I noticed some people freaked out - not here that much - because of the "We're done" video (I didn't think it was a big deal, it was just a heads up for those waiting for a new video without listening to what they said in EBs, and they clearly wanted to prevent those from unsubscribing) like so much that I actually stumbled onto a video by Ethan Klein making a whole reaction to this video. In my opinion there wasn't really any reason to, everything they said there has been repeated multiple times in EBs. The most intriguing moment was certainly Link's disproportionately excited approval when Rhett said "they were done of needing approval to be who they are". And, indeed, this was a very Link!2023 thing of Rhett to say.

But my point is in Ethan’s stream they said some.... VERY interesting things. Without anonymity. And Ethan knows them personally. Listen what he says after 28:45. And of course there is all the “it is a joke” vibe but it doesn’t feel convincing at all. The things they said were both way too peculiar and particular for a joke.
