#Updates on this whole mess:#Im insured under my dad #he has Healthcare option 1 which is government provided since he is retired millitary and option 2 due to his new job #after his retirement option 1 went funky for me and changed things around meaning i was no longer able to be seen by my pcp #Im also unable to log in to any of my accounts for 1 so im not sure whats going on there and what plan of 1 i have specifically #so i switched to a new pcp which accepted option 2 (which was super hard to find) literally last week #made an appointment with her for next month so i can finally get answers about my funky blood test results #(which is still don't know what specifically is wrong with it! for all i know i could just have high cholesterol-#or i could have markers for rheumatoid arthritis instead of my prior fibromyalgia diagnosis!)#(i also do not get refils for my anxiety medication until i have an appointment with my new doctor)#crisis averted right? WRONG!#I just got a call from my Dad saying he is switching jobs so I am no longer insured under 2 #meaning...#1) i need to call option 1 and figure out how to get into my accounts and what my insurance is #2) check that this pcp acceprs said insurance #3) find yet another pcp if she doesnt and make an appointment for god knows when #and here is the kicker:#since option 1 is government and millitary based it is going to take FOREVER to get anything done #And Im not sure if they are going to want me to renew my millitary dependent ID or not #because that shit is EXPIRED and i was under the impression i can no longer renew it due to his retirement #but also in order to make any acoount with option 1 they require a benefits number which expires alongside the ID #Then on the other side of things i also have my wisdom teeth surgery to schedule (through my mom thank god)#and school starting again in a few weeks #going to defenestrate myself istg

I know that we got plenty of options as to how everything with the Ender King is going to go down, but a thought that has not left my mind was the idea of the Ender King downing qPhil in some way and taking him away. Which means there would be a chat message for all to see :)

Im just yapping but there is this fic on fimficton called Discord of Tomorrow that’s about s2 evil discord traveling forward in time right before he can be turned to stone to switch places with the version of himself (reformed discord) that exists when the elements of harmony are gone, so reformed discord gets stuck in the past and has had to snap away and hide the elements of harmony from the mane 6 so he can focus on trying to get back to the future without getting turned to stone, all while dealing with the moral dilemma of him realizing how easy it was to take the elements and how easy it would be to seriously just take Equestria over again vs being worried about what evil discord is currently doing to his friends in present time. It’s only like three chapters but I think the plot is so funny and the author didn’t even get to the part where evil discord is in the future and the mane 6 is trying to figure out wtf his problem is, thinking he has amnesia or something. I want to make a comic expanding on it so bad I’m like seriously obsessed with it I can’t stop thinking about it

#jabber #there is zero info on where to find the writer the fic is like 8 years old #I wish I could find the author so bad #drawing mlp Is like so easy that I’m getting comic hungry #the idea of past discord being like god past me was so stupid I could have permanently his the elements and #skipped that whole song and dance with the riddle and the labyrinth #. he like hides out in fluttershys cottage while the mane 6 are at twilights freaking out about how evil discord #got away and reformed discord snapping the elements off their necks #and he is messing around and wearing the elements around his torso going on about how easy it is to take them #I want to draw that specifically #then later flutter shy shows up at her cottage and is freaked to find him there but tries to fake nice with him to get him to stay so #the mane 6 have time to arrive but discord has to come to his senses and realize she’s not being sincere and feels bad so he leaves #ughhh #and then the fic was never updated again #I’m so close to taking the torch I can’t stop thinking about this #discord of tomorrow

Lineup of all of the characters that appear long enough to need a visual representation of them in the game lol

#I added a few people that you can randomly run into around town (like at the inn or in the forest or etc) and have very short conversations #with just to kind of flesh out the world a little more in a more natural-ish seeming way. Like nobody in the main cast would really #have much reason to talk about the actual city you're in or anything. Since most of them havent lived there that long anyway.#But if there's a ''city inspector'' that you can run into whilst he's writing up notes examining the local inn. then maybe there could be a #few dialogue options with him where you can ask about things like that. since he would know more about the area as an offical Government #Worker or etc. Optional of course. since I have to be so wary of my natural inclination to lore dump lol and am trying extra hard to make i #all stuff thats easily avoided/skipped. But for the people like ME who deliberately choose to exhaust every possible optional dialogue #option and explore every single inch of the world and try to collect as much information as possible - then there are a few extra places to #do that. Though obviously not all of them just give exposition for like 15 paragraphs blandly. Some you don't really learn anything from #and it's kind of just.. random flavor to make the non-shop map locations more ''lived in'' feeling. Like the random #little girl you can talk to in the park doesn't bizarrely start reading out the wikipedia description of some War that happened 10 years ag #or whatever. she's just complains about school a little and asks if you've tried the nearby ice cream cart treats and etc lol #ANYWAY..#some of the art is so so evil but I'm not going to spend 800 years trying to clean it up and update it. whatever the hell mess I sketched #out in 2018 or whatever is just what I'm keeping lol... it is what it is #One of the many trials of the whole 'briefly work a few months on something and then abandon it almost entirely only to pick up work #on it literally like 4 - 5 yrs later and now you must contend with trying to decipher whatever weird shit you did years ago' experience lol #Also given the population breakdowns of the world in general I think there's an unrealistic amount of jhevona in this lineup since #they're a much rarer species to just see out and about anywhere but.. it IS a global trading center type area. and the game #takes place in the north (the country of Asen. near the coast. for the maybe 2 or less people who actually keep up with my worldbuilding #enough to know where that is lol (the same continent as Navyete (where the avirre'thel live)) and there's a decent concentration #of nothern jhevona only a short ways away so... tee hee..I shall pretend it makes sense and not merely me just wanting #to represent more of that species because I think their lore is interesting lol #I MEAN also realistically there would NOT be a human here because humans are extremely isolated species that don't even know the rest #of the world exists really and human territories are extremely protected from the outside world but... of course it's like.. well we need #at least One of them to be there for the Optional Lore. Same with the Ythrili. But at least those are like.. PLAUSIBLE.. not nonsensically #outlandish. If I had a Verrucalt or something in there THEN that would be truly lore-breaking almost lol #ANYWAY.. rambling that only means anything to me because nobody else knows what I'm even referencing but hbjh #also I think my character designs are so funny in the sense that I really do just love to do the same thing over and over again ghbjh #wow... random asymmetry and belts and arm straps and high collars where the neck is completely covered?? you dont say..how novel

Remember Gem's beehive origin? It wasn't a bee origin, i think the text said it was a lot of bees holding together a form. But my headcanon, which i would've explored more if not for insectophobia, is that she's literally.. a hive. Like, the bees straight up makes home inside of her. That gave me an idea for an urban fantasy new life au, and the irony is that i literally wanted to do the same thing with origins smp, but i accidentally recreated kagepro and i was never the same person again. Either way, didn't go past the ideas stage on both things. I literally want an urban fantasy au so bad but kagepro is literally my only inspo for that 🤷‍♂️ so there's that

There's one weird page in chapter 3 where the coloring came out so weird, it looks like none of the other pages, and it drives me a little crazy. But, you know, whatever lol done is better than not-done. I have a huge buffer, I *really* should get to posting. I also want to get to posting bc (well, I want to, I like reading update comments more than you can know)...and bc I keep getting asks that have a few things that are quite literally in chapter 3, so I sit here looking at them, going (marge thinking sounds)

Well, here, have two unrelated statements that look amusing put together.

#there is also an omake comic paula did that goes before chapter 3 #so I really should just start posting lol #solivaga #I think my brain is slightly scarred by when I started posting my buffer last time I quite literally had a weird stalkernotquitestalker #situation pop up right when i'd started #and the whole mess after that ate thru my buffer #like wtf man lmao #here though for anyone reading the tags #I'm either going to cut some of the double pages up into singles or double (and a couple of triple) pages will be the only update for the #week they land on #do you prefer the single page pacing and two pages a week #or the doubled up pages for better pacing one post a week #bc I really like manga pacing where some actions are allowed to breathe #but those make poor single week updates #so I usually double them up together with their setup or payoff #it's the one true downside to webcomics #pacing generally demands every page has something very interesting on it #and i'm like dangit bobby no sometimes I just want a page of a character doing jazz hands
