Jaune: hmm what up
Nora: fearless leader do you now what day it is
Jaune: ummm November 1st… oh my grandpa’s birthday I need to call him I think he’s 60 now
Pyrrha: oh you may need to call him later because we need to make sure of something
Jaune: what?
Ren: well jaune some men like to do this little challenge during November
Nora: and we need to see if your doing it
Jaune: oh yeah that Neptune and sun were talking about it and we kinda all agreed to do it
Nora: hmmm we thought as much jaune-jaune
Pyrrha: and just so you know jaune… we’re sorry
Jaune: why?
Suddenly he was tossed into a bag and hauled out of his room
Jaune: *Remove from bag* where am I
Yang: well lover boy some would say heaven
Blake: others hell
He looks to see Yang dressed as a sexy angel with the skimpiest of bikinis, and Blake equally so but as a devil
Nora: but it’ll be awesome
Ren: indeed
Both dressed as slave girls
Pyrrha: so shall we begin
Ruby: yes but we need to wait for our last two participants
Ruby dressed as a sexy vampire with little bats over her breasts, while Pyrrha is in what one could call a chain mail string bikini she was the sexiest of gladiators

Yang: well sort of with some pleasurable modifications
Pyrrha: as to what’s going on jaune, let’s just say after our time with you… we just want to give you everything you’ve given to us

Glynda: I’m fairly certain each and everyone of us had our reasons
Jaune: and they are
Glynda:…

I love your blog. How would the sun wukongs react to their female partner wearing their clothes? But not the armor portion for obvious reasons. Like she would walk in wearing his hanfu shirt, or robe or whatever its called that he’s wearing and at one point she’s like “if you want it back, then come and get it~” while she leans against something in a seductive way.
Ohhhhhhhhhh boi Don't start something you can't finish😏😏😏
(Lmk Wukong) Oh😳..............oh😏 he'll take you up on that challenge he was banging his empty head looking for that shirt. Just to find you're wearing it, and at first you looked adorable, but he gonna need that back. But you just had the challenge him so now he's got you trapped in his room ready to get his shirt but first he has to get Through you.💛🤤
(NR Wukong) Ohhhhhhhhhh Once again you pick the wrong one🤭. This man is shameless and would look for any chance to see you in all your glory. Now to mention your wearing his robe and telling him to get it himself, Ohhhhhhhhhh your in for it now. I just hope you don't have anything important to do later because He's not letting you leave the bed any time soon.🩷💋
(MKR Wukong) Oop😬 someday you're gonna break him for good. It's one thing to steal from him knowing that you're gonna get away with it, but to challenge him. His face was red in both arousal and fury. Then you go and tease him with your cute little smile, and in What I think is his only shirt tell him if he wants it back. Then he gonna have to come and get it.........He will have his revenge.❤️🔥😈
(HIB Wukong) He just got Luier and Silly girl to sleep, and now he's getting ready and can't find his shirt. After some time of looking, he finally decided to ask you, just to find that his said shirt on your person. His brain was admittedly buffering because it covered you like a spring dress. He tried to keep a cool head and ask for his shirt back, but then your ass just had to spread on the bed and tell him to get it himself. He can be upset with you later. Right now.He needs you for something very different.🧡🤭
(Netflix Wukong) Maaaaaan he hasn't blushed this hard in a long time. Seriously, he was staying over at your place for the night,
but with you just sitting on your bed wearing his shirt. Makes him want to move in all together, especially with how adorable and innocent you look. He different tries to calm down and ask for his shirt back, but
Oh you want it??? Come and get it❤️
He just can't handle it😫

Hi, I just read your story on AO3 and I loved it a lot but it also left me with a lot of questions about Oz and his relationship with Sun Wukong, especially the part where you mentioned that Oz after recovering the relics couldn't return to his world but at the end it gives the impression that she is no longer with him and at the beginning you also mentioned that this isn't a fanfic as such but like a diary or letters that she left him and that's eating my head in a good way that I need answers 😆😆😆😆 By the way, I know this is a bit long but I really love your content, your art, and your writing 😆☺️😊🥰
would you believe me if I said I came up with the idea to add those paragraphs at the end of each stories to make it sound like they are not together anymore literally as I was uploading my fic to AO3 LMFAO
ok ok, since I'm not an eloquent writer and will enver write a fully fledged fic, I will just spoil the ending of my non-existing story.
Basically after Black Myth Wukong story line, Oz did not manage to go home like she thought she would after helping DO. I've also mentioned that her ancestor were part of the Celestial Court but got fucked over by the court, so "book 2" of my AU would be SWK and Oz dealing with the Celestial Court, trying to figure out what what the fuck happened.
Everyone is like trying to use Oz as a scapegoat for the shit her ancestors did. She's just like, I wanna live my life and idc what my ancestors did that was like over 1000 years go for me. but 1000 year in celestial court is like 83 years ago in celestial heaven time, so like not thaaaat long ago for them. WW2 is for us like 80 years ago. it's a long time ago but also not really. people who lived through the war are still alive. So anyway, court wants her to serve them again like her ancestor did, or die I guess. reason is tied to some power that flows in Oz because of her ancestor, which I do plan to explain in another post at some point.
something something happens, where either Oz has no choice but to return to her homeworld, oooor someone from the Celestial Court forcibly sends her back. If you watched Barbie the nutcracker, the same shit the rat king pulled on Clara. Or maybe even SWK pushed her through a portal to send her to safety.
also in my AU, time flows differently between the Oz's world and SWK world. A day can pass in her world, and it could be few weeks or months or even years in SWK world.
ALSO important thing is SWK at some point gives Oz a ring made from the birthstone, like he found rock pieces and asked Yin Tiger to make him a ring ("I'm not that kind of smith, monkey"). Traditional Chinese Wedding does not include an engagement ring, but SWK was there when Oz was explaining to monkey kids how wedding traditione worked in her world, and he loves her so he made the ring, gave it to her when confessing to her.
She still has the ring when she went back to her world, and there it's like not much time has passed, maybe a week at most. She still made it to her Taylor Swift concert.
Time pass, maybe like three years or so. She never stopped thinking about SWK, and tried to find way to get back but couldn't. maybe the portal got severed idk. and then something something happens (which I will need to think about), where one day the ring on her finger felt warm and she was able to return to Mount Huaguo, landing where the birthstone stood on the mountain.
I think like 100 years passed in that world, where SWK never stopped visiting the birthstone place, where Oz also went back to her world.
Here is a comic I made of their sweet sweet reunion:
She's wearing a fancy red dress because she was attending some fancy event before she was able to return to SWK. But also traditionally the bride and groom wore red in a Chinese wedding, so her wearing the red dress when she is reunited with SWK after all those years is a symbol for that they are finally able to be together and live their happily ever after. it's also symbolism for Oz.
Before that, depsite SWK confession and basically proposal, she has a bit of commitment / abandoment issues from her parents divorce, so yknow they didn't get married before that. but it is very clear to anyone that they both loved each other.
so yeah. Sorry for the long post LOL i get super excited talking about my problem children. there is angst and implication that Oz will be gone but ultimately it ends on a happy note.
#szynkART#fade to black#show the names#play that happy song#came with all of this the moment I saw the ask in my inbox and my brain was like DRAW HER IN A RED DRESS FOR THE REUNION#sometimes I feel very self-absorbed for talking about my ship so much LOL#also long hair Oz#black myth wukong#cepheus baskerville#black myth wukong oc#sun wukong x oc#sun wukong x reader

i so badly want a wukong pov of being in the zoo, how long do u think he would get stuck in there? a day, two days? a week? a YEAR? would he be seperated from macaque? would he take the zoo monkeys with him when the curse breaks?
monkey orphans seem to be hand raised, which mean they would effectively replace reader with a zoo worker, imagine their reaction to THAT.
face mauling i assume. lots and lots of mauling
… Okay I took forever with this ask. But I am going to give a SMALL glimpse to how this would be. Only because it would be hilarious.
Blood dripped down the zoo keeper’s face as Wukong screeched in his arms, his little claws dripping with his blood. Loud growls and hisses were easily heard. They took you away, you weren’t in sight! Where did they take their precious darling!? The police had to practically drag you away from the two monkeys who hissed and chirped to get you to come back. It didn’t work, no matter how much they called you weren’t answering.
Another worker came up wearing large gloves which got torn to shreds almost immediately.
“What is this breed? I’ve never seen a monkey like this,” The man said as he jumped away while Wukong was dropped into a crate rather unceremoniously. Reader would never be this rough on a cub! How could these people be so cruel!?
With that thought he let out another feral growl, biting and clawing at the man who claimed to be a zookeeper. Growls left his throat, tiny but vicious as he attempted to fight against the humans around him. If he was himself, if he was whole he’d be able to fight against them, he’d be able to KILL them. Their blood would cover the ground easily, and there would be nothing left but blood and broken bones.
‘Macaque!!’ Wukong chirped loudly as his mate was tossed into a different crate. He let out a howl at the mere thought of them taking him away. NO NO NO!!
‘Wukong!’ Macaque chirped angry as he banged against the bars of the crate before it was picked up and he was taken away.
‘NO!!’ Wukong screeched trying to bang against the bars, letting out chirps, chitters and anguished shouts.
“It’s alight little one, we’ll reunite you once we finish with a check up,” A woman spoke up, dressed in a short shorts and a tank top. She looked at him with adoration in her large blue eyes, her long blonde hair tied up in a pony tail as she approached the crate.
Wukong immediately hissed as she approached, she was looking at him with kindness. HE WANTED READER!! He wanted Reader, now now now!! He wanted his darling to snuggle with him and give him scratches. He wanted her to cut him up fruits and give him all the attention he deserves!
He wanted his mate who was always by his side. He wanted his moon, he wanted his calm, he wanted his warrior. For the first time since the curse had started he felt truly and utterly alone. His chest tightened at the very thought, alone? He was alone in a world he didn’t know, with people surrounding him and staring at him like he was some creature to gawk at.
A cold silent fury suddenly built in his chest as the woman let out a coo. He wanted Reader’s coos. The woman was talking, some would call it a beautiful voice but to Wukong it sounded like nothing but nails on a chalkboard.
“Don’t worry, we won’t let that woman hurt you any more.” Hurt them? HURT THEM!? It was those words that sealed their fates.
In an instant there were screams, broken wood, and melting iron. Materials were scattered around as smoke billowed from the standing monkey demon. Like chains snapping away from his soul he knew he was back. He didn’t even have to move to know that the people around him no longer saw the small cute yet angry cub. No they saw what they should always see, the seething warlords with deep gold eyes, and golden fur that covered his body. A thick powerful tail snapped against the ground, the ground breaking from the single motion.
“Hurt me? You think you can keep MY woman away from ME? Maybe I should show you just what you’ve gotten yourself into,” Every words was pierced with nothing but cold fury. Deadly intent soon became clear as he walked towards everyone around him.
“A-A MONSTER!” The last words that filled the air before Wukong let out an enraged roar.
Blood coated the ground, blood dripped down his fangs, his claws and stuck to his fur. Bodies dropped like flies as Wukong slaughtered anyone in his path, traveling in the direction of his mate. Not that he needed to when he watched shadows wrap around every piece of building around them. His beloved’s shadows were always so beautiful to watch.
The sight of his mate was more breathtaking than he had remembered before. Snowy white fur splattered with blood as the shadow monkey made his way directly to Wukong. Their chains now gone they were able to look at each other, really look at each other again. A shiver ran down Wukong’s spine as Macaque wrapped his arms around his neck and gave him a kiss. It was quick, nothing like he REALLY wanted but Macaque’s words stopped him from taking more.
“Let’s go get our wife~”
“With pleasure my love.”
Sooo- This took WAY longer to write than I planned. Yeah over a month. I AM SORRY! But I finally got to it. Adulting is hard sometimes. But I’ve got the work for you.
And yeah, the curse lasts for less than a day in Reader’s world. Why? Because one of the biggest things that keep the curse active is that the monkey duo feels SAFE around each other. They are always together and never leave each other’s sides. However when the curse broke it didn’t just crack of creak, no the thing SHATTERED! So now the zoo has a monkey duo who wants nothing more than to find the woman that the ZOO separated from them.
Remember, Reblogs and comments are always welcome!!

Very specific LMK headcannons that is basically me projecting onto legos but the personal ones are saved for the characters I like and the average ones are for the ones I don't know much about, I don't really care about, or just straight up don't like (Part 1)
I made this because a comic I wanna make is gonna take a minute and I like the headcannon posts I make.
MK
Didn't know what he wanted to be when he grew up for years. He has a bunch of interests and talents so that confused him on what he should pressue. Eventually when he got to be a senior in high-school he bit the bullet and just decided to work for Pigsy.
Wasn't directly bullied in high-school but people made jokes about him being on the poorer side. He understands that their just joking but sometimes it genuinely bothers him.
Has a hard time focusing especially when it comes to educational subjects. He tries his hardest but he gets distracted. This heavily impacted his grades but he was to scared to ask help from Pigsy or Tang so he struggled in silence.
Mei
Struggled with her femininity for years. Her mother forced her to wear makeup, do her hair, and dress extremely feminine. Eventually she resented it and hated having to get dressed in a extremely feminine style. When she got older she started bracing makeup and dresses on her own terms. She will wear a dress but she goes for a more masculine style.
Hates people thinking that she never had to work for anything just because her parents are rich.
Sometimes gets to rough when she messing around and ends up hurting Mk. She feels extremely bad about it and apologizes about 50 times.
Redson
Is really insecure about his appearance because his parents used to point out what the deemed unattractive. They weren't trying to be intentionally mean but they continued to do it.
Has a weird relationship with his mom. He loves her and would love to have a stronger relationship with her. They can get along and have a atcual child and mother relationship. Redson feels like she doesn't love him because of the outbursts Princess Iron Fan had had at him. She has said some genuinely damaging things that he still thinks about.
The idea of marrying someone terrifies him because he's afraid his quirks and flaws will cause someone to become sick of him and then leave him.
Has very low empathy for people he doesn't know. He tries to show he understands and feels for their situation but he just can't.
I was gonna add Macaque and Wukong but I atcually do wanna work on my comic. I'm gonna try and get it out before my birthday (it's my birthday tomorrow :D!! I'm turning 15!! I'm ancient now 😔) but I make no promises.
I got this idea from 2 of my mutals so thank them 🫶 (also I have 159 followers and that's WILD. It's not alot but it's still weird!)

LBAU Anon back at it. I’ve got a question for you for more brainrot. Namely, how much tinkering does Monkey King do with Little and Baby Brother’s minds? And second. Does Monkey King’s outfit change at all in the course of this? And even if our heroes could get MK out of there. Could they de Baby Brother him? Oh and lastly, that other anon made me think of wukong just going “leave.” And now the Spider clan are just Furret Walking around the globe. Cause he never told them to stop.
Well you def got me on the brainrot.
So ok, here's the thing, I feel like SWK messes with their heads way more than he realizes he does. Like, after Macaque showed that he was constantly fighting back and pushing against the brainwashing, SWK probably figured out he could leave triggers in his brother's head to like, push him back down or make him forget the last few seconds or things like that. Little things he could use to help keep Macaque from fighting back and help him be happy again. And he keeps finding little things to add, things maybe SWK doesn't even fully realize he's putting in, because he wasn't careful with his words like he should have been. (Since Macaque was his first 'big' project and the first time he'd done anything more than 'stop attacking people and go home and be a good person' type one time commands) So Liu Er has all of that going on, and he gets triggered by random stuff a lot. Then when Xiaotian got 'brought home', SWK had to add in a lot of stuff to make sure that nothing would trigger his old human memories until SWK got them to finally fade away entirely. (Through a mix of sending his Cub down under the music and helping encourage him to forget fairly often, and then commands to like, overwrite whatever might be in his head with his new 'real' memories) and he probably remembered how much Liu Er struggled at first and just dumped a bunch of those commands in off that bat. As for deliberate changes, there's putting Xiaotian down fairly regularly to scrub out his human life obviously, but while he's down SWK probably edits him a fair bit as well. With Macaque, SWK knew what Liu Er was like (or what his nostalgia said his little brother was like) and so he was just working to get Macaque back to that baseline. With Xiaotian, SWK doesn't have any sort of baseline. He's never had a cub before, or a 'baby' brother (since when Liu Er was that small he'd been fairly young as well) and so he's sort of picking and choosing which baby and childish traits he likes and which ones he doesn't and trying things out and putting thing in then taking them away again if he changes his mind. There's some stuff that he see's as being 'Xiaotian' and he left alone, like how optimistic and bright Xiaotian is, or how forgiving, but everything else is basically fair game. On Macaque's end, he had to get edited to be ok with having a Baby Brother, because with how dependent and needy SWK had made him, when 'Big Brother' was spending all this time with a new little brother, Liu Er straight up thought he was getting replaced and was going to 'run away' to the other side of the mountain so he didn't have to listen to SWK tell him that to his face. (only the other side of the mountain because Liu Er is incapable of realizing there's anywhere but FFM. SWK will NOT let his Little Brother leave him again) So he needs some editing to make sure he takes care of their Baby Brother properly but other than that SWK isn't consciously making too many edits to Macaque at this point. Liu Er is his completed project as it were
As for SWK's outfit, I think it wold slowly go back closer to the types of things he wore during his old warlord time. Fancier, more traditional, and he dresses his little brothers to match. More dark reds that are closer to black or dried blood than the bright ones, and the gold is sharper somehow. But he doesn't wear his armor as much (because then his Cub can't cuddle up to him as well)
And The Hero's saving Xiaotian is... going to depend. Mostly on how soon they can get him, and how much of his memory has been completely lost and overwritten instead of just suppressed. Bottom like, Xiaotian is not going to be ok, and he's never going to be able to 'go back to normal', even if the whole thing hadn't technically been massively traumatizing. There's a certain level of regression that I don't think he's going to be able to just 'get over' and his fine motor control is shot. He's also not going to be able to handle being alone very well, because he was never alone. Starting to freak out if he doesn't get physical contact is also probably going to be a thing. If they manage to save him before there's nothing left but 'Baby Brother' and 'Little Cub' he's going to feel very much like a child trapped in an adult's body. (Age varying based on when they save him) He's going to know it's not right, and that he's not supposed to be like this, but he can't change it, and thing are going to be so confusing and people keep expecting things from him that he just can't DO and it's hard and he feels guilty all of the time and a part of him just want's his Big Brother to come back and make everything better and help him be happy and feel good again. And the mental image of the poor Spider Clan is kinda funny. I think SWK is a bit to practical and cautious about how he uses the music by this point, (because he doesn't want to get caught a part of him knows what he's doing isn't right and that people would stop him, but if they do that he'll loose his Little Brother and that isn't an option) so that's probably not how it ended up, but I love the thought of it.

Because you are a fantastic writer, and because I simply adore what you write, how about a continuation to the "Wukong is once again being an idiot and lying to everyone" prompt? And this is an open prompt! You can take this and go absolutely bonkers with it!
THE POWER YOU HAVE GIVEN ME SHALL NOT GO UNDERUTILIZED. This is a follow up to these two previous fills and I am just going off about what I think would be an interesting way to continue into season 3 at this point.
Warning: UH... Sun Wukong is not doing too great. Mild descriptions of his hidden injuries, Wukong is still immortal but what he hid would be very bad for people who are not.
"He's burning up," Pigsy said with a hiss as he pulled his hand away from Wukong's forehead. "Why is he burning up? What even happened to him!? He didn't look like this an hours ago, ain't he immortal-"
"Yeah, but not invincible," MK interrupted with a shake in his voice, watching as Sandy checked on his mentor's newly revealed injuries. "Not entirely anymore. He-he'll probably be fine! No, he will be fine, but he's-shit." He took in a shaky breath, trying to stand on legs that had long since fallen asleep in their awkward position holding his mentor's head off the hard floor. "I'll explain later, we need to see how bad he is now!"
He jumped, feeling a soft touch against his shoulder. Mei had knelt beside him at some point and it wasn't until she reached over to brush her thumb against his cheek that he realized he had started crying at some point.
The chef looked at him with an odd expression at MK's revelations, almost looking like he wanted to say something in anger before shaking his head and standing instead.
"You're right," he said as he turned to Sandy. He didn't need to ask the largest of the group anything, watching as he carefully scooped the Monkey King into his arms and headed off into what they had designated as "the med bay" with Tang following close by. "But you're gonna tell us exactly what that you mean by 'not entirely invincible' on the way, no more of this waitin to talk business! And we're going to walk there calmly."
MK couldn't find it in himself to argue.
~
"Well, shit," Pigsy sighed after MK rushed through the conversation he had shared with his mentor, pinching the bridge of his snout with a sigh. "That's... bad. That explains a whole lot about a lot of stuff, like how he managed to get himself caught on New Years, at least... You're sure he's still immortal?"
"Yeah," MK nodded, leaning into the grip Mei had on his shoulder as they walked. "Yeah, he made it a point to insist he still couldn't die."
"That's... good, right?" Mei offered with a chuckle, her usual exuberance seeming shaken up after seeing the state of the immortal monkey. "That means he'll get better!"
They paused at the entrance to the med bay, really more a spare bedroom they had stocked all the medical supplies Sandy apparently hoarded into, and MK gulped. He thought over Wukong's words, trying to find any piece he could to pick it apart. See exactly what, if anything, may have been just more half truths... he didn't want to believe he was still hiding things, not after that display of dropping the glamor. But MK himself had claimed he would explain everything to the others before... and lied still... and he was more like Sun Wukong than he first realized.
"I-I think so," he finally settled on an answer as they walked in, Sandy's back being the first sight they were greeted with. He could see the bottom half of Wukong's legs and feet, and Tang standing on the opposite side of the bed, as they were doing... something. "He said I was half invincible so... maybe he's still half himself? But he said they'd 'probably heal eventually' so..."
"Maybe he just meant they wouldn't scar!" Mei offered with a smile, moving to grip MK's hand. "Come on... we can't stop thinking about the good outcomes now..."
He turned, looking at his best friend. Her smile was off, uncertain, dark circles under her eyes from lack of sleep. None of them had slept well the last two nights. But her eyes, despite the uncertainty they shared with her smile, were as bright and hopeful as ever.
"Yeah..." MK said with a small smile.
"As much as we'd appreciate the help," Tang said suddenly, moving from behind the bed to stand before them. He had removed his scarf and robe, something that looked bizarre and wrong outside of seeing him in his sleep wear, and instead wore a simple tank top and his regular pants. He had gloves on... already spotted in red. "This room is a little cramped with all five of us and a bed."
"I'll go make us food," Pigsy said immediately, laying a hand on MK's back as he addressed Tang. "We don't gotta eat it when it's finished it's just... gonna be ready for when you're done, ok?"
MK couldn't help but smile a bit. Pigsy didn't just make food and let it sit, not normally. The only other time he could ever remember him doing that was after... DBK. After they volunteered to help clean up the city from the damage his possession caused. He'd made pots and pots of noodles and soup and plates of side dishes and buns and just kept them warm for when anyone came by to eat them. He stayed in his shop, waiting and handing out what he could.
He never once complained about the excess from the last batches, offering them for free to the first few customers the next day if they wanted it.
"Thanks, Pigsy," Tang said with a tired smile. "I think everyone is going to appreciate that."
"I'll finish the ship upkeep Sandy and I were doing," Mei offered, smiling at Sandy when he looked over his shoulder. "I've got a pretty good handle on the specifics by now."
"I trust you," Sandy said with a smile, the first thing he had said the entire time he'd joined them in the kitchen, and turned back to what he was doing.
There was an awkward silence as Tang started grabbing supplies from a cabinet to deposit on a nearby table and Pigsy and Mei turned to MK.
"I'm staying," he said firmly, but nothing could hide the shaking in his hands. "Just... I have to know how bad he is."
"OK," Pigsy said, and they made their way out before Mei turned back inside.
"When he wakes up? Give him one of these for me," she said before making a face and leaving in the opposite direction.
There was just enough of a chuckle that escaped him that MK thought he would be able to do that.
"Are you sure you want to see this?" Tang asked, far softer in tone than he had been before. "Sandy and I were already taking stock of his injuries and... MK, they're not good."
"Yeah, I'm sure," he insisted, taking in a calming breath. "I need to know exactly how angry I need to be at him."
His father figure didn't laugh, but there was amusement in his eyes as he returned back to where he was. "Alright, then you're going to need to help by handing me everything I ask for."
They settled into silence after that, and MK watched and Tang and Sandy worked to check on the unconscious immortal in the bed.
They had stripped off his robe, leaving him only in the pants he wore underneath it. He looked... he looked much worse without it on.
In addition to his eye (which seemed to have been the only hidden injury to have already healed as much as it may have) and the tear in his ear (which seemed to have at least been partly treated by himself already) his torso was littered with little cuts and scrapes. Sandy had rolled up the legs on his pants, one remaining upright and MK could see the slight swell of his knee from some kind of internal injury (probably muscular). His tail and arms were also similarly injured, one nasty gash in particular close to the end of the tail that had gotten almost as much treatment as his ear.
But on his side... there was sloppy bandaging slowly growing redder.
"Sandy, help me get this off him," Tang said, holding out his hand. "Scissors, please."
MK jolted, getting what Tang requested from the pile of stuff, watching as he carefully cut away the wrapping.
Tang winced as he finally lifted the dressing from Wukong's side, but did his model best to look as impassive as possible. There was a sizeable gash on it, large enough that Tang's entire hand barely covered it lengthwise, that had poorly treated with the lopsided gauze and bandages (probably stolen from this very room after he allowed them to treat his visible injuries). Blood had seeped through it, all fresh, and it was most likely reopened upon his fall. It looked... wrong. Not the way it should. The fur around it had been either ripped out or had fallen out and the skin was inflamed and angry.
"... no wonder he's burning up, this is becoming infected," he said evenly, detected, leaning over to look at the supplies he took from the medicine cabinet. "Sandy, I'm going to need your help moving him. MK?" He turned to the young man, face softening as he saw how pale his face had gotten at the revelations before him. "MK, I heard what you were telling Mei and Pigsy earlier. Mei's probably right, he'll be ok. OK?"
MK wanted to believe he had been, he'd been so honest after he told him to stop lying, but... but he still couldn't help but worry his mentor was still hiding more. And he felt so guilty thinking that. But he shook his head, dispelling the thoughts in his head.
"OK... what do you need?"
"Let's start with antiseptic. We need to clean this as quickly as possible."
~
It took longer than MK had hoped. And Sun Wukong had only barely stirred the entire time. Whether it was from the infectious fever or from exhaustion from using his remaining powers while sick he didn't know, but the most of a reaction they got him from was a sharp gasp and a twitch while cleaning the worst of his wounds.
Aside from that... nothing. He remained still, even as Sandy moved him without any effort and guided Tang through the medical stuff he wasn't sure how to handle.
MK knew Tang had some first aid training but this was much more than he expected him to pull off... he supposed he was learning a lot.
After a while Tang didn't need Sandy's help to move him anymore and the massive man shot MK an apologetic look before leaving. MK assumed he had left to wash up, and he did, but he eventually returned completely cleaned up with a hot cup of tea. It was the same flavor as the one he never got to finish during his conversation earlier.
He ruffled MK's hair after the young man gratefully took it, making Wukong more comfortable on Tang's instruction and pulling the covers over everything but one arm before saying something about needing to give Mei some tea as well, before leaving the three of them alone again. MK thought that, maybe, the sight of the Monkey King as he was was somehow making him... uncomfortable. No, not uncomfortable.
Sad.
He didn't say anything.
"He looked... almost fine when he saved me..." MK said after a long sip of his tea and a long silence of watching Tang handle everything else on his own, trying to squeeze his cup. Just like when he had tried before, it stayed firm. "He wasn't hurt then, not by LBD, so... he'd been keeping up those illusions since before he came. How long was he hurt?"
"There isn't really a way for us to know," Tang admitted, wrapping the fresh gauze around the king's arm as carefully as he could manage. It wouldn't have mattered if he wasn't careful, Wukong didn’t stir a bit. "It could have been hours... could have been days. With how quickly his eye healed vs his gash it's hard to tell. But my guess would be hours, given when you... when..." He trailed off, a shudder running through him. "He was actively giving you his powers, yeah? Maybe... he was giving you some of his healing abilities. Or maybe something else hurt his eye long before everything else. We just don't know."
"I think that was from Macaque," MK said with a wince, knowing he was going to have to explain more about who Macaque was eventually. "He said LBD has him under her control and he has the same injury on the opposite eye."
Tang froze for a half a second, the shine of the overhead lights on his glasses keeping Mk from seeing just what kind of expression he had. But he simply nodded, finishing up his work.
"We'll just... have to hope he'll be able to give us some better information when he wakes up," Tang said with a shrug as he removed his gloves. "This is all probably a mystery even to him... I'm going to wash up... will you be alright alone?"
"Yeah."
That was a lie, but he felt at least this one was warranted.
Because even if he wouldn't be fine he didn't want to leave.
~
It was nearly 11 hours before Sun Wukong opened his eyes again, though he didn't realize that at the time.
The morning sunlight was just barely shining through the window to the med bay, and he wondered for a moment why one of his eyes seemed to ache at the light and a tear rolled down his cheek from the strain at trying to see.
Then he remembered that he couldn't see out of it anymore. And the conversation with MK. And... passing out. In the kitchen.
This was definitely not the kitchen floor, which was bad. What he was laying on was soft and had something else laying on top of him. Which meant he had been moved to a bed.
Which meant he had been unconscious for more than a minute, which was the exact opposite of what he wanted.
He tried to move his left arm to cover his eye, but found something... holding it down. And with a little effort he moved his head, looking over to the side.
MK was slouched over on a chair, nearly face down on the blanket that covered him and holding his hand. In his other hand there was a comic book of some kind, horribly bent by his own face.
He had dark circles, much darker than he had the night before, under his eyes and there was a dried wetness on his cheeks that made Wukong's chest hurt at the sight.
He'd messed up... again. He shouldn't have held up the illusion, not for that long. He should have let it fall the moment they hit the drone and been honest instead of insisting that he go on his new Journey to the West on his own. Or at least let it fall the next day, when they questioned why he was so tired. So quiet. Why he was so still and wasn't running around the ship like they expected (the pulled muscle in his knee, which he very much noticed was tightly compressed by either a sleeve or a wrap, being the main culprit along side... that injury).
He sighed, doing his best to remove his hand from his student's carefully before gently resting it on his head and ruffling the hair there.
"...'m sorry, MK," He said tiredly. "No more secrets, I promise."
"You better mean that promise you asshole."
Wukong yelped and jumped, yelping again when it sent a jolt of pain down his side. "YOu're AwAKe!?"
MK sat up, almost smiling at the way his mentor sounded but holding it back. "Yeah... I kinda passed out after a while, but I woke up like... an hour ago? I've just been trying to get as much rest as I can, even if I'm not actually sleeping."
"That's... good," Wukong said with a nod, the way MK described the time frame feeling familiar. "So you saw... everything?"
"Everything."
"Well, shit."
"That's exactly what Pigsy said when I told him what happened," Mk said with a chuckle, reading over to grab a packet of some kind and a glass of water. "Tang gave me very specific instructions to make you take all of this. Or else."
"Or else... what?" Wukong chanced, raising an eyebrow.
"I dunno, I always took the medicine he gives me with that threat so I never got to find out," MK shrugged. "Pigsy says it's not worth finding out."
"I'll take his word for it," Wukong said with a sigh. It was probably best to take whatever it was regardless of threats, he could feel his fever still and he did not want to keep having to fight that off. So he took the medicine, a mixture of pills and some kind of powder MK mixed into his drink that made it taste oddly way too sweet and sour at the same time, and sighed as he closed his eyes again for a moment.
They sat in silence for only a minute before he spoke again.
"Your friends... did all this?" He gestured to himself, reaching up to feel the odd dressing on his ear.
"Tang and Sandy did," MK explained, and went on to tell him what happened. How they treated him. How Pigsy had food waiting for him now that he was awake. How MK stayed by his side just in case.
"Oh, and Mei wanted me to give you this," MK said before pausing, glowering at him in a way that looked odd on his student's face but probably would have looked horrifying on Mei.
"Oh... I made her that mad huh?"
"I think everyone is kinda angry at you to some degree," MK admitted before holding his mentor's hand again. "But... mostly we were worried. You're my mentor, and a part of our little group now. That's what we do. Worry about each other."
Sun Wukong felt another tear slip out of his injured eye, but not from strain.
It had been so long since anyone... worried about him.
He didn't know how much he missed knowing he was cared about like that.

i don’t wanna fight alone anymore - Chapter 2
...don’t ask me how I wrote this so fast, because I honestly have no idea either.

"Welp, here we are!" Wukong said, hopping down out of the ship and landing on the ground in front of the house.
Or, well, if MK was being accurate, it was more of a mansion than anything.
"You know, when you said you had some place we could get supplies from, I was expecting a cottage, or another cave or something." MK said, gesturing at the giant house in front of him. "I did not expect a mansion! How did you even get a mansion???"
"Well. Interesting story about that-" Wukong started, and Pigsy sighed.
"Monkey King, please tell me that you purchased this house legally." He said, and Wukong offered him a sheepish smile in response.
"I kinda made the previous owners think it burned down?? A bit of illusion magic on it and all that." He explained, "I just took up residence once they'd left."
"How does it still have electricity then?" Mei asked, "If you're not paying for it, then how do you get it?"
"Oh, well that's just a spell I put on the house to keep it running." Wukong said, opening the doors of the mansion and letting everyone finally walk inside. "Pigsy, the kitchen, pantry, and all that is two halls down on the left. You can take whatever you want out of there."
"...And what about your clothes?" MK asked.
"Ah, for that, we should probably go to... the closet." Wukong said, turning and walking down another hall. Mei and MK hurried to follow him, Pigsy and Sandy heading towards the kitchen area, while Tang slowly snuck off on his own. (It was, after all, the Monkey King's mansion. He was sure there was probably some cool artifacts he could look at hidden somewhere.)
Wukong shoved open a door, and MK and Mei look at the room in shock. There was thousands of clothes hanging up- as well as chests and various items strewn about the floor.
Mei and MK found that they couldn't even see the back of the room.
"Dude, how big is your closet?!" Mei asked, breezing past Wukong and taking the opportunity to open one of the chests, finding even more clothes. "Like, seriously, this almost looks like it could be a whole mansion in and of itself!"
"I magic'd it a little so that I could fit everything." Wukong said, pulling a loose golden shirt off of a nearby hanger, and pulling it on over his head. "I... tend to collect things, clothes included."
"Yeah, no kidding." MK said, thinking back to the room filled with piles upon piles of magical artifacts back on Flower Fruit Mountain. "You should really sort through your stuff at some point, at least. If you're going to keep all of it, you should at least be neat about it."
"Heh, don't try that MK, I'm pretty sure both me and Mr. King over here have seen what your room looks like." Mei said, rummaging around in another pile of stuff. She paused, a look of confusion briefly flashing over her face, before she pulled a wedding dress out of the pile. "Hey, Monkey King, what's the story behind this, huh?"
Wukong, who had been ignoring MK's 'advice' by rummaging around in his own pile of clothes, pulling out and setting whatever he figured he should take with him to the side, looked over, registering the dress.
"Ah, that's from when I help out an.... acquaintance of mine. Y'know, one of those whole arranged marriage kind of scenarios." He said, "She let me keep the dress she'd been given afterwards."
"But did you ever wear it?" Mei asked.
"Once, a while ago, mainly just to see if it fit." Wukong answered, shrugging, figuring the conversation would end there.
He definitely didn't expect Mei to all but shove the dress into his arms.
"C'mon, try it on!" She said, an excited grin on her face. "I want to see you wear it!"
Wukong glanced at MK for help.
"....I mean, I am kinda curious too." MK said, and Wukong sighed.
Admittedly, he'd rather get what they needed and leave, he didn't really want to waste any time.
...But it had been a rough past few weeks for MK and Mei, so Wukong figured he could allow them this.
Which was how Wukong found himself practically running an impromptu fashion show, MK and Mei pulling out random articles of clothing, asking for the story behind them, and then getting him to wear it.
It was... surprisingly fun, honestly. There were some clothes he'd nearly forgotten about, so it was nice to revisit them and how he got them.
...Most of them were fun to revisit, at least......
-
MK found himself wandering, alone, deeper in the closet. Mei and Wukong had started arguing over whether or not an outfit he owned was actually fashionable, and MK did not feel like getting dragged into that, so he'd wandered off, walking through the lines of clothes.
He was starting to wonder if the closet even had an end to it, when a glint of something in the corner of his eye caught his attention. He pushed a few coats out of the way-
There was a purple scarf, hanging there. It looked like it'd been torn a little at the edge.
MK had no doubts as to who it had belong to.
But his attention wasn't on that at the moment, no, it was on the object that rested on the ground underneath of it.
The golden circlet stared up at him innocently, as though it was just a simple accessory, and not something MK had easily recognized as a punishment. He knelt down, intending on picking it up-
"There you are, kid! I was starting to wonder where you'd-" Wukong froze as he registered the scarf, and then winced as he realized what MK was looking at.
"Monkey King-" MK started, but Wukong interrupted him, leaning forwards and picking up the circlet himself.
"Ah, you found this old thing I see." He said, lazily spinning it around on his finger, as though it didn't carry the weight of a fourteen year journey.
"....Why did you keep it?" MK asked.
Wukong was silent for a moment as he pondered the answer.
"....To remember old lessons, I suppose." He eventually said, throwing the circlet carelessly over his shoulder as he did so. MK could hear it clatter some distance away, but didn't get much time to think on it as Wukong wrapped his tail around MK's waist, dragging him back towards the entrance. "Pigsy's said he got everything he needed, so it's time to go. We can probably come back here some later day if you want to hear some more of the fun stories."
MK let Wukong drag him out, and helped Pigsy and the others carry the various supplies onto the ship.
If he noticed a small piece of a purple scarf dangling out of the pile of clothes Wukong carried onto the ship, he didn't mention it.
-
"Ah, there's just one more thing I have to do, before we go." Wukong said, turning out of the ship and running back towards the house. "I promise I'll be quick!"
"If you're not back within 6 minutes, then I'm going to be dragging you back here myself!" Pigsy threatened, and Wukong smirked back at him.
...That smirk faded off of his face the moment he closed the door to the house shut behind him.
He breathed out a sigh, glancing around the house.
And undid the magic that kept it running.
The whir of electronics and appliances shutting down filled the house for a few moments, and Wukong felt the slightest amount of power be fed back to him.
It wasn't much, but it should be enough to keep his powers running longer than they would if he didn't.
Hopefully, just hopefully, it'd be enough for him to protect the others, if push came to shove.
Putting a smile back on his face, he waltz out of the house and back onto the ship.
"What did you need to do that was so important anyways?" Tang asked him, once they'd taken off.
"Oh, just made sure all the lights were turned off." Wukong said, waving off the mild concern. "Didn't want to waste energy, you know?"

A Weiss Wedding
Winter zipped up the back of Weiss' gown while she studied herself in a full-length mirror.
"Well, that makes it official," Weiss said. "I'm getting married."
"The wedding dress is a big tip-off," Willow pointed out, adjusting the train. "You actually look like a lady now."
"Mom!"
Winter chuckled. "She's right, you know. And I'm willing to bet that everyone in the church would think the same, I could bring them in to prove it."
"No! No dolts in the changing room," Weiss said. She looked at herself in the mirror one more time. The ivory dress seemed to glow in the light. If she didn't know better, she would suspect it had Dust sewn in it. "I hope everyone got dressed up. We may be Huntsmen, but it would still be a tad embarrassing if we couldn't at least clean ourselves up."
"Don't worry, everyone looks presentable," Winter said. "Except for Chief Wukong, he still dressed in his battle attire"
Weiss sighed. "Great. All I need is that idiot monkey swinging around the Church of St. Oum."
Nothing is going to ruin this, Weiss," Blake assured from the doorway. Looking at Blake, now a mature and strong woman, as close to Weiss as her own sister, no one would ever know she was the Leader of the New Faunus Brotherhood. Apparently, being the Chief Representative for the Faunus and the Head of Security for the SDC were working as well as ever. "I hope the 'no dolts in the dressing room' rule doesn't apply to me."
"Get in here and help me," Weiss said
"Are all the guests here?" Winter asked as she took a brush and started combing her sister's hair
"Sienna is here," Blake said as she eyed the bouquet of white roses. She's wearing a fur coat. At least I think it's a coat. I could have sworn I heard it growl at me."
"Wow," Willow said. "Jaunthan made it. Ghira's here with Kali, too. Ren and Nora are there with the kids, Neo and her boyfriend, Cinder-you know, the regular bunch-oh, Qrow."
"Qrow! He came? We haven't seen him in ages," Blake said.
"I saw him. He cleans up quite nicely," Willow said.
"He's hot," Winter said.
Everyone looked at her in disbelief.
"What?" she cried defensively. "He is!"
Weiss nodded. "Anyone else?"
No one said anything. Weiss thought she saw a look pass between her mother and sister. "There was no way to find her."
"Who?" Weiss lied.
"You know who we're talking about. We tried," Blake explained. "She's just hard to track down. We tried every connection the SDC and the Brotherhood had."
"Well, I don't want her here anyway," Weiss said. "She'd just make it all about her and ruin it for me. She'd probably do something childish too. It's for the best."
"Weiss, you're not thinking about her, are you?"
Weiss hadn't seen "her" in almost five years. Of course, she was thinking of "her." However, she knew for certain that she shouldn't bring "her" up now.
"No!"
"Good, because you're marrying Neptune today. You need to be sure." Winter lectured.
"Oh, you're giving me relationship advice? How many hearts have you step on this year?"
"I denied them because they were not right for me," Winter said. "Most of them were too-"
"Weak? Winter, there's nothing wrong with weak. When Jacques was still in power, we were all weak before him but now look at where we are."
Winter chuckled. "Well, that was the price we paid for the choices that we had made."
There was a knock at the door and then it opened. Ironwood entered, smiling.
"Director?" Weiss asked.
"You look so beautiful," he commented
"He's been begging to see you all day." Willow said, placing a hand on the man's shoulder. "I kind of like this side of him."
From the open door, the sounds of a pipe organ floated into the room.
"It's Showtime," Winter said, handing Weiss a bouquet of white roses.
Weiss checked herself one more time in the mirror. She actually did look like a beautiful woman-not the most beautiful, but beautiful nonetheless. She took a deep breath and smiled. Today was the start of a new adventure. Neptune was exactly the tall, handsome, breath of fresh air that she wanted, and together they would build a nice, smooth, happy life.
"Weiss?" Ironwood said. "It's time."
"I wish Jacques were here," Weiss said.
Ironwood took her hand and together they walked to the back of the church. "I'm sure wherever he is, he's sending you his blessings and wishing you the best."
Weiss cracked a smile at the thought. She shook off her nervousness and took a deep breath. Neptune has become a fine man. He's kind and loving and handsome and a breath of fresh air. A wondrous breath of fresh air. He's the kind of man that she want beside her during the hardships of the SDC. She need him. He'll kept her sane.
And then she walked into the church and through a sea of smiles. There were many faces she hadn't seen in years, and new faces she suspected masked more familiar faces. One man sat quietly muttering to himself-ah, Oscar. Flynt and Katt, Emerald and Mercury sitting next to Cinder and her service wolf-even Taiyang had made it out from Patch, and there, in all his stubby glory, was Klein. As she passed, he smiled and said, "Nicholas would be so proud."
And on the other side of the church, there were more economical people-Atlas People-who had no clue that they were at a wedding with warriors. And at the altar was Neptune, his blue eyes gleaming. He had shaved his goatee for the day. It was funny to see him without it. She barely recognized him.
The minister smiled down at her. "Who gives this woman to be married?"
"I do," Ironwood said, and placed Weiss' hand into Neptune's. It felt warm and comforting. Ironwood nodded approvingly and joined Winter, Willow, and Whitley in the front pew. Her brother, who was no long a child nor a prick, standing nearly six feet tall, grinned and winked at her.
"Marriage is a journey," the minister said. "A walk down a long, twisting road. Some days the path is clear and bright, and others, murky and mysterious. There are many bends in the road and more than a few crossroads. Today, the two of you take a road together, hand in hand, promising to tall here and Oum himself that you will not let go of each other. Before we start, it is customary to ask the congregation to witness this unison. I ask those gathered here, do you promise to support this marriage, in good times and bad, to help this couple down their road whenever possible?"
Weiss turned to look at the audience just as they all said, "We do."
The minister smiled. "Very good. It is also customary to ask those gathered if anyone can give cause or reason that this unison should not take place. If anyone objects, speak now or forever hold your peace."
Weiss cringed and looked out to the crowd once more. But no one rose. No one spoke. No one acted childish. She was not there. She was not going to ruin her wedding. So why was she...disappointed?
"Very well," the minister said. "I believe the bride and groom have written some vows they would like to share with one-"
He was suddenly cut short by a bright light above the crowd. Everyone craned his or her neck to see what the commotion was, but Weiss didn't have to look-she knew.
When Neptune's side of the church gasped and screamed and rose from their seats, she sighed. When Taiyang and Qrow began to grin, and when Winter started to chuckle, Weiss did not have to look up.
"It's-it's an angel," the minister said, falling back in shock.
"Hardly," Weiss muttered.
And then "the angel" floated down before her, with wings of silver glowing behind her. She was a woman. No longer a child. And she was gorgeous.
"Hello, Weiss." she said with a wink of her silver eyes that infuriated Weiss, but not enough to stop her from grinning.

Monster
One Shot 5
Credit to @dannydarzuski for commissioning my story.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
“Hey! You can’t keep me in here! Let me out!” Ming Yue’s voice echoed along the high stadium steps. The lighting floated around the room as the banging continued.
“Macaque! Where are you?! Let me out!”
Ming Yue had attempted to escape on several occasions.
Picking the lock on the front of the building while Macaque was away getting food. Another time was when she tried to fix the sky light and...attempted to escape through the sky light. Another was while showering...running while using a shower curtain as a drape wasn’t comfortable.
Which is why he doesn’t leave her alone now except when she’s within the coffin and it's locked. She had a flashlight, and a few books to entertain herself.
“The least you could have done was get me some different clothing!” She yelled and kicked the coffin. She was wearing the same dress as before. She sighed and lay back tired of yelling. She sat back and grumbled wondering just what books he threw in there today.
She picked up the flashlight and looked at the first one,
‘Lord of the Flies’ , just what she needed kids going feral,
‘Cats cradle.’ a book about metaphors,
‘the great gatsby’ not too bad,
‘Phantom of the opera’...she opened it and started to read.
The coffin opened and Macaque leaned in and looked at her. She blinked a lot, the sudden flood of light hurt her eyes. She used the book to shield her eyes for a moment till her eyes adjusted. She saw the glowing purple eyes. She nervously smiled.
“Come...I have dinner for you.” Macaque picked her up and carried her out from behind the stage. The room was mostly shadowed because of the candles lining the blanket, which hid the emblem under the rather large blanket. On the blanket sat two wine glasses and a bottle with bright red liquid in it.
The male sat down on the blanket and chuckled looking around at the placement. Making sure it looked perfect. Ming Yue sat on his lap, her head fit perfectly under his chin so he didn’t have to crane his neck or look around her. His tail wound around her waist almost in a protective manner.
“What are you going to do with me? What's all this? Where's the food?” She looked around sniffing the air for something, or anything that might smell like food. She was rather hungry. Yet the only thing she sees are the wine glasses and that bottle.
“Tonight is an eclipse.” Oh maybe the food on the roof? Were they going to go eat and watch the eclipse? “Tonight I can bond with you, for at midnight during said full moon a vampire couple can bond by kissing each other's lips, and neck.” Ming Yue shrugs her shoulders.
“Gotta be a vampire for that, Mac.” She tried to stand up but then felt him pull her in tighter and whispers in her ear.
“That can be arranged.”
Ming Yue begins to panic and push away from Macaque. Pushing away and trying to crawl away from him. He grabs her leg and pulls her back toward him. Pulling her back onto his lap and smiled into her neck.
Ming yue closes her eyes and cringes. Waiting for the pain to come. She could feel the hot breath on her neck.
No pain was felt...quite the contrary. She didn’t feel anything, but she heard the hiss.
She turned to look at Macaque as he had dropped her to the floor. She could see Bunny through Macaque's legs.
“What do you think you’re doing?” Macaque demanded as he slashed at Bunny using his claws. The spear broke into several pieces as he advanced on the female bunny.
“Macaque!” The black monkey demon looked up at his King as he was tackled to the ground. Both monkeys hissed and spat as they rolled down the stage steps.
After a few moments Wukong and Macaque separated and dusted themselves off.
“I’ve known this monkey for some time now. An old...friend.” He spat the last word as if it were the nastiest thing to say. Macaque just scoffed, rolling his eyes and crossing his arms.
Both Bunny and Ming Yue looked at one another confused by this. Why would Wukong be incredibly angry at Macaque?
Wukong leaned back against one of the pillars as if he were going to need to get comfortable for this story.
“It was hundreds of years ago now. I was once in love with Bai Haun’s sister. You know the Jade rabbit’s sister Bai Huan. We were arranged to get married, and live happily ever after. I loved her so much.” He continued
“Then...on our wedding night...I came in to find my bride under the knife of Macaque! He had slashed her throat! Dead from this thing's hand. I went into a rage. I wanted his head, but as I approached with my intent to fight...he disappeared into a purple fog.” Wukong growled pointing at Macaque.
“The jade rabbit came in at this point and saw me with her sister who was now dead and yelled that it was my fault...that I did it. She went to the moon goddess, Chang'e, wanting revenge for her sister's death. They went to the Jade Emperor who agreed. They cursed me, and all my subjects to drink blood, and never walk in the sunshine ever again. Macaque of course said it was my fault and called me a traitor.” Wukong looked at Macaque who just continued to stand there letting him explain to the girls. Because why not? It's not like anyone was going to stop him.
Wukong however...had other plans. He ran at Macaque and dove at him. Both of which fell through the backdrop behind the stage.
Ming Yue and Bunny clung to one another as they continued to fight backstage.
Loud roaring and crashing could be heard for almost three hours. Both girls were too afraid to go anywhere, sit down, or even hide. They were rooted to that spot listening to the most frightening noises.
“You should have told me…” Bunny said as she pulled back a little looking at Ming Yue who whispered
“I didn’t think you’d believe me...I mean look...vampire. Those are supposed to only be in books, and movies. I didn’t know they were real.” She buried her face in Bunny’s arm. “I wouldn’t believe me…I’m sorry Bunny.” Ming Yue nuzzled Bunny’s arm. She was really really scared.
Suddenly the sound stops and Wukong slowly walks out of the back of the stage and leans back against the pillar. Sighing heavily almost with relief.
“Is he gone? Is Macaque dead?” Bunny demanded the first time in three hours, pulling away from Ming Yue to talk to Wukong.
As Bunny approached Wukong picked her up and smiled down at her. She looked a little baffled by this.
“What are you doing? Put me down!” She demanded. Wukong chuckled as he walked toward the door.
“This was the deal...I ‘deal’ with Macaque...and I get something in return...so I dealt with him. I get you.” Bunny thrashes around trying to get free. But hears Ming Yue screaming and turns to see her in Macaque's arms.
“You liar!” Bunny yelled trying her best to hit and bite at Wukong. He laughed at her efforts and they didn’t hurt him.
“We agreed that as long as he doesn’t harm you, I won’t come and harm his bride.” Wukong said leaning in and nuzzled Bunny closer. “You look so much like her…” He whispered as he formed a cloud around her as they watched Macaque lay down Ming Yue as they fly out of the building.
“Shh Shhh Shhh...it's alright. It won’t hurt forever. Just a little while...and you’ll be just fine.” He whispered
Macaque leaned forward clamping his teeth over Ming Yue’s neck. Ming Yue struggled, and struggled until her legs felt like lead, and her eyes couldn’t stay open anymore. Small droplets of blood escaped Macaque’s lips as he ate from her.
Not too long after Macaque pulled away and looked down at the monkey. Her pale face was very close to being that of snow.
He ran his fingers down his wrist and a line appeared and it tripped blood onto Ming Yue’s mouth. It didn’t take too long before the female latched onto the hand like a hungry animal.
After a few moments he pulled his wrist back and closed the distance between her lips and his. Kissing tenderly for a moment and then leaned around kissing her neck. Licking it fondly to close the wound.
He pulled back looking down at his creation as Ming Yue opened her eyes and looked around. The eyes were a rich blood color.
“Beloved?” She asked as he pulled her in again.
Bunny found the perching pain to her neck almost instantly after they left the building. Wukong was hungry, and she was right there. Although he wasn’t rough with her.
Bunny however felt like she was about to die. He pulled her to him and smiled into his treat. Relishing the feel of blood flooding his throat. But this wasn’t just blood, this was Bunny’s blood. This was his bride. He could feel her pushing on him to stop, but it soon ebbed down to her clinging to his Gi. At the moment he felt her hand let go of it he stopped.
He was saited, but he knew he needed to do the same for her. Biting his wrist he let his own blood flow into her mouth. She wasn’t as into it as Ming Yue was. She didn’t clamp down on him. She almost looked horrified by the blood. Yet for some reason it did feel so good to her.
The taste, metallic scent...that...the hand was pulled away from her and a soft kiss to her cheek, and then to her neck. She looked up into Wukongs eyes. How could she see him any other way? Her heart was screaming the word as well as her head.
“Beloved?” Wukong smiled as he held her closer.

Street Dance of China Season 4, Episode 5
- I love practice montages! I was surprised that we got to see the process of each of the captains (of the competing teams) choosing dancers to their teams. Ibuki and Ma Xiaolong were speaking English to each other, and I don’t doubt that English was probably the main mode of communication across borders for these dancers.
- Okay Ibuki leading Huang Xiao by hand and then Huang Xiao cackling in glee and hugging Ma Xiaolong....very cute.
- So...is Huang Xiao baby?
- Huehuehue love Poppin’C’s laugh
- Ibuki said that Ma Xiaolong helped her a lot with recruitment. I think that’s for two reasons. One is that Ma Xiaolong (and Huang Xiao) are choreographers, so they have a better idea of what styles look together. The other is that Ma Xiaolong knows the Chinese dancers better than she would.
- Moony was saying how Ibuki is the captain but she is the youngest, and is definitely very cute haha.
- Yang Kai was very worried about dancing to a rap song so he recruited as many choreographers as he could. But the issue was that they all had different approaches to choreographing so they spent a lot of time discussing before choreographing and rehearsing.
- Yang Kai deadass brought his laptop to the hotpot restaurant because he was going to turn dinner into a lesson on Three Kingdoms for Boris and Kenken lol. The name of their song was Chitu, which is the horse of Lv Bu. Basically Chitu was just a great super capable horse and that’s why it was so famous lol. Yang Kai was trying to compare their battle to the Three Kingdoms lmao. Kenken was Zhuge Liang, Ibuki was Cao Cao (LMAO), and Chitu Ma was a Ferrari lol. Not gonna lie though, the stories in Three Kingdoms are pretty iconic lol.
- In terms of the performances, I liked them both! I think that Team Ibuki’s performance was very fun in the sense that it was like a story. I don’t think songs like that are popular dance songs, so I really liked seeing how they choreographed the dance and I felt that it was done in a very creative and fun way. I think where it may have fallen short was the cohesion. I like Poppin’C, but I wonder if it was difficult to fit him in because his skill set was so specific. As well, because all of the dancers were wearing different clothes, it was a bit difficult to see their synchronization during the group dance parts. For Team Yang Kai’s performance, it definitely was extremely hype. Whereas Team Ibuki wore different clothes, Team Yang Kai had a dress code so the cohesion was easy to see. But I feel like Team Yang Kai’s performance was being propped up by the fact that it had a very hype song, one that easy to dance to.
- Rochka continues to be the biggest fanboy of every single person on this show. I love him!!!
- Y’all have no idea how much I love hearing Boris speak Chinese. Yes, he has an accent, but he is also very easy to understand. You have no idea how difficult it is to find non-ethnic Chinese people who speak Chinese this fluently. Iunno, he just makes Mandarin seem so much more approachable. Boris said that he’d been in China for 7 years so it makes sense that he feels so confident speaking. A lot of people who are learning languages have to get over that hump where they stop feeling embarrassed about their accent because they have to go out and live their life and buy groceries and go to the doctor and stuff and it’s really interesting to hear Boris expressing himself.
- Henry feeling so pressured when he had to choose which team to pick lmao.
- Yixing went “We’re looking at you because you’re cute!” So bold, Yixing XD
- And Henry went “I feel pressured because you guys are handsome.” XD Two can play at that.
- Then Han Geng went “Henry’s Chinese is so good now!” XD My mom says that to me when I make a good joke in Chinese.
- Yixing has to talk behind his clipboard because he’s so nervous lmfao.
- So the rule is that one judge gets two votes for each matchup. In addition to that, that judge has to cut three members, two to enter a battle and one to be eliminated immediately, not including the captain.
- Ibuki was so upset when she returned to her seat :(
- Ye Yin had his team draw out their feelings as they listened to their assigned song. I thought it was a bit gimmicky, but this visual is cute.
- I thought Team Ye Yin’s performance was cool considering this was a song that would be difficult to choreograph for. I was surprised with how the incorporated breaking and locking elements, as there are breaking and locking experts on their team. But overall I thought the choreography was so nice. It told a story, and it suited the vibe of the song. Props to Bunta for the awesome choreography.
- Han Geng said that their performance reminded him of his youth, and then Henry said that he felt the same, that the performance reminded him of Geng-ge. He was like “ge, do you remember?“ and Geng-ge was like of course! Han Geng said he remembered their romantic days X’D So unnecessary. At one point the director was like did Han Geng and Henry used to have their arms around each other’s shoulders? And both of them were like uhh yeah all the time dude.
- George was asked about his rivalry with C-Lil because they keep getting stuck together lol. Apparently C-Lil became a tea enthusiast which was cute.
- Yuwan clapping his hands while his arms around C-Lil :3
- Team Liangliang’s performance was cut because apparently it was not very good, and the editors cut it out to prevent them from getting haters. I think Liangliang’s Sun Wukong headgear had obstructed his vision, and Yixing said that the performance wasn’t very in sync. A pity :(
- Gogo Brothers’ team is stack af.
- Gogo Brothers + Hilty & Bosch hotel room conference lol.
- AC went for a waacking + krump combo which is cool! Their performance was extremely aesthetically pleasing. Even though the fire power is perhaps less explosive, they worked together as a team very well. I definitely thought the waacking and the krump complemented each other very well.
- AC bought snail noodles for his team members, and apparently it’s one of those very polarizing foods, but Chika really liked it haha.
- Ohh, you know this is gonna be good.
- Team Gogo Brothers’ performance was good, but at the same time...there wasn’t anything new about it? Since there were five lockers on the, most of the performance was going to be high quality locking, but at the same time, the locking kind of overshadowed any attempt to try anything new. It was still good though, I just felt that it had limitations compared to AC’s performance that did something new with combining styles, both in terms of dance and aesthetics (costumes).
- Love to see the baby smile v.v
- Lmao Xiao Jie said that Xiaohai was the good luck charm of their team XD His good luck charm name is Jr. Baby, aka Haibaobao lol
- Yibo and Yixing voted for Gogo Brothers, and Han Geng voted for AC, so Henry, who had two votes, had the final say in who would win this battle. Then we got the theatrics where Han Geng, Yibo, and Yixing went into the audience because their job was done lol.
- Then Henry was like “ge~~~~ didn’t you say you would take care of me?” And Han Geng’s like, I’m letting you have the SDOC experience bro.
- Even though we all know it’s a joke, Han Geng is still so caring and affectionate lol.
- Anyway, after all that shenaniganery, what Henry said was right. It feels so tough eliminating any single member of the team, because it was all of them who helped deliver such a beautiful performance. I know AC had a tough time going up against Gogo brothers but dammit I actually super loved their performance. So cruel!!!!!
- Han Geng felt bad because Auju had said he wanted to be in a solo battle in the 3 vs 3 challenge, but he was put in the 5 vs. 5 battle and then this group performance, so Han Geng wanted to let him have the stage to perform his best. I thought it was a nice gesture, to let him have the stage to show off in the way he was most confident with, to let himself show himself at his best.
- Then Henry was like “what if we had Auju AND Yixing????”
- And then Boi Marble joined!!! Krumptastic
- Yixing said that even though krumpers look really fierce, that aside from the krump, all of them are lil cuties uwu.
- Team Nelson having fun with Hanfu was so cute! :D Sometimes with the non-Chinese contestants, I worry that they find the Chinese culture stuff tedious, because SDOC does try to fit as much culture in. So I’m glad to see that they’re at least finding a way to have fun. I wish I had such pretty hanfu to dress up in v.v
- I’ll be honest though, I don’t think Nelson’s team was very synchronized. He had a lot of very good individual dancers (Bouboo, Zyko, Lil Kev, that firepower is undeniable), but there were parts when I felt like all of the dancers were doing their own thing. Maybe the choreography was too subtle, or maybe the dancers themselves had slightly different rhythms.
- Acky-san giving red pockets to his team, but instead of money, he wrote them letters in different languages T_T
- A full popping team is risky move, but it paid off. Everybody was popping so everybody was dancing to their strength. Compare that to some of the other teams, where there were some dancers who clearly were lagging because they were dancing to a style they were very comfortable with. In addition, the visual style of the performance was fresh and fun. Their costumes were very wacky and fun to look at, and their performance exuded the kind of fun vibes where you felt like you wanted to join them.
- Out of the captains who’d lost their challenges, they would have to battle each other in a round robin style tournament. First place would get to keep two of their "pending” members, and second place would get to keep one.
- Yixing got up SO FAST when Tell Me started playing. I didn’t know this song before so I looked it up and it is a bop haha.
- Yixing dancing along uwu I don’t know the name of this song but it was the second song in the Ibuki vs. Liangliang battle.
- AC vs. Ibuki dancing to It’s Raining Men was A LOT of fun, particularly because everybody including the spectators knew the song haha.
- The first place winner was Nelson who was able to save Tengzai and Lil Kev and the second place winner was AC who could only choose one person to save, and AC chose Fanfan.
- Ma Xiaolong and Huang Xiao comforting Ibuki because she couldn’t save her team members :(
- Ahh I’m going to miss Yuri because she was so cute and fun. AC apologized for not being able to save her :( Gonna miss u bb ;(
- I liked Latrice too T_T Hated to see her go :(
- Brats playing with the microphones. They basically disassembled their standing microphones and waved the part around even after Han Geng already told Yibo not to lmao.
- So this section was supposed to be the captains’ opportunity to tell the dancers what kind of team they were looking to put together. Yixing was so surprised because Han Geng and Yibo had very simple and short statements (though it took a while for Han Geng to get to his point), because the boy deadass prepared a speech. Of course he did.
- Yang Kai said that his speech sounded like a motivational speech from a boss at work. That’s exactly what it is.
- Apparently Henry also prepared a speech XD
- So from what I understand, the captains will recruit a team that they think represents their style. Afterwards, the dancers who have not been chosen will get to choose their team based on which captain’s style they like. I think that’s how it works, we’ll see if I’m right lol.
- Henry trying to gleam information X3 Yibo just deals with the pressure by smiling and shaking his head. Dare I say this is the first time I’ve seen Yibo look shy??????? It’s cuuuute.
- Since the cubicles don’t have ceilings, Henry was like someone could be watching me!
- Nosy housecat in training
- Yibo and Henry and Han Geng were playing mind games being like “oh, you picked Poppin’C? And Yixing fell for the trick ^^;; Luckily he was not allowed to change his answer so at least he’s not going to make a change he regrets lol.
- All of the dancers Yixing picked were not picked by anyone else so he was quite lucky.
- Han Geng had three of his choices matching with Henry or Yibo.
- Henry has no idea how to recruit dancers so he just ends up singing love songs. Of course.
- Zyko’s loyal dude XD I can see why Han Geng is a safe choice though. Han Geng is low on the theatrics, so if I was a low key guy like Zyko, I’d probably feel less pressure being on his team. I could just focus on dance and not on entertaining the cameras.
- I can see why Nelson would go with Yibo. Yibo is quiet but he’s serious and focused and more importantly they both confirmed that they are competitors.
- Henry and Han Geng both chose Ibuki. Here Han Geng is patiently waiting/spying while Ibuki and Henry have their interview.
- Then he was offered a ladder and Geng-ge became the biggest gremlin lmao.
- Yixing the good little helper.
- C U T I E
- When Han Geng was having his interview with Ibuki, he locked the ladder in his own room and kept the key. Then he stole the keys from all the other rooms and gave them to Henry XD Actual troll-ge.
- Ibuki chose Han Geng in the end.
- So all of the people Henry chose picked other captains. This frame lmfao.
- I think last season Yixing had tons of trouble recruiting dancers to his team. In the hotpot preview he said he was super lax about this year and it worked in his favour.

Ok, second Request bc I thought about smth else
MATCHING COSTUMES WITH THE MONKIES
Like angel and demon, Fluttershy and Discord (I'm sorry Idk any mainstream couples 😭), smth like that
Also bonus Reader is super excited for this and has a smile from ear to ear
Couples costumes for Halloween🥰🥰🥰
(Lmk Wukong) Your Victor and Emily from the corspe bride🤩 it would be so cute for the both of you🥰. Seeing Wukong in a tuxedo would be a rare sight to see, but he would be more than happy to see you in a wedding dress, even though you're supposed to be undead. He loves how whimsical and mysterious you look and hopes to get a few pictures in especially of your beautiful smile.
(MKR Wukong) SWEENEY TODD AND MS LOVETT EVERYBODY!!!!!! Because he can be deadly also, when is that guy not scowling or in a very bad mood🤣🤣🤣. Although Wukong hates how old the costume makes him look, when he saw the costume you were wearing and your smile. It makes him get use to his dumb costume because it's worth it to see you happy. You also make a lovely ms Lovett with you dark and sunny disposition It's quite the oxymoron🤭🤭🤭🤭
(HIB Wukong) Well you both went for a classic look, and that's Frankenstein and his bride. I feel like he has the head shape for it, and considering his appearance problems it would fit him pretty well. Although you found him to be very handsome in his costume and gave him lots of kisses for reinsurance. Wukong loved your costume as well you were honestly cute in it.
(NR Wukong) I can't think of a better couple's costume for you both then Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsson From Grease😆😆😆. The leather makes him slightly uncomfortable but good thing he only has to wear it for tonight, also he gets to cat call you and your pretty little costume. He can also get used to you calling him stud all night long😉🥰
(Netflix Wukong) Man for him it was hard to decide but finally I got it! For Halloween, you both went as COSMO AND WANDA!!!! Wukong would make a good Cosmo because he may be goofy and not that bright sometimes, but he has such a good heart on him, and you love him so much for that quality of his. You're a good Wanda because dispite everything, you can't see yourself without him in your life. Your two halves of a whole idiot🥰🥰🥰
(BMW Wukong) Brick and Blossom, together your brain and he's brawn. He's rough around the edges and has never pulled a punch in a fight, but their was never a time where you weren't able to outsmart him. Then attack him with kisses, he would be lying if he said that he hates it, and would rather give up his immortality than ever admit that he sometimes loses on purpose, knowing that this is the result🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
(Destined one) Well This is a given the couples costume you both had for Halloween is................PUCCA AND GARU!!!!🤣 as I said before he's silent as a mouse and your always smiling in some way so it was perfect for you two, also can you imagine him with Garu's pigtails It's gonna Be too funny...Love🤣🥰

“You know I get that Sandy couldn't figure out the giant puppet in time, but I'm not sure if the 'posion ivy' look really works for The Plant.” Red Son tugged at the neckline of the green bodysuit peering at himself in the full length mirror. He would be more perturbed if the 'poison ivy look' wasn’t exactly what Tang was going for when he'd presented the garb to Red Son. The skintight unitard was the same shade of vibrant green as they'd used on the plant puppets stem, with the lighter yellow green of the bulb on his sternum and shoulders for symmetry, vine patterns and leaves had been hastily yet sturdily stitched up and down the costume to make it look more plant like, and unfortunately, due to the tightness, and the 'strategic vine patterns which would make the best shadows against the lightning and has nothing to do with muscle emphasis don't be ridiculous Red' it didn't leave much to the imagination.
They weren't at tech week just yet, but it was looming overhead and he'd have to get comfortable with wearing the outfit underneath the more standard black hoodie and dark jeans required for an actor working a puppet for the small and medium Audrey II's. After they came up with a way to spare Sandy's sanity on the biggest puppet the idea would be that when the plant first starts speaking he'd be in a proper puppeteer's outfit, then when it gets bigger after killing the dentist he'd take his hair down and unzip the hoodie and roll up the sleeves to show a bit of green, and then at the end show up in full costume, move about freely since the only thing the giant puppet could do was open its mouth enough to make it look like it could swallow Audrey (some college girl who really needed the experience as Mei was needed on tech crew exclusively to make this whole thing work, Red Son had offered to be the one fully on tech crew this production but Mei insisted) whole.
“I compliments your hair!” MK speaks up from his own costume inspection, his was far simpler, just some meek nerd stereotype looking number, a pair of fake square glasses perched on his nose, and hair combed back all neat and perfect. “I think you look nice!” Red Son turned away, but it wasn't any use, granted MK could definitely still see his growing fluster in the reflection of the mirror.
“You look like if someone put Tang and Wukong in a blender and put whatever came out in an ugly sweatervest.”
MK let out a huff “Red, don't be mean.”
“I never said you don't look good, if you interpreted that as an insult that's your problem... Though I was insulting that sweatervest, it's hideous.” He leaned in to properly examine himself from up close, Wukong had said it might be a smart move to employ some 'extra effects' to really make the look stand out, and in a morbidly amused way he wondered how his parents would react if they found out he'd decided he actually was fond of this place and these plays by showing up on stage in like... green lipstick and fake fangs or something.
He was wondering if he'd even have time to get home and pack his bags or if he'd have to be packed up before opening night when MK's arms sliding around his waist caught him off guard.
“You're a real asshole you know that?” his breath was hot against Red Son's neck, sending a shudder up his spine.
“We wouldn't be fucking if you weren't into it.” MK hummed in response, saying something that sounded like 'fair enough' before pressing his mouth to Red Son's neck, effectively ending the conversation there.
Red Son hummed and lifted a hand to press against MK's head, the other resting on one of his arms around Red Son's waist.
“Careful, if either of these costumes get messed up it'll be our heads.” he found himself lightly jabbing. MK didn't seem to pick up his amusement though, because he hummed against his neck and otherwise stopped his ministrations.
“Yeah we should probably get out of them...” he agreed, and THAT was what made Red Son's face fully flush. That... was not what he was suggesting.
But now the gauntlet was thrown down, and Red Son was helpless but to pick it up.
That hideous sweatervest went first, then the undershirt, then Red Son struggled out of the top half of the unitard, the sleeves and collar hanging around his hips when they reconnected. MK was backed into the counter before the long mirror and hopped up to sit on the ledge, his legs wrapped around Red Son's hips and for once his hair was soft to the touch, though the fake glasses pressed wierdly against his face, Red Son refused to pull away even if it was just to take them off.
Red Son bit down gently on MK's lower lip, just enough to draw a thin whine from him and let his hands wander across the exposed chest infront of him. MK kept his arms around Red Son's shoulders, though every so often he'd feel one of the hands splay across his back and try to somehow get them even closer together.
MK's legs tightened around his hips, grinding them together with a sharp motion, Red Son groaned lowly and felt MK's grip on his shoulders tighten, nails starting to dig in-
The unlocked door opened with a click that went off like a gunshot
“Alright boys, any concerns about the outfi-” Tang, of course it was Tang, who else would walk right into a dressing room uncaring of any changing that may be in progress because his brain is all full of fabrics and measurements?
His normally 'disinterested and unflappable' resting face was gone for once, though the only slightly surprised look it was replaced with implied this was neither the first time he'd caught two actors fooling around in the dressing room nor did he expect it to be the last.
“Well they must be uncomfortable if you're both so quick to be rid of them.” he snorted at his own joke before waving a hand “Get your street clothes on and I won't tell anyone. We're still in Pigsy's time increment for the bet, so if you guys can wait until next week to try again I'll appreciate it.”
And really was there anything to do then beyond do as instructed?
“Oh and Red Son?”
“Y...yes?”
“If I see a single leaf torn off of that costume I will not. be. happy.”
Apparently Tang was once their go-to actor for villains, and in that moment Red Son could understand why.

Blake’s first sunrise..
Blake tossed and turned in her sleep. Sweat dripped from her skin as memories of the events of this summer came back with a vengeance. Yang went missing, the fight with Atlas, the world literally hanging on their shoulders...and then she saw Adam again, the hatred and disgust on his scarred face...his sword striking down towards Yang.
“No!” She shouted in the dark. Her body jolting up from her bed. With heavy breaths, and tears welling up in her eyes. It was a dream she realized. No a nightmare. She’s been getting those a lot lately.
Wrapping her arms around herself Blake suddenly discovered her sleeping partner was not beside her. With panic the daughter of Poseidon turned around and grabbed the covers of the neatly made side only to pause to see a note.
Confused Blake picked up the scrap of paper and turned it over.
“Morning Tuna-Brain,
Don’t start panicking ok? I had to go do an errand....yeah I know at 5:00 am in the morning.
Just trust me ok?
Wise Girl
PS. I have a special treat for you after breakfast...I promise it’s not just fish lol. “
Blake smiled softly, her heart rate steadily going back to normal. She scooted close to the edge and got out of bed. She was up she might as well take a walk to calm herself. Right?
Blake tilted her head a bit to see her desk cleaned up with all the books she brought to camp neatly stacked and one particular book with a sticky note on top reading, “Really?”
She reddened at the same curvy handwriting she saw earlier.
Well at least it was Yang and not Ruby...
Blake sighed while putting on her dark jean shorts and a purple jacket over her camp tank-top. The daughter of Athena was going to tease her about that book for the rest of her life. Yang has a photographic memory she can see one object and it’s stuck in her big head for eternity. Same thing when she hears a conversation or gossip.
When she was finally done getting dressed. Blake patted her pockets to check for her pen and smiled once feeling the familiar bump. She made her way to the mirror to brush her hair and paused once she saw a sliver grey streak on her front bang. Her eyes darted down, her heart skipped a beat.
“Stop thinking of that Belladonna!” She growled, surprised by her own tone of voice.
Blake made her way to her cabin door and opened it wide only to spot a tall young woman on the stairs.
The woman was wearing dark jeans that were ripped, dark red doc martins, a black leather jacket with golden trimmings over a orange camp shirt and a red sash around her waist.
“Um...” Blake started.
The young woman turned around and Blake noticed her facial features. Her hair was fire red in a high ponytail with a undercut. She had bright green eyes with a tinge of blue in the middle...like a stormy sky ready to strike down lightning. Her lips were full and was giving her a smile, and last but not least the golden headpiece around her head.
All in all the woman looked like a goddess if Blake was being honest. Thankfully she remembered meeting her during the quest.
“Pyrrha right?” She asked
“Oh good you remembered me!” She smiled brightly and stood up. “I was hoping you would! Yang asked me to keep guard while she does her thing so...here I am heh.”
Pyrrha Nikos was awkward, really awkward. Like she was trying to think of anything to talk about. It was rather adorable...wait.
“I thought you left with the other Huntresses?”
Pyrrha sighed. “I stepped down...well I decided to stay at camp. I mean Yang is here, and I want to look for my sister.“ She was looking down at her boots her lips downward and brows together. “Don’t get me wrong I loved being a huntress but, I’m needed here. I feel it was my destiny to stay here.”
Blake blinked at the girl. She realized Pyrrha was only a teenager like the rest of them. In fact Yang told her she was only a year older than her by two months. She was just tall...which frankly Blake was jealous of. She might have to start wearing platforms to get to Pyrrha’s height.
“I-Is that a problem?” The daughter of Zeus asked with uncertainty.
“No!” Blake reassured. “Uh, would you like to walk with me? It’s still dark and..”
“Sure!”
Blake smiled weakly and began to walk next to the other demigod. It was silent but not as awkward as before. She got to see Camp Half-Blood in a more calmer environment. It was pretty to say the least. She sighed in relief, there were no monsters or any danger and for once she felt blessed by to gods for that.
They continued to walk until Blake noticed a huge gathering at cabin number seven, Apollo cabin. Her eyes then zoomed in and saw a familiar demigod yawning loudly while leaning against a short half naked young man with sandy blonde hair, a pair of teal runners shorts and his camp necklace. Sun Wukong was his name and the counselor for the cabin.
She felt upset all of a sudden, but Pyrrha put her hand on her shoulder and smiled down at her. “Don’t worry Blake, nothing would ever happen between those two. Besides that boy has nothing compare to you, miss hero.”
Blake chuckled at that and felt a little more confident as the two walked over to the cabin. She noticed Yang was wearing her cut-off jean shorts, a pair of purple flip flops and a black hoodie that looked too big for her. It looked familiar like the one Blake thought she lost.
Wait...
“That’s my hoodie.” Blake blurted out for everyone to stop chatting and to look up at her.
Yang who’s hair was loose with her grey streaked bang falling over her widened silverish purple eyes, blushed. She quickly pushed Sun to the ground and shot straight up from the bench she was sitting on.
“Blake! I-I thought you were sleeping..”
Blake raised a brow at Yang’s lame excuse. “I mean I was until I realized my sleeping partner was gone.”
Everyone gasped and turned to Yang. Ruby who was laying on Yang’s lap before was now on the ground with a mischievous look in her bright silver eyes.
“And why was Wise Girl in your cabin?” Sun asked with a smirk on his face. His blue eyes twinkling with mirth.
“None of your business Arrowhead, and don’t call her that. Only I get too.” Blake said with annoyance.
“Ok, Ok I’ll stop!” Sun said while putting his hands up in defeat. “Anyway it’s fifteen minutes before dad rises...want to join us. It’s kinda a requirement for his kids...and legacies.”
“Is that why you’re here Yang?” Pyrrha asked. Who Blake just realized was still next to her.
“Yeah...it was before I met Blake...when I was eleven I got punished for skipping on gramp’s sunrise all the time.” Yang began, her hand rubbing the back of her head as she smiled cutely. “So...basically he put the sun right in front of Athena cabin and...I got shunned for a month from my other siblings and Mom because of it..”
“His ego must be big.” Blake deadpanned at the thought of Apollo doing that with a manic grin on his face.
“Yeah Dad is...narcissistic.” Sun sweated a bit. “Ya get used to it.”
“At least he doesn’t put his children in a stupid hotel.” The daughter of Hades interjected as she stepped out of the shadows. Scaring half of the children of Apollo.
“You really have to stop doing that Ice Queen...” Sun sighed at the girl with dyed hair who was wearing a dark blue jacket and black pants.
Weiss merely rolled her eyes and sat down next to him and Yang with her knees up. Her eyes looking up at Blake with curiosity and embarrassment.
Ruby who got up and grabbed both Blake and and Pyrrha was restless. “When is grampa coming up? I want to get back to my cabin.”
“Five more minutes..” Sun stated.
Blake was now next to Yang and Pyrrha she was already tried of all this waiting. She leaned her head on Yang’s shoulder, the girl before her suddenly stilled by the action. Blake opened her eyes to look up at her.
“Sorry..is this ok?”
Yang’s voice cracked. “Y-Yeah it’s fine...I don’t mind.”
Blake felt warm at Yang’s voice, she felt safe. “I had a nightmare earlier..” she whispered softly.
“What about?”
“Everything that’s happened with Atlas and Adam...”
She felt Yang put an arm over her shoulder and pulled her closer. Pressing her lips against the crown of Blake’s head right above her grey streaked bang.
“I’ve had nightmares of him too...” Yang revealed to Blake. Her golden hair framing her face beautifully and that one strayed grey lock falling over her right eye.
“ALRIGHT TEN SECONDS!” Sun yelled as everyone began to countdown the sunrise.
10
Yang pulled away from Blake and reached behind her.
9
Blake watched curiously as she heard rustling from behind and zippers.
8
“Close your eyes Blake!” Yang whispered excitedly.
7
Blake looked at Yang with a raised brow.
6
“Trust me! Come on.”
5
Blake closed her eyes.
4
She suddenly smelled a fruity scent nearby. It wasn’t Yang’s typical strawberry shampoo. No it was...baked.
3
“Alright open your eyes Tuna-Brain!”
2
Her eyes opened and was met with a small purple cupcake and a lit candle. Blake could see the sun coming out behind Yang and her hair glowed with it, the streak of her front bang almost silver. It was the most beautiful picture Blake had ever witnessed.
1
“Happy Birthday! Blake...”
0
Blake blew out the candle and everyone cheered as the sun came up. Yang smiled before putting the cupcake away to hug her and kiss her on the cheek.
The daughter of Poseidon knew she was never going to forget this. Especially not because of Apollo.

Shouting In Cafes: Chapter Eleven
Allies And Betrayals
Neptune’s roommate has been appraised of the situation, for better or for worse. Currently, Neptune is going with worse.

“I thought Jaune was turning into your psychiatrist, why am I the one doing this?” Scarlet complained as he dipped his brush in the nail polish and painted on another layer. Bright sky blue. Like Sun’s eyes. Nope, don’t think about that. “Shouldn't you get an actual psychiatrist?”
“Yeah, well,” Neptune sighed. He propped up his head on one fist, spreading the other out before him as his roommate painted on the color across Neptune’s nails. “You know I’m broke as hell. And Jaune is at his sister’s this weekend.
“Nice to know I’m the fallback plan.”
“And you like drama.”
“That’s fair.”
It had been three days since the Sun Incident and two days since Neptune last went to work. Also two days since Neptune had left his dorm. Two days since he had cleaned said dorm, and the place was an utter wreck. Food containers everywhere, papers scattered across his bed, clothes all over the floor.
“Scarlet, tell me to clean my room.”
He paused mid brush stroke. “Why?”
“Look around you! It’s disgusting. And you’re my roommate, isn’t it your job to yell at me about this stuff?”
“It is, thank you for acknowledging that, but it’s not my room, so your room is fine.”
“No, it’s not!”
“You have one empty water bottle on your desk, and one pair of pants on your floor. Believe me, this is nothing. You should see Sage’s room.”
“I need to get outside.”
“Wasn’t this how we started this talk?” Scarlet asked knowingly, his accent catching on the words and lilting them slightly.
Oh right. That’s why Neptune was holed up inside.
He lived every waking moment in fear of seeing Sun. After the disaster that was the re-meeting and planning the possible hang out session, Neptune hadn’t heard anything from him, and somehow that was worse.
He could be tackled the second he left this room. Sun could flood his phone with texts in the middle of class. He could pop out of nowhere, take his hand, claim they were going to get matching tattoos, and shove him into a car.
Sun Wukong was easily the most chaotic maybe-friend that Neptune had ever had. And he was nowhere near prepared.
“Oh, yeah,” Caesar continued. “I actually just remembered that I never need to leave this place again.”
“Neptune, this isn’t how you make friends.”
“Oh not you, too. Please don’t tell me Jaune has gotten you involved in his little crusade,” Neptune groaned rolling his eyes.
“Maybe he has, maybe he hasn’t. Who’s to say. This still isn’t the right way to go about being friends with this guy.”
“Yeah, well, not fulfilling texting promises isn’t a way to make friends either!” Nptune pouted. Not that he wanted to be friends with Sun. It was just the principal of the thing. Yeah that was it. Scarlet didn’t look convinced.
“He’s probably just loving the idea of catching me at just the wrong moment. Like, when I’m on a date with someone he’ll blow up my phone with kissy emojis. Or if I’m in the library, he’ll find me and just tackle me into a bookshelf.”
“You’ve been thinking a lot about this.” Scarlet smirked, his tattoo wrinkling around his eye.
Oh god not him, too. “It’s not like that, man. I keep telling Jaune it’s not like that, and I swear to God it’s not like that.”
“Okay, okay, okay. Sure. Other hand.”
Neptune sat up straight, taking back his freshly painted hand and offering up the other one for Scarlet. His roommate shook the bottle with a little too much aggression. “Neptune. You promised Jaune you would make some friends. Do it for Jaune.”
Neptune winced. Now Scarlet and Jaune were communicating. His life would never know peace after this moment. “Jaune isn’t even here. You don’t get to use him as a tool to guilt me.”
“I had to.”
“Yeah I’m sure you did. He’s just… A lot.”
“He’s nice.”
“You’ve never met him! And he’s loud.”
“Passionate.”
“He wears really bad T-shirts.”
“Now that is unforgivable.”
“And why hasn’t he texted me? I don’t even think he likes me.”
Scarlet froze in the act of brushing paint onto one of Neptune’s nails. “You’re worried about him? And you’re worried that he doesn’t like you?!” Scarlet’s smile was an evil smile. Curse him. “You’re blushing.”
Neptune flushed. “No I’m not! And I don’t care if he likes me! Because I don’t like him!”
“Yes, you do! You definitely do!”
“Scarlet!”
“A beautiful relationship is beginning, I can tell.”
“You’re worse than Jaune.”
“Hey!” Scarlet swatted his shoulder without much force, then tossed his head to get his hair out of his eyes. “Fine, fine. I’ll lay off. Why don’t you just text him first?”
“We’re not having this conversation. This isn’t fucking highschool, dude.”
“You’re the one being a little bitch about it, Neptune! Just be a man and text your potential boyfriend!”
“He’s not my boyfriend!”
Scarlet swatted at his shoulder a couple more times. “You’re so immature! Fine. If you won’t text him, I will.” With that, Scarlet leaned across Neptune and started grabbing for his phone.
It took Neptune a few seconds to realize what was happening as Scarlet searched the bed behind him without any hint of grace or subtlety. As soon as he let out a small “Ah ha!” Neptune’s eyes went impossibly wide and he yelped and shot towards Scarlet’s hand.
Just as his fingers were about to touch the sheets and his phone, Scarlet said, “Your nails are still wet!” A diversion tactic.
But it worked. Because Neptune immediately drew back as if he had just touched an open flame.
His roommate held his prize over his head, smirking slyly and staring straight into Neptune’s eyes. Neptune was busy holding his hands awkwardly in the air in front of him to prevent his nails from touching anything.
“I know you don’t believe me, but I will kill you.” Scarlet raised one eyebrow, clearly doubtful. “I swear to God, I will take one of your shitty pirate swords, and I will kill you. I’ll do it. I know where you sleep.”
“First off, no you won’t. Second, my cutlasses are incredible and how dare you insult them.”
“I will kill you. And no, they’re lame.”
“They are not, but whatever,” Scarlet brushed off, settling against the pillows to type. ‘Sun,’” Scarlet started, his nails clicking on the screen. “No. Too impersonal. Needs a nickname for your man. Sunny. No wait.” A wicked smile spread across his face. “Sunshine.”
At this point, Neptune leapt forward again, arms swinging wildly, but Scarlet darted off the bed and out of the way. “Hi!’” Scarlet continued, reading stiltedly as he typed. “I just wanted to text you about when we were hanging out because I was getting super worried L-M-A-O.”
“Scarlet! I’m going to murder you!”
“Don’t jerk around so much. You’re going to make the polish fall over.”
Neptune risked a glance down and saw the open blue nail polish tilting dangerously from side to side. He snatched it up, screwed the top on securely, and set it on the floor. This, of course, only gave Scarlet more time to type.
“We can do whatever you want, exclamation point winky face. Whatever you want.” He paused. “I added like five A’s to that ‘whatever,’ by the way.”
“Scarlet!” Neptune went to tackle him again, but he stuck out a hand and planted it on his forehead like an older sibling.
“Get back A-S-A-P. Your bestie, Neptune. Okay, I sent it.” Scarlet released his head and Neptune’s momentum carried him down onto the bed sheets. Scarlet’s laugh sounded borderline demonic when muffled by all the blankets. Full Bond supervillain.
“What the fuck, dude?!” Neptune exclaimed, pushing himself up out of the blankets.
“Nothing was getting done,” Scarlet shrugged, looking thoroughly unbothered. “You can thank me later. Here’s your phone.”
Just as Scarlet tossed Neptune his phone, it vibrated. Neptune tried to shake off his irritation, furiously tamped down his excitement at Sun responding, and pressed his phone up to his face. His stupid glasses had fallen off in the struggle, and the stupid tiny words were too tiny.
Monkey King: yeah sure dude im down!!! i have a great idea for what we can do
Monkey King: meet me outside your dorm in an hour bring ur phone its imporant
Monkey King: *important
Monkey King: nicknames are a go btw?? hell yea boi!!!!!
“He doesn’t have autocorrect turned on,” Neptune said numbly. He was in shock.
“Who the hell does?” Scarlet asked from over his shoulder.
“I do.” Neptune glanced at him before elbowing him away. “Don’t read my texts, man!”
Scarlet crossed his arms. “Hey, I sent the messages. I should at least get to read the response.”
“I didn’t ask you to text him in the first place!”
“Well, at least I got things moving. If I’d left it up to you, nothing would have ever happened. You would have just languished in here until I’d have to call the RA’s to drag your body away.”
“Holy shit,” Neptune nearly dropped his phone, a look of horror spreading across his face.
“What?” Scarlet stopped negging him for once. “What’s wrong?”
“I only have an hour to get dressed!”
“Oh shit.”
