okay I lied, third thing cause it just got brought to my attention again; everyone who is making fun of Laz Alonso shut the fuck up. Thank you. I won’t be taking criticism on this.

Onto the rewatch:

- The first shot is of different variations of Homelander’s costume. Pretty cool!

- Second shot has two pictures of Frank and Martin working in the lab with Frank’s picture framed by a newspaper thats article makes no sense but has a lot of key words and phrases (could just be gibberish idk) the title on a separate article from the same newspaper can be read as “Drama class wins award” other than that there’s also some kind of document that’s the same kind of gibberish but it caught my eye cause it says “-orthward gay” … not sure what this means…

Camera then pans down to reveal a memo and news clipping. The memo is from Barbara to the staff and talks about how anyone who breaks the confidentiality of Project Odessa will be terminated and prosecuted. The news clipping is more gibberish with the heading “Nervous system mystery revealed” by Greg Gilmore (by gibberish I mean the first couple sentences are “Had men rose from down lady able. Its son him ferrars proceed six parlors.” And then continues on like that)

- I actually love the horror movie situation they find themselves in. It’s a creepy basement lab. The security cams go out. Communication to the outside world has been cut off. Then the devil arrives in the elevator. It’s done so well, things are set up perfectly. There’s even a sign that says “All activities monitored by video camera” and a box with the words “fire safety plan” (could be foreshadowing or I’m just connecting non existent dots)

- The picture of young Homelander with the scientists. It’s so horribly terrible and amazing

- Fudgie the whale is their last meal :(

- titties ahem I didn’t really pay any attention to the shower scene last time. That’s a terrible shower head in my opinion, I don’t like the way it sprays water- OH WAIT THE WIRM IS IN HIS SPINE????? He’s also got a bullet wound in his back. He’s also got a lot of nice freckles on his back. Oh the way Becca sits on the edge and offers her hand and he reaches to take it but grasps the edge of the bathtub instead

- Hughie’s mom seems so fucking casual in the scene where they’re deciding whether to pull his dad’s feeding tubes. She’s too relaxed and almost smiling? At least with her eyes. A lot.

- OH YEAH Gen V mentioned!

- ANNIE I LOVE YOU!!! Look at her face after she burned the president!

- Seriously though such a good Annie moment. She’s so confident with this and marches into the presidents’ office with a plan but by the end of this it’s all backfired and taken away from her. It shows just how fucking much Firecracker ends up affecting her

- I’m not going to be nit picky and go on about how Colin should’ve noticed Frenchie’s ankle because obviously he’d be checking and Frenchie wouldn’t’ve known to hide it before. But I am going to say that’s a Count Olaf ass ankle shot.

- Oh I love how it seems like almost a sweet moment between Sage and Firecracker when she says “we gotta look out for each other” but now you know Sage fully intends for Firecracker to get beat up by Starlight

- I was trying to figure out why Sage got the Deep to do her lobotomy. It’s not that Sage trusts the Deep or even likes him but I think it really is just kind of transactional for her. Like she knows what he wants and what will keep him happy, he’s the only one she’s really made a connection with other than Homelander and Firecracker, and he is not likely to want anything else from her or blab about it. Somehow he is logically the best one to do it?

- It’s great how much Annie really really doesn’t want Butcher there. And neither does Frenchie. Or M. M. Damn, my babygirl has pissed off a lot of people

- Homelander’s theme is so so good. The lone violin does something to my brain. It highlights his isolation and intimidation and fear so nicely.

- I do not know how some people didn’t know Frenchie was queer? I thought it was actually very obvious that in cannon he is bi/pan and polyamorous. Maybe that was just me…

- Just realized how this episode we have both Hughie and Homelander forgiving people. Dots connected! 😃👍 (I’m not dissecting this right now, what do you think I’m an English major?)

- I love all the Hughie and A-Train moments. There’s so much history between them and it’s so present in those moments so it’s interesting to see them have to let it go to help each other because I think they both realize that they’re both fucked up people who are trying to be good and they ultimately relate to each other in a way I don’t think either of them realizes

- Kimiko telling Hughie to let his dad die, to not use the V, is so so strangely powerful coming from her. She understands what it’s like to have V forced upon you, and to be saved by it time and time again. And although she’s now choosing it, she sees how Hughie’s dad probably won’t end up like her and will find it to be a curse

- Hughie tripping is such a loser move (lovingly) like I thought he got shot in the leg or smt but no he just trips. Like the little fail boy he is.

- I love Kimiko showing Hughie how to fight someone and protect himself and then later helping him walk away (it’s a little funny just because Jack Quaid is really fucking tall). She also gives him the motivation of ‘it’s not just about your survival, it’s about your dads as well’ she wants him getting through this and I cannot handle when the boys show care to each other especially when it’s Hughie and Kimiko

- Homelander’s need to be loved is really really really well set up in previous seasons. It’s the only thing that could control him and he doesn’t know it’s even happening for most of his life because he doesn’t know how to ask for it. The environment he grew up in wouldn’t teach him that and the environment he’s put in pushes away and punishes emotion and care. He started off wanting a family from work because it’s similar enough to the lab but no one there has hurt him yet or appears afraid of him. But as he realizes he can’t gain their care, that he can’t make a family, he leans on the fact he can take most of what he wants. But not love. Not true care.

I think eventually he begins to think there’s something wrong with him, but rather than facing that idea (the idea that he’s unlovable) he pushes harder on the idea he is perfect. He is better. Furthering his decent and pushing everyone even further away.

- Butcher and M.M’s ‘time to fill the audience in’ lines caused me to look up what an enema is. And then left the rest to my imagination. First, fuck you! Second that’s a very good device to use because sometimes not showing and leaving it to the audiences imaginations is the most horrifying (it’s their own private horror show)

- I’m looking at the scene where A-Train and Ashley catch each other and I have a feeling it’s going to play out as either Ashley betrays A-Train to win Homelander’s favour, A-Train betrays Ashley, or they betray each other. I’m fairly certain Sage knows A-Train is switching sides so I wonder if she’ll have a plan for when he gets caught.

I also have a feeling that by the end of this season A-Train is either going to die in some horrible way (maybe by Hughie, maybe Homelander, maybe Butcher even) or he’s going to betray the Boys.

If A-Train does die (pls please do not kill him please) I’m wondering how they’ll do it because his death in the comics wouldn’t make sense here and I feel like SuperSonic’s death was already an homage to that

- I wonder if Ashley’s floater will have any consequences. Like they took the time to set it up. Will Homelander comment on it later?

- The way he says “you called me squirt silly” is so so aughhh. This is probably another moment that Homelander remembers that seems so inconsequential to Marty. He was watched and humiliated all of his childhood and then he gets this one thing to himself and when someone discovers it they laugh, adding so much more humiliation. Anyway I’m um skipping the rest of this scene until Barbara shows up.

- Can we take a second to appreciate how fucking well Nancy Lenehan plays the character of Barbara. There is still so much fear to her character but there is no bullshit, there’s a lot of control in a situation where so little is available. She’s cold while still giving a kind of stern mothering vibe. She explains the situation, all the gory details as facts. Starting with “put him out of his misery” to “they were scared”, you could have left, and you were killing from the moment you were born. She knows begging will get her nowhere but she’s still very very afraid.

- Babygirl moment I will never get over. He fought for his life, he kicked and shoved and he won. How this man is alive is a mystery to me but I’m so glad :)

- Tala finally got to say what she wanted to Kimiko but the look on her face as Kimiko leaves is so.. unsatisfied. It’s not over between them, and maybe it hurts that Tala now sees her being kind and caring because that’s not what she got when she first met Kimiko. Maybe she still wants to get that ice cream. Probably not. Just theorizing about her character. Lemme know what you think

- The worm looks like it’s struggling. Maybe Butcher’s life is connected to its life?

- This episode is kind of like one gory scene to the next. You get Hughie and Kimiko killing, then Annie beating the shit out of Firecracker, then Butcher blowing up Ezekiel, and then you’re back to Homelander’s whole fucking slaughter, then it’s Colin beating up Frenchie, THEN it’s a LOBOTOMY, then it’s a nice little hug awwwe

- Barbara’s monologue. I can’t even touch on that. It’s too much for my brain but I’ve been seeing a lot of good posts about it.

- My heart is full after the Hughie and Annie scene. It is so full of love. Fuck OFF Dakota Bob.

- Hughie and A-Train sittin’ in a tree! K-I-S-S-I-N-

- “You fucking dog wanker” actually Butcher its dog welder and I wouldn’t compare anyone, let alone Hughie, to him

- Hughie getting told by Butcher not to cure his dad is also really fucking sad. Karl Urban don’t kill Simon Pegg! Instead join the USS Enterprise-

- Daphne tries to get close to Hughie and he rejects her cause he doesn’t feel comfortable crying in front of his mom. Hughie stop being relatable.

- He’s really cute when he smiles. I get it. But he’s also committed atrocities. You cannot fix him. (Which man am I talking about? You’ll never know…)

Desert Duo Doodles! I am in way too many fandoms to count, including content creators and whatnot. It wasn’t until a doodle of some CCs that I realised how many were MCYTs. But I wanted to draw these two cause I liked how I drew Scar in the other original doodle and have drawn Grian a bunch but constantly changed the design. Now I have one that I like.

Under the cut are the individual drawings plus stickers that I forgot to add to the original but decided fuck it it’s done, plus some explanation about design choices and headcanons. (Does anyone even care about that?) Idk and idc, I’ll ramble anyways.

(you don’t have to read the stuff, I don’t really care, but you can if you want)

First off, this one was annoying since it was supposed to be a hug. I was too lazy to draw the Third/Sercet Life outfits, so they are in their default outfits with crowns representing the fact that they won at least one of the Life games.

Ramble: For Grian’s design, I wanted to keep the bird/avian hybrid but also reference other series or past friend. The Life series has the poppy has memorabilia, the blue and red bracelet represents YHS/TS, and the eye necklace is for Evo. The tail is more so a mix of Watcher magic and Avian DNA, bird feet cause why not. The wing ears are hidden to look similar enough to his regular hair, I like to imagine that wing ears are a rarer trait and to not draw too much attention, he would use Watcher magic to change the colour of the wing ears to match his hair. The freckles are based off of the idea that Angel Dust’s freckles are actually just eyes (which were shown in the show), and I liked that idea. He didn’t have freckles before Evo but after in Hermitcraft he did, they are just eyes that are always closed though he can see out of them. It’ll be clearer in the next piece, but his eyes are based off of some bird eyes so a black sclera with coloured pupils. Grian just hides his eyes under his hair since they are more sensitive than normal. Also I didn’t wanna draw his eyes cause it was one of the things I kept changing before.

I’ll go into Scar later since it’s just a half body but he goes by the same rule of his outfit showing where he’s been. So the poppy and lavender for Third Life and the heart necklace for Secret Life. The earrings are based off of the crystals from Season 7.

Alter Egos! Or at least Hot Guy and Arianna Griande. Not much here, but you can see what I meant with the eyes beforehand.

Also, I can’t be the only one to notice or at least point out that Ari and Cute Guy have like the same or a least a very similar colour palette of pink and white.

Final one, and the two are taking a much needed nap. This could take place anywhere though I like to imagine somewhere in Double Life or somewhere between Season 7 - 10

(also I find it very funny how close these two’s bases were for Season 6 - 10. both were near each other in the futuristic district of season six, then next door neighbours at the start of season seven, I don’t need to mention much besides boatem in season eight, again near the start and most of season nine with Scarland and Grian’s timejump build, then finally again in season ten with Magic Mountain. just funny to me for some reason)

Ramble: Scar is like a hybrid between an elf/fae creature and a cat centaur (that I cannot remember the proper name for). The cat half is based off of Jellie, RIP, and his body is scarred because well I mean the dude is accident-prone it’s bound to happen. I imagine that Scar would wear slightly baggy outfits, like they hang off just a bit to not hug his figure. His hair is more based off of Season 9 with him leaning into the whole elf aesthetic, and I both hate and like the hair but whatever. Idk, I kinda just wanted to make him centaur based cause that visual isn’t something I see often. I imagine that hind legs are weaker than the front so he would switch between a cane and a wheelchair that you would see for animals. I might draw that later idk, but yea

Season 2, Episode 3 Rant

Ladies and gentlemen, another episode, and unfortunately, it is yet another bad one…

The Video

MAJOR SPOILERS WARNING!!!!

In continuation of Parts 1-4, Ajacent is finally and completely cured of her corruption by Pyrare's hero, Gold. Unfortunately, this episode still undermines Ajacent's entire character arc, leaving it in tatters.

In addition, her purified form's design is fine, but it lacks inspiration, appearing goofy to laugh at. The headpiece resembles a fucking large, unsightly cheese cracker, like the ones I enjoy from a box of Cheez-Its on the weekends. Her overall appearance evokes the look of checkered cheddar cheese from Pine River Dairy, the kind I typically find at Stop & Shop.

Back to the Video

Ajacenus and Ajavex warmly embraced Ajacent in a heartfelt reunion, welcoming their youngest sibling with a big sisterly hug. Meanwhile, Pyrare, concerned for Gold, noticed that he had lost part of his face. Despite this, Gold reassured him, implying that he had faced far tougher corrupts in the past.

After this, watch how some of these lines in this conversation plays out.

Ajacent: What in the world happened to me? - What’s wrong? You can’t even damn remember how you got corrupted with also no explicit explanation!

Ajavex: You were corrupted! But that cheesy nacho over there cured you! - SHE DID NOT BRING UP THE NACHO JOKE FOR GOLD!!!

Ajavex: Hmm. Maybe I should’ve stayed in the mountains.

Pause the video hard.

SOMEBODY EXPLAIN ME THIS!?!?!

Ajacent: I didn’t think this virus was gonna be this bad - YEA NO SHIT THE VIRUS WAS THIS CHAOTIC, YOU CHEESY FU-!!!

Back to the Video

Pyrare then approaches the sisters and informs Ajacent that his friend Pentellow has successfully restored the Poly Forest in the Land of Pentagons. He suggests that she consider staying there instead of returning to the mountains. Pyrare also cautions her that the inhabitants of the Land of Pentagons are easily frightened, with some even breaking apart at the sight of monsters.

Ajacent, laughs a bit, was not suprised and says as long it’s not the mountains then says that she will be on her way. Ajavex, still excited, also says she’s going too as she flies off with Ajacent. Ajacenus tells the duo to wait and cautions them to be careful. Ajacenus then says to Pyrare that they will meet again soon as she leaves off-screen.

Also, watch what Pyrare fucking says next, chat…

Gold: How come you did not fight her? - YEA PYRARE, HOW COME YOU DID NOT FIGHT AT ALL AGAINST AJACEARE!?!?

Pyrare: How come? Well, it isn’t right for men to hit a female. Corrupted or not. - HUH!?

Pauses the video again.

So let me get this straight… Pyrare...

Puts mic close toward my mouth Regardless of the villain's gender, whether it's corrupted or not, in your universe, whether it's a female or male, you STILL need to DEFEND yourself from harm. Just like how Ajacenus, Ajavex, and even your fucking hero, Gold, were fighting off Ajaceare while you were standing in the background doing NOTHING!!!

You SHITTY TRIANGULAR-SHAPED PIE HEADASS!!!

This is exactly why I find pacifist characters like Pyrare to be frustrating and overrated. My frustration with Pyrare is only growing because of this. At least Ajacenus and Ajavex, while still pacifists as well still fight against Ajaceare UNLIKE YOU!!!

Back to the Video

Pyrare notices a storm approaching and tells Gold that they should return to the village. The scene shifts back to Dub at the tower. In a fit of rage, he yells and questions the corrupted female flower about Ajaceare's defeat, his feet stomping from the force of his anger.

The corrupted female flower answers that it was the caretaker of the yellow tree, Pyrare. The corrupted female flower explains to Dub that she and the others have a witness (this word was spelled wrong as withness here) who saw the entire fight. Dub then asks her which caretaker it was, also expressing hope it wasn’t the anxious one, Cube. The corrupted female flower responds that the witness was Pyrare, the caretaker of the yellow tree.

Pyrare, shocked upon hearing this, tells her to return to her post. After the corrupted female flower leaves, Dub says that he has decided to come out of retirement. He then looks at the large pink and white octagram, which likely holds his notes and other important information.

Pauses the video.

Let’s look at this btw while providing screenshots for it…

According to this, this first one showcases Dub tracking the Caretakers’ current status.

Pyrare - Pyrare's status was previously marked as 'Disappeared' for some reason. If I can theorize that at some point before the main events of the series began, Pyrare unknowingly went missing as Dub used to contemplate whether Pyrare was dead or not. Up until now, Dub likely never realized that Pyrare had been with the other Caretakers and Heroes the entire time without his knowledge.

Pentellow - Pentellow's current status is marked as 'Evolved,' which essentially means that she has reached her full strength (her Tree Form) since Season 1, Episode 10.

Iris - Iris’s status is interesting because it is labeled 'Altered.' I suspect that this alteration is connected to his link with the Reaper creature, which may have changed his state after his revival. I can further evident this with features like his now black-glowing triangle chest and the new abilities he gained from the Mark behind his head.

Cube - Cube’s status is currently labeled 'Infected', which means that he is still semi-infected with the virus because of his corrupted counterpart, Cubic as a clone re-infecting him once again since Season 1, Episode 9.

Now on to the second image. It shows off a check list of what Dub has did so far in the series.

Every flower is infected ✔

Caretaker of the cyan tree is infected ✔

Lythorus is infected ✔

Purpex is infected ✔

Ajacent is infected

Circumsphere is infected

Cube’s data has been collected ✔

Hexagram is infected

Cyanide has been created ✔

Green tree beast (or Tree Monster) has awoken

Reaper is infected ✔

Circusic is infected ✔

From what I can observe, Dub has been meticulously tracking shapes that were previously or are currently infected by the virus. He’s been checking off completed tasks, reviewing the Caretakers’ statuses, and receiving reports from the corrupts, all while working from his tower through this large pink/white octagram.

Also, Dub. You need better servants my guy…

Back to the Video

After scratching off Ajacent, who was now formerly infected, Dub stated he needed to find a replacement, adding that those pieces weren't going to search for themselves. He then called Lycanthropy, informing him that Ajaceare was gone and no longer in charge of searching for tree pieces. Lycanthropy, after briefly acknowledging Ajaceare's loss, readily accepted his boss's request, assuring him that he wouldn't disappoint him. Dub responded that he better not.

Let me fucking guess, Lycanthropy is gonna be the next to go somewhere in Season 2…

After hanging up, Dub then sighs and says that he should check up on Cyanide, knowing the feeling that she somehow failed her task.

Dub: I get the feeling that she somehow failed her task. - NO SHIT, TWICE!!! YOU CREATED A FUCKING NAIVE CORRUPTED HERO THAT CAN'T DO SHIT IN HER TASKS SO FAR!!!

Errors

Final Verdict

Overall, I would rate this episode a 4/10 (Below Average). Season 2, Episode 3 continues the disappointing trend of Season 2 thus far in my opinion. It lacks little to no good substance and completely ruins Ajaceare's character by getting pathetically overpowered. The only somewhat interesting part is at the end, where we learn more about the Caretakers' current status, such as Iris's status being 'Altered', which actually catches my attention. However, we could've been focusing on something else entirely then seeing Ajaceare getting clapped...

P.S. Ajaceare's boss level was quite cool to watch.

Okay so, I forced my boyfriend to watch good omens with me and he decided to write some small headcanons and he was okay with me sharing some soooo yea, I also put some of my own hcs warning season 2 spoilers

Crowley:

Genderfluid / Gay / Any pronouns

Used to smoke a lot to cope but Aziraphale helped him quit, though he started to smoke again after the kiss, he also drinks a lot more to try and cope

Normally doesn't cry but after the events with Aziraphale in season 2 he cries more often and easily

Doberman type of partner

Not a huge fan of Taylor Swift but really likes the reputation album + anti-hero

Wears cropped shirts sometimes

Has bad separation anxiety

Didn't talk about his emotions much until after he met Aziraphale + he mainly talks to Aziraphale about his emotions

Eventually toman learns about you fully and welcomes you in with open arms. They treat you like a little sibling, telling you not to go somewhere their about to fight, telling you who to avoid. You often carry around multiple hair ties so when he's asleep and conveniently sleeping on his stomach you try to tie his hair into pigtails. You try not to laugh but it's pretty hard when your friends are pretending to play ping pong with his snores sounding like a ball hitting the paddle. "bro wtf are you two doing" "shush shush watch this" your friend swings his arm in rhythm with Banji's snores. You sigh trying not to let out a giggle

You've kept Banji alive for longer that he was intended witch is great the problem is that usually when he time jumps he ends up meeting you as a member of Toman being a high executive or if Baji died in that future you would swear revenge becoming a detective. Those detective endings end in you getting murdered by a toman leader or you having small details you're able to share with him. On regular occasions, he found you and Baji on a date.

You manhandled him once...You had a playful argument with him at gardening club. You were planting when he kept stepping on crops. "You're messing it up Baji..." "sorry sorry" "that's the third time" you sigh fixing it again as he nearly ruins another. You getting slightly annoyed tell Banji to stay near the brick wall. Some students are pretty jealous of this natural talent of infinite rizz. So they decided to mess with you a bit. They took your desk somehow. "Thx!" The whole teams blocking you now. They don't even allow people on the other team to talk shit. "Really it's fine I'm not using the same weapon anymore" "I'll still stay with you!" "Same!" He's pretty chill about it but asks to play games that don't have an online feature

He does wish he could have you to himself sometimes without people going ballistic over you. So he saved up and took you somewhere people wouldn't recognize you two. A nice quiet spot for you two. "This is a nice spot. The views great! I really can't thank you enough for bringing me here" he feels proud of himself "don't mention it!"

You took him to karaoke as a way to repay him. You two had a blast but he did notice a few weird things. One, when you sung a bunch of people hoarded on the glass outside. Turns out someone left your door open. WHATS WORSE is that they left as soon as he got up to sing, like wtf is he not that good of a singer 😾. Secound, you mostly sang in another language don't get me wrong he liked your singing he just didn't know what you were saying and when he asked you giggled before saying "it's about a girl in love with a dude trying to confess to him before he moves" Just off the giggle and the held in laughs while you sung he's sure you're singing that languages version of the most lewd song known to man

Whenever you two are about to sleep. you can't help touching his checks. Pinching them a bit. If he ever wakes up while you're doing this you'd try to pull away to make sure he didn't notice sometimes he'd pull you in closer. You could hear him mumble something about warmth before closing his eyes again. You can't help but fall asleep shortly after waking up to the hand on your waist now resting on your face.

You and your unimaginable charm has made you nearly untouchable until you decided to partner up with him on a task. You did this multiple times and began hanging out after school. He found you slightly annoying thinking that this is how you treated everyone. He only learned later that excluding the people that surrounded you you only considered 3 other people friends excluding himself. He's pissed he feels special. You two gathered the letters into the bag and began your school day. When kazutora got back to his locker later he found another note. The one time you left the room you left a hair clip in the same room as him. "What is this" he squeezes the back, the clip opening up. Curiosity gets the best of him as he closes the clamp on his lips, nose, ear-. "What are you doing-" he looks at you like a dear in headlights "is that my mom's hairclip" "No idea what you're talking about" "...it's literally on your lip" "No it isn't" He looks away like an ashamed child being caught red-handed "Take it out" he looks away more "come on Kazutora~" he takes it out and gives it too you after much convincing. "Maybe I should get you a matching earring" "oh?" He got the idea thinking it's a way to mark you as his without making it super obvious. "The earring looks kinda heavy-" "you'll get used to it" "Alright?" I mean it's not like he has the other one on his person...oh he does..."hold still" you try not the flinch as he inserts the earring into your ear. He holds up his phone camera flipping it so you could see yourself. "What do you think?" "It's nice...but still pretty heavy" your head moves with the weight of the earring. "Might have to only wear this on special occasions" "you'll get used to wearing them everyday!" He's like a puppy excited to see it's caretaker after a while. "Well see but for now I don't wanna break it"

In the future you two are still constantly around each other, he was right about the earring thing too you now only take off the earring when you're about to sleep. "Takemichi...you broke Hina's heart this time I'll make sure you turn into a woman by the end of this" you crack your fingers. "Hey hey we could talk this out-" "is that the same thing you said to Hina when you cheated on her" "I just wanted to ask where Kazutora was and I'll be on my way!" "...he's at his job" "tha-" he couldn't get another word out before you socked him. "She treated you well for such scum" The only timelines where you were even slightly kind to him were when he'd slowly become more powerful in the ranks. You didn't respect him but you just couldn't sock him immediately. He's terrified of you even in the past just off of those interactions.

He remembers hearing positive rumors about you and didn't think they were true since they seemed kinda fake. Then he remembered you using the janitor's bucket almost like a scooter... "is that even allowed" "WHO CARES ITS Y/N" "Bro they're being zesty again-"

He likes pda but mostly prefers private displays of affection. Can't let people know he has a soft spot around you ya know. He can't help leaning in to kiss you but it'll be so embarrassing if someone that knows him found you two in that moment. He's also afraid of what will happen if other gangs found out you two were in a relationship so try to keep pda on the down low alright!

He usually hates candy but whenever you two bake something together or you buy him sweets his distain for sweets somehow disappears when you do something for or with him. Now he just doesn't tell you or thinks up a convincing lie while going over.

Pairing: Tech x GN!Reader

Genre/Warnings: Some angst, mentions of an injury, mentions of an argument and some deep(?) apologies except from that it’s mostly hurt comfort.

Words: 990

Summary: The tension between you and Tech was at a boiling point but it seemed to calm down just for one night and maybe one night was just enough for you both to reconsider.

A/N: So late happy new years to everyone I hope you had a good new years, I bring you some Tech in spirit of the new bad batch season. If I’m feeling inspired you might just get some Echo as well at some point.

You huffed at the sound of Tech complaining again “I’ve told you before that you should not organise the wires in this way, it makes everything more complicated” you didn’t even turn to look at him “it makes them easier for me to understand and the ship works either way.”

“That is not the principle of it” you stood up and dusted yourself off “where do you think you’re going? We aren’t finished repairs” you began walking towards the ship's exit, sick of Tech's shit.

“Well I’m finished listening to you being a dick.”

Echo was outside with Wrecker counting supplies so you decided to join them. You leaned against an open crate, looking over what there was. You noticed there seemed to be a lack of spare wiring, you noted to yourself to either remind Hunter or get it next time you were in a town.

“You alright?” Wrecker asked, clearly seeing the scowl on your face even as you looked over supplies. You nodded “yea, I finished my part of the repairs so I came out to help” Echo sent you a doubtful look but you ignored it and instead began listening to Wrecker as he started to tell you what they had and what was missing or needed replenished.

After a while Echo got you when you were by yourself “what happened with Tech?” You didn’t meet his eyes “nothing happened, I told you I did my part of the repairs” he once again sent you the doubtful look you knew all too well.

He sighed and put his hand on yours to stop it from what it was doing. Finally you looked at him, he looked stern like he was about to lecture you but there was a softness that told you he cared about this issue even if you thought it didn’t matter.

You felt your bottom lip tremble but held back tears “remember when Tech got shot with that blaster bolt a few months back?” Echo nodded, not interrupting you “well I got really worried and obviously you all saw my outburst but… me and Tech..”

You couldn’t think of the words to say it. Was it right for you to reveal this to Echo even after it had ended?

“We were in some kind of relationship and we both agreed to keep it quiet until we felt more comfortable about it, but that outburst changed everything” Echo looked surprised at this information which didn’t surprise you as you and Tech had become very good about keeping it quiet when you all spent so much time together on one small ship.

“He felt I put us at risk so he ended it which he had every right to do but he got so mad at me that I got so upset in so many ways and I want to move past it but everytime I look at him I either want to scream or cry”

Echo didn’t offer any advice, seeming to know you wanted none at this moment but he moved the hand holding yours to over your shoulder and just pulled you in for a side hug.

It was also Echo’s way of comforting others without having to say anything as he wasn’t great at verbal comfort.

Still the hug was comforting and felt like the kind of hug an older brother would give you after a really bad day and you appreciated that. “Thanks Echo..” you mumbled and he just smiled at you.

You were watching as blue blurred past, you were entranced by it like you always seemed to be. Hyperspace was so pretty to you no matter how many times you had seen it.

This was something Tech had noticed and kept note of. He would have stood there watching your amazed expression forever if he could but instead he announced his arrival by coughing.

You turned your head and your expression dropped a smidge before you turned back to the window. The drop in your expression made Tech feel uneasy.

“I expected you to be asleep like the others, you seemed busy helping with supplies” you shrugged as he sat on the other pilot's seat next to you “not really, Wrecker did most of the lifting I just helped count.” Silence fell over you both like a blanket and it made you feel slightly sick.

Tech felt the sudden need to apologise. Seeing you here looking so uncomfortable made him wish he could be back, he felt so mad about the fight that he hadn’t had a moment to assume how you felt about it. He knew your heart was in the right place but he wanted to keep the relationship quiet for a bit longer and he hadn’t anticipated you becoming attached so quickly.

“I’m sorry-“ you both began and stopped both looking wide eyed. Tech coughed once again as his cheeks went slightly pink from embarrassment “you can continue.”

You went to ask if he was sure but decided against it.

��I’m sorry for the way I acted and the outburst. I should have calmed down and I shouldn’t have gotten so mad about you wanting to end it because that’s obviously your right to end it when you're no longer comfortable with it but I just made myself seem so betrayed and I apologise for it.”

Tech took a breath “I must also apologise, I didn’t mean for my words to come across so harsh and I never thought how that would affect you, I could’ve been better about it but instead I was inconsiderate.”

You held your hand out to him silently, he hesitated but took it.

There were no more words spoken. You both just held each other's hands and watched out the window, you both knew if you decided to try again you would take it slow and be more open with each other.

For now though you both enjoyed the moment.

Rewatching the Winchesters now that it's on HBO Max and I can at any time instead of 3 am and god the pilot is chaotic but in the best way now that I already love all the characters.

And more than that, I can actually enjoy John this time around since I can watch it without having SPN!John in my head. Still will rub me the wrong way when he says hypocritical shit that SPN!John has done, but it's sooo much easier to genuinely give him the space to be aka grow as a character without the constraints of who he would've become. And yea, he very much is still completely recognizable as the John we knew, like to the point that I believe him to be way more likely to become JDM!John than Matt's John (but we did spend very little with him tbh). But he still has time to figure his shit out and is willing to do it. Ughh, cant wait to rewatch this.

Same thing with Mary tbh, having her basically have to be honest about herself and having all this hope for a future where she can be happy and not have to keep hunting til she dies, and knowing that she doesn't have to become(and won't I think) SPN!Mary means I can see her talk about all of these things without wanting to cry. And yea, I can def see SPN!Mary in her clearly, the trying to stay detached due to her grief, the hardened hunter, the taking the initiative and not taking no for an answer whether that's good or back. But she hasn't yet lived through one death and the loss of her whole life so she can still hold onto her dreams and try to achieve them.

Now Lata and Carlos on the other hand tho were always fun. But knowing them already mean I can enjoy all the minute work that builds their chracters even from the get go and also made me realize just how much they also grow throughout the season. Still my faves tho. Like Carlos' entrence is another spn iconic entrence tbh. And also also just... the sheer disaster that Carlos is in the Pilot speaks to me personally. And Lata instantly endears me to her, she's sassy from the get go, but more reserved in the Pilot. U can see the strength and and courage and ... just potential these two have cuz it's all already therw, but it's being held back in the Pilot, they don't yet have a support system aka Carlos is in a lone wolf vibe where they cant afford to let people close and Lata just lost hers not too long ago and with Maggie, she also kinda lost and is losing Mary.

I genuinely forgot Millie's intro was pretty harsh initially. Like I knew ep 2 has the monster turning into her for a reason, but I forgot how much she reminded me of SPN!John (when he was around that is) that I had a double take. It was the passive agressive comment to John followed by soothing it with a hug and a smile thay just genuinely threw me a bit with how much of SPN!John is in her aka how much he clearly learned from her (his parenting style) which obv makes sense but damn.

There might not be too much Ada in the Pilot, but the little we do get tho and where she ends up (with Rowena ackowledging her power and herself believing in her own magic and just herself) from where we see her here with a book store and trying to lay low is phenomenal. And we have hints here of who she is, and who she grows into when she talks to John about Henry, but like with all of them its hints.

Anyways, I love this show and the Pilot is pretty chaotic but not as energizer bunny/break neck speed as I remembered, but still way faster than the rest of the show. But it does such a good job setting everyone up, both for us to understand who they are now and for us to have a jumping point to see where they end up.

And to close it, fuck is it still the best thing in the world to have Dean on the screen again. Ughh, hits just as bad this time as the 1st time. Also also, this joy really be checking the Samulet there so that Jack doesn't get close, like he really be out here on his own, fucking theripizing himself with journaling and vibing by himself in his usual hunters outfit when not being percieved and then the fashionista in him when in a crowded bus stop was like "Imma be as extra as I can be" just because he could and honestly, good for him. He's always found time for a nice outfit change when oportunity presented itself.

Long story short, I'll be writing down my thoughts this run through as they come with the episodes.

A/N: I was listening to artic monkeys while writing this so credits to them :) also the end is kinda choppy I got lazy, might make a part two?? Also kinda short cuz I honestly hate long fanfics

Ever since Scotty James had gone to the Olympics you had been there for him. When Scotty went to Vancouver when he was 15 you helped him. You where a female halfpipe snowboarder from Australia and had became great friends with Scotty as you where there for him when he had the struggles of going to the Olympics at such a young age. You are so proud of how far he has come. You where only a bit older then Scotty, five years to be precise, you went to your first Olympics at 16 you knew the struggle.

In the off season Scotty would usually hold a big party and for the first time ever you managed to clear your schedule and go. Once you RSVP'd Scotty couldn't wait for you to meet some of his friends, expecially Daniel. You had heard about Daniel and had assumed he was gonna be a nice guy. The night before the party you got curious about this Daniel guy and decided to stalk his Instagram (just girly things) while you where scrolling you may or may not have developed a tiny crush on him, he was a good looking guy. His smile was contagious.

The night of the party you got all prettied up. Slightly curled hair and a beautiful dress that hugged your curves (almost better than Danny would ) perfectly. You where dressed to impress.

The taxi rolled up to your door and you left swiftly over to scottys pent house he shared with another good friend of yours, Chloe. Once Scotty had gotten with Chloe you where super happy he had finally found someone who wasn't a narcissist. You and Chloe got along so well, you where low-key proud of Scotty on such a great pull.

You knocked on Scottys door and heard a deep Australian accent yell 'ill get it' it was not scottys voice. You see Daniel open the door. You froze he looked ever more handsome in real life,

"oh hello you must be y/n I've heard some amazing things about you! I'm Daniel you can call me Danny, Dan, DR and what not," he said with his signature smile,

You smiled back, "thank you Dan,"

"let's get you inside shall we?" Dan laughed letting you past.

Scotty had let his closer friends come over a bit earlier so it was just you, Scotty, Chloe, Daniel, And another one of his friends Corey Wilson.

"wow Y/n you went all out, mate," Scotty said walking over to you,

you smiled at his compliment, "thanks, I didn't know how fancy this party was gonna be," you said looking at the others outfits,

"I'm just gonna get ready ill be back, you can chill out with Daniel and Corey," he smiled walking over the his bedroom to get changed.

You sat on the sofa next to Daniel as Corey looked busy typing on his phone,

"hey y/n, how are you going?" Daniel chirped,

"yea I'm good thanks," you smiled

"I've heard so many great things about you!" Daniel said in a comforting tone,

"same," you giggled back,

The conversation continued untill some other guests started rolling in.

The night went smoothly and it was to the point where everyone was at a degree of drunk. Scotty walked up to you,

"could you please take Daniel back to his place before he sleeps with anyone in my house,"

"of course I was about to go home anyway," you smiled at Scotty before getting Daniel.

The problem was that Scotty was drunk enough to have responsibility but past the point where he could remember that you had only just ment Daniel and didn't know where he lived. You didn't want to seem nosey so you drunkenly took Daniel to your place instead.

Once you had gotten to yours Daniel spoke up,

"is this your house?"

"yes,"

"why am I here?"

"because I don't know where you live, you can stay the night if you like,"

"ok,"

You two ended snuggled up on the couch watching a movie,

"I probably shouldn't say this now but I would love to take you on a date," Daniel spoke,

"same," you replied, "home date?"

Daniel chuckled.

You got a doona and layed it across the sofa for you and Daniel as you started watching some movies. Daniel soon patted the spot right next to him, you scooted over.

"I hope you don't mind if I just," Daniel said wrapping his arms around you.

You laid back in his embrace, you felt safe.

Day by day you and Daniel grew closer untill Daniel finally did it. You where in Japan one of many treasure troves in the world of snowboarding. And you found the Japanese grand prix was on so you made your way to the track. You spotted Daniel and waved. Daniel walked over to you and said,

"wanna come in the paddock?"

"sure," you smiled back

"come with me," he said

You got stopped but security because you didn't have a pass,

"who is this?" The man said,

"my girlfriend," Daniel replied,

The guard nods and lets you two in.

Daniel takes you to his driver's room and you sit down and look him in they eyes,

"what was that about?" You ask Daniel,

"I mean you might as well be," he laughed back,

"true," you replied,

"what?" Daniel questioned,

"if you say so," you reply hugging him, he hugs back.

Next thing you know Scotty found his way into Daniels driver room,

"uhh, did I miss something?" Scotty questioned,

"yeah," Daniel laughed,

You giggled into his chest.

You and Daniel had been dating for 6 months now, it had been amazing. You where at XGames and where on the phone to Daniel when he said,

"if you get a medal today you can move in with me,"

"bet," you giggled.

You had gotten silver that day and was over the moon, Daniel obviously first to congratulate you.

'love you baby, I'm so proud of you!' you read his text and smiled seeing his missed call, you rang you boyfriend back,

"Y/N/N GREAT JOB," Daniel said in excitement as he picked up the phone.

"thanks Danny," you smiled, "so about moving in-"

"I've already got all your clothes in a wardrobe at my house, your vitamins in the cupboard, and your framed pictures at mine, baby," Daniel said proudly,

"looks like someone was excited," you laughed.

You flew back to warm Monaco and got to Daniels house. You knocked on the front door,

"C'mere," Daniel mumbles when he opened the door to see you, he wrapped you into his arms, you enjoyed his embrace and looked up at his lips and connected them with yours. You got carried away in the taste of pure mint as his tongue slipped into your mouth. After your make out sesh, Daniel was quick to react,

"let's get inside," he stated,

You just laughed in response.

"you know what I've got for you, darling," Daniel said,

"what?" You wondered,

You stepped in to see your sister and her husband along with your two twin nephews, Arlo and Mack.

You hadn't seen your sister and her family ever since you had gotten with Daniel so it was really sweet of him to invite them over even though he had never met them before.

"aww thanks Daniel," you smiled at him walking over to your sister and her little family hugging them.

"I promised the kids they could wear your medal," Daniel laughed,

"I'm sure you did," you said showing Arlo and Mack the medal.

"this is so cute," your sister said taking a picture of the moment.

Each of the twins had a picture wearing your new medal, you where surprised how curious the two toddlers where.

Once your sister and that had left, you and Daniel had some chill time, you both loved having a chilled afternoon.

"aren't the twins so cute," Daniel said lying in bed while you unpacked you stuff, putting your bag away you then got into some comfy clothes and joined Dan in bed,

"the twins are adorable," you smiled back at him,

"we've only been dating for six months and I want to start a family with you," Daniel mentioned, you giggled at him.

"what is that supposed to mean?" Daniel asked,

"ohh you wanna guess?" You replied in a sassy tone,

"no,"

You laughed once more,

After some consideration you realised it just wasn't the time to start a family, but the child talk would go on for weeks...

Summary: with your current rocky relationship with the love of your life and long time girlfriend, you’re trying to salvage what is left but only after a fatal accident did Scarlett realize her mistake

A/N: phew this was a long one! I initially released I Do and hated it so now I finally got the chance to redo it so hopefully this was worth the wait! I wanted to change the basis of the story a bit, but keeping the main storyline as well (i think)! Thank you guys so much for being really patient with me since I’m finishing up college and job hunting <33 hope you guys like this one!

Christmas has always been your favorite time of the year, it held a lot of fond memories in your life you tend to look back to. You adopted your first dog as a gift by your parents as a child, you started your first ever job on December a few years back, and you met the love of your life in a party hosted by a mutual friend during the holiday season. Sadly while it held your fondest memories, it now holds your saddest ones as well.

“I left the files for the deposition on your table okay?” You start as you pack up your things into your bag while your best friend, Lizzie Olsen. She hums in acknowledgement as you rapid fire last minute tasks or reminders. “Oh and I left your Christmas gift too, Merry Christmas Lizzie”

She chuckles as you suddenly stop your actions to give her that cute dopey grin as part of the greeting. She walks up to you, hugging you while patting her hand on your back gently. “Thanks Y/N/N, enjoy the holidays okay? Let me know how your trip with Scarlett goes”

You sigh sadly as you hug her back, pulling back and smiling softly at her. Your mood shifting as you remembered your conversation with Scarlett the night before. “I think the trip won’t push through”

“What? Why?” She asks in shock as she holds you by arms length. “I thought this was your gift to her? And how you have plans there?”

“Well yea but..” you trail off, shrugging. “She said she couldn’t miss a really important meeting set on the 27th and the trip is from the 23rd to the 2nd of January. The wifi there does suck honestly since its in my parents’ old cabin in the mountains… and she didn’t want to negotiate”

Both Lizzie and Scarlett knew how much solace that place gives you especially with the kind of work you have as a lawyer and her as an entrepreneur. That’s why during your first few years in your relationship, you both would go there for the holidays as a breather before the hell that is the first quarter of the year comes. Sadly as of last year, things had gone rocky with the sudden growth in your careers.

“Oh sweetheart” Lizzie cooes softly as she watches your defeated form sadly. She leads you to sitting on you chair as she leans on the table, changing the topic so you wouldn’t get as sad anymore. “How’s Scarlett? Still busy with her skincare line?”

“She’s still in the testing stage but she said the probably found something that would help them stand out from the competition. You know how she is” you say while fiddling with your fingers. “I’m happy for her though, she deserves success after working on that venture for years”

“But you also deserve to have an emotionally present girlfriend, you know” Lizzie says softly and sincerely as she takes your hand in hers, gently rubbing the pad of her thumbs across your knuckles knowing you’d eventually pick at your fingers due to the nerves.

Okay yea that one definitely hurt, the gutted feeling digging a hole in your heart even further. It’s been hard for you and Scarlett lately because ever since she had that eureka moment to start a skincare line, she became emotionally absent. She spends a lot of her time trying to perfect the formula and making the brand image she desires. The spark between the both of you started to flicker, threatening its death at any moment where things could end just like that. You had your own suspicions on why that was the case ranging from just complete and total devotion to make this venture work, or the possibility of her meeting someone new who’s more aligned with her desires from the company. But you knew her, she’d never go that far and she’s just really working hard… right?

“Y/N..?” Lizzie asks softly, effectively bringing you back to earth as she gently wipes a tear away with the pad of her thumb. “Oh sweetheart, you can stay with me and the boys for the holidays if you want. Scarlett’s not gonna notice if she’s gonna stay holed up in her office the whole holidays”

You chuckle waterly at the teasing tone because it is something she’d do and has done once or twice, but you sniffle as you grab a piece of tissue from your bag and clean yourself up a little.

“It’s fine, she’s still my girlfriend and I’m sure she’d make time for me before and after that meeting of hers.” You start as you stand up, picking up your bag and placing the shoulder strap on your shoulder as you smile at Lizzie gratefully. “Thanks Lizzie for the offer, but I’m gonna make the effort to make it work this holidays.. even if it’s only one sided, i love her after all, you know?”

“Yea of course” she starts as she pulls you into a hug one last time, gently caressing the back of your head as your body physically relaxes at the touch. “Take care on the way home okay? The snow’s starting to fall again so the roads aren’t as safe right now”

“Yea yea, I’ll be careful” you chuckle as you pull back from the hug, waving goodbye as you head to your car parked in the basement parking of the really nice building.

As you start to drive home, you start to think about how your once loved relationship with the woman of your dreams came to be. You still remembered the times where Scarlett would actively skip meetings just so she could surprise you before your cases, wishing you luck as you tend to get incredibly nervous before each trial. She even flew in from Copenhagen just so she could watch you conquer the first trial in your career, ready to cheer for you as you won that case and made partner a few months later. You couldn’t remember what the very first fight was, but you knew that was the last time you’ve seen the Scarlett you fell in love with and it breaks your heart to think what if she doesn’t love you anymore or her meeting someone new.

You sigh heavily as you stop by the red light, gently placing your forehead against the wheel as you try to stop your overthinking. Before you could dwell into the situation further, you hear the familiar text tone causing you to look over at your bag that’s sitting on the passenger’s seat. You lean over a little, digging around and grunting as you hear it ring again.

“Oh come on you lil shit” you mumble annoyingly as you lean in further so you could get a better look, but your bag tips over so the content falls out of the floor, along with your phone. “Oh you’ve got to be kidding me?”

You sigh in defeat and frustration as you unbuckle your seatbelt so you could grab your phone on the floor. As you read the message while getting back up, you suddenly hear a really loud screeching and a lot of screams from civilians in the area. Before you could do anything else or process whats going on, a huge truck comes speeding down the streets of Manhattan and collides against your side of the car. The impact pushed your car a solid 2-3 blocks down the road, immediately blacking you out as it was an almost direct hit.

[around the same time as the accident]

“The revised samples and packaging should arrive here at the headquarters before New Years so someone should pass by here so we could have it tested and reviewed by the 3rd of January or maybe the 5th” Scarlett says with authority to her employees as they conduct their last meeting of the year.

Scarlett has always been the kind of person that’s a perfectionist, especially if her passion lies on it. While she can be a rather demanding boss, she’s also fair to her partners and employees; she always makes sure that they’re all well taken care of as long as they’re under her care. With some years in the making and only a half a year till launch, she has been working nonstop to ensure that all their hard work will pay off in a few months.

“Well that is all, thank you everyone for your time and see you after the holidays” the chair dragging and varying Christmas greetings fills the room as Scarlett slides her laptop into her laptop sleeve, and taking her phone out to see if there are any important messages that was sent in during her two hour long meeting.

“Ready for the holidays and some hubby time, Johansson?” Robert Downey Jr asks in a teasing tone, causing the blonde to scoff slightly with a roll of her eyes.

Both Robert and Scarlett decided to get into this venture together a few years back since Scarlett owns a rather famous business consulting firm with a variety of companies in her belt and Downey owns and co-owns a lot of pharmaceutical companies across the country, soon the world. With their combined resources and knowledge (and honestly money), it was not a surprise by their competitors that they’d get into business together.

“We plan to stay in the city for the holidays this year, I told Y/N about the 27th meeting we couldn’t miss with the investors and she… well tried to understand but I don’t know; we fought” Scarlett explains as she doesn’t look up from her phone, replying to some of her important messages.

RDJ hums in thought as he grabs a snack pack from the back of the meeting room that has all the snacks for Robert to feast on. “Hmm that sucks, she was really looking forward to it this year specifically”

“What do you mean?” Scarlett asks as she briefly looks up at Robert as she watches him open his blueberries and pop one in his mouth, shaking her head before mumbling a ‘no thanks’ on his way after being offered some.

“Isn’t it tradition for you guys to go up for the holidays? This year has been hard on the both of you career wise so I wouldn’t be surprised if she wanted to go really badly this year” he shrugs in thought as he leans against the table as Scarlett sits back on the swivel chair she was sitting on for the meeting.

“Yea well she knew how important this is, but I promised to make it up to her” she says, albeit a little reluctantly, in her defense.

“You don’t sound so confident there” he teases softly as the both of them chuckle, but he also sighs softly as he places down the finished wrapper on the table. “You’ve been neglecting her, Scar.. everyone could see it. Make it up to her this Christmas okay? You both are made for each other and I don’t like my two friends fight”

“Robert..” Scarlett starts before RDJ cut her off with a slightly raised hand.

“I’m not here to give you relationship advice, but Olsen told me about Y/N recently.. I think you should talk to her and go from there” he says as he gets up, throwing the wrapper in the bin. “If you want, I can deal with the investors so you both could go up for the holidays.. treat it as my Christmas gift for my favorite lovebirds”

“Are you sure? You know how much of an asshole those investors are” Scarlett asks worriedly causing Robert to laugh at her warning.

“Oh come on Scarlett, you’re not the only self made billionaire here” he starts with a smirk. “We both handled crap investors on our own before working together, I think I can handle them. You haven’t had a vacation in years, let me help out a little you workaholic”

Scarlett stares at him for a moment, waiting for him to break and regret his decision but sighs gratefully as she gets up, hugging her best friend who quickly hugs her back. “Thank you, Y/N will be really happy to hear”

“Anytime Scar” he mumbles but quickly pulls back as Scarlett’s phone starts to ring violently. “Sweet jesus you need a new ringtone, that always gives me a heart attack”

“Sorry” she chuckles as she takes her phone, looking at her phone curiously at the unknown number before answering it. “Hello?”

“Is this Ms Johansson?” The woman on the other side of the phone asks before starting again as Scarlett answers a quick ‘yes, speaking’.

“This is the Manhattan General Hospital, your girlfriend Y/N Y/L/N has you as her emergency contact. She just got into a fatal car accident and…”

Thankfully, Robert was there to catch the very pale Scarlett and took over the phone call as all kinds of thoughts run through her mind. How badly injured were you? How fatal are we talking about? What was your last conversation with her and does she have any regrets?

The weight of the situation suddenly falls on her shoulders as Robert ends the call, quickly holding onto her shoulders as he looks at her firmly.

“Scarlett you gotta listen to me okay?” He pauses for a moment, nodding slightly as Scarlett slowly nods in understanding. “Okay we’re going to the hospital now, don’t pass out on me okay? Everything will be fine, she’s a fighter. Now come on, let’s go see her”

The sterile smell of hospital could make anyone nauseous, Scarlett included but this time, her cause of nausea is the thought of the love of her life leaving her. Sadly they couldn’t see you just yet, which means Scarlett’s already bad anxiety just got shot through the roof and maybe around the orbit a few times. The deep rooted sense of dread just clouds Scarlett’s judgements which forced Downey to deal with the doctors and nurses as she paces around the private waiting room she demanded as she wanted complete privacy for what has to come.

“Scarlett, you’re gonna burn a hole sit down” he coaxes Scarlett gently as she shakes her head no. “Your pacing won’t make the doctors work faster, you need to be calm and collected when we see Y/N/N so come on”

She sighs in defeat as she slumps down besides him. “I’m so scared”

Genuinely speaking, Scarlett was never the kind to get nervous or be afraid of things, its why made her a great entrepreneur. When it comes to you however, anything is possible and that scares the crap out of her.

Robert sighs softly, gently patting her back gently. “I know, we’ll only know when we talk to the doctor but for now we should just hope for the best.. do you want anything to eat? Drink maybe?”

“Do they have vodka in this place” she mumbles under her breathe while leaning forward, resting her elbows onto her thighs so she could rest her chin onto the palms of her hands while Robert laughs at her slight joke, getting up and stretching.

“Okay I’ll try my best, text me if the doctor comes and I’m not back yet, go ahead if ever okay?” She just hums back in acknowledgement as RDJ leaves her alone to her own thoughts.

Scarlett has heard of people spending their time regretting decisions or wishing things were different when a loved one suffers from a life threatening situation and she knew that first hand when her grandmother died as a kid, she was close with her grandparents who took care of her and her siblings whenever her parents were out on business meetings. Her grandmother was a beautiful old woman, mind, soul and body, and spent a lot of her childhood looking up to the older woman despite her devil-child tendencies with her twin brother. The woman taught her how to be vulnerable for the right people while her parents taught her how to be the best entrepreneur/business woman she could be so it was like someone ripped a part of her heart when she heard the news of her grandmother’s passing. She wished she spent more time with her grandmother, especially the day before when she had to raincheck an afternoon with her because of after school curriculars. She thought that would have been her greatest pain, not realizing you’d take the icing off the cake easily considering your last conversation before today.

[Night before the accident]

“You’re overreacting, Y/N! Of course I want to go but I just don’t have the time!” Scarlett tries to explain as you walk out of your shared room and head to the kitchen where you grabbed your favorite vodka, cracking it open and chugging straight from the bottle.

Both you and Scarlett had tough days from work where you had to deal with a failed trial and Scarlett’s supplier delaying the delivery of the first batch of products for another month. Stress radiated heavily off the both of you so it was only matter of time before one of you snapped, apparently it was you who was first to break.

“I’m not overreacting Scarlett! I told you about this trip months ago and you said we’d go! It would have been the first time in a year or so! Please, I’ve been trying to make time for the both of us may it be a trip out of town for the weekend or just a movie night, but you’re just too busy in 24/7 meetings or already asleep by the time I’m home!” You yell out exasperatedly as you slam the bottle down at the counter as Scarlett turns red from rage and her hands clenching into a fist by her sides. “It’s like I have a roommate, not a girlfriend!”

“Well at least roommates can leave you be to do whatever and not force you to go out of town when they know there’s something important in the city!” She yells out in frustration, close to throwing a chair across the room if need be. “GOSH! you’re so clingy it’s driving me insane! If you want to go to your parents’ cabin for the holidays then be my guest! I’ll be staying here, enjoying my time away from you!!”

The rage you feel in this moment was nothing you’ve ever felt in your years of walking this lifetime, but also the tight grip on your stomach and heart you felt in this moment could rival any heartbreak your past relationships caused 5 times over.

“Okay fine whatever! Screw you Scarlett Johansson, screw you!” You yell out, grabbing the bottle as you walk out of the kitchen and to your shared room, slamming the door closed.

[Present Time]

“Miss Johansson?” The doctor asks Scarlett, effectively bringing Scarlett out of her thoughts as she stands up abruptly.

“U-uh yes that’s me, is Y/N alright?” She asks worriedly, wringing her hands from the nerves.

“Thankfully she made it out, although we did lose her a few times so we’d have to monitor her a while to see the effects it has on her brain” the doctor explains as he leads Scarlett to your room. “She might wake up soon so you may see her and wait”

“Thank you so much doctor, I really appreciate it” she says gratefully as she shakes the hand of the doctor, waving goodbye before facing your door. With a deep breathe, she gently turns the knob of your door and opens it to reveal you staring off at the window, your focus off at the distance.

“Y/N?” She asks, more shocked to see you awake already than the damages the crash caused you. You’re currently sporting a cast on your left arm as it was closest to the impact, and a few bandages littering on your face and a long strip of gauze wrapped around your head.

“..I’m sorry.. who are you?” You asked in confusion with a slight tilt on the head as you readjust your arm that’s currently on a cast, but hissing in pain at the sudden movement.

“W-wait I’m sorry I’ll answer your question in a bit but don’t move okay?” She quickly goes up to your side, gently assisting you to make sure you’re comfortable. “You don’t remember me? Scarlett?”

“Wait.. you’re Robert’s friend right? The entrepreneur?” You ask with a slight smile on your lips.

“Uhm.. gosh i’m too scared to ask this” Scarlett mumbles her breathe before asking the thing she’s dreading the most. “what’s the last you remember?”

“Robert’s Christmas party in 2010.. i think?” You trail off slightly as you try to remember, but groaning in pain as a migraine starts to develop.

“It’s.. 2021 now, Y/N” she says softly as she sits on the bed with a decent distance between the both of you while calling for the nurse using the call button on your bed. “You have some catching up to do”

“Home sweet home” Scarlett says as she helps you into your shared home, Robert trailing behind the both of you with your bags.

The doctor did confirm that you do have a mild case of amnesia and it would take some time for your arm and the wounds on your face and head to heal, and for you to get your memories back. Both you and Scarlett thought it would be a good idea to just continue whatever routine the both of you have in hopes to bring back at least some bits and pieces.

You knew [past] Scarlett was the kind to be confident, cocky even so it was rather shocking for her to be really careful and shy around you. Even when you jokingly mentioned it to her, she just shrugged saying she’s always been like this around you and that’s not completely wrong. To tell you the truth, she feels horrible that the last thing you both talked about was the fight and her being a bitch to you. She promised that she’d make it up to you, and it’ll start with your healing.

“Thank you so much Robert for the help” Scarlett says gratefully as she takes the bags from him while you take a look around, taking in your new/old home.

“Anytime, I’ll email you any updates. You sure you wanna work at home?” He asks as he quickly looks behind Scarlett before looking back at her, speaking in a soft tone so you wouldn’t hear. “The investor’s meeting is the day after tomorrow”

“I know” she starts, sighing softly as she crosses her arms in thought. “I have to make it up to her, I can’t lose her again. Besides, I’ll answer in case of emergencies so feel free to use it”

“Or treat this as a vacation already” he teases gently, but understands the situation entirely. He knows in his heart and mind that if this was his situation and it was his wife who got into the accident, he’d do the same.

Greeting you both a farewell and an additional hug to Scarlett, he bids his goodbye leaving the both of you in your home. Scarlett sighs softly after closing the door, gently resting her forehead against the door and closes her eyes in thought. “God if you’re listening, gosh help us please”

“Uhm.. I’ll go take a shower if that’s fine” you mumble shyly. “But I think I need help wrapping my cast so it doesn’t get wet”

“Ah right yea of course sweetheart, come on” she gently says as she lets you go ahead while she goes and grabs a plastic bag for your cast.

She knows you keep them in a drawer in the kitchen but she silently curses her memory because it seems like you moved it.

“Gosh where the hell are you” she grumbles as she opens some drawers and finally decides to check up the cabinets.

She leans up, aimlessly feeling around until she feels something velvet and square-ish. Out of curiosity, she takes it from its hiding spot. Upon inspection, she realizes that this specific box was something she never saw before so you probably own this box.

“Why are you here..” she wonders out loud before realizing how she’d never check that place, considering she can’t cook for shit and with how busy she is.

She chuckles softly at the thought and how smart you are before slowly opening it to reveal the most gorgeous ring she has ever seen in her life, causing a soft gasp to escape her lips unintentionally.

It’s a gold band with a small diamond at the center with both your and Scarlett’s birthstones at either side, shining bright under the fluorescent lights. She slowly walks up to the country while taking the ring out of the box, inspecting it closely to realize that there’s an engraving on the inner band which is the date of their first date. With shaky hands, she tries to put it on her finger and of course it fits perfectly and of course it looks absolutely beautiful on her hand.

The sudden tight grip on her heart and bottomless pit in her stomach becomes really intense as she realizes that you wouldn’t remember any intentions of proposing but what hurts more was how she finally pieced everything together. No wonder you wanted to go to your parents’ cabin for the holidays, you had intentions of proposing there where you both told each other for the first time that you liked each other and wanted to get together. The regret she felt in that moment made her lightheaded as a sob escapes from her lips.

A tear first runs down her cheek, then a second, then shortly after more falls down her cheeks as the weight of the whole situation finally comes crashing down. She finally realizes how much she has neglected you over the past year and how you’re still trying your hardest to make it work. Sobs wreck through Scarlett’s body as she tries to keep quiet by placing a hand over her mouth, the ring shining mockingly with how stupid she actually is. In that moment, she vows to do everything and anything in her power to make it up to you and it would start right now.

“Scarlett? You okay?” You call out from your room causing Scarlett to jump in surprise, quickly removing the ring and placing it back in its box and its hiding space.

“I’ll come back for you some other time, for now I gotta win my girl back”

“Hey Scarlett?” You ask while browsing through the photo album you both have. She quickly looks at you, then walks up to you to see what you’re up to. “When was this?”

It’s been a few days since you came back from the accident and you both have been adapting really well with the situation. Luckily, you’re very slowly starting to get your memories back so progress is progress in your book. You were helping (well, as best as you could with a cast) with cleaning up the place since today’s Scarlett’s investors’ meeting so she’s been too anxious to let Downey do it on his own despite the experience. You thought since the penthouse looks like a pigsty, she could use the distraction and cleaning up would be a good bonding activity too. #WinWinForEveryone.

Scarlett thinks for a moment as she looks at the photos. She sits down besides you on the couch with a respectable distance between the both of you. “Oh this was taken somewhere in 2011 I believe, you just won your first trial after law school”

“I finished law school?” You ask shyly, knowing you were on the brick of dropping out by the time you met Scarlett. She chuckles softly at your shy demure before nodding fondly at you.

“You definitely did, totally crushed the lawyer you were against that day” she smiles softly as she recalls that day with you.

[2011 - 1 year into your friendship, not yet romantically together]

“I declare the defendant on this case, guilty on 3 accounts of murder. Case dismissed” the judge hits his gavel three times, signaling the end of the brutal case you just won your first case as a baby attorney for the state prosecution office. You quickly say your congratulations to your client and dealing with the other necessities before leaving the courthouse to be greeted by a great surprise who’s currently leaning against your car. “Scarlett?”

“How’s my favorite attorney?” She asks with a proud smile as she holds up a small bouquet of flowers for you. You chuckle softly as you quickly walk up to her, jumping into her arms as she holds you up and gives you a quick peck on the lips.

“I thought you’re in Copenhagen right now?” You mumble as you nuzzle your face into her neck, breathing in her sweet vanilla and lavender perfume she always wears.

“Came home early to surprise you, couldn’t miss my best friend’s first trial win after-all” she mumbles as she tenderly presses a kiss on the top of your head, holding you close into her arms as you cling onto her like a koala. “You tired?”

You hum yes in response as you sigh softly, completely slumping against your girlfriend as you finally get to relax after a brutal 5 hours in court. “Thank you for coming”

“Hmm anytime, my ever so brutal prosecutor fri- OW! Okay okay take 2, my bestestfriend ever”

“Ever since then, you had a few more cases where your firm eventually made you the fastest and youngest person ever to become partner” she explains as you flip through the photo album and by this time, you’re resting against Scarlett’s body as she holds you close with her arm over your shoulders.

“Hmm what about this?” You ask as you point at a photo of the two of you in a restaurant with the biggest grins on your faces.

“Ah I took you to the UK once for your birthday” she says as she motions the little double decker bus sitting on your shelf with the other knickknacks from your trips together. “You know, you tried spotted dick for the first time that week?”

[2017 - 7 years into your friendship, 3 years into your relationship]

“Scarlett I swear to God! Are you seriously not gonna tell me where the hell we’re going?” You groan in exaggerated agony as Scarlett chuckles, tightening the blindfold behind your head.

“Don’t look or you’ll ruin the surprise, it’s a surprise and you like surprises right?” She waits for a moment before humming in approval at your slow nod. “See, so come on I’ll take care of you and will make sure you don’t trip”

“Okay good cuz I don’t wanna embarrass myself by falling face first in the airport” you grunt in response, your mood quickly changing as Scarlett presses a soft kiss against your lips. You smile into the kiss as you kiss her back, melting into her arms as you try to deepen it but sadly she pulls back making you scowl. “Unfair”

“I know I know now come on” she rolls her eyes fondly as she leads you into the airport and after checking in for the both of you (and quietly explaining to customs that you’re not being trafficked across the globe and in fact about to have the greatest surprise in your life), she finally leads you to the travel board and places your ticket in your hand.

“Okay you can open your eyes now” you quickly make work with the blindfold, allowing your eyes to blink rapidly from the brightness of the board.

“Okay what-“

“Look at the ticket in your hand” you look at her curiously and look down to see in fact that there is a plane ticket in your hand that says you’re doing to London. Complete shock and disbelief was your initial reaction especially because you’ve been saying nonstop about how much you wanted to go but never had the time. Then eventually your excitement starts to kick in as the realization finally sank in, allowing yourself to bounce on the spot while glancing up to the flights board and back down to your ticket to see if this is real.

“Oh my god Scarlett…” you trail off, honestly speechless with the whole ordeal so you just started to cry. You couldn’t help the tears start to fall down as she chuckles fondly at you, wrapping her arms around your waist as you sob.

“I know how much you’ve wanted to go to the UK, well Europe generally, and eat all the sweets available so this is my birthday gift to you! We’ll spend your birth week there so eating anything and everything you want so.. happy birthday baby” she explains softly, gently wiping your tears away with a soft smile.

You sob harder as your tears continue to fall down your face before cupping Scarlett’s cheeks gently, looking at her with all the love you could muster in your tiny excited body. “Gosh I love you so much”

“We ate so much food that week you know” she chuckles in amusement as you giggle back. “I thought you’d explode from trying to keep your giggles in when you tried to order the spotted dick”

“So.. it’s not a real spotted dick?” You pout in faux disappointment as Scarlett laughs at that.

“You said the exact same thing” she says laughing as you slowly grin at the sound, sighing dreamily as you look at her with heart eyes. “I wish I could remember it”

“I could always take you back you know” she smiles as she tucks a stray strand piece of hair behind your ear.

“Yeah I’d like that, might help with the memories” you tease lightly even though there’s some truth to that.

“We can go to Copenhagen if you’d like. Honestly, been some time since we last went out of the country together so it would be fun” you hum in thought at her confession, looking back down at the photo album as you go through it in silence.

A comfortable silence falls over the both of you with Scarlett watching you as you try to remember some old memories. This gave Scarlett the chance to look over you for the first time in a really long time. She noticed how much more defined you jaw line became this past year or so since you started going to the gym as a stress reliever from work.

She still remembers the day you told her and how she made a bet with you that you wouldn’t last a year, you definitely won that one. She notices also how your eyes lost its sparkle, something she never realized would happen considering how you always had this childlike innocence and curiosity in you. All these differences made Scarlett realize how much she did neglect you and your needs, furthering her guilt. While this may sound selfish, there’s a side in her that wishes for you to never remember the night of your fight. Who knows though, she might be lucky.

“You okay?” You mumble softly as you turn your head so you could look at you. “You’re watching me rather intensely there”

“My apologies” she says softly as she gently caresses your cheek with the tips of her fingers causing you to blush. “Just wondering where the time had gone, that’s all”

“It says here in the album that the UK trip in 2014 was our last trip together” scarlett nods in confirmation, allowing you to continue your train of thought. “Why didn’t we go back? Got too busy?”

“Well..” she trails off as she tries to articulate her thoughts. “Yes basically. We got really busy with me and my skincare line and you being partner, but we always made the effort to go to your parents’ cabin every Christmas so we could catch up”

“We do that?” You ask softly, your heart melting at the thought of you spending your holidays together like that. “That sounds nice”

“It really is honestly” she admits with a soft smile. “But honestly this past 2 years or so, we’ve been.. well”

“Let me guess, fighting?” You ask, chuckling softly at Scarlett’s shocked reaction. “I kinda had an idea we didn’t had a good last interaction before the accident, you were very careful around me and I just pieced it together”

“I- well yea basically” she sighs heavily as she leans back against the couch, rubbing her templates gently. “It was my fault honestly. I was a complete douche to you and you still stuck around.. I don’t deserve you”

“Tell me how it started” you mumble, hoping for Scarlett to tell the story to which she does.

“Well.. it didnt start out bad, but eventually it became really petty honestly”

[2019 - 9 years into your friendship, 5 years into your relationship]

“This is nice” you mumble as you cuddle in front of the fireplace in your parents’ cabin. Scarlett hums back in content as she presses her lips against the top of your head, causing you to snuggle deeper into her arms.

You both just got into the cabin that same day and have been here for a total of 3 years consecutively now, and it’s honestly been a dream. Whenever you guys enter the clearing where the cabin’s placed, the weight of work automatically lifts from your shoulders and brains.

“Honestly I think I’d enjoy this a bit more if my skin wouldn’t get so dry from the cold” you sigh sadly and pout as Scarlett chuckles.

“You forgot moisturizer?” She asks, genuinely curious as you’re the kind of person that isn’t very picky with what you do to your face with the lack of time you already have for yourself.

“No I think I just need a different one that’ll work for the cold temperature” you chuckle to yourself before groaning a little. “Gosh such small problems for such minor things yet it makes such a difference, how annoying is that?”

“Hmm don’t worry, I get you” she chuckles softly, nuzzling her face into your hair as she enjoys the quality time you’re both having. That was, before Scarlett had her eureka moment.

“Hey baby.. I have an idea” Scarlett says as she looks at you, causing you to shift so you could look back at her without straining your neck or leaving her hold on you, urging her to say it. “I think I’ll open my own skincare line”

“Your own skincare line?” You ask curiously. “Well.. you starting a new business venture isn’t new but a skincare line? When all Korean skincare products are already competitive as it is?”

“Think about it” she starts with a grin. “A skincare line that’s clean, simple and can be incorporated into anyone’s existing routine, might be worth looking into”

“Yea I think so too, but you’ve been dealing with technological ventures lately, do you have any idea how to handle a skincare line?” While you’re genuinely asking and coming from a place where you’re worried it would become another failed venture like that crypto-gaming idea Scarlett had last year, but for some reason this just made Scarlett snap.

“What does that supposed to mean?” She asks with a raised eyebrow. “You don’t think this would work out well?”

“What-? No of course not I’m just saying you don’t have the credentials for starting a skincare line considering you’re starting from a completely different area” you try to explain your case but it seems like this just made Scarlett even more pissed, irrationally so.

“This isn’t like that crypto game you know” she mumbles as she scoots back, the warmth of her embrace quickly being replaced by the cold temperature.

“But you did everything right” she starts as she takes your free hand with hers, kissing the back of your hand softly. “You’ve always been good to me, way more that I deserve and I just realized too late that you didn’t deserve all the crap I gave you this past year”

“We’re a team, Scarlett” you say as you scootch closer to her. “Even though my memories are still blurry, I know in my heart that I love you and only you. I should have been more supportive but I think what matters now is what we should do from now on”

She looks into your eyes to see if there’s any genuine truth to that and lo and behold, the same spark that she fell in love with is back and that made her smile lovingly at you. “I promise for now on, we’ll be a team no matter what. I will always love you, even if we both came from hell in work”

You giggle at the silliness of it, but smile back just as lovingly at her. “And I promise to always support you unconditionally, no matter how insane your ideas are and that even if I lose my memories, my heart will always be yours no matter what. Always and forever baby”

Her heart melts at that, leaning in so she could press a tender kiss on your forehead as she whispers to you.

Okay okay last round

They're getting grounded. Grounded, while their sister and her friends are in a bubble, all handcuffed with abomi goo. The twins want to prevent the day of unity just as much as the Hexsquad. Yet they get away with being grounded. See my point? They always got away with things easier than Amity AND NO I'M NOT SAYING THEY SHOULD'VE BEEN PUNISHED THE SAME. NONE OF THEM SHOULD'VE BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BY THAT BITCH ODALIA

"Making the twins act out" are you hearing yourself??? They were always acting out, congrats for noticing

I could go on a rant.

So you see, Amity was always the one who was easier to control while the twins always got in trouble. And Odalia makes it seem like it's always been the other way. She purposefully does this so she'd "open Amity's eyes" and make her listen to her again. She's a great manipulator but once her intentions are out, it doesn't count anymore

Oh found another good thing about her! She isn't homophobic. She's bad but not THAT bad

Also her tone here makes me feel like she finds the idea of romantic relationships stupid. "We'll find you a new girlfriend" and she says "girlfriend" in a way as if she's looking for a playmate for Amity at the slayground. Like "yea sure get you a gf just shut up and do what i want"

I never noticed this frame before. Now i saw it and was like "her eyes look pretty gotta go back five seconds and stop the episode"

This frame would be a great practice in drawing eyes

"You're welcome!" "I'm doing this for the family" no. Don't go there. You did all of this for YOURSELF. You don't think of them as family. Your husband is a business partner to you. Your kids are your employees. Your whole life is about a business. You don't care about family

Odalia calls Amity princess and it's so important

For one, it emphasises the fact that Amity was a princess trapped in a castle with a dragon (change castle to manor and dragon to Odalia and the story fits perfectly)

And second, Darius called Hunter little prince too. Parallels!!!!! Amity and Hunter have sm in common. This is symbolic and i'm sure pretty much intentional too. We are supposed to remember that Hunter is being called a prince too and we should think about other parallels between the two. Spoiler: there are a lot.

Good thing the illusion ended before Amity could hug or kiss "Luz". That surely would've been awkward

But in all seriousness, Amity is terrified and i'm about to prove it further

She's back with her voice breaking. She just got Luz back, they kissed, they got away from Odalia. Almost. And now Luz is being taken to Belos, and to top that, he knows about their plan. Everyone is fairly terrified and i am too (even if ik damn well what will happen)

I mean i love the episode, it's one of my favourites but it's a heavy one. With a lot of details, even background ones. And we got Lumity momeeentssss

hi anon!! im not gonna lie i had to dive DEEP into my blog to find the reasonings behind some of the crossed out ones because i simply did not remember a lot of them since there are SO many moments and theyre just crazy in love idk what to tell you.

also shoutout to @littlekingbergara for helping me out GIVE HER ALL THE LOVE they're my boo <3

so im gonna go row by row for these reasonings!!

1. cute instastories: not sure when the date or time was, but this was when shane uploaded an instastory of him and ryan playing pool in chicago!! either that, or maybe it's another instastory and it's slipping my mind, regardless they post about each other a lot :D

2. shane "heart eyes" madej: ok so let's be real... heart eyes madej is just a constant at this point LSDKJF. but the moment i marked were these: the zoom screenshot was in a ww+ 103 and in the most recent season of top 5 beatdown!! the zoom one is so cute because ryan was ranting about annoying people in movie theaters and shane was just So Fond

3. the mamma mia mentions were in ww+ 116 :D

4. another weird thing in common: i recently marked it off it in this post right here about the butterfinger moments if you wanna take a quick look

5. blatant flirting on camera: THE ENTIRETY OF BERRY BOYS 2 EPISODE!!! literally that video IS SO MUCH I STG!!! i cant watch it again without collapsing into a million little piece it was JUST OOZING WITH LOVE AND FLIRTING LIKE WTH!!

6. ryan accidentally making a sexual joke about him and shane: WHEW this one was a DOOZY when this came out SLDKJF it was in ww+ 113 where ryan jokes about shane 'dominance humping' him in the office,,,, you read that correctly and yes it did happen DFGFJG here's the clip of that moment :D

7. denny's hug: it was in the top 5 beatdown chain restaurants episode in the most recent season when they BOTH had denny's as number one and they hugged :D

8. an adorable hug: we actually got FOUR hugs in the most recent season of too many spirits... it was so gay so like watch that whole season its SO worth it THE HUGS WERE TOO CUTE

9. they stare at each other like theyre disgustingly in love: ONCE AGAIN IM SCREAMING FROM THE ROOFTOPS THE! BERRY BOYS!! TWO!!! EPISODEEE!!! like literally that video is my life blood at this point that whole video was just them looking at each other like this:

10. ryan calling shane big boy: even though ryan did in one of the ghost files eps, he also did it in one of the episodes in the most recent season of too many spirits!! so watch those eps ;)

11. they go on spooky dates: *gestures at the entirety of ghost files* they also filmed alcatraz on valentines day... so thats a whole ass date if i've ever seen one LSKDJF

12. steven wishing he left watcher: ww+ 108 and 109!! if you watch those, you can so clearly tell that steven wishes he could sink into a hole so he doesnt have to see ryan and shane blatantly flirt in front of him ever again. literally he stares at the camera like he's jim from the office or gregory from abbott elementary sldfjdf

13. shane calling ryan "little guy" + hand holding: these moments were both from the powerpoint party one-off!! that video is such a gem :') while calling ryan little guy he gave him his cape (one of shane's FAVORITE things) as a blanket it was ADORABLE

14. "shut up shane" (threatening): this was from the we try spicy chicken sandwiches feat. korean englishmen video!! ryan says this when shane is sitting on the side relaxing while theyre all dying eating spicy sandwiches DFGLKG

Laughing along with him you wrestle him off you and Daichi approaches you and gives you a hand to help you up from the floor. “How’s your practice ? Heard that the you girls won three games last week. Talk about starting the season with a kick” his dad jokes make you cringe but laugh at his effort to going the extra mile with being nice.

“You doing anything on Tuesday ? We play Seijoh and-” As soon as you hear the school name you interrupt Daichi telling him all about your plan for that day. “ I heard !n I was actually going to go. I let the girls have the day off of practice so I’ll be able to go. I can cheer for you guys and all.” You say not me ruining your boyfriend and giving Daichi hope that you reciprocated his feelings for you.

“You’re just going because your boyfriend plays for Seijoh !! Don’t even try to be slick, ya hear !” Tanaka points at you and shouts like a bad mad making you blush. “Shut it baldy !!! I’ll always support you guys ni matter what”

“Did I hear that right ? Your….boyfriend plays for Seijoh ?” Daichi’s voice cracks a little at the word boyfriend but he finishes up with words trying to play off the hurt. “Oh yea, you guys know ‘im” you smile really hard waiting for one of the boys to say Hajime’s name.

“Is it that bastard Oikawa ?” Kageyama scowls

“The tall one with eyes who looks like he’s smoked for days” Nishinoya shouts out talking about Matsukawa.

“Hanamaki ?” Asashi whispers not too sure of his answer

“NOOOO IT’S IWAIZUMU” Hinata jumps up and down trying to get the rest of the guys attention

“He’s right. It’s the ace.” Suga backs up the younger boys answer. Daichi getting affirmation of who it was he deflated a little but smiles continuing to pretend like everything was alright. Looking at your watch you see the time and remember you had to meet up with Hajime. “Fuck- guys I’ll see y’all later, I have to go. I’ll be at the game Tuesday though. I have a good feeling you guys will win.” You wave at the team with a smile speed walking to the exit.

Getting to where you were to meet up with Hajime he receives you with a hug and kiss to your forehead. “Hey,doll. How was practice ?” “Good thanks, yours ?” “Shitty-kawa had the nerve to start bitching about something’s but it was good too”

You both walk towards your home. Practice let out late for you and Hajime didn’t want you walking home alone so he made for to walk you even if you said you’d walk with Hinata who lived close to where you lived. “What did I tell you ? That the boys volleyball team would be let out even more late than you. I can’t take the chances ,love” He reaches for your hand squeezing it lightly.

Once getting yo your house, Iwa hugs and kisses you plus greets your mom who opened the door for you. “Thanks for walking her home,hon” your mother hugs your boyfriend happy to know that you were in good hands with him. “ ah don’t worry about it. Coupon have her walking all alone at the hour.” He hugs back content with his actions. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂

Tuesday Afternoon

The crowd for Seijoh was loud. There was no doubt that they wanted them to win. In the other side was the crowd supporting Karauno, which was much smaller and where you were seated with one of your defenses on the team. “You think they can take this W ?” “Yea they’ve worked hard and have practiced twice as much. Not only that but they have Daichi leading them. They’ll be fine” you respond glancing at her with full seriousness.

“If you say so capt’n” the short haired girl sighs hoping your instincts were right.

The game starts and things start to get interesting. When the game you saw Karasuno ready to take the set your voice is was the other heard. “Oh shit - Oh shit…OH SHIITTTT” you get up from your seat and cheer watching the ball kiss the courts floor. You were happy to see that the boys you were good friends with won but also felt a sting with seeing Iwa and the others cry silently while they thank the people who came out to support.

Your heart squeezes seeing this and you just had to reach out and get to your boyfriend before anything. You could only imagine the hurt he felt after a loss of a game and how devastated he is at the moment.

“I’ll be back” you grab your belongings and let the smaller girl beside you know. “Wait where ya goin’ !!! I thought we were going to get buns after this ?!” “We are !! Give me a few minutes and I’ll meet you at the gym exit!” You yell half way gone. “Capt’n my ass. (Y/n) you just wanna see your Iwaizumi.” She grumbles really wanting that meat bun.

Making your own way to the outside of the locker room where the Karasuno boys were - you smile at them congratulating them with hugs and high- fives happy to know that their hard work paid off. “You guys did amazing here out there. And Daichi *chefs kiss* beautiful” you butter yo the captain making him blush. “Thank you for coming out (y/n) it means a lot to all of us” Asahi bends over in front of you making Yh shake your head “please no no no. It’s not a problem at all. I’m happy to come out and support you all when I can” you finish up congratulating them and say your byes then make your way to where Iwaizumi would probably be.

Getting told by Mattsun that Iwaizumi was still in the locker room you tell him if he could give you boyfriend a message. “Tell him I’ll be at the front. I’ll be waiting for him there wih another teammate of mine, thanks” “of course I will. How can I say no to such a cute face” Mattsun bends to your height and begins to pinch your cheeks teasingly without realizing that Iwa was making his way out the locker room.

“Ahem - mind telling me why you’re touching her cheeks ?”

“Cause Iwa, they’re soft~ oh wait yours are too” Matsukawa reaches for Iwaizumi’s cheeks but he dodges them quickly.

“Ah you’re no fun. I’ll see you tomorrow, till next time my dear (y/n) ~” the male continues to tease and sing song as he takes his leave.

Walking to where you teammate was you could feel the sad aura radiating off Iwa. Stopping to turn to him you express your arms which he gladly accepts and pulls you close to him, burying his face into your black club jacket. “You probably think I’m a loser now” he grumbles letting out a sigh.

“No, you big baby. I think you did everything you had and deserves kisses” you jut your lips up waiting for him to pull back and meet your lips with his. “You’re just sayin’ that cause you’re my girlfriend” his grin around your waist tightens. “Hajime,baby - My cute ace and cry baby. I’m saying this because you really did do everything in your power to win. You and the team. Things just didn’t go as planned wnd that’s okay”

Pulling back from the embrace he smiles and leans in to kiss your lips content with knowing that even if he lost, you’d be there to help him stay standing or even help him stand up. “I love you, Messi” with a short laugh at his joke you pull him in to you once again “I love you too”

As you two had your moment the Karasuno boys came out walking to get in the bus. The corner of his eye is what got Daichi’s attention. Seeing you hugged up with someone other than him made him sigh deeply hurt that you had been taken. “Cheer up captain. I know you like her but please don’t let this kill your spirit” Tanaka smacks Daichi’s back pushing him forward. “I should’ve ask her out sooner” Daichi whispers for only Tanaka to hear but the the other chaotic players heard - Suga and Nishinoya come in hugging Daichi trying to cheer him up with Tanaka.

Though you weren’t with him, he’d always cheer for your happiness, no matter what. Daichi was just that person to wish the best to anyone who was grand to him.
