a/n :: angsty time!
YOU STARED AT THE mission report containing information on your latest mission handed out by the principal and that pitiful feeling swarmed in your belly. it didnât make sense. you had a perfect score on everything but somehow it wasnât considered enough and you were still not named a special grade.
it certainly couldnât be your fault, not when you had spent morning and night training at the grounds of jujutsu high. you barely had an ounce of sleep as you had tackled the training dummies for hours, trying to boost your stamina by running for miles and trying to adapt to your cursed technique. you had never taken a break, always having your eye on the prize.
you were always ahead of everyone at a young age when you still attended a normal public high school, excelling at every subject and the teachers always praising you for your efforts and high marks. but everything was different now that you were suffocated by the terrors and demands of the jujutsu world.
in the realm of jujutsu, you had become lost in an abyss, and you were no longer the greatest. the smartest, the one you had to defeat to win. no, you had lost your prodigy label and had to start over because intelligence was not the sole requirement for survival. to learn how to fight and defend yourself, you must have physical strength. act rationally rather than emotionally.
as a result, you trained yourself until you were blue and bruised, and there was never a day when you didn't start the day with a morning workout and/or a night session. you had this need to be the greatest at everything, unsure of whose approval you sought. it did not matter. you only wanted the gratification of doing good and being respected for it, to be feared rather than despised. however, your hard work was in vain because you were not promoted to a higher level.

and when was it ever enough?
before you realised it, you had crushed the mission report, which had fallen from your strong hold onto the floor. you weren't sure if you were angry or sad; maybe it was a combination of the two that was boiling deep inside and surging through your body. it was so puzzling because you had trained yourself and knew the answer to everything. missions were no trouble for you, and even single missions went well; why the heck haven't you been named a special grade yet?
âwhat has gotten you into such a buzz?â you heard coming from down the hallway as you turned around only to face the sorcerer you had envied the moment you had become a jujutsu sorcerer yourself. of course it was the fucking six eyes himself.
with lengthy steps, he effortlessly filled the gap between the two of you, his gaze drawn to the crumbled paper on the ground. he used his skill to raise it up and unfold it so he could read what it stated, but he didn't understand why you were so upset about it. it was an excellent mission report, with no further casualties or difficulties. what was the big deal?
"you. the higher-ups. fucking everything, okay?! iâve worked my fucking ass off for years. i still have the scars from when i initially visited these grounds and worked out till i fucking blacked out, just to resume once i woke up. do you realise how damn fortunate you are? how do you get practically everything? you can do whatever the fuck you want because you are goddamn gojo satoruâ that is my problem." you yelled angrily with shaking legs and hands, angry tears welling up in your eyes, but you knew it wasn't fair because he hadn't chosen this kind of life and how everything turned out was simply a matter of luck, but you couldn't keep your indifference hidden.
if he had felt hurt by that, you wouldnât have known because there wasnât any kind of feeling displayed on his face. instead, he leaned against the wall with a blank expression and averted his gaze away from you, a small sigh escaping him.
suddenly it had felt as if the world collapsed on you as you slid against the wall and eventually sat on the ground with your arms on top of your knees, your head buried into your arms as the angry tears had trailed down your face. it wasnât fair. nothing was fair. the higher ups, him, but also the way you reacted wasnât something he deserved that and you knew that deep down. but stillâ it was bound to come out sometime.
âiâm so tiredâŚâ you whispered to practically no one at all with a shaky breath, your eyes closing as you felt a headache starting due to the amount of crying and a strained voice by yelling. you had expected him to leave and find something useful to do, to not take this venting bullshit from you.
instead, you sensed his presence next to you as he sat down with his legs spread out on the floor. his back was leaning against the wall as he looked up, but he hadn't said anything yet, and you weren't sure whether he was going to. it did have a strangely soothing sense with him seated next to you.
soon enough, he had silently wrapped his arm around you and moved you closer to him. you hadnât questioned any of his actions, you couldnât when it felt as if there was a cloud above your head. Instead you nestled into his side and looked up at him teary eyed. âiâm sorry.â you breathed out defeated and gave him a weak smile which he only shaked his head to in response.
"donât worry about it. you have a point, but i didnât chose this either. you know? but it's true that they haven't been treating you fairly; i expected you'd be promoted months, if not years ago." he remarked, but he couldn't meet your gaze even though he had removed his blindfold, his white hair strewn haphazardly across his head. you merely nodded, about to open your month and clarify that it wasn't his fault, when he placed a finger on your lips, causing you to scowl.
it made him chuckle, the scowl you had on your face. he admired your feistiness and ability to stay strong even though things werenât working out. perhaps it made you even stronger than him in a way.
âi know what youâre going to say, but i shouldnât have showed off my abilities everywhere. however, iâll fix this. alright? you just go and have a good night sleep.â he reassured you which only left you confused. how was he going to fix this and what for? you had basically just thrown a tantrum like a small child.
your thoughts were interrupted as you felt him drop a kiss on your head, causing blood to surge to your cheeks. you were about to comment on it, but he had already stood up and reapplied his blindfold, making his way to whatever he was planning to do.
"hey, satoru!" you yelled out from behind, still seated on the floor, arms on top of your knees. he came to a halt in his tracks and casually turned around; if you hadn't known better, you could have imagined there was a faint red glow on his own face.

the next morning, you awakened and put on your uniform, eager to get out of your room, until you discovered the mail slipped beneath your door. you frowned as you kneeled to the ground and picked up the letter. as you read what it stated, a huge grin appeared on your face, and a sense of victory ran through your body.

you had no idea how satoru had done this or how he dealt with it, but you were extremely grateful. you realised you may not have earned what he had done for you after complaining about him in such a dramatic manner, but you couldn't help how you felt.

GUIDE TO STARTING TO WORK OUT
hi lele đâď¸ hope this guide helps you w your journey!!
The first step to working out is setting goals related to exercise, not physical appearance. Avoid things like fat loss, muscle gain, smaller waist, bigger glutes and so on.Â
While you can make this a separate goal, the reason why I donât want you to associate it with exercise is that we then allow the way our body looks to dictate whether we believe the exercise weâre doing is good enough.Â
Exercise and body aesthetics are two different things. Exercise is a means of nourishing our body, soul and mind, while body aesthetics is how âgoodâ our body looks.Â
On that topic, I want you to stop focusing on your physical appearance when starting to exercise and I want you to start implementing a new mindset shift about your body. Instead of seeing your body as something to look at, appreciate it for what it can do.Â
For example, your hands create meals, hug your loved ones and help you with essential tasks. Your legs help you to get around, especially to your favourite places. Your stomach helps with digesting all the yummy food you eat.Â
Some goal ideas:
Lift 15kg+Â
Be able to do a plank for more than 5 minutes
Learn how to do a push-up
Be able to run on the treadmill for 30 minutesÂ
Gain more stamina and exercise for longerÂ
Moving on, set a time each day in which you prioritise exercise. This can be for however long you want and the times can vary daily.Â
So, during this period, you are not allowed to do anything else other than exercise. It doesnât even have to be a specific exercise either, if youâre feeling lazy and laps walking around the house is what feels best, do it.Â
However, avoid obsessing over working out and losing yourself to exercise. This kills motivation, in exercise starts to feel like another obligation in the day and not a privilege.Â
Now, you have to choose what exercise is right for you. I donât believe youâre limited to one exercise, if you want you can have more than 1.Â
Gym â Perfect for a mix of strength and cardio, however not the best option if you want to exercise for free.
Yoga â Tones muscles while also being a mindful experience. Low low-impact, but recommend doing it after cardio.Â
Cycling â Tones the legs and the glutes, but cycling may not be the best idea depending on where you live.Â
running/jogging â Strengthens muscles and bones, however, if you donât have flat areas, may not be the best idea.Â
Pilates â Improves flexibility and tone, while still being low impact (still may be challenging).
Weightlifting â Makes you stronger and boosts your metabolism, best done at the gym.Â
There are plenty of ways to exercise that I havenât mentioned here, but these are just ideas so you can research the ones that suit you best.
I recommend talking to a doctor if you havenât done exercise in a long time, as that can open up the possibility of injury.Â
Then, once we have our goals, times and what weâre doing, we need to exercise. Implementing exercise in your life is best done slowly.Â
Start with simple, and smaller versions of workouts, even if you think you can do more. Do this for about a week, then try to extend yourself with something harder. If it is too hard, donât be afraid to go back a step.Â
Make it fun, create a motivating exercise playlist or watch your favourite TV show while doing it.Â
However, the main thing about exercising is that every day you are not always going to feel like it, but that is when we have to discipline ourselves, talk to the mirror and say; âMe exercising is a privilege, I get to nourish my body because I love and respect it so muchâ.Â
This was the best way I disciplined myself into working out. Treating it like a privilege and something that is very benefical, rather than a painstakingly challenging activity.
Or, instead, you can visualise what you would look and feel like if you continue like this for the next 5 years.

Deku wiped the sweat from his brow as he caught his breath. His training with All Might had been intense lately, with every workout designed to push him beyond his limits. But no matter how hard he worked, he felt like his progress had plateaued, and the weight of self-doubt began creeping in.
All Might noticed Dekuâs frustration. âYoung Midoriya, I see youâve hit a wall,â the towering hero said with his usual booming enthusiasm. âBut fear not! I have just the thing to help you break through!â
Deku blinked, confused but curious. âA new training method, All Might?â
âWell, not quite.â All Might grinned mischievously, the kind of grin that Deku knew meant trouble. âYou see, we need to lighten the mood a bit. So, if you donât complete your tasks in todayâs training⌠Iâll have to tickle you!â
Dekuâs face turned as red as a tomato. âW-what?! Tickling??â He took a step back, horrified at the thought of being reduced to helpless laughter in front of his mentor.
âExactly, my boy!â All Might declared with a hearty laugh. âTickling can teach two valuable lessons: resilience and unpredictability. And thereâs no escape from me! Consider it a win if manage to get through!â He struck a heroic pose, flexing his biceps dramatically.
Deku swallowed nervously. He knew All Might was seriousâeven when he was being ridiculous.
Deku tried his hardest to stay focused. He shot across the training course, using One For All to boost his jumps and dodging obstacles with precision. But as the minutes ticked on, his stamina started to falter. He stumbled on the last hurdle and landed face-first on the mat.
Panting, Deku rolled over and groaned. "IâI almost made it..."
"Almost isn't enough, young Midoriya!" All Mightâs booming voice rang out. Before Deku could react, All Might was upon him. âYou know the rules!â
âAll Might, wait! Noââ
But it was too late. All Mightâs hands descended mercilessly, wiggling fingers into Dekuâs sides. A startled giggle erupted from Dekuâs mouth.
âN-nohoho! A-All Might, s-stahahap!â Deku squirmed desperately, trying to push his mentorâs hands away.
All Might chuckled as he easily pinned Deku in place, his fingers now dancing under Dekuâs ribs. âWhatâs that, my boy? I canât hear you over all that laughing!â
Deku twisted and thrashed, tears forming in his eyes from the relentless tickling. âIâahhh! Hahahaha! Come ohohon!!â he gasped between helpless bursts of laughter.
âThen use your training! Find a way out! Show me you can win!â All Might encouraged, grinning ear to ear.
Through his giggles, Deku summoned every ounce of concentration he had. Using a burst of One For All, he managed to roll out from under All Mightâs grip and sprang to his feet, panting but smiling.
âSee?!â All Might beamed. âYouâve got more strength than you thought, young Midoriya!â
Deku collapsed onto the mat, still catching his breath but feeling lighter somehowâlike the weight of his frustration had lifted. "I don't know if that was training or torture..." he muttered, wiping away tears of laughter.
All Might gave him a thumbs-up, grinning proudly. âSometimes, young Midoriya, the path to greatness requires a little silliness. And if tickling is what it takes to get you back on track, so be it!â
Deku couldnât help but laugh along with his mentor. "I guess... it worked, huh?"
"That's the spirit!" All Might clapped him on the back, almost knocking him over. "Now get readyâbecause next time, I'll be tickling even harder if you don't give it your all!"
Deku groaned, but the playful glint in his eyes said it all. Maybe this strange, ticklish punishment was exactly what he needed to stay motivated after all.

As the new year unfolds, so does the countdown to summer. You might be thinking, what? This early? YES. Summer is about 6 months away at the time Iâm writing this post. This is the perfect time to start thinking about what we want our summer to be like. The earlier you start, the easier it is to achieve all your summer dreams! So rather than feeling overwhelmed by last-minute transformations, letâs start working on our glow up together now.
In this post I will guide you through the next 6 months and what you can do to make sure you look and feel your best when summer arrives.

We are starting off super early. At the time Iâm writing this post it is still January. For years Iâve always had goals for summer but I let life pass me by and when May came around I started to panic, thinking how can I look and feel my best when summer is already knocking at my door? This year letâs say goodbye to those feelings and make place for a more empowering approach.

Below is your ultimate guide for your best summer yet! <3 Each month you will be adding new habits to your daily routine. Make sure to keep doing the habits when the month ends. So all the habits you start doing 6 months before summer you will continue doing 5 months before, 4 months before, 3 months before and all the way up until summer! With each new month you will just keep adding more! It would be even more amazing if you could make them apart of your daily life forever.

Action steps:
Vision Boards: Create a few vision boards to visualize your summer goals. Make them inspiring and motivating. This way you have something to reference if you feel a little lost on your summer glow up journey.
Healthy eating: Start adding more healthy, nourishing foods into your meals. More dark leafy greens, vegetables, big nourishing breakfasts. Start seeing food as your fuel, if you donât provide your body with the right kind and amount of foods, it wonât work in your favor! Healthy food is energy, glowing skin, health and happiness
Daily Walks: Begin taking daily walks to stay active and boost your mood! You can walk in the gym or at home on a treadmill but I would really really recommend for you to take your walks outside. The fresh air does wonders for your mental well being.

Reduce Greasy and Fried Foods: Cut back on ultra processed and unhealthy foods. Especially greasy and fried foods. Not only do these foods negatively impact your health, they also can cause hormonal and physical changes that can worsen your skin and complexion. We want that glowy summer skin! So cutting back on these foods early, will give you enough time to achieve that. Does this mean no more fries? Of course not. Just enjoy these foods in moderation!
Workout Routine: Find a workout routine that works for you and start incorporating it into your lifestyle. Personally I will be adding runs to my routine, Pilates and Yoga and some strength training. I like to have a variety of workouts so I donât get bored so easily. By starting to build your routine now you can build confidence, resilience and the stamina to enjoy your summer.
Consistency: Start working on your consistency. Remember the promises you make to yourself and keep them. Itâs time to let go of the âIâll start tomorrowâ mindset and start your habits today. Even if you think your whole day was a âbad dayâ you can still finish off strong by doing a evening yoga session for example. Think of the person you want to become and act like her.

Skin Care Routine: Start your summer skin care routine. Iâm sure you already have a skin care routine you do daily. Start adding products into your routine that will give you that glowy summer skin! Think about Vitamin C, Niacinamide and hydrating ingredients. Also donât forget to wear your sunscreen daily when going outside. Itâs the ultimate secret to flawless, glowy skin.
Summer Aesthetic: What will your summer aesthetic be? Obviously you look amazing the way you are now. But to me, itâs so much fun to pick a type of aesthetic for summer and dress for the occasion. For example in summer I like to grow my hair out mermaid style and do fun mermaid type hairstyles.
Posture Routine / Stretches: Begin to add a stretch / posture routine to your schedule. Personally I like to do a little yoga each morning to wake up my body. You can do a special Yoga Posture routine to really get all the benefits. Improving your posture will work wonders on your confidence, trust me.

Wardrobe Refresh: Start building your wardrobe with key summer pieces! Maybe buy some new bikinis that make you feel confident. Hair accessories, new shoes, cute workout clothes. Everything that makes you feel amazing during summer and you can wear on your active summer days. Clean out your closet and look for your favorite summer clothes. This is the time to look at your visionboard and build on your summer aesthetic.
Get up Earlier: Now that the days are getting longer, letâs take advantage of the sun and get up earlier. This is a great habit to build for summer, it will make sure that you can enjoy the days and maybe even catch a sunrise. Make sure to start working on you sleep schedule. Early nights and early mornings are key. This will help you be more productive, energized and boost your mood and overall well-being.
Increase Workouts: By now you have been doing your new workout routine for 3 months already! Change some things up and level up on others. Maybe take a few longer runs, do a longer yoga workout, whatever feels good to you! Itâs time to really put in the work and make yourself strong and confident. When doing this, make sure to also fuel your body accordingly! You donât want to under eat and over train as this will hinder your progress and have you feeling dull and lifeless by the time summer comes around.

Fruits, Veggies and Salads: Now that spring is here letâs eat more fresh, cooling foods to keep your body cool and hydrated. Start adding even more veggies and fruits into your meals. Make big salads, fruit salads, protein smoothies and juices. All these antioxidants and vitamins will not only make you feel great but also look great too!
Body Hygiene: With summer just around the corner and spring in full motion, itâs time to take give our bodies a little extra love. When wearing a bikini we want to feel confident, fierce and beautiful. To make sure that happens we can give our bodies a little extra care. Think of getting a laser treatment for unwanted hair, body scrubs, lymph drainage, massages, a bikini wax, a little extra body lotion. Start doing all the things to get your body ready, glowing and looking amazing for summer.

Summer Prep: Start prepping for summer! Organize your wardrobe, add your favorite summer clothes and shoes. Prep your jewellery, bags and other accessories you want to wear. Get your bikinis ready, maybe buy some new ones.
Summer Body Routine: Personally in summer my body needs a little extra love. More sunscreen, more waxing (obviously lol) and I like to have a little more glow by using body lotions and scrubs. I recommend adding a weekly summer prep body routine so you always feel ready to take on the day. Itâs the worst when we want to do spontaneous things and then we remember we havenât shaved for a week. Nothing worse than a last minute shave (ouch). Also start to add cooling ingredients in your skin care routine like Aloe Vera and face masks. To keep our skin fresh and glowing.
Healthy Habits: Keep doing all the healthy habits you have done so far! Like your workout routines, daily walks, better posture etc.
I hope by the time summer comes around you are feeling the most confident you have ever felt in your life. Each time you finish a habit, feel those empowering feelings and use them to keep you motivated! All these tiny steps add up and will help you to have a massive transformation for summer.
Each month I will be going more in depth into what you can do until summer arrives with more examples and a few mini guides. For now, I hope this post has inspired you to take transform your life for the better and start working on yourself because you love yourself! <3

Hi. I binged like 80 chats in a row and I have opinions(tm) about physical strength and general power stuff of the brothers. Mostly just strength related things, but I tried to cover most of their battle stuff.
Yes I know, yes I know, "they're ranked as siblings by power blabla", but that's LAME. So here are my personal takes mostly for fun. Canon is dead and I ate it.

Generally the strongest, period, can and WILL kill almost anyone without much issue or even second thought
Physical strength, however? Heâs not the best, as he doesnât rely on it at all for battle / conflict
He didn't need it in heaven, after all
(Beel was his brawns and he was already a powerful angel so it never was a requirement)
I don't see him actively working out (anymore, at least), so most of his strength is merely his baseline
His main tactic conflict wise is intimidation.
Cough giving MC death threats cough
Very prideful of himself in battle, obviously
Rarely would ever use any sort of dirty tricks
Would probably prefer to go down the "honorable way"
Target his brothers though and he WILL play every trick in the book with little regard to his pride or his own life
This fuck looks like he knows swordsmanship and is probably the only of the brothers who does so
(except maybe Satan who is learning just to copy / be better than him)
Either that or he knows fancy sword dances for angel rituals he cannot partake in anymore (and doesn't do them anymore)
Diavolo has photos of him doing said dances but his lips are triple sealed since it is a heavily touchy subject

Canonically this man is physically weak (or at least has a weak complexion / scrawny arms)
Probably the most disappointing in terms of strength because he is literally the second born
His saving grace is his unholy speed and dirty tricks, using it to cover his weaknesses / lack of physical strength.
A LOT of dirty tricks and bs magic stuff. So so many. Never ends
Heâs the living embodiment of the ârandom bullshit go!!!â meme
You know Looney tunes? Yeah this man has the Bugs bunny's levels of bullshit
But he has the best stamina out of his brothers (so he can run away from his debts)
Doesn't train because he's already perfect as it is (<- that's his ego talking he can barely pick up the weights at Beel's gym)
Honor is for the dead type of person. Nothing is out of the table in battle
(^ that makes him terrifying to fight against btw)
He either tries to intimidate (imitating Lucifer) or sweet-talk his way out of conflict
It usually just pisses off his adversary more which actually leads to the fights starting, but hey, he tried äšâ (â  â â˘â _â â˘â  â )â ă

Physical strength is shit.
he will get his shit kicked if he tries to brawl with almost anyone
Except maybe the lowest hanging fruit (humans)
Magical or general strength is decent, but he's definitely not the greatest in battle out of the brothers
^ he's kinda insecure about this and he wishes he were stronger (he sulks about it)
Wishes that actual irl battles were like Fire Emblem or strategy games bcs he's actually good in those
Update: I didn't make it clear (mb lol) but I see him as the best strategist of the brothers by far, he just isn't good at front-line action
^ Being away from the front lines keeps the pressure away from him for the most part, and it avoids him getting riled up and acting rash
He once tried to workout with Beel but quickly got overwhelmed because Beel shoved 200kg weights onto him thinking it was an reasonable starting point
So he kinda has trauma(tm) about it
Despite his garbage physical prowess, he WILL start fights and get riled up easily
He goes onto his demon form immediately when he wants to fight
^ bcs his strength isn't great, and he needs any boost he can get
Plus, awful anger management
My man will get onto a fist fight with the demon equivalent of a redditor over anime waifus and he will lose

As the literal embodiment of Wrath, he does pack quite a punch and will maul you to death with only his fists. No problems at all
But that's merely his baseline strength (which is a lot) since he doesnât really train physically
Probably focuses on other areas (read: intelligence) instead of physical strength.
Which is ironic because he could kick Lucifer's ass in a fist fight if he actually trained more
But oh well. Books do be booking
Surprisingly strategic while in fights, although not above Going Apeshit
Funnily enough the least likely of the brothers to enter a fight
Has read The Art Of War and will quote it just to be a smartass

Physically? Weak.
Probably the weakest of the brothers, having more or less the strength of a human (and on the weaker side of that).
He doesnât train whatsoever; Likes his slender figure and muscles âruinâ that.
However, he makes up for it on the "trickster" scale.
As the Avatar of Lust, he will probably go the charm route instead of wanting to directly fight his enemies, or he make someone else do the dirty work for him.
Think of Mammon but make it a bit less scummy, tricks wise.
His go-to is sweet talk.
Something something the Avatar of Lust being physically weak since sex is considered an act of vulnerability and therefore the lowering of oneâs guard something something
Something something the poetic narrative of the Avatar of Lust having only power through Communication something something

Beelzebub.
Contrary to Asmo; he does lift for days and can pack quite the punch, being one of the stronger brothers physically despite being one of the youngest.
I don't see him caring much for magic or other types of strength, he is content in packing the punch and has the capabilities to back him up.
Fight wise he will probably punch the problems away
Maybe use one or two tricks heâs learned
Mostly relies on his intuition and gut and it surprisingly works out
Nothing fancy; Dictionary definition of all muscle no brain battle wise
Literally one of the scariest brothers to ever fight he will actually beat you to a bloody pulp
And make a smoothie out of it

This fucker doesn't lift at all you can't tell me shit
At MOST he'll accompany Beel to the gym and would sleep at the benches
The strength he has is the strength he was born with
Which isn't a lot, but still above human average by quite a lot
More or less demon standard of strength. Maybe a slightly below it
But he's still above most demons by a mile in other regards, mostly magic prowess
He's stronger than Levi because I think it would be hilarious that the dude who sleeps all day is stronger than him
(or you can make him really physically strong just because it'd be funny to see the sleepy dude kick ass)
