Spędzam już ostatni samotny weekend w szpitalu

Wróciłabym do domu ale w pewnym momencie nie umiałam się powstrzymać i schudłam. Więc szpital odsyła mnie do ośrodka. Od kiedy się dowiedziałam, czyli 3 dni temu, wpadłam w jakiś binge cycle, który zawsze konczy sie nienawiscia do jedzenia i obietnicą, że nic więcej nie tknę, ale wtedy dostaję peptamen do sondy i myśle ze jebac i wpierdalam losowe gowno. Co najlepsze przez cały czas głodowek nigdy nie miałam binge. I jeszcze ten ośrodek. Nie wyjdę z niego tylko się wytoczę taka gruba będę. Zresztą nie przyjmą mnie tam bo jestem ulaną krową XD

Dziś zjadłam za dużo (spaliłam część na szczęście), ale naprawię to fastem. Plan jest taki żebym wytrzymała od poniedziałku do piątku. Już kiedyś na obozie nie jadłam nic przez pięć dni, ale to było dosyć dawno . Tym razem nie będzie tak łatwo bo rodzice kontrolują, ale siłą nie wpychają mi jedzenia do buzi. A póki nie zakładają mi sondy to mam wybór.

Moje motylki.. ostatnio tyle się u mnie dzieje, to bardzo trudny czas. Rodzice dowiedzieli się że wypluwam trochę z tego jedzenia, które przy nich jem, jestem na siebie zła, bo dowiedzieli się przez moją nieuwagę. Niechcący nie zakryłam kawałka kolacji w koszu i tata wyrzucając coś zauważył. Jestem na siebie tak potwornie wsciekla. Napisał od razu do mojej terapeutki. Wizytę mam w środę, boję się, że powie, że mam jechać do psychiatryka. Rodzice cały czas o tym mowia i bardzo się boję. Nie chce miec sondy i pić znowu nutridrinkow, a do tego wszystkiego jeszcze jeść. Wiem, że sobie sama że sobą nie poradzę, a ja przecież nie chce jeszcze umierać. Chcę umrzeć z wygłodzenia, a nie robiąc sobie krzywdę. Bardzo nie chce tam trafić. Do tego rodzice tak mnie pilnują, że już nie mogę wypluwac tego co niby zjadłam. Jestem załamana, bo przez to z 220 kcal zrobiło się około 240.. boję się środy. A jak będzie kazała podnieść rodzicom kaloryczność? Dołożyć nowy produkt? Ja nie dam rady. Ana pomóż mi. Jeszcze mama dzisiaj weszła do domu jak akurat szlam szybko przez korytarz i musiałam się przyznać, że chodzę i spalam kalorie, bo już wcześniej też mnie widziała. Mam nadzieję, że chociaż u was jest lepiej, bo mi aktualnie to życie się wali. Oni wszyscy chcą mi odebrać Anę, moje jedyne źródło szczęścia i miłości. Nie dam rady żyć bez niej, co to za życie bez Any? Wszyscy zmuszają mnie do recovery, a ja nie mam wyjścia, bo jak odmowie jedzenia chociaż czegoś z tego co mi dają to od razu jadę do psychiatryka na sondę. Nawet mam już skierowanie od psychiatry w domu. Pomocy 🫂

Trochę mnie nie było i opowiem wam co się aktualnie u mnie dzieje. Jestem w szpitalu już po raz 3 od początku grudnia i aktualnie nie mam żadnej sondy i udaję że zmieniłam myślenie i zaczynam jeść. Staram się jeść śniadania obiady i kolacje w szpitalu aby jak najszybciej wypuścili mnie do domu i tam i tak będę musiała jeść więcej ale będę starać się i tak być w deficycie bo prawdopodobnie rodzice będą mnie pilnować z posiłkami. Jutro mam konsultacje czy przenoszą mnie na oddział psychiatryczny (byłam już 2 razy💀) więc dam info co tam u mnie. Wszyscy mówią że powinnam dać już sobie spokój z tym odchudzaniem bo jestem już wystarczająco chuda ale pomimo tego że moje bmi wskazuje na wygłodzenie to i tak wyglądam jak ulana świnia więc nie odpuszczam i będę robić update jak tam sytuacja!
