I wonder how sentients would have sex with a being of a different species. I wanna know what would make them feel pleasure. I think they procreate asexually, but how do they pleasure themselves or get pleasured? I wanna know for science.
I'm actually really curious too for science- yeah for science, of course!

Just some info I noted down from today's video in text form, under a cut due to what some peeps may consider spoilers, and length.
This video took place well into the game, meaning the beats in it are later in the storyline.
At least part of Davrin’s personal arc involves rescuing the griffons. In an earlier part of his arc you are introduced to his nemesis, the Gloom Howler, a creature that has been hunting and stalking Wardens for quite some time. It has kidnapped a bunch of non-Assan griffons and Davrin has been trying to track it down. In the quest shown in the video, he has found a lead and wants to go and track it down and get the griffons back from the Cauldron (a secret Grey Warden redoubt that was attacked). Davrin wonders what the Wardens were hiding inside the Cauldron, as he has no idea. When the party reaches the Cauldron, they find that something large tore down the gate. The party needs to find a way inside and help Davrin investigate.
Davrin prefers a Direct approach in dialogue. Tough dialogue choices can gain approval from him
The bond between a griffon and a Warden moving as one and having unity between them is called “turlum”. Davrin and Assan don’t yet have this
Grey Wardens: Lancit, Remi, Landon, Quincy, Miriel, Fisher, Greta, Beckett, Flynn (an apprentice physician, whose mentor is called Oskar). I think Flynn’s pronouns are they/them. We will do quests with Flynn including A Cabin in the Blight. They were treating patients and became low on medical supplies. Their mentor Oskar has some and lives in a cabin outside the village. Flynn asks Rook to tell Oskar they could use his help if Rook sees him when they are out there. Flynn is local to Lavendel and saw the Blight surge through their home.
A Grey Warden merchant / quartermaster is called Holden. The little girl seen with Davrin in the release date trailer is called Mila.
If you do content in an area it helps you discover more shortcuts, giving you more flexibility in how you navigate between different remaining missions and quests
Each exploration space has its own story to tell. The quests and sidequests there are narratively relevant and also contribute to a meta story/meta narrative about that space. In Hossberg / Lavendel the aim is to get to the center of the Blighty stuff that has been going on there
Another Warden sidequest called Lives Spared seems to involve some missing Wardens who haven’t checked in in a while
Rook inherits the Lighthouse willingly or unwillingly from Solas. It’s located in the Fade and is where Solas was able to start planning his rebellion against the elven gods millennia ago
The Lighthouse shapes itself around your personality. Companions’ rooms there shape themselves around the companions as they live there and go through their arcs. A glowing light above the entrance to a companion’s room indicates that they are ready to talk to us
Hossberg is a later game area. Hossberg Wetlands are dark swamps and the area has almost completely been consumed by the Blight, making it a lot more dangerous than before. As a zone it’s quite contiguous and has lots of branching paths and different areas to explore. The Grey Wardens set up shop in an outpost/fortress (this is only one of their bases) there called Grey Hold in the small town of Lavendel, which used to be a beautiful place full of life and flowers. The Blight has had a serious effect on Lavendel, but the residents are still there and trying to make the most of it. There are plenty of opportunities to help the residents.
The Wardens have noticed that something strange is going on; the Blight is not behaving as it should or as they would expect, or like it has done historically. A codex entry pops up called “An Improved Blight”. (basically we are getting Blight dialled up to eleven) Rook is there to work with the Wardens, help them out, and help them find the answer to their question about the Blight. In their outpost the Wardens have built up a small fighting force to hold off the darkspawn. They understand the stakes of the gods being released and want to help you but they have other priorities, so increasing their power allows them to contribute more meaningfully to your fight against the elven gods. The Blight has changed. It’s become a lot more organic, a lot more alive. Once a slow-moving wall, it now has almost-sentience and almost-thought behind it. This has something to do with the released Blighted elven gods.
Something bad happened to a place called D’Meta’s Crossing, it’s no longer standing.
It sounds like Weisshaupt has fallen.
Merchant shops can be upgraded, doing so unlocks new items.
The Crossroads is a location in the Fade that contains a number of eluvians, allowing you to travel across Thedas in a matter of minutes. At the point the video takes place, the Crossroads are under assault by the elven gods. It’s now a dangerous place.
The big eluvian in the Lighthouse is called the Vir Revas. (that could translate as Way/Path of Freedom). It’s the central focus point of the Lighthouse and it takes you to Solas’ pocket area of the Crossroads, which looks different to what we’ve seen in Trespasser. “A path has emerged from the mists of the Fade that leads to a gathering point where all eluvians meet – the Crossroads”. We will spend a lot of time travelling through the Crossroads as we go from area to area. At one point, it was also a space that served as Solas’ main base of operations and training ground for his rebellion against the elven gods. As we go through it we will find fragments of the past, things that Solas did previously that will give us insight into him as a character, and also into the elven gods and their motivations. If you go exploring in the Crossroads there are opportunities to relive some of the memories Solas had during his rebellion. We will actually get to take part in this ancient rebellion.
The Crossroads as a realm reflects the waking world. It’s a mix/ amalgamation of all the real world spaces that are tied to it, in this case for example Hossberg and other mountainous regions that exist in the game. The architecture around the eluvians here very clearly reflects where they lead. The first time you go to any of the new regions in the world you traverse the Crossroads to get there. After that you can fast travel if you want. But exploring the Crossroads is recommended because some of the deepest secrets lie within
There is a mysterious spirit in the Crossroads called The Caretaker who was there before Solas was. They started to help Solas with his rebellion and also to turn the area into a safe haven for spirits, as Solas loves spirits. In the video we see them piloting a boat through the air to transport Rook somewhere. Because the gods are assaulting the Crossroads, it’s no longer the safe haven it once was. Rook works with the Caretaker through a lot of ancillary content to rebuild it into a safe home for spirits.
There is an area in the Crossroads called Beacon Island
The darkspawns’ different looks is very intentional. Their new look is in part because Ghilan’nain, described here as "the god of monsters", has always been focused on using the Blight essentially as a crafting material, a way to alter life itself. she’s been enhancing and changing the darkspawn as part of her army. She uses Blight like a medium to sculpt and warp the darkspawn to do her bidding and suit her purposes. The idea is that the Blight and the darkspawn are an organic weapon. Instead of making swords and armor, the darkspawn use the Blight to augment themselves, effectively defeat you and give the gods the world that they desire. The darkspawn aren’t just coming out of nowhere. They emerge from Blight pools, like the Blight is spawning them. Part of Ghil’s attempts to turn this into an army for the gods is to use them for overwhelming force. Hurlock Blighters have disgusting growths on their backs that they throw, making them function like grenadiers as they rip off these pieces of themselves and throw them at you - these then explode as Blight – this kind of enemy design for the darkspawn is supposed to lean into the idea that the Blight is organic and disgusting. In places there are Blight boils throughout the area, and if Rook doesn’t destroy them during combat ghouls will continue to emerge from them.
It sounds like in terms of ‘factions of enemies’ and their designs, we have the darkspawn which use overwhelming force tactics, the Venatori which focus on magical power, and the Antaam which focus on physical strength
Zipline traversal is in
Each mage’s (Neve, Bellara, Emmrich) healing ability is thematically appropriate to them
I think Davrin’s special exploration ability, or one of them, is called Blight Hunter. (one of the ones Rook can channel through the dagger when that companion isn’t there). This summons Assan from above to destroy Blight Abscesses. He seems to have another as well that Rook can also use via the dagger called Griffon Strike. In the video Rook uses this one to destroy a mechanism that was keeping a load of wood suspended in the air from a beam.
We see Rook also using the dagger to "charge beam" and destroy what looked like a thick tendril of organic Blight across the ground, and to destroy a ‘wall’ of blight abscesses that was blocking the way. At one point in the video Rook comments that the dagger is vibrating, "like a song in a wine glass"
When companions go ahead to meet you at quests they’re invested in, they won’t complete them without you, but they do get things ready. If you start doing those quests and don’t have them in your party, they will move ahead of you and wait for you at the next point.

PLEASE talk as much as you want about final fantasy. Since I already have 3 FF questions, I'll let you choose whatever you want to talk about most
1. I wanna hear what you don't like about XV and XVI (I only know the story of XVI and yeah it has. issues)
2. What do you think about the older 2D FFs?
3. I know there's an insane amount of spinoffs and side stories, so of them all, what do you think is a must-play for someone like me who wants to get more into the series? (I've only played most of tactics, and FF I Advance of all things)
oh goodness well, this probably won't be popular but since you asked... (under a read more because it's fucking long)
Tumblr media
1.) as reductively as possible: too much of a focus on men. deeply misogynistic games. it feels like they're a response to the misogynistic backlash to ffxiii. yes ffxiii had plenty of problems but given the culture at the time (which obviously hasn't gotten much better) it kinda felt like a lot of people rejected it as soon as they saw a woman as the protag. the craziest part is she's basically just cloud post transition but mysteriously people think all those traits on a woman are irritating or cringe.
anyway, this is obviously just my own personal feeling but it feels like they went the opposite direction and decided there should be less women going forward. ffxiv is infamous for killing every important female character and ffxv is just a yaoi road trip with minimal female involvement. you'd certainly think there were no women in the game based on the fan art and, unsurprisingly, people loved that. i mean consider the reaction to ffx-2 vs. ffxv. they're both obviously very different games in a lot of ways but one of them is about boys going on an adventure together and the other is about girls doing the same. one of them is considered embarrassing and got tons of backlash from fans contemporarily for being too girly and the other was a huge hit with fans and loved even with its flaws. it's worth noting ffxv was also originally a ffxiii spinoff that became it's own thing so. that's also information.
ffxvi is even more egregious in some ways but ill admit a lot of those are mostly personal. it's fucking ugly and dull and i would not know it's a final fantasy game if it weren't for the ill fitting chocobos in some trailers. i know it's ironic for me to say that considering i praised ffix for looking unlike any other ff game but they went in the wrong direction. it's clearly inspired by prestige western fantasy slop like GoT and the witcher and unfortunately those are the exact things i do not want in fantasy. some people like that and that's fine but it's clearly not for me.
anyway, iirc the writers from ffxiv worked on this and from what ive seen it shows in the worst ways. these are the writers who couldn't introduce a woman without killing her off so already off to a bad start but. it's punching above its weight class. it's trying so hard to be a epic grizzly dark fantasy but it just falls so flat. they say fuck all the time in the same way that one dmc game everyone hated did. im sure there's some amount of nuance that gets lost in translation but the only woman in the amount of the game i saw was, quite literally, an evil screeching harpy manipulator. which is not like, something im against obviously as a lover of women but for that to be the only woman in the first like. 10+ hours of the game? come the fuck on. maybe it gets better i honestly don't know. and i don't think i ever will because what i saw of that game was so immensely disappointing that im not sure ill ever bother.
i have plenty more i could say about both games but ive said soooo much already and honestly i can't imagine the misogyny website would particularly enjoy even more of my "misandry" lmfao. in short:
Tumblr media
2.) i really enjoy the older 2D final fantasies but ive only really played a chunk of ffvi and the original ff. some day ill definitely give them a go! i feel like the ff fan equivalent of a zoomer for loving almost everything from ffvi onwards and not having much to say about the older ones but. the biggest barrier for me is the same one i have with the older dragon quests. they're not particularly hard or anything but they expect you to grind. a whole lot. if i was a kid and my only game was ffiii id be on that grind but it's a bit harder as an adult who can like. just do anything else. i even like grinding and getting into that flow state but i haven't been as much in the mood for it these days, or if i have it's been for different games. ill definitely get around to them eventually though. young immortal mindset as ive said before. watching my gf try and play through them did sort of make me want to give it a spin even with her furping.
3.) honestly you're already off to a good start! tactics is well beloved for a reason and it's probably the most recommended spinoff. id also highly recommend tactics advance. it's not as like, dark and serious as tactics but the style and gameplay and story are all executed nearly flawlessly. it's a favourite of our beloved princess nettlebloom and that's reason enough! definitely finish tactics first though. hmm... if you play ffxii and also enjoyed tactics advance then give FFXII: revenant wings a try! it's a weird RTS type game but it's in the style of tactics advance and very cute. definitely not for everyone though.
it's really far from essential but if you can somehow manage to organise enough people for it i highly recommend giving crystal chronicles a try. it's really fun with other people and it's close to ffix stylistically so im a big fan. maybe try dissidia if you want a silly fighting game? kebs seemed to enjoy stranger of paradise quite a bit and it seems like mindless action game fun so maybe give that a look if it interests you. honestly the spin-offs cover such a wide range of genre and quality that it's almost hard to have cohesive opinions on them lol. but i hope that helps in any way!
thank you for asking though and sorry for the wall of text! i genuinely suck at being concise and getting my points across but hopefully you could decode some of this madness lol

So I’ve been doing a little bit of thinkin’ after the two new episodes of Who about Susan Twist and I had a lightbulb moment I haven’t really seen anyone else talking about just yet.
Spoilers ahead for Wild Blue Yonder, Church on Ruby Road, Space Babies, and the Devil’s Chord. Ok, onto the theory!
We all know Susan Twist is going to be more than just an Easter Egg, but I think everyone is taking the actress’s name too literally. She’s not playing Susan.
She’s The One Who Waits.
She’s there. Always in the background. On the periphery. Watching. Waiting. Because everything leads back to her.
And the first time we see her is in the scene that has the first major world shift in the episode that set up this entire plotline about invoking superstition at the edge of the universe and letting something through.
And who do we encounter pretty much immediately after? The embodyment of Play (Toymaker). And then a little later in we meet the embodyment of Music (Maestro).
Which raises the next part of my theory: What is The One Who Waits the embodyment of?
Death
Death just sits, and waits, and watches, biding their time because everything has its time and Death comes for everything in the end.
And every time we’ve seen her, things start going really wrong. In WBY, she was one of the last people we saw before the Tardis landed on the spaceship, Donna almost died, and the Doctor almost let a NotWe loose on the universe. In Ruby Road, she’s watching Ruby and her friends perform the same night they nearly get crushed by the giant snowman head. She was one of the crew in Space Babies who were forced to leave the station and abandon all those babies to die. And in Devil’s Chord she was in the cafeteria when Paul and John are talking to the Doctor and Ruby about music before getting angry and leaving which, had the Doctor not intervened, would’ve lead to literal nuclear winter.
I feel like too many people are focusing on just the previous lore from the past 60 years which, for any other context makes sense. But this isn’t your granny’s Doctor Who anymore. The tone shift started in WBY means we need to think outside the Blue Box (that’s bigger on the inside) to figure it all out and for once, I think being into SuperWhoLock may have finally paid off! The NotWes are shapeshifters. The Bogeyman was basically a thought form (tulpa). The literal baby eating, musical goblins. The Toymaker and Maestro are both functionally gods. And which god waits patiently in the background?
Death.
It’s not a perfect 1 to 1 with Supernatural but if you find the midpoint between the two everything starts to click into place.
The final Big Bad of the season is The One Who Waits which is Death and not even the Doctor can fully cheat death, they can just keep running. So in the end the Doctor doesn’t actually defeat Death. He just traps them or delays them enough to get away so he can just keep running.
(Also Mrs. Flood is just a normal human who’s past was changed by the Doctor. In the start of the episode, before the Doctor properly meets Ruby (I don’t count the encounter at the club) she has no clue what the Tardis is. But as soon as the thing happens on the roof her past changed to include an encounter with the Doctor when she was younger (I think it’s going to be the episode with the slug things we’ve seen in the trailers because there’s a girl with blonde bangs in a season where coincidence is the driving force behind everything so it has to mean something) which is why her entire personality shifts by the end and she becomes nicer and suddenly knows about the Tardis and knows that Ruby has to go with the Doctor. She’s not Susan or Ruby’s mom. She’s just someone they save along the way.)

Just pitching in since I see so much discourse about will they or won’t they that I think we kind of lost the essence of the story: I mean yes, Netflix is promoting the whole are they going to be endgame or not, tune in to find out but I think that’s just a generic marketing tactic.I’ve honestly been ignoring it.
Also, Lisa doesn’t strike me as the type of writer that would push only her own personal agenda or politics to a tv show, especially one that has critical acclaim as yr. That’s not what true storytelling is about. Please bear with me (apologies in advance for the long response !) but here’s my v long winded reasoning:
The theme has always been love v. duty & the monarchy is the enemy. Wille is on a Hero’s Journey - he is ultimately the Main Character; the Young Royal. What’s great about The Hero’s Journey is that it’s easy to follow and makes for great storytelling despite its predictability. I think some people here may have touched upon this so I am simply expanding:
As a viewer, we follow Wille and get to know him. He’s a likable character and we easily root for him and feel for him when we learn about the power dynamics in play; specifically how he feels caged as a prince. Then we enter into a Call for Adventure: him falling for Simon and the high stakes he enters when his brother passes and he is now Crown Prince.
This, then, propels the story forward, given the stakes are stacked up and it’s not looking good for Wille, especially after he/we find out August was the offender for sex tape leak.
After that, we enter into The Refuse to Call for Adventure; i.e, the hero (Wille) realizes he must face the challenge. We also step into the Meeting the Mentor, which is Boris, who helps Wille learn how to stand up and ultimately fight for himself (and Simon). While I see others thinking that W might push everyone away, including skipping his appts with Boris, I do not think that’s the case. Boris was set up to be the Mentor that W needs to realize the challenge he’s been facing and we may continue seeing him open up to Boris.
This will then allow W to “Cross the Threshold” and reinforce the central theme and conflict of the story - if W continues to stay with the monarchy and his obligations as Crown Prince, he cannot choose Simon. Love or Duty? Which will prevail?
S3 crosses that threshold and produces tests and obstacles that would make the fight for his relationship w S so much more complicated (basically everything we saw in the trailer). This stage in the Hero’s Journey is meant for the audience to doubt the Hero - Wille. It’s already a testament as we are debating if W is going to denounce his title or not just from the 2 mins of what we saw from the trailer. It’s intentional. We need to doubt in order for the central theme to drive home and also portrays the monarchy to be the overarching enemy of this story, without Lisa forfeiting her own political statement.
We enter the next stage of the Journey - which is the Cave - meaning the Hero and protagonists need to regroup and prepare for a counter attack (generally speaking) because the tension is continuing to rise and there are outside forces that wish to disturb the Journey (in this case, public opinion? paparazzi? Hillerska shutting down?).
Next, we enter the Ordeal - which makes the Hero break down bc he enters a mental barrier and is pushed to a corner. However, the Hero, typically comes out stronger after this stage in storytelling.
Ultimately, we reach the end: The Reward. The Hero makes the “attack” or choice and defeats the enemy/antagonist.
Imo, with how everything is set up, I do think it’s set up for W and S to be together in the end at least the end of the show (everything else after is obviously left for the audience member to interpret).
I have no doubt that W & S are going to come up on top and still be together in the end bc like some people mentioned - what would be the point? It was never a question whether they would end up together. The question is if Wille, our Hero in this story, would make the final choice and choose between love or duty. I think Wille would choose love. What better way of making history, especially with everything that’s been happening in real events, then choosing love? That would make for a strong ending.

rambling thoughts here, and not to be all doom and gloom, but: i think i saw this coming when bioware announced htla won't matter in veilguard, so in my head i'm not surprised, but my heart is still very disappointed to find out the leak of imported choices showing ~3 decisions really is all we're getting.
i’ve been feeling for a while that every new game from bioware is probably going to aim to appeal to new players going forth, and i’m preparing myself that the choice importations we know them for are likely gone for good. inquisition was very new player-friendly despite being only a few years after da2 (which is fine) but ten years later, 0% of origins matters, 0% of awakening matters, 0% of 2 matters, and ~5% of inquisition matters. ten years from now, veilguard will be old news too, and it’ll be the next new batch of players they’re after. dragon age's proudest feature, its connective tissue tracking your changes between games, is basically a thing of the past, and i'm honestly expecting the same of mass effect going forward.
it makes showcasing varric and morrigan prominently in the trailers feel even worse, and i was already unhappy with how much space they're taking up. i'd guessed it was nostalgia bait, but now that we know they won't remember or mention hawke, hawke's lover, the warden, kieran, the well... their inclusion feels like insecurity that their game won't do well without these characters, but they don't, or can't, commit to expanding on the many variations that these characters can be.
based off of his lines in the trailers, i'm prepared to just be seeing varric the quip machine, who conveniently won't mention any details about hawke, but i'm sure his possible guilt over his role in his friend's death won't affect his personality at all when he's establishing yet another hero in the making; and a one-size-fits-all morrigan who is now the same character regardless of "i will not be the mother you were to me" or whether she drank any interesting bathwater. who cares, it's morrigan in the trailer! she's swooping! you guys like swooping, right? (by this point i fully expecting them to dig out varric's resurrected corpse in 2035 to get people to buy dragon age 5. and the frustrating thing is that it will work.)
i've had the suspicious sense that veilguard was made for solavellan players (and new players) first, everyone else second, and this news is not really changing my mind. i'm not happy, but i'm also not surprised.

BB Season 3 Title Speculations
Just my theories as to what could happen based on the episode names.
"Confined"- This will be strongly Omega and Crosshair centric. I think a lot of clips, including the ones from the trailer where they see each other and the leaked clip, will take place in this episode. It's clear that Crosshair is at his all time lowest so it can only go up from here. We probably will see a glimpse of Hunter and Wrecker, but the name suggests a strong focus on Omega and Cross. This is pre-time jump btw based on Omega's hair. We might also get that Palpatine scene of him saying how important Hemlock's work is as well.
"Paths Unknown"- this gives me strong Hunter and Wrecker vibes. I think it's safe to say that this episode will focus on what the two have been up to since Omega's capture and Tech's "death." Hopefully, we'll see a bit of Rex and Echo as well. However, I feel like this will be more of the boys trying to pick themselves up and find out any info on Omega. We might also see the scenes of them talking to Rex.
"Shadows of Tantiss"- again, this sounds very Omega and Crosshair centric. The use of the word shadows indicate dark times for the pair as Hemlock's control tightens and Cross presumably retreats even further within himself. Maybe this is the episode where we get the time jump since the word "shadows" could mean that time has passed since we last saw the pair.
"A Different Approach"- This could mean two things: either Cross and Omega try a new way to escape or Hunter turns to bounty hunters to help. In the trailer, Fennec is visible with Hunter and Wrecker when they take that boat in the swamp.
"The Return"- this episode name could have a double meaning like the last one. The most obvious one is that it's the return of Crosshair. We know that he and Omega potentially escape and crash land in a ship. I have a theory that they'll both make it out, however, Omega gets captured again, sacrificing her freedom for Crosshair's. Another meaning could be the return of Ventress. It makes sense since she's a pretty big character within the animated shows. I think that we'll meet her on Teth. However, I'm unsure.
"Infiltration" and "The Extraction"- these two episodes seem to go hand in hand. I'm not sure what could happen based on the trailers. Maybe the Batch has to go somewhere to retrieve information or an item for a mission. Maybe that turbo tank chase is during these episodes because Phee comments "not exactly a stealth exit boys." However, I think that could actually be the episode "Juggernaut." Since this is a two-parter, I speculate that we might also see bounty hunters after the Batch.
"Bad Territory"- this episode feels more mission-y based because of the name. It sounds like the Batch are going to a planet where hijinks ensue and they wind up in trouble. It could also mean the return of bounty hunters like Cad Bane or clone assassins but who knows.
"The Harbinger"- now this is where things get interesting. At its most basic definition, a harbinger is person or thing that signals the arrival of something, a herald so to speak. I think this is the episode where we see the mysterious imperial take front and center. Maybe he's a harbinger of doom that the Batch have to out maneuver. Or maybe the Batch receive a warning that Omega's life is truly in danger and they need to act fast. It could also be the episode with CX-1. He does warn (the Batch I assume) that they're being hunted.
"Identity Crisis"- my theory for this episode only makes sense if Tech is the one under the mysterious imperial's mask. This episode could very easily apply to Cross and Ventress as well. However, if it's Tech that's under the mask, then it this title makes perfect sense. He's fighting the imperial programming while the others try to bring him back. But Tech's survival is controversial so I can't confidently say that this will happen
"Point of No Return"- this feels like an ultimatum type of episode. The Batch know that what they're going to do will lead to their demise or survival, including Omega's. On the other hand, this could be the episode where Pabu gets invaded. If that happens, then it tells the Batch that there's no turning back for them; they have to save Omega and stop Hemlock or else they will lose more of what they care about. The Empire took enough from them; now, the clones prepare their final stand.
"Juggernaut"- I think this is episode where we get the turbo tank chase. We know that Cross, Hunter, and Wrecker are together again along with Phee. Alternatively, someone suggested that Wrecker dies in a giant explosion based on the name "juggernaut," but I'd rather not think about that.
"Into the Breach"- according to Google, this phrase means that a person steps up to do a task when someone is unable to do it or there's no one else available. This raises questions: who's stepping up? What task is being conducted? I hate to be that guy, but it's possible we might see Echo or someone die. Think about it: one of the Batchers or an ally gets badly hurt trying to do something and someone else steps up. The episode is a big fanfare of things that go boom and epic music as the task is completed but at a grave cost.
"Flash Strike"- this feels very action heavy. There are many clips near the end of the trailer showing the Batch hijacking ships and troopers fighting/being shot at. On google "flash strike" can refer to workers going on strike without notice. This episode is probably where we see the clone rebellion truly begin to act out against the Empire and Tantiss.
"The Cavalry has Arrived"- the grand finale of it all. It's poetic that the final chapter in the story about a group of special clones is titled after their very first line in their very first appearance in Clone Wars. Like the Batch arriving on Anaxes to help the Jedi and Rex, I think this episode will be the full culmination of the clones' stand against the Empire. We will see the Batch reunited and Omega will be saved... but at what cost? If this show parallels the OT (which I think it is), then we probably will get a happy ending. However, I'm leaning more towards it ending with just Crosshair and Omega left.
Anyways, these are just my theories and speculations. Feel free to share any theories about the episode titles down below. And one quick note about the poster: Hunter's helmet kinda mirrors Jesse's in the final episode of Clone Wars. It's probably symbolizing the end of an era for the clones as a whole. Spooky.

i really like how alien stage has characters we can relate to in some way shape or form. i think with that it makes it easier to latch onto them and be more distressed when they get killed off. and i also really love how most of this is an up to interpretation thing but everyone mostly believes the same exact things about the characters you know. its a lot of theorizing and analysis and i really like that in a series because it makes me think. alien stage means so much to me because of the state i was in when i found it. it really helped me through a lot in my life. i grew so attached to the creators and the characters that i'm so sure i won't really ever stop being a fan.
i remember watching the very first trailer and being so excited when i saw it was an entirely new series from vivinos with different characters i knew i would love. before round 1 dropped i was basically at an all-time low because i had been dropped by someone i cared so much about even if she was a horrible person to me and as weird as it sounds i found comfort in mizi's situation in a way. i knew it wasn't the same but watching someone you've known since childhood go away in front of you like that is heartbreaking. and i understood all of it.
when round 2 was released i understood till too. to love someone only to have them love someone else, to put all your time into making them notice you just to watch as they fell for someone else. i don't know why he became my favorite character but he kind of just did? something about him intrigued me. but ivan was an entirely different story. i saw more of myself in him than i ever did in till. when i first watched his round, i cried. i knew how he felt and it really hurt me. after that i stopped watching for a while but he never left my head. when i learned more about how ivan and sua were similar, i found myself relating to both of them on certain levels.
i think something about seeing myself in all the alien stage characters even in minimal ways helped me heal. it somehow helped me realize that yes, my trauma is actually trauma, and yes other people can feel how i feel towards love and affection. alien stage has been one of the biggest comforts to me since its release. it made me feel seen. it helped me feel like i wasn't alone. i really believe it showed me things about myself i wouldn't have realized otherwise. i would absolutely love it if i could go in extreme detail on how i relate to all the characters but this might get way longer than it already is and more odd... oops

Ok apple pen jumpscare aside, I have a LOT of thoughts on the ghost craft/holy horror mansion trailer, so I may as well make a kinda deep dive post like I did with the Legends ZA announcement
this is gonna be long as fuck so be warned, we're diving deep
Ok so first of all… I think we all knew that it was gonna be yokai watch’s spiritual successor, but I don’t think leading with that is a great call, because people will expect more of the same, and I don’t think that’s entirely fair to this new game they’re making.
That being said, let’s get into the actual game itself, because holy shit this is a lot to take in at once and we still know like nothing.
So the first thing we get introduced to right off the bat is our protagonist, Ten Lordland, which is kind of a stupid name so I’m hoping that the localization gives him a better one
Tumblr media
^ this is the bitch. He kinda reminds me of Hailey-Anne with how uppity and all over the place he is; we don’t have much substance on him as a character but he seems like a good kid
One thing we do know about him though is that he’s Loaded, and that his grandma is the landlord of the titular holy horror mansion, which is apparently also a gate to the underworld (giving Mt. Wildwood, but this is where the comparisons end)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
We also have a better look at smaller areas of the apartment complex, or at least one small room where he whole thing starts. The camera in the third pic shows up a couple times, so I think it’ll be important in some way, especially considering this is where our ‘ghosts’ comes from:
Tumblr media
So there’s three types, and honestly this is where the game shines the most in my opinion and really separates itself from yokai watch conceptually. they play into the concept of ‘ghost crafting’ really well:
First off is the green ghost, whose power we saw at the end of the last level 5 vision. Basically this ghost combines with objects and brings them to life, and that’s where the main critter collecting aspect comes in. I really like how they're handling this, it's a really fun idea
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is also where we get our new mascot aka pillow jibanyan:
Tumblr media
She’s cute, her design feels very lively but not messy or too much. I hope we get to see more of her personality in game, I like her :)
Anyways back to the ghosts, now we have the blue one, whose thing is making chimera ghosts out of random objects. This is in fact where that fuckass apple pen reference happens
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I like this mechanic, it’ll be fun just making fuck all from whatever’s in your inventory. Still, we’ll come back to the pen pineapple apple pen thing and its implications (because yes I’m not done with this)
And lastly is the pink ghost, whose power is… making dungeons?? I guess??
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It’s cool and I like the idea of themed dungeons from everyday objects and the cool gameplay that will come of it, and I adore the cake themed dungeon, but it sticks out like a sore thumb, mostly because it’s the least purposeful of the three.
The green and blue ones have mechanics that make sense within the gameplay of being a critter collector, but the pink one’s uniqueness in its mechanics makes it feel weird.
I’m guessing that we’ll get more of an explanation of what it’s being used for in the actual game, so I’m looking forward to that. And also finding out whether the ‘something important’ Ten mentions is story related or if it’s just the thing at the end of each dungeon.
And then we hit the story aspects… ooh boy I know Yokai Watch and creature collectors in general aren’t really popular for their story, but this one just feels strange to me.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
First off, our villain is the “De Ville Corp” and the "Dakarymen", and I mean I’m glad they’re not being subtle with it, we all knew what happened with YKW3, though its a bit on the nose; it makes some sense this game is clearly more family friendly/“kiddie.” But I think weirdly what irks me the most is…
why is this rich kid beefing with other rich kids? Like dude you’re fucking loaded your grandma literally owns the only known(?) gate to the underworld and makes bank off of other people living in this apartment complex that you live off of, what do you mean the villain is capitalism in a game where the protagonist is Rich.
Ok that one’s more nitpicky but still an odd decision imo. Anyways into the villain’s tactics, the main thing they do is they sell 'ghost items' which do... something. i dunno they're evil and hurt people ig maybe it'll get expanded on more later
Tumblr media
there's also other wild ghosts that you have to find with your yokai wat-- i mean this shitty camera guy whose design is good on paper but bland in execution, and you fight those guys. i'm gonna say it now as much as i don't want to, i don't think this game is gonna beat the pokemon clone allegations in the west
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
i don't doubt that the battle system will be unique but at first glance i just have a feeling that people are gonna compare it to pokemon the same way they did with yokai watch, and it's a shame.
now that we've gone over the whole trailer, let's get into my three biggest concerns for this game because yes i sure do have opinions about it
first thing i wanna talk about that they said up-front is the fact that this is gonna become a HUGE multimedia series. ok. kind of horrifying if we're getting that immediately. i don't think it's such a good idea to have a brand new ip that's not even ready yet be put up to the expectation of this behemoth of a new series. that sets the bar pretty high, and there's a lot of worry of this getting too much and crashing from the pressure before its time like what happened to yokai watch
the second thing i've got which i think is a bit nitpicky but i want to mention anyways: "the theme of this title is 'family'," which means it will be "an experience for the whole family to enjoy together." this worries me a little because it gives the implication this is gonna be a more 'kiddie' game in a way. like the trailer was exciting and fun, but i could barely keep up with how fast and in your face it was even with how simple and straight forward is. (someone described it as like a tik tok brainrot vid and i think that does make sense). I hope that making it more appealing to all ages doesn't sacrifice Holy Horror Mansion's heart (we'll get to that) and willingness to go to darker places.
last thing, which i didn't know when i started writing this post, is the use of AI in like 90% of the trailer. because holy shit there's a lot.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
look at that. gross. i knew something felt weird about Ten but I couldn't put my finger on it until i found out about the AI thing. this damn kid is the most damning evidence, at least for me since it's the easiest to see on him. and that's not even close to everything that could be AI, that's just the fucking protagonist!
I think deep down we all saw this coming considering Hino's previous statements on AI and the fact that he used a bunch of shitty ai yokai watch mockups as an example. Obviously if this game does use AI for all this stuff we're not gonna fucking support it, but this is still a very very VERY early proof of concept, and anything could happen between now and the game actually making any progress; until we see more I'm gonna be cautiously optimistic about the direction this game goes. Either Hino gets his shit together or we're not playing Holy Horror House because what the fuck.
to be honest, I think it's ok that yokai watch as a major franchise is ending. it kinda sucks since we've been waiting like five years since y school, but i do think it's over and that this is gonna be a fun new ip that can stand on its own from yokai watch. for a series whose first game's resolution was to live and let go of something you love, I think we should take a page from yokai watch 1's book more often. i'm excited to see where Holy Horror Mansion goes from here on out! also we still have puni puni and Jaen is there so I'm satisfied enough I guess.
anyways tl;dr, Holy Horror House looks fun and has a lot of potential as a brand new ip, i'm afraid for its future as a multimedia giant and/or an ai shitshow, and Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time is my most anticipated game of 2025

Hello!~ I would like to ask you to write headcanons about Sai Nanami (Dr. Stone) and his everyday life with his s/o in the modern world. Thank you in advance!💖
Hello girlypop! I hope you’re doing well! Imma name you 🔹anon! I love Sai so much I got so excited when I saw his name so I hope you enjoy💝
Sai Nanami Headcanons💘
Let’s start with how you two met
There was a preview to a new Dragon Quest that was exclusive to attendants at a gaming convention
So Sai definitely had to go!
Francois and even Ryusui helped him disguise himself so a whole mob of people wouldn’t bombard him
He stood in line super early like any good fan and was even one of the of the people in the front row
It just so happen that you were sitting right next to him
While he was waiting for the preview to start, he pulled his phone out and began playing Pokémon Go
“Which team are you on?”
Your voice startles Sai. He looks to his side and sees the most beautiful person he’s ever seen
You show him your screen. “I’m Valor.”
“M-mystic…”
“Dang! Guess that means we’re rivals!” You giggle softly
You mess with your hair, a little embarrassed. “My name’s (y/n).”
When you see his blushing red, nervous face it’s got to be the cutest thing in the world
“S-Sai..” he mumbles.
There’s an awkward silence between the two of you until the show starts, then the both of you get lively
When you both see your favorite characters and new ones you cheer and clap
What’s the trailer is done you get your stuff to leave
“D-do you w-wanna hunt Pokémon with me?”
And with that you both became close
To Sai’s huge relief you’ve never heard of the Nanami Conglomerate before
“We make boats? We’re one the richest families around?”
You just shake your head
Ryusui puts on this huge extravagant setup so Sai can ask you out, only for Sai to nearly faint from nerves
You accepted either way
Dating Sai can have its ups downs
If you’re a really outgoing person it’s really hard to get him to go out much.
“Come on Sai let’s go dancing!”
“O-oh…but I’m not that good, so I’ll just ruin your night… it’s alright go without me.”
BUT one thing Sai will quickly take back everything he said if he saw how disappointed you looked
As he said, he is not the best but he really does try
Even though he wants to leave earlier than you’d like, you still can’t deny that you had a good time
I really feel like Sai would like a person who is more indoorsy but not necessarily shy, just quiet (if that makes any sense at all)
His favorite thing to do with you of course is play video games, no matter what game it is
I also think he’d teach you how to build your own computer
You get so fascinated by Sai’s enthusiasm. He normally isn’t so talkative or excited but when he’s building computers it’s a while different story
Of course he’d try your hobbies as well
If you liked to read he’d try some of your favorite books or if you liked to draw he’d do his best to draw you something nice
None of the Nanami’s are cooks💀
But he’d try to learn for you!
He’d mainly learn the basics though, like eggs💀
Anything else he’ll gladly hand it over to Francois
Sai also doesn’t sleep
You’ll see him on his PC at like midnight
So you’ll squeeze in on his lap and fall asleep there
It’s honestly his favorite thing in the world
It also encourages him to go to bed because he doesn’t want you to be uncomfortable! So he’ll gently carry you to your shared bed, and as soon as he feels how soft the mattress is he’ll pass out with you

Anon back again, I put on my thinking cap and got the other sources together so I might be coping here but here is what I have deduced based on the leaks and other interviews in regards to Alicent and B&C:
1. Apparently the rumour that Alicent is not present for B&C and instead is having sex with Criston stems from this one leaker who saw episode one who said Helaena was alone.
2. This same leaker said there was one couple who had sex twice in the first episode alone. If we assume this to be Alicole and if we assume this leaker is telling the truth (why would they share so much under an NDA idk? Especially because others present haven't said anything except to praise the actors), then this does not immediately imply that Alicent is not present for B&C.
3. Them saying Helaena is alone does not have to imply Alicent is not there, because personally I don't believe B&C will happen in episode 1. Remember in an interview GRRM said that he and some people saw ep 1 AND ep 2 and that they were horrified by how gruesome it was. Yet this same leaker said the gore in ep 1 was a 3/10. So them saying Helaena is alone could just mean she arrives alone at the rooms and then the episode ends.
4. I remember two shots from the trailer with knives: firstly we see a shot with Helaena with a knife against her throat, obviously B&C. But then we also have a shot of a knife aimed at someone's stomach, and we see a hand reach for the knife - on this hand we see a ring that Alicent wears plus the dress is the same as in Alicent's poster. Now it could be that the knives are just similar but who knows.
Idk I might just be coping here but it would piss me off if they just removed Alicent from B&C; because that also begs the question how do they identify the killers (if they do)? The children won't know, Helaena will probably be out of it, the only other witness in the books is Alicent. I would not understand the need to write a sex scene to replace a horribly traumatic experience of seeing her grandchild murdered. I saw some people comparing it to Dae/myra sex scene in s1e7 and Aemond losing an eye, but idk. Maybe we'll get more info after the next premiere tomorrow.
Anon, I don't even know what to say anymore. I just watched the clip from Fabien and Matt's interview where Fabien basically says that Criston feels tremendous guilt over B&C because he is with Alicent at the time. He mentions that Aegon blames Criston as he is meant to protect his family (he also insinuates that Aegon does not know of Alicent and Criston's trysts).
If indeed Alicent is absent from B&C, that means that the incident does not even happen in her chambers. Alicent will not get to see it, the gruesomeness of the act will be downplayed, and in general, B&C will be parodied if the Alicole scene is added to reminisce the Daemyra scene at Driftmark.
If the events unfold as the leaks predict, what the producers do with B&C will be absolutely inexcusable in my eyes. The savagery and cruelty of B&C and its impact on all FIVE characters involved should not be toyed with. If this is where the series is going in S2, I don't even know how I will watch it because I am already disgusted by the possibility of pairing the atrocious act of murdering and decapitating a six-year-old with what the show tries to pass as "divine vengeance" for lusting over sex.
Maybe that explains why GRRM was so horrified at what the creators did with B&C because THIS IS HORRIBLE.

I'd like to preface this post by saying
I think the toxic chain theory was interesting, and no hate to the people who believed it, but...
I find it kind of funny that SO many people believed it.
MY FIRST POINT:
That would have been a very big plot point. And that would be kind of weird considering the Indigo Disk was obviously about Terapagos and not "Dokutaro", as it was named at the time. A thing I've seen is that people thought taking the championship title from Kieran is what would "reveal" that he had been possessed or whatever, but like... Kieran was the most important non-player character in the DLC. You'd think that if he had actually been possessed by Dokutaro, that would be the main focus of the Indigo Disk. But it clearly wasn't. Pecharunt (up until the epilogue) was only found in the files and hidden when Kieran's grandpa tells us Ogerpon's story, which is something that'd be weird to do for a legendary so important to the DLC's story. Even with Ogerpon, despite the fact that it was a reveal that it wasn't evil and a reveal to the characters in the story that it actually existed, we knew it existed because it was announced BEFORE the Teal Mask came out. And, I was right about that! Pecharunt was announced BEFORE the epilogue was released! (Again, no hate to people who thought this, I just think it's a bit weird.)
MY SECOND POINT:
A big piece of "evidence" for the theory was that the trailers for the indigo disk showed that he "dyed" his hair purple. (And that's the same color as Dokutaro! :0) Like... that was always his hair color. The underside of his hair was always purple. He just tied his hair up. You can still see his black hair from behind. I guess it made sense if you already believed the theory, but if you didn't (like me) it is easily explainable.
MY THIRD POINT:
Another theory I've seen going around (especially on tumblr) is that Kieran was not outright possessed by Pecharunt but was still influenced by it as part of his descent into... I don't want to say madness but basically madness. (This would also explain why Ogerpon did not go with Kieran during the Teal Mask. I've already created a post on MY opinions on that, but you can read that later.) A reason for this I've seen is that "there must still be some poison under the Loyal Three's grave even though their bodies have decayed" (yes I still call them the Loyal Three and not the Lousy Three, cry about it /j). Which... what? How would that poison get up to Kieran after he punched the grave? Poison is weak to ground for a reason. And as to why he wasn't fully possessed is because Pecharunt's dex entry says that its mochi draws out desires and capabilities, and Kieran of course didn't have any mochi so he wasn't outright possessed- stop. Listen to what you just said. Pecharunt's mochi draws out desires and capabilities, and Kieran didn't have any mochi. Are you beginning to see the problem? tbh toxic chain believer copium /j (I'd like to say again, I. HAVE. NOTHING. AGAINST. THESE. PEOPLE. I just think the THEORY is a bit wack. Please don't hate me.) (I will add the people who made the posts I'm referencing once I find them again.)
References:
@jadeazora for one of the posts.
https://www.tumblr.com/2oul2ilver/753739784490532864/yes-i-was-just-thinking-about-writing-a-post-on?source=share for the other.
BONUS POINT:
One of the people I saw supporting the theory before the Indigo Disk came out (It was a yt video but I can't find it again so I'll link it if i find it) said that Kieran might be possessed because "he looks crazy". That's it. That was their evidence.
IN CONCLUSION,
The toxic chain theory is a theory that I believe to be fine in concept, and I think it is an interesting idea. But, as with any theory, it had its faults and I personally didn't believe it because a majority of its evidence I believed (and still believe) to be just a tad bit wack.
Thank you for reading!

I know its not the most important part of the trailer, but what you think its the deal with the Loki Whale?
Tumblr media
Im aware that Loki's design is based on a aready existing military pattern, expecially one used on ships, so its not too far fetch that they used it on a 'water' themed palace. But also feels like they are just teasing us at this point 🥲
Ik it could just be a funny easter egg, but my 2 cents its that its related to how unstable the metaverse is right now.
You know, like when you dream and you see things that are an mix of things you saw in real life, but they make no sense. Thus Whale Loki is born lol
Huh, I actually didn't even consider it might be Loki-related when I first saw the trailer! My first thought was that star pattern you see in some of P5's UI:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But you might be onto something about it looking a bit more like Loki's pattern than the stars... not to mention the- wait, does it have horns, too, even??
Tumblr media
I reopened the trailer to double-check that the red stuff coming off the whale actually is part of it, since it's reminiscent of Loki's red braids as well, but as it was turning I noticed it appears to have horns coming off the top of its head (it's upside-down in this screenshot), too!
I think you were right the first time, this feels much more like it's intentionally Loki, and less like coincidental dazzle camouflage. What the heck is going on with this whale??
Metaverse instability is possible, though I'd argue we don't even know if the Metaverse is unstable, so it's sort of a shot in the dark. Let's look back at where we've seen this whale before... I'm pretty sure it's only been in Chapter 3?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We first saw the whale swimming through the waters of the third Palace, towards the start of Chapter 3, the night after Katayama was posted as a phantom and forbidden from interacting with students outside of class, and just before we see it confirmed that Katayama is the Rush Rider. The transition during the cutscene seems to connect the whale to all the copies of that Mementos boss that we then see spawn in Mementos.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We then saw what looks like the whale's silhouette again in the 3.2 trailer, but this time it appeared to be swimming over what might be Mementos instead? It's then immediately followed by another shot of those boss guys spawning in Mementos. Granted, we haven't seen this in the game yet, so these two shots might not actually be shown back-to-back in the proper cutscene.
Since the Palaces are accessed from within Mementos in this game, it's not super weird that the whale might be able to leave the Palace... or maybe getting rid of the Palace by changing Katayama and Akashi's hearts will set the whale free? Either way, I can at least imagine how the whale gets out there. I'm not sure what the watery-looking filter over Mementos means, though, but it's interesting because right now I kind of associate the ocean the most with Wonder, given his Persona awakening and his Velvet Room.
But I really think it means something that the Loki whale was in the third Palace first and foremost. And as I was grabbing those screenshots and writing out the context for its other appearances, thinking about the whale while doing so... I think it might be inflicting something like a weaker Call of Chaos on Katayama and Akashi??
I feel like that's a wild thing say, but it could explain two currently inexplicable pieces of information revealed by the plot: 1) basically everything about the Rush Rider; like Katayama said: "lately whenever she gets on her bike, her body feels hot and her head gets fuzzy. She admits she doesn’t even remember biking onto a train, like in the video on Magatsushin", and 2) why, in Wonder's vision, Akashi snaps and stabs Riko, when that's extremely out of character for him, and also wouldn't make sense for him to do if he just had no desires left.
As we know it from P5, Call of Chaos let Akechi drive people's Shadows berserk, leading to the breakdown incidents- incidents where people suddenly do reckless, usually violent things- which the victims then wouldn't really recall after the fact. That aligns suspiciously well with Katayama and Akashi's strange actions, and we've only seen the whale in their Palace. This whale was barely on my radar half an hour ago, but now that I've typed this whole response out, I'm totally convinced that this is the whale's doing, somehow. So, thanks for bringing it up!
Still no idea why it exists in the first place, or what it might mean if the whale will be roaming free in Mementos after the Palace is gone, though...

Arcane hot takes (mainly caitvi), rants and ideas.
Vi would not care all that much about Maddie. +the maddie hate is overdone. It would not surprise me if Vi also slept with someone else during that time, we know she had a gf in jail and slept around, i think she might be a bit upset but in the long run i think she would 1, understand and 2, know that there is more important shit happening. I also wonder if Ambessa had anything to do with Maddie and Cait but im not sure about that. I think Cait just likes short women. Cait is a top, "i think their switches" sure but even when they switch i still think Cait is the dominant one. Vi has barely any dominant bones in her body. I love her but she cannot defeat the lover girl allegations. Vi likes being hit. Now obviously she has alot of trauma with being hit but if you look at the scenes and compare them... i fear its clear. In the scene where she argues with Cait and Cait hits her in the stomach, she falls to the ground and cries, so you would think "ok that hurt her." BUT in episode 6 when Vi follows that guy through the cliffs Cait jumps down and hits her in the exact same way she did after her argument, Vi falls to the ground cuz she was tackled but she doesnt look like it hurt that bad, sure she groans but she rolls it off and doesnt seem to care. And then later when Vi tells her to hit her, Cait hits her so hard that she blacks out for a second, the light from her eyes disapears and she looks shocked and dizzy, but as she turns around, shes smirking. So my take is Vi likes being hit but only when its consensual obviously and only when shes in the right mindset.
Not rly a hot take more just a want but vi and jinx should take silco and vanders jackets. The sizes are like perfect for them, one is shorter but stockier and the other is taller but smaller and lankier. they would be so cute. In the scene where they first find Jinx and they have the big fight and Isha jumps infront of Jinx and points the gun at Vi, I think Jinx wasnt just saying no cuz she wanted to die, i think she just didnt wait Vi to die until she was dead. She wanted Vi to see her dead, she wanted Vi to feel guilt and mourn, she wanted Vi to recognise her sister as she lay on that table. Until ofc the building would have blown up, killing Vi as well. They would have had the perfect poetic end, with Vi forgiving jinx in her last few moments. But Isha ruined it, If isha shot Vi, Jinx would have had to go, she wouldnt be able to just let herself get killed by Cait, she knew she was too quick for her anyway. The only way she would have died is if Vi killed her, and cuz of Isha, that wasnt happening. Continuing on from the last scene, when Vi jumps off the table to stand infront of Jinx and Isha so Cait couldnt shoot them, Jinx saw her sister for the first time in like 8 years. She recognised the girl standing infront of her, doing everything she could to protect an innocent. Jinx knew she wasnt doing it for her obvi, Jinx knows she is not innocent. I really do beleive that is the scene where Jinx made a switch, where she decided to forgive Vi, as much as she could ofc, which in turn led to her supporting her at fights, and bringing her to vander. I think without that scene, if Jinx had survived without Isha, the story would have been so different. she would have continued to envy and hate Vi, she wouldnt have invited her to see vander, they never would have worked together. Basically what im saying is Isha is the glue. With isha being the glue ofc brings worry for the next act, in the trailer Jinx acts a wreck. shes slow, dissociated, depressed and empty. and while i dont entirely beleive isha is dead i beleive she is hurt or gone for the first bit. So that begs the question, how will jinx react? on one hand, she could go mental again, return to the way she was before Isha, hearing things, seeing things, being childish, loud and erratic to distract herself from her trauma. on the other hand, she is to far ahead to go back. This is the more likely outcome to me. She will begin to fall back on Vi, in the trailer we can hear/see her talking to Vi in a civil way, and Caitlin has lost alot of hate for her, they know have one common enemy. They dont like eachother but as we saw in episode 6 they are able to work together and tolerate eachother. i beleive Jinx will lean on Vi as a way to stay up, she might not be helpful but i think she will hang around Vi and Cait like a cat. Mainly wanting to be with Vi, especially after "hes your father too" but Cait is ussually with Vi so its kind of a package deal.
Maddie is working with ambessa or maybe ambessa just told her to hookup with Cait. She’s too pure. Somethings wrong.
none of this has any real reason i just felt like yapping. ill probably add more, i also want to see if any of my stuff is correct.
