This was suggested to me a while ago by a friend. I've written a bunch of shadowgast fics with different tags, ratings and vibes, but there are recurring patterns in most of them. I hope this is useful to anyone who'd like to approach my body of work, or reread some of it, or feels in the mood for something very specific, or wants to read the exact same fic again but different.

Atmospheric One-Shots

The Disability Library

I love books, I love literature, and I love this blog, but it's only been recently that I've really been given the option to explore disabled literature, and I hate that. When I was a kid, all I wanted was to be able to read about characters like me, and now as an adult, all I want is to be able to read a book that takes us seriously.

And so, friends, Romans, countrymen, I present, a special disability and chronic illness booklist, compiled by myself and through the contributions of wonderful members from this site!

History:

Ceali was adopted early on in life. Being a wee baby in the woods, that found her adoptive father's bag. Climbed into said bag to eat the berries. She wasn't noticed till a few paces away from the camp when Deer Dad went to check the bag and found a purple baby sheep eating his snacks.

Had two siblings who were older than her. A goat [Marth] and a gazelle [Antone]. From them Ceali learned how to pick a fight and how to not stand down when arguing.

The family was close knit and was very nomadic. Surviving off the land and never staying long in towns.

Extra notes:

Terrible at sermons, good at teaching

Runs the cult like a giant commun. (Everybody is got a job)

Not against cannibalism for survival

Honors dead over resurrection (though has used it on occasion for speacial cases)

Is got a soft spot for children and has been found 4 times in the baby pit sleeping right next to them

Red (the crown) rarely ever uses its crown form. Opting for the snake, and hangs around Ceali's neck. [This is due to Ceali refusing to put herself on the same pedestal as Narinder in any form. Therefore, no crown]

Sees the One Who Waits as the only god worth worshipping. Going beyond the chance of revenge, he is the only one to show some compassion for mortals compared to the bishops. (Very little really and most of it was directed at the kits or her)

Trivia

Cealispus Bremtal is Ceali's full name, but I realized the mouthful that was and shortened it. Both parts of the names are two separate Anagrams.

Ceali originally was gonna be a pushover, but then I realized very quickly that it won't work, and I really wanted to make them sassy (or spit fire XD)
