- a sympathetic space wizard

It also drops unexpectedly, in the middle of a scene. Like a character opening their purse to get their keys and taking a minute to show us an insane little diorama in there next to the mints.

My cover for A Tale of Two Proties #106 in Interlac #284, August 2023. I used a panel from Adventure Comics #313 The Condemned Legionnaires / The Secret of Satan Girl by Curt Swan and George Klein. Clark: Noooo! Don’t! Krypto, let go of Batsqueak!

Bruce: Batsqueak?

Clark: It just feels wrong, Bruce! I can’t bear to let any harm come to Batsqueak. He should be kept safe in his ice cave, not mauled by giant fangs.
