There were four people in mind that Theo wanted to share and spread the news with. His best friend, his sisters, and his brother, all of whom meant a great deal to Theo. So he wanted to tell them one by one, in person and he found himself at Jason's to let him know. "Hey," He said with a wide grin, "I come with lunch," he said and held up a bag of sandwiches. It was reminiscent of the time when Theo came to see Jason's camper for the first time, as the caught up then too.

"Hm, let me think about that," he paused, putting his fork down and stroked the facial he had been trying to grow out a bit. "As much as I adore have you as a brother, I don't think that'd be good for either of us," he said with a wink and a grin, showing Jason he was only kidding. "But I do appreciate the offer and honestly I'm not against the reminding, I don't mind being held accountable you know," he shrugged and picked up the fork again. Nodding as he speared a potato, "yeah. And exactly, I mean I don't know her that well. But I've seen her here and there. And I remember her and Delia and Tessa as kids." Eating some while listening he totally understood what Jason was saying, taking a deep breath, "easier said than done. But between everyone, I'm sure you guys will constantly remind me to slow down." Which he honestly didn't mind, at least not yet, though eventually he would probably find it irritating. "Isn't that what big brothers are for though? To bother their younger brothers?" He grinned and took a sip of his water, "I'm only teasing." In reality, he thought the Browning genes were good ones, as each of his siblings and kids were good looking people. Getting quiet, he looked down at his lap for a moment, nodding softly. "I was more worried about you guys than myself," but agreeing that it took a lot out of him. "Nice, you're always welcome to come help decorate the tree here with the kids and Tam and myself."

"If you want, I'll call you once every five minutes for an hour before your appointments, like the world's most annoying alarm clock?" he suggested, raising both brows. And then his brother would want to murder him before he even got there, but if it meant holding him accountable and that he would get there on time… well, some things were worth it, in his opinion. "Livvy will be good for that. She's good friends with Delia and Tessa, too, right? So you should know her pretty well," Jason hadn't gotten to know her all that well since moving back to town, he knew that she was good friends with Cori, Cordelia and Tessa, not to mention everyone else he knew in town, and he had heard good things from Kellan about the physical therapy that she did. "You will, though. Get the green light, I mean. But you have to take your time, or else you'll put too much stress on yourself and it'll take that much longer in the end." But patience wasn't really a Browning trait, he knew that. They tended to want things taken care of as soon and as fast as possible. "Ass," he shot back, but he was grinning as he said it, forking another bite into his mouth and listening to his brother talk about being scared, what he was thinking about, how it might have been a wake up call, nodding his head slowly. "That shit takes a lot out of you. And not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too," because you were so much more in your head than you had ever been before. "Oh, absolutely. I'm mostly just going to decorate the ones in my yard, but I figure I'll get a little table top guy for in the camper."

Gearing up for the Ren Faire, Theo got all dressed up as a blacksmith complete with a leather apron even. Leaving the kids with a babysitter, Theo went off to the Ren Faire flying solo. Things had been weighing on his mind for a while and needed to tell someone. He figured Jason was probably his best bet, him being Theo's closest friend right now. He had been mulling over the seoeration and divorce and needed to tell someone other than Rafael and Tamara and his kids and ex. Eyeing Jason at a table, he brought over two jugs of ale in hopes of maybe softening the news he was about to tell him. "Hey," he said sitting down and offering a hug to Jason.

"No sir," he grinned bringing up a hand to his chin, scratching it a bit. Of course he hadn't planned on getting hurt, most definitely did not plan on the floor buckling underneath him. But it happened and he was okay, a little worse for wear, but he'd be okay. He was more banged up than anything but he'd be okay, and able to go home soon. "Definitely, and I'm glad they are, especially mine," he nodded, knowing everyone around him would take care of him, not that he'd let them without being stubborn though. "I get it, I get it," he put up a hand in surrender as he smiled.

"No, I'm sure that you didn't," he le out his own soft laugh, shaking his head. He couldn't imagine that Theo had wanted to get hurt at all, let alone at work, when he had been trying to save lives and put out fires. But he was alright -- or would be alright, and that was what mattered the most, that he had gotten through it and would be able to leave the hospital in one piece, when the time was right. "I'm definitely sure of that. One thing family is good at: holding you accountable when you need to be behaving yourself." Tamara, the kids, Jace, Cordelia and Tessa, his friends, his fellow firefighters, he was sure there was no shortage of people who would be making sure he took care of himself. "Do you want me to keep going?" he asked with a laugh.

Jason stood on a roof top, watching the building across from him. It had never been a problem before, just some relatively uneventful homeless kids, he tried to check in on them from time to time. Tonight, though, he had gotten a tip from Oracle. Not a lot of details, just a scared kid who said something dangerous was about to happen. Whatever, he didn’t have a set plan for tonight anyways.

Then he noticed something on the roof top behind him, someone.

He took out a gun, spinning to point it at whoever had thought they could sneak up on him to find… a kid, standing by the door to the roof. He sighed, lowering his arm, he really didn’t wanna be dealing with this right now.

God, what are you doing up here, kid?
