"Brazilian hand games and American hand games!!!! Realizing that the art of hand games comes from Africa! I never thought about it before. It was just embedded in our childhood."
"The collective consciousness is real"
"My goodness. We played this in Nigeria too."
There's a documentary with @jamilawoods called "Black Girls Play" about the history of handclap games in the US and their importance in the Black community. And a book before it called The Games Black Girls Play, by Kyra D. Gaunt.

TRUMP, MUSK DEMOLISHED ON S. AFRICAN LAND REFORM In January, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa signed a new law designed to address historical land-ownership inequalities against Black people. This ticked off US President Donald Trump, who threatened to cut aid to Pretoria, which, according to him, is doing ‘terrible’ things to ‘certain groups’ of citizens - meaning White people. However, some of the alleged ‘victims’ have called his bluff - among them, the White South African content creator in this clip. @honestappraisal1, who has built a reputation for his on-point political commentary, says Trump is not just racist but also ignorant regarding South Africa’s history and social and economic reality. He argues that Trump’s misinformed position results from his fraternising with South African right-wing elements and his tech-bro sidekick, Elon Musk (who was born in South Africa) - noting that most of the opposition towards the country’s land-reform programme is racially motivated by those who benefitted from the apartheid system. KWAME TURE EXPOSED THE PETTY BOURGEOISIE All-African People's Revolutionary Party organiser Kwame Ture delivered a fiery speech many years ago in Chicago, USA, exposing the treachery and corruption of the African petty bourgeoisie. He denounced wealthy Africans for indulging in luxury and wealth, while most of the people endured poverty, disease and oppression. He added the petty bourgeoisie collaborated with the colonial and imperial powers that had exploited and oppressed Africa for centuries. Ture also criticized wealthy Africans in the United States for being opportunistic and reactionary, because they have exploited the struggle of the African masses to gain power. Ture said they cooperated with the racist and capitalist system that had enslaved and oppressed Africans for centuries. He said the people must rise up without pity and without mercy to crush these 'reactionary pigs,' a term used for those who have resisted liberation via revolution. The revolutionary said this was unavoidable and justified, as part of the global struggle against imperialism and capitalism.

Exactly.
This person explained it perfectly.
It's the logical thing to do to support Palestine (the country) no matter what the Palestinians (the people) think of us (queer Africans) because what we are supporting is: "the end of an occupied country" NOT "whatever opinions a person has".
Tldr: its "occupied country" vs "personal opinion".
