Zac Brown Band - The Comeback (Deluxe)
So today on the MSR (Midnight Star Review), I would like to talk about the latest album from Country Music Group Zac Brown band. The new album is titled "The comeback" and was released on October 15, 2021. And the deluxe version of the album was released on Friday September 30th, 2022. So let's talk about the career of the Zac Brown band first.
Zac Brown band has had success with hits like "Chicken fried", "Toes", & "Colder weather". They haven't had much success on Country Music airplay charts lately. But the fans have still loved their new music. And "The comeback" is a perfect title for this 15 track CD and 21 tracks on the deluxe version of the album. Let's talk about the new album up next.
There are 6 different versions of songs from the album featuring various artists from all over the music world. Cody Johnson on "Wild Palomino", Blake Shelton on "Out in the middle", & Ingrid Andress on "Any day now". Also check out James Taylor on "Love and sunsets", Jamey Johnson on "Stubborn pride", & Jimmy Buffett on "Same boat".
The Zac Brown band channel their "Alabama" sounding track with "Out in the middle". Other songs I like on this new CD are "Wild Palomino", "Us against the world", & Their lead single "Same boat". Marcus King joins the band on a track titled "Stubborn pride", & Gregory Porter joins the band on a track titled "Closer to Heaven". The title track is "The comeback", & I felt like "Any day now" is the stand out track for the CD. Let's see the rest of the track list up next.
Wild Palomino (Featuring Cody Johnson).
Out in the middle (Featuring Blake Shelton).
Any day now (Featuring Ingrid Andress).
Love and sunsets (Featuring James Taylor).
Stubborn pride (Featuring Jamey Johnson & Marcus King).
Same boat (Featuring Jimmy Buffett).
Slow burn.
Out in the middle.
Wild Palomino.
Us against the world.
Same boat.
Stubborn pride (Featuring Marcus King).
Fun having fun.
The comeback.
Old love song.
Any day now.
Paradise lost on me.
GA Clay.
Love and sunsets.
Closer to Heaven (Featuring Gregory Porter).
Don't let your heart.
And that's a wrap for the track list. And on the MSR (Midnight Star Review), I would give this album a 4.75 out of 5 stars. This is a very well-rounded album, and the fact Zac Brown had a hand in co-writting all 15 tracks from the original album. And Luke Combs help co-write "Out in the middle". Thanks for taking the time to read this review. See ya all next time.

do you think bruce has ever gotten drunk before? i don't mean brucie flirting about at the gala either i mean well and truly intoxicated lol. like the type where you wake up and have the worst headache known to man
Thank you for reminding me about one of my long lost headcanons. Which is that yes, Bruce has gotten that drunk (stealing liquor from the pantry as a child, normal stuff) but the only time he woke up and truly prayed for an end was during training with Ra’s Al Ghul when, as a reward, he and the other trainees were given a night off and a mysterious local liquor (something grain derived) spiked with something. and their “night off” became a test the next day, where they had to meditate and work through the after effects, flushing the toxins from their bodies while still completing their regular duties. it was all a lesson — learning that being poisoned can happen when you least expect it; that alcohol is a poison; and that sometimes you will have to work through it no matter how awful you feel. and so poor, pitiful hungover Bruce learned how to do what he does with ease as Brucie Wayne later — work through anything, whether it’s drugs, poison, fear toxin, alcohol, and be largely unaffected.

watched a (pirated) mr. birchum episode out of curiosity and in it the asshole conservative protagonist has a homoerotic daydream about the other teacher who's a stand in for the ""woke left"" that he hates, which is the opener for the episode and is also never referred to again, gets his sleeve caught in a machine in his woodshop at work and spends days contemplating his life and regrets while he's trapped (or so he thinks). this montage includes how he met his current wife who he doesn't respect and who isn't honest with him (the b-plot expands on this), how his ex-partner left him after coming out as a lesbian and was repulsed after he tried to persuade her to stay with him, reasoning that her being queer meant they could just share a girlfriend now (that was not what it meant), and culminating in a marlboro man-esque image of commercialized rugged usamerican masculinity telling him to chew his own arm off to escape, before one of his students comes along and frees him by just cutting off his sleeve. all that and he thought to chew his own arm off before he considered just tearing his sleeve. and it's all played as a comedy. fever dream episode

Thinking about how Claudia would probably have gotten along with and understood Daniel better than any of the other vampires he could have interviewed. Their sarcastic, to the point way of communicating, them both having bodies that hold them back in some way shape or form, the way they both a simultaneous level of respect and distain for vampires. Thimking….

Obey Me! Nightbringer Lesson 35
It might be a very unpopular opinion, perhaps I will be entirely alone on this, but...
Is anyone else not into this?
I consider Lucifer extremely old fashioned, which certainly isn't a bad thing. So I feel like this gesture came from a very thoughtful, sweet, even innocent place.
But I'm the type of person who likes to wear what I wanna wear. I definitely wouldn't want someone else choosing my outfit for me.
Despite that... I chose the blue outfit xD
You're damn right there is.
Choosing my outfit and my meal?
Lucifer, my dear... you're crossing into unfriendly territory ( • _・)
Mainly because I'm a picky eater, but I also like to make my own decisions lol
Not gonna lie though, the power struggle is a turn on~
I wasn't sure which choice I wanted to go with, so I tried them all.
The first choice resulted in Lucifer basically dismissing us/brushing off our comment.
The second choice earned a pretty snarky/lowkey hostile comment from Lucifer.
In the end, I chose the third option.
That's a very bold claim you're making there, Lucifer. Try not to be too overconfident~
Ugh, there it is... "In fact, I know you far better than you know yourself."
Realistically speaking, if anyone ever said that to me, I would instinctively respond with an annoyed "fuck you."
But that's not an option here. And I can agree that staying in the Devildom would be the best choice, since I would be happiest in the Devildom.
Only problem is that we have to return to the "present", a detail that Lucifer is still unaware of.
Still.... Claiming to know us better than we know ourselves... for some reason, that statement makes my skin crawl.
It feels soooooooo manipulative to me. And declaring it as "fact" makes it even worse.
And yet... there's something about manipulative Lucifer that I really like~ (≖⌣≖)
I know, I'm fucked up and have equally fucked up kinks lol
Then we reach this part :
You supposedly know me better than anyone else, myself included, yet you laugh when I say that I feel depressed?!
He really is a sadist... (˶ •̀⤙•́ ˶ )
As someone who actually does have depression, this would have likely pissed me off while also making me feel super sad/gloomy lol
Though I know Lucifer probably didn't mean it in a bad or negative way. I think he's just enjoying the challenge that comes with our stubbornness. It may seem like I'm making excuses for him, which I absolutely am. And that's because I love this sadistic old man, so it's all good xD

Do you think King Dedede would hire an assistant for Vezzpa(After asking for permission or not)?
The sentiment would be sweet, but Vezzpa would only take it as an insult to her abilities as a glorified accountant.
If there was something bigger than her dedication to her job; it would be her ego, which is mainly what fuels her dedication-
So, no. He may tempt her wrath by going behind her back to buy pointless or destructive bullshit, but even he knows that if he went behind her back to do something that- GASP! Interfered with her job?
He wouldn't live to see another sunrise.

is there an actual reason why Red King can’t stay awake? Or is she just kinda like that in this au?
Red Son is a demon whose resilience exceeds anything else's truly. He'll get upset, he'll get hurt, you can knock him down, left, right, and sideways, but he always, always gets back up again. He refuses to let the world best him for two full seconds—one and a half is more than enough, thank you.
But something like this gives the idea that if you actually managed to push down Red Son, he'd stay down. For a while. (Further exploration in the tags)
He's always been a rather dramatic boy, so he supposes it's just in his nature to overreact like this. They're going to get his father back, obviously, but Mother’s behavior has been too much to bear, and even moving away and settling in his own territory hasn't quelled his despair.
If conquering can't fix it, what can? God, how he wishes he could go to bed and wake up the next morning better. Sleeping it off would be so much preferable to this unending tiredness…

XJ nearly gets expelled from bai zhan peak in his second year for his truly astonishing lack of respect for authority (which in and of itself is impressive, nobody has ever gotten bureaucratically kicked off of bai zhan peak, although many have been physically) and is only saved by SQQ's quick thinking in ostentatiously offering to bring him into qing jing peak as a disciple ("If Bai Zhan has proven itself unequal to forging a fine sword from first-rate material, then it would be my pleasure to show them how it's done") and offending LQG's sense of pride. like LQG has never seen this kid but shidi thinks he's good enough to steal away? no THANK you that is HIS disciple.
SQQ on the inside is so big mad at his godson. like for REAL. YOU DID NOT LEARN THIS BEHAVIOR FROM ME.
