My Reformer Pilates Journey!
July 2021 I woke up & decided it was time to exercise ! I had never exercised before & my self concept at the time wasn’t an ‘exercise girlie’. My life changed drastically when I started my Reformer pilates journey, suddenly going to Pilates was no longer a chore and I begun to actually enjoy it. I’ve been working out 3-4 times a week since July 2021, I am THE Pilates IT girl ! I truly fell in absolute LOVE with it and I never ever looked back! The discipline I’ve nurtured and absolute love for my body is unmatched. It is THE ONLY form of exercise I’ve ever stuck to and truly it shifted my self concept.
It’ll be two years this summer and I am excited to continue to growth and strengthen my body.
