long time no post; I have been struggling with art block which is super cool when you have commissions to finish. :') but here are some more dragons that have been completed in the past month while I go back to kicking my daemon to get their act together. ✦ charybdis - based off of charybdis featured in the epic, the odyssey, the other half of scylla and her sister, charybdis in my lore prevents others from entering eaeor easily. moreover, she is what keeps others from so easily leaving beyond the eldritch workings moving in and around eaeor's port and its waters. sometimes donning a mortal form and a bestial form beyond the whirlpool she forms constantly, she is known to devour those yalyna deems worthy of destroying. ✦ sopdet - still working my thoughts on sopdet in my lore, but she will probably be a harpy warrior within my harpy lands, featured in my elders tab. ✦ tsetseg - a harpy whose two heads speak portents of various futures, each head foretelling different outcomes, but never telling the one asking which is correct. two options are given, two sides of the same coin, a choice. perhaps they come to the same end? perhaps knowing may change it? or prove it. one cannot say, and tsetseg never will. she makes no promises on if one is satisfied with her tellings, only that they exist, and are but two strings found in a web. two paths in a forest, with many yet to go.

one head speaks almost only in song verse, while the other communicates mostly in riddles. ✦ grendel - grendel is a birthday boy! he is a bit unknown in my lore and I have yet to decide if he is a portent and monster, or if he is just a lonely orc, lol. could be both, it's always hard to tell. but he's pretty and gets those brown and greenssss. I don't have as many with this palette but he's cute and I love him.

I thought what if I would be a Monster Hunter monster? Gigginox was a great choice of mine. I love that they look like upside down salmon sushi! They HAVE To bring them back in wilds. I am tired of the Khezu! the Khezu is so awkward and nasty!

DAY 8 - YOUR SOFTEST DRAGON

He gets mail sometimes too! They never seem to sign it though.

It's not easy being the only mailman for the settlement, but Allure handles it pretty well! He can easily find the recipient if the sender leaves a scent trace.

UGH I cannot for the life of me make a decision on what to make her. She wears the genes so well on all of them. What do you guys think? Should I breed change her? Or leave her an Obbie?

Inconsequential grumbling about FR tundra art under the cut.

My custom progen is a tundra and I don't want to change that, but everything about male tundra dragon art seems inconsistent. Not just in the genes which affect their mane, but the exact location of their neck when wearing apparel seems to be a roulette. Is it all the floof? In the floof? Behind the floof? It makes giving Virrin scarves and armour really difficult, because it never lines up neatly with both his fur and other apparel.

Other people seem to prefer male tundra to females? I do not get this. I love female tundra. They look graceful yet fluffy. I should get more in my lair.

UR ENVIRONMENT ;

provide a safe space for ur femininity to flourish. this not only includes ur environment and what u surround urself with but WHO u surround urself with. its like trying to grow a delicate flower in an arctic tundra.

environments of scarcity and desperation destroy femininity so if u find urself in environments/situations like that then do whatever u need to do to get urself out of environments like that. instead what u should prioritize when creating an environment for ur femininity to thrive is comfort, luxury, beauty, abundance, glamor and PEACE.

DO YOUR HEALING WORK ;

do ur shadow work, journalling, meditation ALL OF THAT. do the necessary steps to heal and start ur healing journey if you haven't already. water urself so that u can grow like the beautiful flower you are. confront ur past and dont let ur past control ur future.

TAKE UR TIME ;

dont constrain urself and dont be in a rush all the time. luxury is the leisure to do what u want at ur own pace. dedicate time for relaxation and remind urself that theres no need to rush! ur in the race but you've already won ✨

CREATIVE OUTLETS ;

i found that my femininity was strengthened when i allowed myself to express and be creative. doing things like dancing, song writing, journalling, keeping a blog etc has just been so good for my girlyness as a whole.

CENSOR UR SOCIAL MEDIA INTAKE ;

dont consume that toxic alpha male content 💀, or content with "pick-me's", stay away especially from those videos where men and women go in front of a camera to be rated. like, thats the most brain rot shit u could do. be careful of what u consume and make sure that u dont over-consume social media.
