For the past month, I've been running a bracket to determine which TOS episode is best, but how about which one is worst? I'm not gonna do a whole bracket for that, so let's do a single poll instead. The choices are based on how badly the episode lost in Round 1 or 2 of "Which episode is best." Any episode that won a round is not included as it is at least better than one episode.

I need to express an intense feeling that people may disagree with. I fucking HATE. Raising Gazorpazorp. It’s in my top 3 least favorite episodes. I always skip it even when im doing a non-casual rewatch. I just cant watch it. I’m sorry if this is insane but i need to confess. I just hate it so much.

Absolutely bonkers that there's an episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine where Jake Peralta gets someone deported, whilst knowing it's a really delicate situation involving an adopted and traumatised child. Yet we're still supposed to root for him? The only person to get annoyed (Boyle) forgives him after one conversation and that's just the end of it?!

Bluey "Fairytale" Fix Fic
Chilli: Bandit, I've met you when we were adults. I didn't meet you when we were kids in the 80s. (chuckles) What are you talking about?
Bandit: I remember it clearly.
Bluey: This is a real pickle.
Bingo: Yes. A real pickle.
Bluey: Dad, did everyone else in your family remember, "the curse"?
Bandit: Now that I think about it, no. Uncle Stripe doesn't remember. Uncle Radley doesn't remember. Nana doesn't remember either.
Chilli: Bandit, if all your family members don't remember all that misfortunate happening to you, you're probably having false memories.
Bingo: Mum, what are false memories?
Chilli: Well, you're too young for me to explain to you. When you're older I'll tell ya.
Bluey: That makes sense! I know Nana can get really mad, but she's not that mean.
Bingo picked up a Febreze bottle. Chilli snatched it from her hands.
Chilli: Don't touch that honey it's germy- hey, I don't remember it being spelled with one "e".
Bandit: Me neither. Wow, I guess I was having false memories.

Good evening everybody. Admin here; I have an extremely important announcement to make. I am currently in the process of surgically altering one of the absolute worst episodes in the Thomas franchise. F.Y.I: if you’ve already thought of one, think even worse and Model Era. If you’ve already guessed it, then good for you. If not, keep guessing.
I’m taking on the biggest challenge in my fanfic writing career and by doing so, I will prove that a great writer can make even the worst Model Era/HiT era episode into a surprisingly tolerable one. It’ll be out in a few days. Once it’s done, I’ll post the link on this blog so you may gaze upon its surgically altered appearance with awe. Until then, stay awesome!

It's kind of a shame that the "anti-filler" mentality has reached a point where a lot of writers (and fans) assume that if a show isnt constantly moving the plot forward and establishing lore, its basically filler and wasting space. Personally I think its good, if not necessary for a show to slow down and just have characters hang out, or deal with smaller conflicts.
It feels like a lot of stories just want to rush to the emotional scenes with barely any build up to really make it feel earned and satisfying. I've seen fans pester creators to rush the story along and reach the next big set piece rather than take the time to really know and appreciate the characters.
Why should I care about the emotional stakes in episode 2 when I barely know a character's likes and dislikes? how they handle conflict, their approach to relationships both platonic and romantic. etc,
