I think I’ll just stay here on the floor for a few minutes. Core is on 🔥🔥🔥! Just finished Day 7 of 12 DOC Six Pack Shred with the vest @bodyrocktv_lisamarie. I know I’ll feel this one for a few days! Such a great burn. I wore my 10lb vest and used my 12lb dumbbell for some of the moves since I didn’t have a second 10lb vest, and my 6lb vest just wasn’t heavy enough. I did this twisted abs exercise. The sides got trained and we can get rid of the love handles with this twisted movement. Some people keep their legs fixed and only move their torso while i did it with the legs moving in the opposite direction which also provides additional challenge of balance and not falling backward.
