Photos taken on my Canon Rebel T1i. The photos from my camera came out super spooky looking. But yeah I didn't bother with editing the photos so here's some that came out looking a bit decent.
Letchworth Village, Wildlife
Notes: I spent my July 4th feeding cats and running errands because I hate crowds of people and I knew every good spot was packed (the beach, hiking spots, etc). I went to feed the cats at Letchworth and I don’t think that the locals are feeding them consistently. Or maybe they stopped feeding the cats because they noticed the new bowls. It was raining pretty heavily for the past couple of days. One of the days I went to feed the cats it was pouring rain and the sirens were going off. That day the food bowls were full. July 4th the bowls were bone dry and no water. I noticed someone smashed one of my plates. Maybe I should have gotten metal ones but also metal bowls heat up real fast. Hopefully the flies haven’t gotten to the food bc I didn’t see the cats that day. The first time I saw the cats, they all look pretty healthy and hopefully they’re just outdoor cats and not feral cats. Now I got a whole box of meow mix and churu in the back of my car. Cleaned up all those tins. Also I noticed the deers are very comfortable with people there. Watch out for ticks, I saw a bunch of ticks on a deer’s neck. The deer in the third photo decided to chill next to my car.

i'm a writer irl (can't say who because my agent would rightfully put me into a blender and press the button if i go and out myself as "balrogballs") and honestly the funniest and most humiliating incident of my life was the time my finished manuscript triggered a plagiarism flag with the publisher for two lines of prose in my literary fiction novel...
.... which was word for word similar to a paragraph in a certain explicit work on FFN starring elrond and his batsman from the hobbit films, aka that one elf that looked like he ate panic attacks for breakfast (i forget his name but it's Figwit II) where the lord of imladris bends said twink over his writing desk and gives him the battering ram treatment.
and if you think i had to sit in front of one if the biggest publishing companies in the world and admit that it was, in fact, me who wrote the fic where the lord of imladris bends said twink over his writing desk and gives him the battering ram treatment in order to avoid being wrongly flagged for plagiarism, you would be absolutely correct.
(yes they published the book)

Last summer I was on a very expedited acid come up at a music festival and my entirely unaware mother thousands of miles away was at costco and texted me incredulous at how they already had halloween stuff out for sale in the summer but all I saw was a message preview of a giant 10 foot tall skeleton with glowing eyes and "can u believe it??"

Seeing Logan in the TVA makes me laugh so hard for some reason? Like I know he’s lived to see technology evolve and stuff, but there’s something so funny about a guy from the 1800s standing in some kind of retro-futuristic timey wimey agency to me. Man is confused as hell.

Notes: I saw some turkey vultures and a deer at the beginning of my hike. Boy, I did not feel good this day when I did this hike. I think I overworked myself throughout the week and the lack of food was not a good combination. Everything just went a bit too bright and then I banged my knee on a rock. Ya boi was limping across the scramble. I met some good folks though. I dropped my phone and a couple yelled uphill on the scramble I dropped my phone and yeah that was my good luck for that day. They saved my phone. Because of the rainy weather and tornado warnings throughout the week a lot of the rocks shifted and trees fell down. Towards the end of my hike I got stung by a wasp. This was my first time getting stung by one and boy did it hurt. The pain from the wasp stinging my finger actually took the focus of my pain from my knee to my finger so I was able to complete the hike okay. It was still really beautiful out and I guess I gained a new life experience that day. I'm gonna just think this was my body's way to tell me I overworked myself and I decided to take a much needed break. Hopefully when I'm on my next hike I'll have a clear mind so I can enjoy myself a bit more and focus on the beautiful stuff. I've been watching a lot of movies lately for now. I rewatched Tomb Raider. For a new movie, I watched Bram Stoker's Dracula. I really enjoyed it! For some reason I really loved Lucy's voice when she fully transformed. Old Dracula looks like Palpatine and I was scared of Palpatine when I was a kid. I loved the SFX and the costume design was A+, very camp. This got me rewatching some Guillermo Del Toro films. My attention span is like a squirrel so I can't sit through a movie unless I'm at a movie theater. So I'm rewatching "the Shape of Water" and I'm planning to rewatch "Crimson Peak" (I love Jessica Chastain). I'm fully booked until the end of the month so much stuff is happening. Some thoughts while I write this: Toast tastes 10x better when someone else makes it for you. Desks are expensive.
