I don’t have to get back on the “train” or the “Wagon” of fitness and health this new year because I never fell off, and I still ate what I wanted to eat over Christmas and the new year. The key is balance and access to over 700 workout and fitness programs I can choose to fit my needs.
I’m on a 100 day program right now, and I was able to pick out which workout fit all my holidays the best!
I feel proud of my progress over this entire year and I've grown so much mentally this year, impart to these workouts, to the dedication and focus that comes along with them...
Here's to 2020 and another year of health!

I’m not going to lie, finding the motivation to get these last 10 or so workouts has been tough. I have had a lot going on lately with work and school but today in our virtual gym, we had to post our “why.” Why am I doing this? I am doing this as a way of prioritizing my needs above those of everyone else. I took those enneagram tests and I’m a 2. I’m a helper and I help everyone else before I help myself. I need to remember though that you can’t pour from an empty cup and last year I was running on fumes. That’s when I decided to join and put my needs first. It’s a constant battle to prioritize myself but I’m working on it. This is the most I’ve ever worked out in my life and I want to prove to myself that I can stay COMMITTED to myself. It’s been the ultimate leg day. Something about yesterday’s workout got my hamstrings tight, so today was interesting. Tempo run today, 7 miles. 1 mile easy, 2 at pace; repeat and then 1 mile easy at the end. I could feel my hamstrings pulling while I was running. Felt good though. Then it was Downbeat Strength from Morning Meltdown 100. New moves that work all the lower extremities. Fiancé and I began #morningmeltdown100 yesterday (9/23/19) with exactly 100 days left in 2019. We are determined to get back into shape and slim down ..not just for ourselves, but for our upcoming wedding and our future family.
I love this man. I love how he supports me. And I am 100% in love with the way he pushes me toward success.
