#my art #jujutsu kaisen #jjk #jjk fanart #jujutsu kaisen fanart #jjk art #yuji itadori #megumi fushiguro #itafushi #fushiita #yuuji #megumi #cries megumi fought tooth n nail..... i refused 2 flip the canvas tho >:(#i vastly prefer drawing him facing right bc fr some reason it makes his hair look better silhouette-wise #so having him face left is alr a Challenge #but also having him slightly look down (difficult angle + changes the silhouette) had me bashing my head in2 th TABLE #same thing happened earlier this month w gardening megu middle pose . i did not learn my lesson #but even worse w this one yuuji's head is blocking th main pointy part tht basically carries the entirety of the shape language #u can imagine my distress i am sure #anyway th render made me a lot happier with it thank god. colours hard carry bless <3333 #i didn't plan on making it a full sheet but i needed 2 remind myself that im good at drawing megumi #so i threw in solos of each of them n tried slightly different render flavours #idk how Different all of them look visually but th process fr each ws Very different so i am satisfied #fight aside this ws useful i think! got 2 break out some Clunkier chalks n dust off a few of my smoother blended brushes #think i picked up some things i can keep also !! which ws. u kno. the Goal #tbh every time i do art studies i feel like i am kirby #one time i got called an art ditto by one of my fav artist mutuals when i did a style challenge #SUCH high praise from her it lives in my mind i take it out on days when i feel like trash #it doesnt Sound good when u say u r good at copying but real talk it is such a good skill i am very happy 2 have it in my arsenal

In canon, a kwami's power must be used through a human wielding a miraculous, otherwise it'll have unforeseen consequences. So, in your AU, does Imago stealing Marinette's agonies cause any sort of trouble?

honestly the biggest unforeseen consequence is that this dude is around and being himself

no but for real, there should be a hypermassive consequence for a kwami unfettered peeking their head in, but there's not because of shit we'll get into later.

just consider it like this for the time being: now that Marinette is a sage and is capable of communing with the gods, she as a living being can be used as that intermediate conduit for power instead of the miraculous gems. If it was Tikki, for example, using her power raw with sage!Marinette, Mari would be able to access the power of creation or be swayed by it - however, it would put a massive strain on her, as she's not a miraculous but still capable of acting as that pipeline.

The reason Marinette has no ill effects from Imago, however, is because Imago is playing with a catch 22. Their purpose was to take agony away from Marinette, so even the exhaustion of accessing the unfettered power of a god was something he stole from her, so it seems like zero consequences have been had. In truth Imago is now SO tired holy moly and they DO NOT LIKE IT LMAO

#ffxiv #digital art #zenos yae galvus #venat #endwalker spoilers #will forever be fascinated with this man #look guys look- the literal embodiment of wol's wings of hope LOL (and me going hehe about that and footfalls)#the part of me that adores digging into the nuance of character writing (intentional or otherwise) is just latched onto zenos #and venat-- they cant just give us two characters who get really important 1v1 duels #and ask really important questions #and love the MC and are willing to risk themselves so unconditionally #and have them not live rent free in my brain #--and maybe this tiptoes into the realm of crack theory so beware there will be a lot past here--#but I cant help but think zenos is akin to an oracle or warrior of light but was tempered/corrupted by zodiark #or some strange happenstance of varis (who shares visual traits to golbez before 6.0 ever came out and the dark mana burst)#and carosa (who it seems zenos got his looks from- and he already looks like he has ties to venat and argos like minfillia does)#was he a result of the eternal chess match between the two parties' machinations? or just some strange twist of fate?#another day of him being “emet's successful experiment” (again- intentional or no) making me thonk #theres something so strange about the final days dreams and how dark aspected he is- that his void abilities are more tied to him tbh #yet his mannerisms beyond just what he's been through almost reminds me of light corruption and the uncanny calmness #we see in most beings associated with the light in any significant way and like second phase eden shiva #he almost has all the marks of someone who shouldve already had the echo or blessing of light but for one reason or another #was unable to hear hydaelyns call #of course it doesnt help i mentally associate him with connections to zero and how she was corrupted before she was even born #and durante- who states uncanny ability and connection with light and darkness and yet favors dark magic more #i simply live with the idea that zenos' soul was an eternally faithful companion to wol's and #this time the cardinal sin of separating the pair finally happened to rather dire consequences lmao
